Hello,
I placed an order on your website on July 17th, 2025, and the payment was charged on July 18th. However, the order still hasn’t been shipped — the status just says “Pending.”
Today is July 9th, and:
• The order has not been shipped
• I have not received a refund
• I have not received any replies to my emails or messages
• No one is answering the phone
Please explain what is going on with my order.
If you cannot fulfill it, I kindly ask you to issue a full refund.
I truly hope to resolve this with you directly, but if I don’t hear back soon, I’ll be forced to file a chargeback with my bank and leave a formal complaint.
