I placed an order on July 19th, and the order status indicates it is processing, with the payment already processed. I have previously ordered from this company without any problems. However, it is now August 6th, and I have not yet received my order. I have attempted to contact the company by phone on several occasions but was unable to leave a message. I have also sent emails to the company, but I have not received a response. If I do not receive my order or a full refund, I will unfortunately need to file a dispute with my bank.

I placed an order on July 4th and have yet to receive the item or any updates regarding its status. Attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful—phone calls go unanswered due to a disconnected number, and my emails have not received a response. As a loyal customer for the past three years, this experience is extremely disappointing. It reflects poor business practices and a lack of accountability. I am requesting immediate attention to this matter and expect either the prompt delivery of my order or a full refund. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will no longer be shopping with this company.

Hello, I placed an order on your website on July 17th, 2025, and the payment was charged on July 18th. However, the order still hasn’t been shipped — the status just says “Pending.” Today is July 9th, and: • The order has not been shipped • I have not received a refund • I have not received any replies to my emails or messages • No one is answering the phone Please explain what is going on with my order. If you cannot fulfill it, I kindly ask you to issue a full refund. I truly hope to resolve this with you directly, but if I don’t hear back soon, I’ll be forced to file a chargeback with my bank and leave a formal complaint. Thank you, Anastasia Tay

I was a happy customer for 4 years never a problem, until now on August 14th I placed my order on the 15th my order was processed, I received a message saying “order processing” I am still waiting for my package I tried to contact them by way of email and phone no answer….. I am very disappointed with this company 😡😡😡 they took our money knowing that they were not sending us the items we paid for!!! Do not order from Sugaring Factory RUNNNNN….find another company.

Do not order from this company they are scammers that will take the money and not send you the actual order. The phone number does not work and the voicemail is full . They won’t answer your emails either. I recently placed an order and they are unreachable this page needs to be taken down they are not a business anymore as far as I can tell.

This was my first time ordering sugar wax- I ordered on 7/10, my payment was confirmed same day but I have yet to receive a tracking number. I have emailed 3 times with no response, I have tried calling but it doesn’t go through… pretty sure I just got scammed! pretty disappointed

I have been ordering from this company for the past 3 years and they used to be great. My last 3 orders however have been a horrible experience. Multiple jars came to me cracked, some I didn’t realize were cracked. This led to wasted product and a nightmare of a clean up. I have tried reaching out through several avenues to give them an opportunity to fix the problem. I got one email response saying they moved factories and they would get back to me about the cracked jars. I have since reached out to follow up but there has been no response.
