Sugarra (@sugarra_rws @rwsentosa) is the first modern Basque and Spanish dining concept at RWS, brought to life by acclaimed Chef Aitor Jeronimo Orive (@aitortxuchef) and led by Executive Chef Aitor Gonzalez (@chefaitorgs), who’ve trained under legendary chefs and now bring their expertise and personal touch to the kitchen.
Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the Basque Country, Sugarra (which means flame in Basque) takes these flavours to the next level with top-notch ingredients and masterful techniques
Tasting menus start from $148++ for 4 courses to $288++ for 9 courses, so whether you're in for a little taste or the full experience, there’s something to indulge in!
Your dining journey kicks off with a stunning Tapitas spread—eight different tapas inspired by regions across Spain. Then comes:
