16 Seattle Spots to Enjoy Bombay Sapphire Sparkling Lemon This Summer | Eater

"Don’t call this a hotel restaurant. Though it’s inside the Hyatt Regency, it oozes with the kind of excitement and ambiance that most in that genre lack: Great tunes, live performances, and a dance floor that rolls out in the evening. Start your summer Friday early here with a cocktail, then settle in because the aerialist performances kick off the evening at 7:45 p.m. and the DJ starts spinning at 9:30 p.m." - Vox Creative

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this bar. The staff’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional, and it quickly became clear that they were targeting certain customers simply because they didn’t "like" them. The bartenders repeatedly pressured strangers to buy drinks for other patrons, and when I declined to do so, and escalated to the manager I was asked to leave shortly after. This behavior is unacceptable and makes for a very uncomfortable environment. No customer should be treated this way, and I’ll be reporting this place to the relevant authorities in the drinks and beverages department. I highly recommend avoiding this establishment if you value respectful and fair treatment.

SUITE is a restaurant and bar inside the Bellevue Square plaza. With free parking in the garage downstairs, it's relatively easy to get to. They have a good amount of tables here. Their menu is a good size, with prices being slightly high due to Bellevue standards. Service is ok, friendly staff and good turn around time. I would say it's nothing too fancy here but they do things just fine, so it's a solid place to grab dinner or even drinks with friends before going out.

Beautiful dinner place, super amazing and friendly staff. Josh, our server did such a great job serving as well as knew the menue very well, which helped with the decision making. Thank you for a great experience! 👍✨️🙌

The bartenders here are truly the highlight! KG and Angie are absolutely amazing — they’re warm, personable, and make you feel right at home. The vibe they create feels like Cheers, where everyone knows your name. Honestly, they’re the reason we keep coming back. We only come to see them, and they never disappoint! The rest of the place is fine, but it’s really the people behind the bar who make the experience worth it.

After finding out that the chef at the hotel we were staying at had called out for the night, we were left trying to find a place to grab dinner. We stumbled into Suite purely by chance. The service was excellent, friendly, fast, and personable. My gf and I both had the Kobe burgers and they were cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend this restaurant!

I recently visited this restaurant and I have to say that I was blown away by the entire experience. The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. From the appetizers to the entrees and desserts, everything was top-notch. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were well-balanced - it was clear that the chef takes great pride in their work. The vibe of the restaurant was another aspect that I loved. It had a great atmosphere with attentive and friendly staff who made sure that we had a great time. We felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the meal, which only added to the enjoyment of the food. Finally, the music was the cherry on top of an already amazing experience. The music selection was fantastic and really complemented the overall ambiance of the restaurant. I found myself tapping my feet and nodding my head along with the beat, which only added to the already amazing experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly exceptional dining experience. With delicious food, a great vibe, and fantastic music, this place is a must-visit.

Fantastic and super classy Birthday Celebration at Suite Lounge – Loved Every Moment 🎂🎂 Had the most amazing time celebrating my friend birthday with my girl gang at Suite Restaurant/Lounge inside Hyatt Regency Bellevue 🎉🎉🙌🏻🙌🏻. From the stylish ambiance to the great music and cocktails, everything felt upscale and fun. They played some Bollywood music for us too. We reserved a table in advance, and the service was on point — super friendly and attentive. The food and drinks and the whole vibe was perfect for a glam night out. Definitely recommend Suite for birthdays, girls’ night, or any celebration — we had a blast and will definitely be back. They recently did event called sip and paint too for the pet lovers but I missed that event this time.

I went out on a solo date and it was amazing. I had Bae cocktail s and closed off with Jagemeister with red bull….I was pretty done for the night 😩😂😂. Amazing atmosphere and vibes. Good music and well organized. Food was tops 👌, but maybe next time the server should ask if the salad should be chopped or not because I don’t like it chopped. It looked different and small chicken chunks. I would prefer dressing on the side always not mixed in. I will definitely go back over and over 💃🏾🍹

Yelp
We went to Suite in Bellevue in February, and honestly, it felt like we had stepped inside a Valentine's Day fever dream--in the best way possible. Everything was pink, covered in hearts and roses, and even the bathroom was decorated. They really committed to the theme, and I respect that. We were there for a date night and, surprise! An aerial dancer show happened. She was incredible--I just wish her set had been longer because we were totally mesmerized. The food was good (not life-changing but solid), though a little on the spendy side. But the cocktails? Absolutely delicious. Worth every penny. If you're looking for a spot that's equal parts romantic, extra, and fun, Suite delivers. Just be prepared to pay Bellevue prices and maybe schedule a second dinner if you have a big appetite.

Yelp
Food 2.5 Popping chicken was so good we all ordered another order of it. My fish and chips were lacking salt and fries were okay. Service (waiter) 3.0 (server) He was so sweet and kind he seems a little forgetful but, where he lacked skills he made up on personality! Service(HOST and MANGER) -5 TREATED US AS IF WE WERE NOT HUMAN. humiliating experience. We called ahead regarding parking and were given incorrect information by the host, resulting in an unexpected $16 charge despite being told it was included with our show ticket. The host refused to acknowledge the mistake, and when we escalated the issue, the manager was unhelpful. She stated that no staff members were informed about parking, dismissed our request to investigate the misinformation, and loudly insisted she could not assist us. Ambiance 2.5 Some of the decor look very very cheap not expected for an area like Bellevue.

Yelp
I don't usually write reviews, but I feel obligated to share this. My mom got severely ill after eating a poke bowl here -- she ended up hospitalized for a week due to food poisoning. On top of that, the staff at the door is always rude. There is no sense of hospitality or professionalism. It's also worth noting that the place is usually empty on weekends, which now makes a lot of sense.

Yelp
The food lacked any flavor and the portions are small. It's a place for drink and snack but not real food.

Yelp
Walked in on a dead Tuesday evening & sat at the bar & sat and sat and sat and sat..... then left. Go somewhere else if you'd like to be served.

Yelp
Nice vibes and the drinks were well done. Food was a hit with all in my party. Our server Zach was fun and brought good energy. It was cool to see the acrobatic shows-great time.

Yelp
Booked my birthday party here 2 months in advance. 1 week before, I confirmed my head count, and we discussed the pre-fix dinner menus which are $44-59. Do yourself a favor and LOOK AT THE MENU beforehand, the food is cheap, even the professional photos make the food appear unappetizing, definitely not worth $44-59. It is standard bar food at best. Today, 2 days before my party, a hostess called me to tell me they gave my patio seating away because I didn't put down the $100 deposit which they had previously told me only needed to be paid 24 hrs in advance. I really wanted to give this place a chance, but they clearly can't get it together. Between the poor service and questionable looking food, I couldn't get myself to force my friends to come here. I moved my party to a restaurant with much higher ratings, and where I know my business will be appreciated. UPDATE in response to the owner: your hostesses might be the nicest people in the world, but their communications are not clear. I specifically asked them when I needed to pay the deposit, and I was told the latest is 24 hrs in advance. At no point did anyone say, "BUT IF YOU DON'T PAY IT NOW, WE ARE LIKELY TO GIVE YOUR SEATS AWAY." They did call me a couple times and I was unable to discuss anything as I was busy, so you cannot lie and say that I was told during these conversations that my seats would be given away if the deposit was not paid. They also did not make the inside seating sound appealing, so perhaps they need more training on how to communicate more effectively with customers.

Yelp
Love this place ! Ya-wei is amazing. Glad she is still at the suite. Suite has a awesome outdoor seating which is perfect for both large and small groups. Their HH starts at 4 and have an amazing menu to chose from. Wednesday is 1/2 bottle wines which is greats. Great beverage selection as well. Food menu has a great selection,Cauliflower, house cut fries, quesadillas are my favorite. They also have trapeze performers and DJ on the weekends. Suite is located in Bellevue collection and have tons of parking. If you looking for good food, great drinks and exceptional service, Suite is your place.

Yelp
My friends and I attended the NYE event this year, and while there were things I enjoyed, there's room for improvement. We purchased the general admission tickets for $40, which included red carpet photos (shout out to the photographers--they were great), party favors and the balloon drop. There were no seats available with this purchase. Here's where we had a big problem: the event was overcrowded. There was barely space to stand (let alone dance) by the time we reached the 11 pm hour. My friends went back and forth between the bar and the dance floor (everywhere was crowded) and got chastised by staff to move out of the way (despite them doing their best to stay out of the very narrow walkways or paths available. Mind you, there were no signs marking any areas of restriction. And then, just about 5 minutes before midnight, I joined some of them next to the bar to get a glass of champagne. My boyfriend stood in the crowded "line" while I waited just outside of the line (opposite the rails with the small bar tables). That's when one of the event staff came over to my group (and there were lots of other people there) and said to one of my friends that we all needed to get out of the way (again, we weren't blocking any pathways). This was apparently the 3rd time the blonde lady directly said something to my friend about moving out of the way. My friend was upset because she felt targeted. She responded by saying, "where exactly are we supposed to go?" There was nowhere to move to. The lady basically scoffed at her and then said "you can leave if you want to". With which, my friend said that maybe she would leave then. And then the lady had the audacity to have her escorted out! (My friend was not yelling or being threatening or anything.) I think the way they treated our group, especially my friend, was completely uncalled for! She clearly shouldn't be in any sort of customer service position. It wasn't our fault that they seemingly overbooked the event and didn't have enough space for everyone. And if they didn't want people standing in certain areas, they should have clearly marked those spots and not overcrowded the venue. I wouldn't spend my money on this event again.

Rich G.

Yelp
If you are looking for R&B, hip hop, this is NOT the place. If you are looking for a mature crowd, with pseudo current music, that's laid back, but avg age in dance floor 35+ ? Then yea. So it's not a bad spot if you know what to expect. I CAN ONLY SPEAK TO FRIDAY NIGHT: - DJ plays watered down music - more techno than anything else - drinks $12 specialty drinks $26 - nice decor

Yelp
We had dinner at Suite last night and I was not impressed. This place probably has the worst bruschetta I've ever had in my life. The mozzarella cheese tasted like packaged cheese and it was quite chewy. The baguette it was served on was also as hard as a rock. Our server last night was a sweetheart so their customer service is on point and of course the acrobat shows they have are also a nice touch. We were there from 7:30 until about 9pm and there were 2 performances as we dined in. This place definitely has a loungey vibe. Overall, it was an okay experience, but this isn't a place you go to for good food.

Yelp
Paying for juice! The mixed drinks were very pricey for not having much alcohol in them. I'm a light weight! Two cosmos and one dirty Shirley in less than an hour and a half should have had more of an effect than it did. We went to a restaurant before hand and the single drink we had there had more of an effect than the three we had here. Not worth it. This place is just a black hole for spending your money expecting more and getting far less than you should! Skip!!

Yelp
JOSH Great service!! Thank you for the lively conversation! Your insight to all the happenings here at The Suite and when to come back to enjoy the entertainment made us want to return. This was not my first time here but you made me want to come back to experience MORE fun! Thanks!

Yelp
We celebrated NYE here and really enjoyed the event space and the food! The arrangements for check in was easy and we didn't wait long to get to the patio area where we were lucky enough to snag a few seats. The lounge itself was beautiful even without all the holiday decorations and had lots of great booths and a huge wrap around bar with lots of space. The food they provided was excellent with deliciously prepared appetizers and the servers were so helpful despite being busy they were able to help me navigate what things I could have with my gluten allergy. Drinks were great and we had some of the best service we've ever had for a nye party from the bartenders and servers. With them being as busy as they were I can only imagine they do a great job on a normal night. We look forward to returning and trying the menu on a regular night.

Yelp
Solid option for happy hour. We hung out for a while and tried almost all the signature cocktails, which were a great deal for happy hour. The "French 125" and sidecar were my personal favorites. We tried two of the Seattle Restaurant Week courses, all of which was tasty. Service was also great. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. Everything arrived quickly. Things were pretty quiet, but picked up as the evening went on. They also have a short aerial show, which was a nice treat.

Yelp
Coming from owning 14 restaurants and also hosting several large parties here at Suite I was appalled to see the service standards at Suite this past Friday March 14th (lat night). I had just entered suite and ordered a drink from a the bar towards the dance floor side. I did not push anyone or spoke to anyone except the Bar Tender who knows me from past visits. Suddenly I get a elbow shove from a middle eastern man who claimed I took his spot (the spot was empty). Now I get another big push from them and almost run into more people. At this time I stood up and asked them to stop. Quietly one of them got a security guard an I was the one escorted out while the other 2 remained there. This was almost unbelievable as at no point I caused any of this or instigated or did something that would make them ask me to leave and not the other two. Look into this, fix it, and most importantly fix the people you have hired, they profile for sure and who knows this young security person was friends with the other two as none of their actions made sense. Good luck on your operations. People who you hire and who represent you aslo define who you are as an establishment.

Yelp
Not fond of food and the drinks were ok. The aerial act was awesome and interesting never been in a restaurant/bar with one and the energy of the club was great.

Yelp
We've been migrating from Marysville to Suite for date night for the past few years. Found this place while staying at the Hyatt one December for a quick overnighter and got hooked. We love this bar. The vibe is sexy--like a mini vegas ultra lounge but in Bellevue. The prices for happy hour simply can't be beat. Half price craft cocktails and cheap apps--the shrimp and pork tacos are especially on point! Honestly though, the real draw here are the amazing staff. We have yet to come out to Suite without enjoying the best service you can get anywhere. Angela, Kori, KG, and Danny are the some of the friendliest and attentive bar staff on the planet. Protect them at all costs! There's such a growing cynicism in the restaurant industry today (and maybe even rightfully so) and you just don't find any of that here. Killer mixology skills and friendly AF. Always love the conversation and connection with these people. This is our Bellevue Cheers. Just wish we could get down here more often!

Yelp
Love this place! It's not huge, but has a vibrant energy. Inside the Hyatt Regency, beautiful people gatherer to see & be seen in this classy club. A parade of Fashion, well dressed men and gorgeous women (and the SHOES ) Located in the affluent Bellevue downtown, just across Lake Washington from Seattle. Live DJ's, table service and did I mention beautiful people dancing the night away.

Yelp
My wife and I love to go to happy hours on the Eastside and have had a variety of experiences. I am glad to say we had a wonderful experience at Suite. We started with a couple of drinks, one alcoholic and one non. Both were extremely interesting and tasty. We ordered 4 of the happy hour plates (chicken quesadilla, rock shrimp, Chipotle tacos and beef/lamb sliders). Everything was delicious and reasonably-priced! But what made our evening a cut above was our server Josh (Josh/Jet/Jack). We shared some lively and interesting banter and he made sure everything was to our satisfaction. He is down-to-earth with no "Eastside Attitude" like we find at other Bellevue restaurants. We truly enjoyed chatting with him!

Yelp
I was hesitant to book Suite for a large group because of the reviews which basically said this place was a hit or miss. I reached via email out a couple of weeks ahead to make reservation for 15 but since they were slow to reply we ended picking another usual spot (hello red flag). I still wanted to give this place a shot because of the aerial performance. So Instead we reserved dinner for 3 on Friday night just to check it out. Came at 7pm and ordered some appetizers/shareables. The calamari was ok, we felt they could have been more crispy; clam chowder was the only thing we enjoyed; truffle fries had absolutely no truffle taste whatsoever (we were still up charged for this); the creme brûlée was the absolute worst. It literally tasted like cold butter, hard and not creamy NO WHERE close to a creme brûlée whatsoever. We should have sent that back, but this wasn't even the worst part. We waited over half an hour for our check and had to ask the staff on 2 different occasions. Our bill was $80 for 2 drinks and a few appetizers, definitely not worth it but I'm glad I went with my instinct to not pay 1k for a group dinner here. Finally walked out at 9pm and most likely won't be coming back.

Yelp
Unique & fun place because they have an interesting live show. The foods were pretty tasty, especially the salads! I would definitely co me back!

Yelp
So my girlfriend and I came here because we heard there was a DJ. We made reservations for 830 for a table. The DJ was supposed to come on at nine. We had order a couple appetizers and a couple drinks. What is the music started playing we actually didn't realize it was the DJ because this song selection was just mediocre. It is best to make reservations that way you have a table to go back to after dancing. The food was pretty good. The only thing we didn't care for was the chicken and only had one bite of it. About 930, this guy had came and sat down at our table which was reserved for us. He started making small talk and we have telling him that we were on a girls date and that we are both married. We even signal to our waitress that he was not with our group and she took it as he was going to pay for all of our drinks. When the guy had gotten up to go somewhere else we informed the hostess that he was very creepy. The house is make sure can you get him checked out. I feel like all the waiters and waitresses shit should pick up on signs that we were uncomfortable. overall it was a pretty good experience, I think the music selection could've been better.

Yelp
I reserved a table for Saturday night for a friend and my self and as the night progressed there was a drunk man that forced his way to our table and was making us feel really uncomfortable. He kept ordering drinks and grabbing my hands and trying to rub my back. I kept pointing at him and making help me eyes to our waitress so she would get him removed because he was beyond the limit but she thought I was pointing at him so she would charge him and not us. Totally missed the mark. The hostess that showed us to our table saw what was happening and had him removed immediately. As the night progressed we ordered several appetizers; rock shrimp, bruschetta, calamari and bang bang chicken. The rest of our night went great. The dance floor section is kinda small, between the bar and outside doors. Outside area is really cute with plenty of tables, chairs and trees wrapped in white Christmas lights. Bartenders were visibly overwhelmed but they were still engaging and mixing as fast as they could, one of them even looked online for a drink my friend wanted but didn't know the ingredients. Our waitress, busser, the hostess and the bartenders did a really great job! I would 100% come back here for a night of eating and dancing!

Yelp
I came here during their happy hour (3-7pm Monday through Friday, 4-7pm Saturday and Sunday). Downtown Bellevue really loves their hotel bars but all the ones that I've been to have been pretty good including Suite. I ordered the after hours ($7) which was good and strong. I also got the chicken quesadilla ($6) which was actually really good and filling. I thought it was gonna be on the smaller side considering it's on their happy hour menu but it was a good size with good salsa and a dipping sauce. It's something you can get full off of which is not common for happy hour menus. They have a great happy hour menu adding on top of the fact that it ends at 7pm instead of the typical 6pm-6:30pm. I know I will be back to take advantage of it. Keep doing your thing, downtown Bellevue hotel bars.

Yelp
WOW! What an amazing experience we had at SUITE for my wife's 40th Birthday celebration with our closest 50 guests. * I worked directly with Lisa Olson for planning through SUITE and she made the entire process easy and simple. The party ended up wowing all of our guests. From multiple Aerialist | Acrobat performances to a surprise gender reveal done by a fire performer, a personal photographer, to hosting heavy appetizers, beer, wine, champagne to all of our guests throughout the night and staying within our original talked about budget. Seriously the entire Suite staff did an outstanding job; from Lisa the planning coordinator, the chef, kitchen staff, bartenders, servers including our lead waitress Leslie to even the hostess, security and DJ. We cant thank you all enough. * Our lead waitress was Leslie and omg what an amazing and outgoing person she is. How she is able to be tending to so many guests all at once and keep the flow of the night going for that many people is astonishing. You don't find service like this many places but at Suite we sure did. Overall It was MAGICAL and we look forward to hosting our baby shower later in the year at Suite. * You can expect a modern up lit club-like atmosphere, where they serve many classic cocktails, fine dining including vegan and gluten free options, overall during our event we found that they cater to all. It was very convenient as we have all walks of friends / Family. The DJ on Saturday nights is a HIT! Everyone is on the dance floor when the music starts! * Location: Located in the heart of downtown Bellevue right off of I-405 inside the Hyatt Regency Hotel. I recommend doing valet parking. Easy, fast and affordable.

Yelp
Another visit to this Suite, probably my 4th time in the last 6 months. And this was for my BIG 40th Birthday celebration! But must say that it was by far my worst experience at this Lounge! The 4 of us sat at a table right next to the bar, 2nd booth from the restroom side. Our waitress promptly came and took our orders for drinks and food. After we got our Chicken Quesadillas, Egg rolls, Vegetable Flatbread, some cocktails and sodas, we had to tell the waitress to take back the flatbread since it didn't taste good. We initially wanted the Beef Sliders, but they were totally out of them. So, we ordered more Chicken Quesadillas. However, when we left the table to go dance for 10-15 minutes and came back, some people had taken our Quesadillas! We were so surprised and upset that it definitely ruined our mood. Couldn't believe that people would be so inconsiderate of others foods at their table!! I don't know why people did that, but had to tell the server what had happened. Fortunately, she packed us some new Chicken Quesadillas to go. Service in general was subpar, to say the least. It was very difficult to get refills on water and even napkins, because our waitress was way too busy. The cocktails we ordered were not that good, either. Not as tasty as before. Also, inside the Lounge, the dance floor was way too frickin' packed that there was no space to move. That was pretty disappointing, too. Overall, my birthday celebration was so-so at this place. With strangers taking food from our table, staring at us and service being just OK, not sure it was worth $275. We are regular customers at the Suites, so it kind of put a damper to our night...

Yelp
I was very happy to organize a last-minute birthday celebration for around 10 people at Suite. When I went in person to book a table, I was informed about a $100 deposit without any further details. I intended to bring my cake and have a few bottles of champagne along with some balloons. On the day of my party, I received a call stating a minimum charge of $500. Despite this unexpected change, I proceeded with my plans since I had my cake and balloons. The server appeared new and willing to assist but lacked experience. I requested him to bring the cake and bottles simultaneously. However, he brought the bottles one by one, then the glasses, and eventually the cake. There was a lack of the usual vibrant atmosphere when getting the cake and champagne I had previously experienced there. I had to point this out to him, which unfortunately ruined the whole experience. He then came with one sparkle after the champagne and cake were done. Like I said, he was receptive but very inexperienced. They sliced the cake completely, resulting in 20 pieces for only 11 people--completely unexpected. I shared direct feedback with the server regarding the champagne and the service's shortcomings, aiming to support him during his early days on the job. Although he was nice and receptive, it didn't rectify the situation. As we were leaving at closing time, we sat outside to continue our conversations and later realized I had left my balloons behind. When my boyfriend returned shortly after we left, the bouncer mentioned they had been disposed of, merely 15 minutes after our departure. Suite has always been a fun place for me, but this experience was exceptionally disappointing. If you visit, don't assume all servers are experienced; be clear about your expectations because, ultimately, you're paying for a service that you might not get.

Kate V.

Yelp
Rude staff. From the moment you walk in nobody greets you. Spoke to the manager Kenzie who was just as rude and very condescending. Felt like we were a burden to be there and we were the only ones!!! The pictures are very deceiving as well.

Yelp
My husband and I had our worst ever dining experience at Suite Bellevue tonight 10/6/2023. After 40 minutes of waiting, I walked up to a waitress at the bar and asked if it was normal to wait 40 minutes to even get water on our table. She responded, "shut the f.. up", I'm not dealing with this tonight". I was shocked and in disbelief. I told my husband back at the table, he went to her and she walked off saying the same thing that she's not dealing with this tonight. We alerted the manager, who in my opinion did not seem surprised or trained on how to quickly appease a customer in this situation, I did not feel like her apology was even close to sincere. She said the waitress is dealing with some personal issue and has been sent home, we still saw her walking up and down the restaurant. We walked off and headed to a better venue for dinner. It was our first time at this place and our last! I'm filing an official complaint about the waitress as I believe this was racially motivated and would like to understand why. The hospitality industry is called that for a reason.

Yelp
The most fun atmosphere. Sitting down to write this a week later I am still so pleased with this place. The ambiance is incredible! We were from out of town and a friend recommended this place and I am sure it is even more amazing without restrictions. I hear they have Aerial nights. Our server was great. She was attentive and timely and so nice! We were there for a night out and so the drinks were on point. We ordered so many things to share between four of us and everything was so tasty! The deep fried cauliflower was the best thing we ate hands down. So crispy and SO tasty. You will love it, truly.

Yelp
Dear Hyatt management, Although my NYE tix were free, I didn't deserve to be treated like the chopped liver that gets rejected from Cracker Barrel. When I lived downtown, I frequented Suite. I loved the atmosphere, their drinks and their food. I was pleasantly surprised upon winning Suite's Instagram giveaway for 2 VIP tickets to their recent NYE 2022 celebration. So much so, that we invited our two friends to come join us, who ultimately paid $60 per person so they could come. Upon receiving notice of winning the giveaway on Instagram, I received voice memos from the Suite Instagram account explaining what I had won and timing details. She also asked if I could tag them and post them all over my story and account. That's typically a red flag for me, as I've been paid to do promotions for several brands on Instagram. It felt like a "we'll give you this giveaway in exchange for notoriety on your Instagram". Such overwhelming sincerity. Doors were said to be open at 6, so we arrived around 7:30 after having dinner elsewhere, figuring that would be plenty early. We were wrong. Upon arrival, I explained who I was and that I had won a giveaway. The pretentious gal quickly shot back that she knew nothing about an Instagram giveaway and went to find her manager. Eventually we were all let in, and told that we could find any of the tables out front in the "winter garden". They were all completely full, (probably 10 tables) so we were told we could stand at the bar and hope that a table opened up. After standing at the bar, a nice gentleman host pointed to a tall table in the front and said we could sit there. After 5 minutes, the front redhead came around and aggressively told us to get up as that table had been reserved for "VIP's".......there was no sign or indication to us that we weren't welcome at that table. Also there was no clear explanation as to the difference between OUR "VIP" tickets and the other VIP tickets... So, we stood in front of the doors. After another hour of standing, I simply could not justify standing for an additional 4 hours until midnight. We left. If I had wanted to stand, I would've been wearing an adult diaper in Times Square. I felt terrible for our friends who basically paid $120 for some free bay shrimp and bottom-shelf champagne. Other guests later arrived & were also stuck standing awkwardly. I have rarely ever been as disappointed as I was attending Suite Bellevue for New Year's Eve. You may want to reconsider the tenants that you have and their impact on the face of your brand. Suite management did not adequately plan for the number of tickets they sold and their available capacity. Event management is not rocket science. In my NYE Instagram post, I tagged Lucky Strike. We didn't go there, but they deserve more notoriety than you.

Yelp
Been there couple of times. This time food was really good. There was dinner special going on for $39 for 3 course. Got tempura shrimp steak and creme brulee. Steak was done as i requested. Usually places always overcook or undercook it. Creme brulee was very thick and top was not crunchy. I just gotta say it was not fresh. But overall food was good.

Yelp
So so food I guess kinda over priced for what they are serving considering it's supposed to be a really nice place to eat. Just very mediocre food that is priced in a way where it shouldn't be mediocre.

Yelp
I always enjoy coming here. The happy hour is outstanding and the vibe is pretty chill. I am appreciated the apps I tired (spring roll, pork sliders and flat bread pizza) and all were quite tasty. Service was great with a server and supper staff bring apps and drinks. This is one of my favorite places to go for drinks or just to hang out and run into someone I may know. A very good time at Suite.

Yelp
It was expensive, and if you'd like to have a table or even sit down, you have to buy one and they're starting at over a hundred dollars. The drinks were decent the service was kinda rushed. They had aerial dancers on my cool hoops up in the air that was kind of cool to look at. It just seemed like a bunch of microsoft office workers that came after they got off work, and they weren't even dressed up.

Yelp
Not so great food or drinks Just a typical American Restaurant with no authentic taste or taste dishes Happy hour is a waste too It gets you free parking surely Ambience is dark (not sure if that makes it fancy? )

Yelp
Joeys had a 2 hr wait so we decided to try Suite for food and drinks. I think this experience goes down as top 10 worst in my life. First off, the bar tender did not know how to make drinks and was operating at sloth speed! There was nobody at the bar, yet it took our bar tender about 15 minutes to make simple drink which she messed up on! I then ordered a dirty martini which came as neat and sent it back to have it remade and they royally F***** it up. Tasted watered down on the second try. I literally had to force myself to drink it. If you want a drink get a shot or a beer.... Mixed drinks are too risky lol. Food was piss poor, too salty and small portions. They have no idea how to run a business. Be prepared to wait a long time for bad food and cocktails. The only good was the rope dancer.

Yelp
we made a reservation at Suite not knowing how busy they would be during the holiday season. Not many places allow reservations for Happy Hour so that was a definite plus. Our servers name was Jazma and she was very attentive even though it was busy. She checked in frequently and made sure we were taken care of. They also have a nice selection of Happy hour food options as well. This is a hidden gem and we will most definitely stop in next time we travel to Bellevue.

Yelp
Waited for at least 10 minutes before the bar tender even acknowledged me and there were literally only 3 other people at the bar. My 2nd glass of wine had lipstick all over it. I could not get the bar tenders attention to get a new glass so I just poured it into my old glass, that wasn't removed. Service and food was no bueno! The charcuterie board I ordered was the worst I've ever had. 4 different cheeses and none of them had any flavor. The 2 small potions of meat were sliced and cut way to thick and served with some spicy jam that did not go with anything on the board. The topper was the rotten grapes that were served with my board. Don't order this! I wanted to complain but I waited so long for the bartender to come back over to me that I finally just walked out, after unhappily paying my bill.

Yelp
Okay, I don't go to places where suits go. Sorry, but I like dive bars and flannel and indie rock music, playing in the background while you sip on a local IPA. So, Suite should be everything I'm not a fan of, yet, there is a lot to like about this place. Their happy hour is an awesome deal. In fact, it's one of the best in Bellevue. There are several appetizer items that are less than 10 dollars. They have house wines for six bucks. A dollar off drafts. But my favorite deal is that they have half-off cocktails. And these cocktails are craft cocktails that are strong on aaaalcohol. That's my kinda jam. You can also ask the server to customize it, so that if you don't like sweet cocktails, the bartender will lighten up on the sour mix, etc... They are very accommodating here. Servers are all so sweet. I've never had a negative experience here. They are friendly, frequently check in with tables, happy to make recommendations and provide substitutions to menu items. I also recently found out that in the summer they have Yappy Hour every Tuesday on the patio! From 3 to 7, there are happy hour specials and dogs are more than welcome to lounge out on the patio. I actually didn't even know there was a patio for Suite until I met up with friends here for Yappy Hour, as they told me about this Tuesday special. If you're a dog parent or just dog enthusiast (as you should be!) then you will have to visit on Tuesdays this summer. There are a ton of dogs on the patio, some even lying on the comfy outdoor couches! I love it. Plus, they host special events where Motley Zoo and Tito's Vodka will visit during Yappy Hour, to talk about their programs, give out freebies like dog leashes and water bowls, and even have animals to adopt! People have to hold me back when I see animals up for adoption because I can't ever say no to animals! Overall, Suite is a great lounge and bar in Downtown Bellevue - even, for me, someone who usually stays away from places where suits and short skirts hang. You'd think I'd stay away from this place, but I'm a fan. (I just may be the only one dressed down though.) See you at Suite on Tuesdays!

Yelp
Stopped by this week for dinner with a party of 3 since we were staying at the Hyatt and couldn't get a reservation anywhere else last minute. I understand why this place was not busy. Inattentive waitress (never once stopped by to check on us). They brought out the meals for some of our party but another person in our group waited over 30 minutes after the rest of the groups meals were served. Our waitress never came to apologize, and we eventually cancelled that meal since it was not served. Would not recommend coming back.

Yelp
We went here for a friend's 40th birthday party. We reserved a table for 14 weeks in advance. When we arrived, they tried to put us at a table set for 9. When we objected, they implied that it was enough space for 14, and questioned if we couldn't just squish in. We said no. They eventually organized seating for 14. This is just the beginning of how the night went. We waited 1.5 hours for our first round of drinks. After an hour and half, we were ready to make the drinks ourselves! We tried to order champagne to toast the birthday girl. We had pointed to the one we wanted on the menu, and she looked at it and wrote it down. But the wrong one came. And she opened it before she brought it to the table. So we got stuck with it. Most of us ordered from the three-course set menu (one appy, one main, one dessert). They brought the mains an hour later, but appies had not come yet. They seemed shocked that the appies never came. But not too shocked...When we told the waitress we never got appies she said "the kitchen has been very disorganized. I thought this might happen." - but no apology! She put the main down like "oh well." Most of appies never did come. Half of us never got desserts either. It was absolute chaos. When we got the bill, it was discovered that the waitress had charged us for the top-shelf premium alcohol all night - AND DOUBLE DRINKS. That we did not order. Three gin & tonics, for instance, was $75. Which is objectively insane. I will never go back here. What a disaster!

Yelp
Do note: this review is strictly for the "clubbing" aspect of Suite on a Saturday night. After spending some time at Luckystrike, my friends and I visited Suite as an alternative place to go dancing. Overall, definitely had a great time here :) My observations: ~Music: Mix of reggaton/Latin/top 40/ EDM - basically, there's going to be a song that will at least appeal to each person. Energy of the DJs were fun and upbeat ~No cover! Yeeeeeh, what more can I say? :) ~Security: I want to give a huge shout out to the awesome security guy who stood close to the door, near the dance floor. :D Thank you for offering me a chair while I was on crutches and allowing me an opportunity to boogie while not being on my injured leg ~Ambiance: I love the upscale feel of this place. It's fancy, people are dressed up, and the dance floor is mad packed. Surprisingly, not a lot of creepers too (yay) ~Booths: Most if not all, are reserved. Not a lot of places to sit, so prepare to stand all night ~Parking: Just park at the garage and use the skybridge to get on over here. It's free ~Crowd: Definitely the older crowd, 30+. Be sure to look nice since majority of the people here dress a bit more nicer than the usual ~Tip: To survive the hot dance floor, stand near the door. When that door opens, a gush of fresh freezing air will blow through and it feels mega awesome In all, I would definitely swing by here again if I'm in the area. ^___^

Yelp
Went to Seattle area for girl's weekend. Stayed at the Hyatt Bellevue which is where Suite is. We loved the food, drinks and atmosphere so much we went here all three nights we were there. Incredible service!! We loved sitting on the patio. It was so nice, especially when it got dark. The lighting and fire pits were beautiful. We will be back!!!

Yelp
We were looking for a new restaurant to try while attending the dental conference. The menu looked good so we called to make reservations. After I made the reservations I was excited that The Suite is located in the Hyatt which is where most of the dental classes were located. The class ended earlier than expected so we went about an hour earlier than our reservation and they were able to seat us right away. I ordered the Secret Garden cocktail which is a light citrus drink. The steak salad was delicious!! The top layer of the creme brulee was a little too hard for my liking. We were all shocked by how fast our food orders came out. The service was fantastic!!

Yelp
We had a great time at thr Suite on a Sat night. The staff and services are excellent. They are very attentive to ensure you are having a good time. The food is good. I couldn't recommend the Steak Medallik but everything else was great.

Yelp
I have not seen an entire restaurant staff quite this bad at following state mask mandate before tonight, not to mention general hygiene practices. Our server had her entire mask around her chin the whole time she was serving us. The bartender had her mask below her nose and also under her chin at times while chatting in close proximity to the customers seated at the bar. I also witnessed in disgust as the bartender made drinks without her mask on, mixed the drinks with a straw, and stuck the straw in her mouth with one hand as she handed the drinks off to the mask-around-chin server with another hand. Besides that atrocious behavior, food was meh. The pulled pork sliders were dry and salty. If you care about your health, DO NOT COME HERE.
