This place. I’m obsessed!! I stopped by once for coffee and I thought I would try their egg and cheese: best decision of my life. Honestly one of the best egg and cheese sandwiches I’ve had in the city. I think the chipotle mayo has something to do with this. I assume the rest of the menu is as good but this one stuck with me. Staff is super friendly as well! And coffee’s really good too.

This place is definitely a five star specialty coffee shop with five star food. I really enjoyed the espresso. I tried one of the light roast espresso lens and also I tried the breakfast burrito. The espresso had a great flavor and it was made perfectly, and the breakfast burrito was very filling and quite delicious. I would say that the prices here are very expensiveprobably because of the location. I think the prices are worth it, but seem to be a little bit too expensive in my opinion the cost for espresso was five dollars just for a double shot of espresso.

Great selection of high end roasters. Super knowledgable and friendly staff, especially if you’re a coffee connoisseur. Shout out Caleb for being super hospitable and nerding out with me. They brew their filter/pourovers on a Decent, and I was pleasantly surprised! Definitely will be back.

We came here for breakfast for two adults and two teens. We came late on a Sunday (~noon), so we couldn't get seating together, nonetheless the experience was good. The back corner is a tiny isle with a bar for three but the mirrors make it look like you're in the main area. We ordered at the cashier but the food is brought to your table. The menu is on the pricier side but the food makes it so worth it. We ordered the breakfast plate (scrambled eggs, beef patties, house fries, chipotle dressing) burrito with avocado and chorizo, the eggs and toast and some pancakes. We also had coffee drinks. They brought us water without having to ask for it. The total was ~$105, which is not bad for FiDi in NYC and a hefty breakfast for all! The service was top notch and wait time was minimal. I would go here again anytime.

During our recent business trip to New York, my family and I turned one morning into a special family breakfast adventure. We were staying at the Marriott in Manhattan, and on our walk toward the Brooklyn Bridge, we discovered Suited NYC. What a gem of a spot. We sat outside to enjoy a beautiful New York morning while we waited for our meal. I ordered the turkey sausage, eggs, and potatoes, and it was absolutely stunning every bite flavorful and satisfying. My kids were thrilled with their pancakes and eggs, and my wife joined me with the same dish I had. We all raved about it. We also indulged in their coffees and lattes, and the children had fresh-squeezed orange juice and apple juice, which were incredibly fresh and delicious. From what I discovered later, Suited NYC is a fine coffee + casual dining spot located in the Financial District at 45 John Street. The café was founded by Andrew Fazio and Wilson Johnson in 2020, inspired by their families’ craftsmanship roots Fazio’s family in tailoring and Johnson’s family in artisanal creation. Suited carefully sources beans from top roasters and rotates pour-over selections alongside a house espresso blend. Their food menu emphasizes fresh, seasonal fare, and they serve breakfast dishes all day until 3 p.m. The café does have indoor and outdoor seating, though space can be limited, so arriving early or off-peak helps. We found Suited via Google Maps, walking from our hotel in Manhattan. Its location made it a very convenient and refreshing stop before continuing our journey toward the bridge. As for parking, Suited’s setting in Lower Manhattan and the Financial District more broadly is not ideal for on-street parking. Most visitors rely on nearby garages or park farther away and walk, much like we did. One of the café’s strengths is that it’s walkable if you’re already in Manhattan and prefer to skip the stress of traffic and parking. If you’re planning to visit, I’d suggest going early to get a nicer seat (especially outdoors), walking to Suited if your hotel is nearby, and savoring their breakfast menu and coffees. It will set a wonderful tone for your day. For our family, Suited wasn’t just a meal it became one of our favorite memories from New York.

My Monday morning pick-me-up started with friendly service and good food at this relaxed coffee spot. The mocha was good, but the egg and cheese sandwich adding sausage and avocado was packed with nicely folded fluffy eggs with cheese melting from under the toasted brioche bun. It was more than I could eat so I took the rest To Go to eat later.

Absolutely excellent breakfast burrito & such a good dirty chai. It’s a pretty small space so it can feel a bit crowded or overwhelming while waiting but if you’re just grabbing something to go I highly recommend. Flat white is also very yummy! Very nice local little coffee spot

Great coffee! Loved the drinks we got. Suited is a multi roaster cafe with house roasted beans. Staff were very nice and knowledgeable. Space is nice for a meet up but a bit cramped for work.

Now, this is truly a cafe that delivers both lovely ambience and a culinary experience right in the center of FiDi. I happened upon this place last year, and decided to visit again recently. The service is very good. The interior of the cafe really chic. They have lovely lighting fixtures. However, I personally prefer outside, especially during the Summer. They have an outdoor seating area in the front with lovely chairs. Now the meal I have to give them a 10/10 for is that Mexican Bowl! Wow, I mean, I don't even know where to begin this. It's absolutely delicious, every single part of it, down to the green sauce. Plus it's very affordable. I honestly don't think I have ever had such a well cooked bowl like this. It's a dish you have got to try here! Highly recommend this place.

I came here for a quick bite on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Immediately I noticed they added some outdoor seating which is great because the place is not large. It's modern and minimal. They have limited selection of food; menu focusing on coffee & teas. The cashier greeted me & immediately took my order. I decided on Eggs Florentine, a latte with almond milk & a tumeric latte with almond milk. Total came out to $33.75 (a little steep for 1 entree & 2 drinks). Once we placed our order then we grabbed a table (counter space is the other option if the place is full). Preferring a table, we sat at one next to the door. Because it was busy the staff didn't have a chance to clean but quickly took care of it at my mention. The food came quickly and it was pretty. The salad had a light lemon oil dressing and the poached eggs sat on a bed of sautéed spinach and a nicely toasted sourdough bread. I was delightfully surprised that the bread was well toasted yet soft in the middle. The eggs could be more runny for me. But overall tasty. The latte was smooth and highly recommend. I would return to have a Java break and try other items on the menu.

Came here recently for an early afternoon coffee, and was really impressed. We grabbed a seat outside, and service was fast and super friendly. They came out multiple times to get us water, ask us how we were doing, and so forth. I got a cortado, and it was really solid. Fruity notes that translate really well as the drink cools down. I typically like my roasts to taste more of a darker, caramel note, but this for some reason, I really enjoyed. I do feel like the milk wasn't as steamed as it could be; it felt quite thin, and didn't provide much texture to the drink. Overall, really good spot with plenty of seating, friendly staff, and solid drinks. Will definitely be back!

I always get their cold brew to go and it tastes good. The place is always filled. They allow laptops in the front and back bar only. Will need to go back and try their brunch menu.

Amazing oat milk latte. +$1 for the oat milk which is a little on the pricier end. It came out quickly. They had a server who kept my water filled which was a nice touch. It was fairly crowded as it was 9:30am on a Tuesday. I sat for a bit but didn't want to keep the table for too long. There are plenty of places to sit but they were almost all full this morning. The food looked amazing although I didn't partake in any.

I just discover brunch perfection Coffee shop in the Financial District. They have a very impressive food menu from classic favorites to innovative creations. Suited was less than a 15-minute walk from Hall des Lumières. I met up with my good friend Jenn for lunch today. Luckily, she grabbed a table for us. The ambiance was perfect for our lunch date. I informed the cashier about my food allergies. First, you need to order and pay for your food. Second, one of the employees will bring out your food. Drinks Jenn: Iced Latte (Large) + Salted Caramel + Oat Me: KIMINO Ringo Sparkling Juice - refreshingly delicious Food Jenn: Mexican Bowl (Steak) Me: Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich - The buttermilk fried chicken with butter lettuce, pickles, and gribiche sauce on a brioche bun was mouthwatering. My palate was bouncing off the roof!

Great spot for a quick grab and go coffee & pastry or to sit and enjoy something from their kitchen. We ordered the pancakes and breakfast plate. Both came with plenty of food and both were delicious. The potatoes and sausage on the breakfast plate were my favorites but I love the amount of eggs they give you! Although there aren't too many spots to sit inside, on a nice day there's some seating outside and service is very quick!

Wow. Just wow. Their flat white is immaculate. As a coffee snob all I can say is, it was one of the best Flat Whites I had in a while. They also give you a point card, after 9 drinks 10th is on the house. Great simple menu as well. I've tried their granola & fruit bowl. Very much recommended

Suited Cafe in the Fidi truly stands out. The decor is modern and chic, with sleek furniture and plush seating. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast, leisurely lunch, or productive business meeting. But the real star of the show is the food. Suited Cafe offers a menu of delicious and healthy options, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I love sharing the sandwiches with friends so I can eat them all! They've won an award for their coffee, I don't drink coffee but I know friends who love it and it's their go to spot. I get the pot of tea and love the tea cups :)

I can always count on Suited for a consistent, great coffee and they also have a punchcard, I think it's after 10 coffees you get a free coffee, which is nice because a lot of places don't offer that. The service is great and fast, I've never had food here and the coffee shop usually doesn't have seats available, there is outdoor seating, I'm more of a take my coffee and go person.

They make a proper cup of coffee for sure but more importantly to me - they can make a matcha! A little in the pricy side but you know the saying.,, Home baked goods are excellent.

Perfect spot to hit up if you're in the area if you want a good coffee or an amazing breakfast. The chicken sandwich meal was A1 for me and my friend got the breakfast plate which he throughly enjoyed. Of course amazing service from the team that works here and great place to sit back and relax at, whether it's inside or out.

Came for quick lunch. I was torn btwn fish sandwich and Mexican bowl. Went with Mexican bowl. Market fish was snapper btw. I thoroughly enjoyed my Mexican bowl (with Steak). I didn't mean to finish it but i did. Only thing is that 1 tortilla chip inserted was kinda stale. I was done with my meal when it occurred that i would have also prefered a spicier sauce. Th3 green sauce that's included didn't really add much to the overall flavor of the dish. I hardly tasted it when I poured it into the bowl. I went for chai tea as i read that thru have got chai. Was not disappointed. It was slightly sweet but not overpowering. Actually really good. We sat outside but they have some indoor seating as well. Peak lunch time, seating may be tougher but I went around 330pm so we had places to sit easily.

A bit pricey but so yummy and cozy. I ordered a cappuccino and the scrambled eggs with toast. Everything was delicious. Order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. This place gets very crowded so getting a seat can be challenging. I tried to come a second time but there was simply no space Delicious!!

was nearby and saw decent reviews for the coffee and canelé so I stopped in. The latte was ok - could barely taste any espresso though, needs another shot probably. The canelé was a mess - tastes more like a donut hole than a real canelé. No caramelized crust, it's basically all one texture with powdered sugar. Skip it.

Anyway, I have sensitivity to gluten so I tried gluten free peanut butter cookie. It. Is. The. Best. Gluten. Free. I've. Ever. Had. Periodt. Other places made it hard but this place it tasted just like gluten. One thing I found interesting is they bake their own pastries in their own kitchen. They also hand out leftovers if any for the less fortunate hum I can't rate on espressos since I cut them out. However, I've tried Turmeric drink and I recommend it.

Coffee was excellent! Service was quick and efficient. Ambiance was upscale and modern. A great spot to start your day at!

This was one of the nicest casual coffee shops I have seen in a while in NYC! I came here on a few separate days on a work trip, and the fact that I did repeat visits speaks volumes. (I also grew up in NYC so I know there is variety). I loved their flat white--I got it to go, but if you have a few minutes, stay and enjoy it in their nice pottery cups. I also really liked their caneles. It is a French pastry that is very difficult to make, and has a brûléed top and vanilla bean inside the cake filling. Baked in house and so good! I also tried their breakfast burrito--dang, it's awesome. It comes with salsa on the side and is flavorful and just the right size for a casual breakfast or lunch. Their staff are also very kind and handle any rushes with grace, and make you feel welcome. Come here, and you won't regret it.

Dropped by SUITED since I was in need of a pick me up and it was in a conveniently situated area, near the train station, on the way to my gathering. I've had this place saved for forever since the first time I wandered by on a stroll through FiDi. It was summer then, and families were congregated on the benches of the outside seating sipping mochas and there was a wonderful hustle and bustle throughout the cafe. This time I dropped by right before closing and service was fast and efficient. I love the interior of the store, which is this classy navy dark blue with nice minimalistic light elements. I got a flat white which was pretty good! Overall probably my favorite coffee that I've had in the FiDi area, which overall can be pretty sparse in terms of dining and beverage options.

What a killer breakfast plate! There's a lot of food and it's all cooked very well. The staff is super friendly and courteous. What a little gem in the finance district. Definitely on my return list.

5 stars! 5 stars! 5 stars! I have celiac disease (can't eat gluten), this place has great options! And the bread doesn't crumble to pieces. Ambiance is nice, maybe a more take out if you're hungry, but perfect to sit and chat. Don't visit city often but glad I found this place.

This is a stop for french toast! The coffee is quite good too. This coffee shop has limited but delicious food items. There are not many places to sit, so be prepared to come and wait for a seat before ordering or to take your order out (not an option for us on a rainy and cold March morning). We did get seats but shortly after beginning our meal we moved to a better, warmer location. There were a YUMMY choices we did not try. We look forward to someday trying them. Warning: either come very hungry or bring someone to share with.

Came by on a Friday morning for some caffeine. Despite it being rainy, there were quite a bit of people inside. The coffee was okay. The iced latte wasn't anything special, but it was good coffee for the area.

For the coffee enthusiasts, you'll enjoy your visit here. Ample seating and a good spot to sit down to enjoy your coffee. Didn't look like they have their own roast but they carry Little Wolf and Sey. I ordered a Cortado and regular drip. Cortado was well made, though the espresso's taste was a bit muted. I'll come back here again whenever I find myself back in FiDi.

Suited is a quaint little coffee shop I've passed by numerous times and always told myself I'd try but never got the opportunity.. until this weekend! I had just wrapped up a workout class nearby and was looking for a spot to grab a quick meal when it finally hit me to come here. When I dropped by, it was around noon and wasn't particularly crowded- there were some spots open at the bar near the door and a few smaller tables open as well, though they were quite close together so we chose the bar seating. The cold brew was a standard cold brew, nothing stood out in a particularly good or bad way. The breakfast plate was quite a large portion (I split it with my partner and we were both satisfied). Eggs were fluffy, potatoes were roasted with quite a bit of lemon and salt. Sausage patties were okay - I've had better but they also weren't the worst either. The Chipotle mayo was good as well.. but how could it not be! Overall glad I tried it, but would try a different dish next time I come.

Palm trees? In the middle of Manhattan? Why not! This place has all the vibes for brunch. I had the most amazing iced latte, fried chicken sandwich, slice of chocolate cake, and ricotta pancakes for brunch... I'm ashamed to admit I didn't even take any of it home, which I usually do. I ate every single last bite. This place is fantastic, and I highly recommend you go!

This place is so cute on the inside and also has outdoor seating. I ordered the breakfast plate and thought it was decent but the sausage patties did seem a little undercooked. The sauce on the side was great though. My friends liked the breakfast burritos they ordered but I think I'll just stick with their yummy coffee next time.

Wow!! Beautifuuuuul presentation of coffee!! Loved the cappuccino. Ambiance is also very trendy and cute. I was super excited to walk by here & find this! Has a good number of seats with people coming and going. Staff is friendly. & I find this location very clean and upbeat! This is a great addition to a somewhat dull area for cafes! Would just say, I also ordered a chocolate croissant that would have been better if they offered to toast it again. Will come by again and try some other pastries though! Otherwise, coffee is on point here!

Really nice place with large windows, letting a lot of sunshine in and the interior was a mix of hip/minimalistic. The cups they used were really nice too, artisanal. Interestingly the cup felt more hot than the actual drink for some reason. Servers were super friendly. Definitely but more pricey given it's location. The matcha I got was decent and the banana bread was really moist although I would prefer it to be sweeter. Still not bad, I just might be more of a matcha and dessert snob lol. But my friends were super satisfied with what they ordered: chai latte, soy milk latte, and croissant. They can also heat up the pastries for you, just ask! :)

Gluten free pancakes were amazing! Thank you! Coffee was good although counter staff either didn't hear my order or never brought the coffee so we had to ask and they believed us that we paid for it. There is a second door for wheelchair access. I appreciate the access even if not perfect NYC tries to accommodate with ramps. Hipster and business vibe but in FiDi so as expected.

Look no further for excellent coffee and baristas who have a tireless passion for their craft as well as sharing their knowledge. Both Jeremy and Connor shared so much time and knowledge with me. They helped me understand the coffee they offered and in turn helped me to appreciate it in ways I had not previously known. In addition to explaining the subtle nuances in flavor and intricacies such as how the altitude affects the chemistry and taste of the coffee, they answered many of my questions and gave me guidance on how to learn more. I also tried their egg on brioche. It was delicious. Clearly a place that cares immensely about ingredient quality, sourcing and the art/science of expressing the best qualities of food or coffee.

I came here - first and foremost, to try the coffee - per a barista friend's recommendation. Suited takes their coffee seriously. They source from some of the best roasters in New York, and also have some coffees from international roasters as well. I was able to chat about the coffee's flavor/texture/etc as well as about the shop's machine/equipment with one of the baristas there. He was knowledgeable and happy to chat with us, all the while managing to serve the many customers who kept streaming in-and-out of the shop. I'm glad they still have some washed options available -- maybe it's because I'm having a slew of naturals lately but I've been finding myself gravitating towards the clarity more often present in washed. New York's café scene feels intrinsically different in atmosphere to that of Portland's, so it feels a little unfair to take that approach in my review here. Whereas Portland cafés do tend to be a little slower in pace, the ones I visited in New York were all focused on quick and efficient service, which Suited definitely had. I LOVED their egg sandwich. The brioche bun was fluffy and the eggs were whipped into a firm but delicate scramble. Overall, I'll definitely visit again when I'm in the New York area to see what other guest roasters they're featuring, and more importantly, have an excellently brewed cup of coffee.

I've had this place saved for a long time and finally got the chance to go. This cafe is very cute and modern but over $5 for a cortado is absolutely absurd! It is such a small amount of coffee and I have only ever paid $4 max for one. Additionally, I thought I would be able to sit and do some work on my laptop here, but there's no Wi-Fi, so if you're looking for a co-working cafe, this isn't an option.

This place is so cute! I stopped by for a quick brunch and it the spot for a long day of site seeing. They have a great variety of coffee and coffee drinks (tea too!). I noticed they have pastries as well. I will definitely stop by again. Seating is intimate but you have an option of indoor or outdoors.

Delicious coffee? Check. Delicious food? Also check. I loved the interior space - displaying a beautiful espresso machine and shelves of the coffee beans that they use (Sey, Apollon's Gold, etc.). They also have a very cool outdoor space that is available on non-rainy days - more of a standup space for people who are on the go (which, in NYC, feels like everyone). We got a simple Breakfast Sandwich. Honestly, I did not know that something this simple could taste so delicious. They opted for a brioche-like bun for the sandwich bread, and it included a perfectly cooked egg with some light cheese on top. It was classic but stellar. If the sandwich alone tasted that delicious, I can't imagine the rest of the menu! The coffee is what we came for, and we were also very impressed by its quality. They have a very interesting new method for Pourover - using an automated technique that pairs a specially made espresso basket with their Decent espresso machine. It was extremely fascinating to see this new technique, also also very cool to see how they are trying to highlight consistency in their brews. While we were waiting, we also got to try a sample of their drip. Overall their coffees are high in clarity and truly refreshing. Sometimes it is simple, washed coffees that do the trick (especially in this world of funky naturals). Thanks again to this super talented team for an awesome experience!

Picked up 8 caneles this morning, gave 2 to my neighbors, 3 to my husband, and about to devour the last of the 3 caneles of my share.

This place was cool and super cute! I love the name and the logo which was a tie! This is an espresso shop. They did not have any coffee but they did have a variety of espresso hot and cold drinks and they also have some food which I would have loved to try! The person who took our order was so nice and created some small talk while our lattes were getting prepared. There is seating and I though there was actually a good amount for NYC. Our lattes were great! One of the best lattes. I have had. Just tastes very fresh and a little on the stronger side. I am so glad we found this place and would love to come back!

Great food, desserts are epic, super busy place so can't always sit down if you can't don't let that stop you taking food away! Great friendly service

I had a very bad experience at Suited Cafe this morning, a staff in the Cafe was very unfriendly. I am a bit nearsighted and I wasn't wearing glasses, so I couldn't see the menu on the wall clearly. I asked this lady if there's a paper menu, and she impatiently replied, "No". I told her it's a bit difficult to see the menu on the wall, not only did she not provide any help, but she also showed extreme impatience. No matter what question I asked her, she would deny it and respond loudly with a valley girl accent, basically she was trying to make me feel that my question was very stupid. She even rolled her eyes to show her contempt. I have lived in New York for more than 10 years and have not written any negative reviews for service staff, because I have not had any unpleasant experiences. I was shocked by the lady's attitude. I've been living in the area for three years. I used to occasionally visit this restaurant, but haven't come over in the past few months. The restaurant is quite good, both in terms of food and drink quality. I just don't understand why the shop owner would hire such a mean, rude and impolite person? Due to the impatient attitude of this lady, I rushly ordered breakfast without seeing the menu clearly,as I didn't eat pork and beef, I left without taking a few bites.

I've walked past Suited numerous times thinking it's only a coffee shop. It's so much more! Their brunch plates are innovative, big portions and moderately priced. My friend was visiting from out of town and we caught up over a great brunch. We ordered the Breakfast Plate ($16) and Eggs Florentine ($16) - you can add smoked salmon for an extra $7 and it's so worth it. I'll be back to try the pancakes and fried chicken sandwich. The owner or manager was sitting with his family on a Saturday morning and helping take orders when it got busy. Love supporting a thriving small business. Coffee with oat milk runs you about $7-8 but it's good coffee. Par for the course and comparable to Blue Bottle or La Colombe in both taste and worth. Run, don't walk, before other people discover this hidden brunch gem in FiDi.

It's Simple Very little space to sit but it works. Coffee is perfection every time. Company said best chi latte they ever had so plus. Breakfast burritos aren't amazing but did the job. Service was quick so no complaints. What would elevate this place for me if food improvement and I would be hooked.

Great vibe! Great coffee and lattes! We are staying about two blocks away and happened across this coffee shop while waiting for a green juice down the street. All of the employees were very friendly and myself and my friends who all got drinks enjoyed them. Their menu looks delicious as well with a good mix of savory, sweet, gluten free, and vegetarian breakfast options. There are a couple things served on weekends only but overall a very diverse and delicious sounding menu. I hope to be able to stop by before heading back home.

Super cute new coffee shop that opened up in FiDi! The interior is really nice and a great spot to grab breakfast or lunch. They do all day breakfast which I loved. I went with my boyfriend and he got the sausage and egg sandwich and I got the soup of the day and a side of eggs. The eggs were so fluffy and delicious and the portion is huge. His sandwich was amazing, pretty thick and filling so you can split it if you're not too hungry. The aioli in the sandwich is the star. The soup of the day was a butternut squash soup. It was decent, but there was a strong turmeric flavor that was a bit unusual. Overall great new spot to checkout in FiDi as an alternative to other more mainstream coffee shops around.
