They do not provide housekeeping or linen, you can not get new sheets if needed and you have to provide your own towels and tissue. The rooms are supposed to be renovated there were holes in the wall the ceiling was caving in and they have pest I would not recommend this facility to anyone even if they are “nicely” priced.

Yea I found 4 roaches in da bathroom & 1 in da fridge, but roaches r everywhere & any place. I'm not gonna make a big deal out of it, cuz they was in da bathroom. Can't explain da 1 in da fridge tho, but I am handicap there isn't 1 grab bar in da shower & they keep ice locked up when office closes. I need to change rooms if possible today closer to da front, cuz I can't walk to get ice or nuttin fr my injury. Ice was meltin already, cuz I walk so slow. Plus nobody will k where I am

I love it here. It’s not as bad as people like to say. They are decent people that gave ppl jobs. Give ppl breaks and a place to live. Unlike 90% of Wilmington.

Employees are rude told a friend of mine that was visiting she couldn't be there but had her confused with someone else and then I apologize

It was infested with Roaches room 213 the hole rooms are infested with Roaches so we left the next day upstairs. I give this hotel 0 Stars.

It be ok if they care but they don't they don't care who they put beside nobody when I have to work in the morning I have a person beside me slam doors all kinds of night in don't care you tell the office they say they check in don't next I'm calling the police then they do something then

My fiance and I paid $440.00 for a week rental of a room on 08/15/2024. Upon entering the three different rooms we discovered the motel to be roach infested in all three rooms. I requested a refund which now has been three days we have not received our money. Now we are in a position we need our money or the room regardless of the roach problems we were willing to take the room. However, Suites On Market is refusing to honor the room agreement or give us our money. Suites on Market is not a place to stay for so many reasons. We are left no option but to contact everyone we can via Google, news and by any means possible to stop this company putting other people in this type of situation.

Enjoyed my stay here, the staff is super kind and understanding. Affordable rates for sure.
