James an excellent sales assistant very knowledgeable! It took us less than 40 minutes to try on the suit adjust it , pick up 3 shirts and a tie! Meanwhile they gave me a real double espresso !

I always make it a point to visit Suit Supply’s Brookfield Place location, and that’s because of Bryan. He has consistently been kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. During my recent visit, Bryan was finishing up with another client whose appointment ran into mine, but he still took the time to check in, greet me warmly, and let me know he’d be with me shortly. His attention to detail is unmatched—he helped alter a pair of custom trousers I had made last year, ensuring they fit perfectly (I had a slight imperfection that was ignored last year’s fittings). Knowing I’ll be traveling to a hot destination this summer, Bryan introduced me to their summer fabric selections. He patiently stood by as I sifted through the entire Spring/Summer fabric book, never making me feel rushed. His knowledge and genuine enthusiasm made the process enjoyable and seamless. Rashawn is extremely knowledgeable, highly attentive, great at listening, and overall a friendly hard-worker who you can trust will put you in the perfect suit. Not to mention the material quality certainly punches above its price point. This is the only place to go.

His customer service was top-notch — I gave him an idea of what I was looking for, and he immediately brought out six different trousers for me to try on. Always a pleasure working with JoJo. I’ve bought a couple of tuxedos and suits over the years at suitsupply and JoJo has been great giving guidance with the custom made to measure program. He makes great suggestions regarding design and fabric choices and Adjusts for fit and sillhoutes preferences , to make menswear pieces that enjoyable and fun to wear and very versatile in usage.

Very efficient staff, and a good strong selection of suits. They offer in house tailoring that is a bit pricey but not out of the world insane. They have the price list posted clearly in the dressing room. All the sales people clearly love their craft and they take pride in getting you something you'll love and look good in.

Hands down the best branch in New York. Came in to purchase several shirts. Vlora and Teddy's knowledge and customer service was like no other. I've shopped at several Suit Supply stores and this one takes the cake. Highly recommend.

If you asked me what I thought of Suitsupply 3 months ago, it would've been a one star. One person changed that all. If you have the chance, work with Ami. He's got style and his passion shows in his professionalism. My suit adventure began in February. I needed something for my wedding in June. The original salesperson helped me find something I liked. Only to find out they didn't have my size. Okay back to the drawing board. Found another suit I liked. Again, not in my size. Three hours later, I said please just show me things that you have available in my size. Let's not waste either of our time. Sadly another salesperson had the audacity to say, "well it's not our fault." Well it kind of is. Just show me what you have available. So finally we found a third suit I liked and it's in my size. But it has to ship from Texas. Fine. One month later, I've heard no response about the suit. I called to ask about it and they quickly respond, "oh it's been here." That's great because no one told me. Then I get an immediate return call saying, "sorry but there's a problem with your suit. It arrived damaged." So I had to go in yet again to find a forth suit. Luckily this time around I worked with Ami. He showed me exactly the suits in my size and gave me his expert opinion on what would look good together. And you can tell from the way he was dressed himself that he had style. Three months after I first walked into Suitsupply, I finally have a well tailored suit that I like. And I have Ami to thank. Thank you for fixing my issues and turning a horrible experience into a great one.

The team at the Suit Supply in Brookfield is next level! The level of care and service they provide is second to none. They were always eager to expedite any tailoring and alterations and provide great expert advice. Couldnt ask for anything more! Special shout out to Teddy!

This is not a "custom" product, this is an off-the-shelf product with minor alterations. When I got my 2 "custom" suits and 1 "custom" shirt, I was only measured once or twice, the rest of the adjustments were done by visual inspection after having me put on the original garment before alteration. Even after being re-done once (two separate fitting sessions), my "custom" shirt's neck was too tight to wear. This could have been fixed by simply measuring my neck, which no-one at the store ever bothered to do. For the money that I paid (about $1,450 per suit), I would have expected a well-fitting, elegant suit. Instead, I got something more similar to Men's Wearhouse. In short, I came in expecting elegant, custom tailoring, but walked away with an overpriced, off-the-shelf product.

I actually rebooted my Yelp account to write this review. Suit Supply Brookfield was maybe the worst customer experience I've ever dealt with. I bought a suit for nearly $1,000 and needed alterations in the pants. They messed up the alternating four times. Yes, four times before I said enough. Including one of the times they actually took "in" the pant legs instead of "out". Two of the times they literally made no alterations despite telling me it was ready. It got to the point they messed up so badly they needed to start over with new pants. This is over a two week span. Each time they messed up they were extremely unapologetic and were rude as if I was the one who was inconveniencing them despite each alteration being further from what they told me they were going to do. After the fourth failed attempt to correctly alter my pants the way they promised; I asked for my money back. They said I could not return altered clothes despite it being completely off from what I ordered. After speaking to the manager she very reluctantly gave me my return and acted as if she was doing me favor, for you know..for giving me a return on a suit they needed me to come in for a 5th time for a seemingly small chance for it actually being altered correctly. I highly recommend you avoid this store.

This is the second location I've been to and like it a lot. I feel like a lot of attention is given but then again, in this covid world, I'm not sure if it's temporary until things get back on their feet. I've been at the Madison Ave location before but find this location to be much better. Between making sure everything is on point plus the attention, it puts me in the mood to buy more stuff when I don't need it. My first time coming to this location, I wanted to do a custom shirt but Thomas was great so I decided to do 3 custom shirts instead. When I came back for my second fitting, one of the fabrics wasn't as expected so Thomas ordered a different one for me in exchange for the one I didn't like. The shirts needed to be taken in more and they couriered they shirts to me the day after it snowed. I emailed Thomas to let him know they were great and that I wanted to order 2 more of the same shirts in my order. Not long after, I was near Brookfield and decided to stop by. I stopped in to see if my shirts were ever ordered, someone started helping me but Thomas spotted me and we did the order for the additional shirts. Before leaving, I decided to impulse buy 2 custom suits which is great because they have all of my sizing on file- I like that I just need to pick out all of the details and I'm done. Overall, I like working with suit supply. I just wished they had a different name as the name and tag ends up sounding very generic even though the quality is great.

Suitsupply is fantastic. I walked in off the street about a year back to get a tux and ended up looking fantastic at a wedding thanks to these folks. It'll ultimately be the tux I get married next year. After needing to push back my wedding, I opted to come back to these guys for a new charcoal suit for the low-key nuptials I have planned instead. The appointment scheduling on their website is super easy, and I set up a time with Ami to select a suit and get fitted. Ami was great, made expert recommendations, and ultimately set me up with everything from a suit and a shirt to suspenders a tie. I walked out feeling great about the experience and my purchase and I can't wait to pick everything up once the tailor gets done with it. Highly recommended.

Ami is amazing. He's polite, knowledgeable and courteous. He recommended a suit among so many other options. I'm definitely booking an appointment with Ami next time I visit SuitSupply.

I'd say that Ami provides the best suit service I have ever received, but it's probably more accurate to say it's the best service I've received anywhere ever. Went above and beyond to get me this out of season olive linen suit within a very quick time frame for a shoot. Kind, insightful, and not shy to give input about aesthetics. With a great assist from Nicole and the other staff, I'll be back :)

I walked in with my son who is about to graduate from high school and sweatpants and hoodies. A lovely woman named Kayla quickly came over and helped to transform his wardrobe. She was patient, listened well to both mother and son, and helped us walk out with a great blazer, four nice shirts, and a suit on its way. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality, value, and attention that we received.

This is my favorite SuitSupply location and Alejandro has saved my life not once but TWICE. I came out both times with the swagger of Ric Flair in his prime because my outfits were absolute killer. WHOO! The first time, I was a last minute date to a wedding and I needed ideas for my outfit fast. Alejandro picked out the blue Havana jacket with an awesome brown/orange pocket square to go with it (pictured on my avatar) and even suggested the rest of my fit (black pants, no socks, brown loafers). I felt confident and I knew I was going to be put together without any hassle. Walked out same day ready to look my best and I boogied my way in that wedding like I was the groom. On another occasion, I needed a suit within a short period of time. I showed him what my date was going to wear (white/cream floral dress) and after going through some options, he helped me narrow my pick to a Sienna light gray suit, which was perfect for my complexion. He ordered my jacket which got to the store within a few days. I went back and he helped me get it fitted to the right proportions (I have huge thighs and lats for my height) and helped me decide on what shirt, tie, and pocket square combo to go with, eventually going for a white traveller, light blue floral, plain white with navy blue edges, respectively. He was gracious in offering options, never forceful, and ultimately let me decide but with expert guidance and impeccable taste. He took the time to understand the context of my specific events--occasion, environment/lighting, what my date was going to wear--in order to create a perfect picture of how to construct the best fit within my constraints. You can tell he derives pleasure from the customer to look his best, down to the smallest details, so I was already confident before I even wore the outfits. It gave me the reverse Superman effect: I know I'm going to feel on top of the world when I put my suit on. The service is top-notch, and the quality of the clothing is worth the price. The overall experience from shopping at SuitSupply and specifically at this location has been a personal treat for me. ps. I signed up for Yelp just to write this review, that's how satisfied I was.

I would like to start this review by saying this; My husband and I were almost completely turned off by this establishment. We went to the SoHo location with intentions of buying our wedding suits as our good friend referred SuitSupply to us. The associate Gina at the SoHo location was cold and distant and called my arms, "freakishly long." She insisted that she didn't have any suits in my size and said that she couldn't help me. We left feeling defeated and a bit insecure about our daddy long arms. My husband realized that there are other locations and we went to the location at Brookfield Place and what a world of a difference. I just want to say that I adore Manny. God! Manny is what sales associate- better yet he is what leadership roles are made of. Manny was incredibly patient and very kind. I can be a bit stubborn but he assured me that my suit jacket wasn't too long and even went through several fittings with me with all smiles. He gave me my suit confidence and we ended up coming back and buying the merino wool short sleeved sweater in a few colors and will legit be returning for all of our future suiting. I adore Suitsupply's product, but people like Manny make this establishment an amazing brand. Manny gets- 5 out of 5 stars Gina- gets 1 out of 5 stars. (She only gets one because her shirt was clean) I gave Suitsupply 4 out of 5 because Manny outweighed my awful experience with Gina.

Thomas and Geo are the perfect combination here! I've shopped at this location a few times before and have generally had positive experiences before the one below. Problem: I was fitted for a suit that ultimately didn't work out (measurements / size was wrong from the start). The process had over five fitting sessions, and the timing of the suit was extremely delayed because of the bad start. It should be noted that both Geo and Thomas didn't start the fitting process, but tried to save it. Solution: Thomas pulled the plug on the process and pulled me to the side to explained what was wrong and how he'd remedy going forward. I was frustrated, but Thomas offered a full refund, to assist me with all suits going forward, and gave me an undisclosed concession. New Suit: After a few weeks had passed, I came back to take Thomas up on the offer and to purchase a tuxedo. Thomas walked me through the fitting process step-by-step and even rushed the delivery of the suit for me. Geo saw me in the store and immediately wanted to assist with my suit process, as he had always been the tailor responsible for my purchases and knows my measurements / fit. Both Thomas and Geo helped me in 2 days to get a Tuxedo that fit perfect. Why should you work with Thomas? - He a is true professional and experienced in managing expectations to deliver above and beyond client service. Why should you work with Geo? - He is an experienced tailor and has the foresight to know what works well and what doesn't. He is also a perfectionist and won't rest until clients are satisfied. I will be coming back!

I've always loved shopping at Suit Supply. The selection is always gorgeous, the service impeccable, and the staff a delight to deal with. My last visit was no exception. Ami is a professional and a gentleman and was patient answering all my dumb questions (I'm not an expert on suits by any means). I look forward to working with him again picking out my next suit. Customer service is absolutely excellent. My alterations came out well, but I'm very particular, and wanted very minimal changes that most people would never notice. You could tell the staff (Nicole helped me) genuinely cared about how the suits came out and wanted me to be 100% satisfied. I will defiantly be going back and recommended to my friends. Update: Ben Mason, the district manager, followed up once I provided my contact information. He listened to my recap of what happened sympathetically, and graciously offered to refund me the suit. Overall, while the initial experience was rather negative, the eventual response did seem to match the reputed high level of customer service expected by the Suitsupply brand.

I needed a suit two weeks before an event and I decided to try out Suit Supply. A friend of mine who works in fashion recommended this place to me. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted warmly and helped. I know nothing about the proper suit, fashion trends, etc.. Chris helped me find the perfect color, fit, and pattern for my suit. I couldn't decide between two different suits, so I ordered two knowing that I could return the one I did not like. Chris was fast, efficient, and knew so much about everything. I felt comfortable and in great hands. Suits are not cheap, and it takes a high quality professional to help you make the right decision. Especially if you will be wearing that suit for the next 10 years. I would strongly recommend checking out Suit Supply if you're looking for suit for weddings, special events or anywhere else you want to stand out.

Got two custom suits here for my wedding. Just can't say enough about the service here. Thomas went above and beyond in just about every single way to make sure everything was perfect, battling Covid supply chains and a overstuffed wedding season in the process. Plus he is just a great dude with excellent style--I loved his suggestions and the suits look incredible. Also gotta shout out Teddy for having good vibes ONLY. If I could have those two as guests at my wedding, I would!

Chris was phenomenal. I have purchased suites many times in the past. But the system at SuitSupply is amazing. It's streamlined and efficient but not clinical. If fact, it's very personal. Chris made some excellent recommendations that were very specific to me. I came in with a specific budget and style and he quickly narrowed it down to a few options. I picked one, tried it on, confirmed the fit and had it tailored within 4 hours. I was able to wear it out to my event right after work. Incredible experience. I love how they replaced the check out counter with the tailor station. Really emphasizes their priorities.

A waste of time. I saw Suitsupply had tuxedos online so I went to the Brookfield store to buy one before a wedding a couple weeks ago. When I showed up, they said they don't have tuxedos in this store, so the associate sized me up for one using a similar cut of a regular suit, so I trusted it would be all good and paid for them to ship it to the store. I waited a couple days for it to be delivered and went back to get it tailored. When I came back, a different associate working that day brought out the tuxedo to try-on. It didn't fit, so he brought over the tailor who confirmed the wrong size was ordered for me. They then looped in the manager who wondered why the previous associate would order this size and he helped by trying to order the right size. Apparently Suit supply was completely out of stock for this size (a size 40), so I wasted 2 trips here and left with no tuxedo, so had to get a refund. 2 stars since I'm not sure who's fault it was and don't want to call out the wrong party, the associate's or the company, but a terrible experience/ complete waste of time from what I thought was a reputable company.

Incredible customer service and great pieces. They shipped me an out of previously out of stock tux for a wedding. Shipping was delayed and Josh (one of the managers) offered to pay for the rush alterations. Very responsive, excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

This truly is the best top-to-bottom clothes buying experience you can get. Thomas, Zach, and Becky were all EXPERTS on not only the SuitSupply products, but the fashion trends and options that I was interested in. I felt that they were true consultants, and they all went above and beyond to make sure that I was not only happy, but more than satisfied. I have been to dozens of SuitSupply locations across the US (yes, I am an avid SuitSupply fan) and have to commend these three on putting forth the best SuitSupply experience I have had thus far. If you are looking for a suit, there is nowhere I would recommend going other that SuitSupply at Brookfield Place. As for Thomas, Zach, or Becky (or all three) and I can assure you that you will get a 5 star experience.

Ask for Chris! I was in a time crunch and needed a suit for an event that evening. Chris is an excellent tailor and was very patient helping me find the perfect cut and style that suited my needs. We did measurements at noon and I picked up my suit at 5pm. Chris saw that I had trouble with my tie and even helped me with my double windsor knot. Superb service, highly recommend!

Terrible service which seems to be consistent with other shoppers at other locations. Walked in with my family and no one acknowledged us. Walked around for at least 10 minutes without the associates in the front or back actually offering assistance. When I was leaving I brought this to the attention of the two associates who were standing in the front. Both of them offered poor apologies. This happened at the SoHo location as well. It's weird. The power of the dollar lies with the consumer. I came in to spend money. Help me help you by getting me to buy!

I did not know much about fitting formal attire despite working in an industry that requires it, but Hassan was definitely my guy. He walked me through exactly what I should be looking for and the different types of fits that would work best for my body type. Super great experience - I would really recommend asking for Hassan!

Suitsupply came highly recommended from several of my friends as I started asking around for places to get a more customer fitting full suit. I work in tech so I never really needed a suit (I wear T-shirts, shorts/jeans, sneakers to work). However, I now needed one for upcoming interviews and my only current and only suit was an off-the-self unaltered suit from Sears year ago from college. Chris was the first person to walk up to me and my wife as we walked into the store. We're the kind of shoppers that liked to be left alone while shopping, especially since we were just checking out different shops. He instinctively know that and left us to our own browsing after greeting us and the usual small chat. We walked back after checking out a bunch fo other shops later that evening and he was still there. We specially asked for his help since he was the first person that connected with us in the morning. He was warm and helpful. He took great effort to help me select a suitable suit, given my preference and budget. He was very patient in explaining to me how the suit should fit and all, with me having limited knowledge of a proper fitting suit beyond briefly reading them up online. Anyways. great experience and would highly recommend this place. Very satisfied shopping experience. My full suit, including a shirt and tie, plus all alteration costs came to $800+, which IMHO is very affordable as far as quality suits go.

I had an amazing experience at the Suit Supply in Brookfield mall. Ami was the representative that helped me from beginning to end. He was very polite, and patient. He helped me pick a suit that fits great and was well within my budget. When I told Ami that I need the alternations done in jst 2 days, because I have a holiday coming up. He made sure it was done in time! I will shop again in that location, and will specifically ask for Ami to be the one to help...

Then Manny at Suit Supply Met me at the store and helped me figure out what suit was right for me given my style and timeline. He asked great questions to figure out my style. I'm looking forward to my suit!

So far, 5 stars.* My fiancé and I had gone to the Soho location but felt rushed and pushed around a bit as we looked for a new work suit for him. Post-alterations, his trousers still didn't fit right. Josh at the Battery Park location recognized that the original associate at Soho hadn't picked the right size of suit - and immediately explained how he would've styled him and where he would alter. He then found us the right look AND rush ordered our alterations. Be sure to talk to Josh if you're there! Eek. Terrible customer service. Came in to look at suits for my husband. Salesperson blatantly ignored me. What an idiot. I went to the store next door and spent a few grand on a couple of suits. Hope this place closes soon to make room for something more appealing.

I was here the other day with my brother. The whole experience was amazing, they have great customer service. The moment we walked in, we were greeted and assisted by Hassan. He listened to what my brother wanted and what he was looking for in a suit. We couldn't have asked for a better sales rep. Definitely coming back to him !!

About a year ago I began shopping with SuitSupply in Brookfield Place for all my business attire needs and I have never looked back. Whether I was in need of a suit, dress pants/shirts, or just looking for some casual attire, Suitsupply brookfield has always made the process seamless. The quality of the material is exceptional and honestly puts many of these other big named, formal attire brands to shame. Recently, I was in need of a suit on short notice for a special event and didn't think twice about stopping by Suitsupply Brookfield first. As soon as I walked in and explained the situation, Thomas assured me that everything would be taken care of in a timely manner and I would have my suit tailored to my desired fit. Sure enough, I received a message a few days later that the suit was ready. Upon coming in to try everything on again, Thomas made sure that I was truly satisfied with the style and fit before leaving (the tailor is amazing and efficient!). I also worked with Ami throughout the tailoring process, who was very nice and patient. It was a gratifying experience overall and the sales associates here are amazing. I was very appreciative for the help and expertise as this type of empathy and care is not easy to come by these days. Their attention to detail and desire for their customers to leave feeling confident and happy about their purchases does not go unnoticed. Time and time again they have proved that they honestly want to understand my needs and preferences before offering their expertise. At first, I was clueless and only had a general idea of what I needed as I was new to formal business attire. I walked out feeling like an expert after being taken step by step through the various styles and fits that would best suit me and my preference. Buying a suit or dress clothes is never an easy decision as I want to make sure everything is perfect for the amount of money I am spending. I am usually very picky about the clothes and styles I wear, but based on the expertise and genuine manner from the associates here, I have always felt confident about each purchase I've made and have yet to second guess anything! I would strongly recommend Suitsupply brookfield to anyone in need of a suit for a wedding, special event, or everyday wear. The personal experience offered here is noncomparable and overall they will not disappoint. They certainly got a life long customer here!

The attendants in the store are very rude. I walked into the store and asked to pick up my pants. The guy stared at me as though I had just said the strangest thing and just walks away. He then comes back several minutes later and goes "here." I then respond and say that I would like to try the pants on to see if they need tailoring. He goes "ugh fine I guess" and then takes the bag and walks to the back of the store. I follow him, assuming he is taking me to a fitting room. He then literally chucks the bag of pants into the fitting room and turns to walk away. I then say "would it be possible to get a hanger for my suit jacket?" To which he responds, "we have no hangers." Obviously, an insane comment given we are in a store literally full of hangers. I then find myself a hanger (took two seconds to find one) and hang my suit jacket. I then go to get the pants tailored and the woman doing the measurements goes "you know it is really inconvenient of you do have not made an appointment, we are really busy and don't have time for you but let's make this quick." I simply said "thank you for making the time," but was thinking - I did not realize I needed an appointment and if that was the case you could have just kindly let me know that and I could make an appointment and come back. Instead, she was rude. Finally as I go to checkout she tells me the bill and asks for my credit card. I respond and ask to see the itemized bill as it seemed high for what I was having done. The woman's jaw drops (as though this was such an insane request) and then shows me the itemized receipt - and, no surprise, it was wrong! I swear she was annoyed and tried to overcharge me. I kept my cool and just asked her to correct it, paid and walked out. Truly the worst experience I have ever had in a store. Will never go back

While the selection is good and I like the suits themselves, I was very disappointed by the fitting and alterations. The alterations were not ready at the time promised and I had to leave for a business trip. The tailor hurried through completing the alterations and the fit was poor. I asked for it to be adjusted but was rushed out the door. I haven't had the time to go to another tailor to get them fixed so unfortunately my purchase mostly hangs in my closet minimally used. It was not a great experience - most men's clothing stores that I have been to understand the importance of a great fit and take the time to get it right but did not get that basic level of service from Suitsupply.

I am a long time Suit Supply customer but over the years I started to feel I wasn't getting the right fit or quality of service I had gotten in the past. Still, I recently purchased a traveler suit that wasn't a great fit off the rack but I was assured that after the right alterations it would be fine. When I came to pick it up after a few weeks, the degree of alternations was too much that suit no longer fit at all. After a minor meltdown in the store about how I would never shop at suit supply again, Manager Tom took the time to figure out a plan to remedy the situation. They returned me the cost of the alterations and brought me back in to replace the suit with a custom fit traveler. I couldn't be more thankful to Tom for reaffirming the reasons I shop at suit supply in the first place. Thank you!

I had a great experience here for a few reasons: 1. Service: I made an appointment with Ami, who was helpful, efficient, and very kind. He didn't upsell anything and helped me find what I was looking for quickly. He was thoughtful about giving his opinion and about letting me do my own thing. When I came in a second time to pick up my suit with alterations, he even remembered random details I had mentioned and thoughtfully asked me questions to make sure I had everything I needed. Can't ask for a more motivated salesperson than Ami, I would recommend him to everyone. 2. Value: what you get for your money at Suitsupply is simply more than anywhere else I shopped. I'm not an expert but I have a suit from Brioni, Boglioli, and a couple of high end Japanese manufacturers and SS comes pretty close to that for a fraction of the cost. Materials, construction, and cut are excellent. 3. Safety: everyone at the Brookfield store seemed to take safety very seriously, keeping distance whenever possible and carefully monitoring guests. No masks pulled down to the nose, etc. Again, SS itself does a great job providing quality suits for the money, but my experience with Ami is really what set this apart.

I am not well-versed in the suit world, but I needed a suit for my wedding and Thomas was a tremendous help. He explained everything perfectly and gave me honest advice. He paid attention to every detail and explained every alteration. Everyone in the store was very nice and attentive. If you're in need of a suit you should definitely check this place out!

We were so excited to shop the Downtown suitsupply for my wedding. It was a rocky start. Not a lot of product to choose from and ordering on line wasn't great. We had a few snafus however they rise to the challenge. Giovanni was the one who saved the day with great alterations. The manager did more than the right thing to help make sure all of our needs were more than met. Thanks Suitsupply team.

What can I say...I walked into the store with my partner as him and I have been looking for good quality suit with a bit of good customer service and boy were we surprised. I walked in the store and as soon as I lifted up a vest and tried it on Chris M came by and gave me his honest opinion on it regarding the sizing of it. For a second i was under the impression he was going to just try and sell me a $300 vest but he simply came to inform me the size looked a bit large on me. Right then i asked for his help and he went above and beyond. He made sure I was comfortable when trying on suits and also knew the suit cuts very well. He also even called over Geo to assist with the cutting and they made me feel extremely comfortable. We had a great conversation and great laughs and found out that we are all from the same country which was amazing. Just because of this I will be returning to them and they have earned a lifelong customer at this location. I did happen to visit another location and even though it had the same merchandise the Brookfield location just made me feel as if I can relax and spend hours there without being bombarded with merchandise. Next time I visit this location I will happily throw my Amex card at them and close my eyes as i know I am in great hand with the choices of Chris M and Geo. I will refer all of my partners to come here. Great job guys.

Came in a few weeks ago for an alteration of a suit I had previously purchased from Suitsupply. Chris was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable and helped me out. Looking forward to coming back soon to purchase another suit.

I usually shop at the Soho location but at the advice of a friend, tried the Brookfield store this time and I'm glad I did. It's smaller store, but the customer service is more attentive at this location. I was helped by mostly by Zach, but Becky, Thomas and Nicole all helped out at various points with advice, suggestion or sales help. All of them were absolutely great! Zach and his colleagues took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and we spent the time to find the right suit for me. Although they don't have a huge amount of inventory, they happily ordered several suits and coats from their warehouse and overseas for me to try on with no pressure to keep everything (Side note- I was told this location is expanding in January and afterwards will have way more inventory). Zach was very good at staying in communication with me while the orders were being shipped and scheduling time to come back to try everything on. I now have a great looking Lazio brown check suit and various other clothes for the winter season. This is now my go-to Suitsupply store and it should be yours too. Thanks Brookfield team!

I don't usually use Yelp, but I created one just to leave a review. For context, I've been shopping at this location since it opened a couple years ago and I'll simply say I've never met a more professional group. Josh - Specifically, I've worked with Josh on all 7 of my suit supply suits and I've never been disappointed. Josh is super professional. He is also incredibly stylish, which is very helpful for me when i need ideas on how to dress things up. Josh is my go to for all suiting needs. Really glad I can count on him for guidance whether I need a suit for work or I want to dress something up really casually. Simply put, Josh is the best at his craft. Gio- Equally as important, I've tried made to measure and bespoke suiting and I've had mixed experiences. Gio is a master tailor. I get more compliments on my OTR suits that Gio tailors than I get on my custom suits. If you want to look like a million bucks, come see Gio. I've specifically called out Josh and Gio because they happen to be the people I work with, but this location has an A1 staff. Everyone seems very professional, stylish and helpful. I hate shopping for clothes - especially suits. The long office hours, NYC food, and a thing called age combined w/ little exercise makes the whole process a bit uncomfortable these days. Chris at Brookfield made the whole process easy and seamless; I never felt uncomfortable! Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly w/ little stress. Coupled with the price points being fair, I honestly feel so relieved to have found this place. I'll be back!
