I love to browse and purchase skincare and try new items, but this store is not an enjoyable shopping experience. Almost none of their products have price tags (more on that below), and there is little to no signage that talks about the different products, their benefits, and usage. While they have a wide selection, it's a store that's only friendly to folks who are already familiar with their favorites. While I was visiting, a customer was trying to find a good moisturizer for mature skin with some anti-aging properties, and, after browsing for half an hour, I understand why she was having trouble locating one herself. What was more surprising was the employee there who also couldn't seem to find a product to suit the customer.
As other commenters have noted, some of their prices are also exorbitant. A hair mask I've purchased for under $8 at competitors is priced at $24 in this store. This serious price inflation is made doubly worse by the fact that since most items don't have price stickers or tags at all, there's no sense at all how much any of their items cost.
