We got a lemon tea and an original Milk Bingsoo with the red bean on the top. The sweetness was perfect, not too sweet. The shaved ice was perfect soft and tasty. We also asked for additional condensed milk at the counter. They also have free water at the front. The time we went there was like 9 pm on weekday and the place was so packed. We were in the line for a bit. We will come back again.

Google
I love the flavors that they offer such as sweet corn or banana milk but we were with the kids and got the basic fresh strawberry. 3 adults and 2 kids shared a bowl. Make sure you ask for additional condense milk on the side! If you don’t want shaved ice, they offer drinks such as coffee and tea. We also got 5 pieces of Nutella filled boong uh bbang. This is the Korean version of the Japanese Taiyaki. Korean is a carp fish and Japanese is a sea bream shape. As far as taste, they taste the same to me. If you go the restroom in the back, there are additional seating that connects you to Somi Somi and they share the same space.

very busy for a wednesday night, it took us about 15 minutes for a table to open up and another 30 minutes for our desserts to be ready. we ordered two boong-uh-bbangs for $4.50, but we were disappointed when they came out cold. we also ordered the strawberry cheese bingsoo for $14.95, which was plenty for two people. overall the desserts were pretty good, i just think they’re understaffed for such a busy location. bonus points for the insulated bags & ice packs that come with to-go orders!

Dessert is my favorite meal and I won’t say I didn’t start my day with dessert… There were many different treats to choose from but I’m a softy for all things mango and their mango bingsoo hit the spot! We ordered it for there but we couldn’t finish the entire portion so they gave us a takeout container to bring it home. Staff were nice and kept the tables clean. Will definitely go back to try other flavors.

Google
TLDR - Great presentation stacked with fruit, and very filling bingsu! Would go back for the banana milk bingsu. Each portion is enough for 3-4 people and fairly priced ($14.50) My favorite was the Banana Milk Bingsu – perfect balance of sweetness and fruit. The sweetness was not overwhelming and the banana added a good texture to complement the bingsu. The shaved ice itself was fluffy and lightly sweet with the condensed milk. The mango bingsu came with a generous portion of mango but the mango was slightly too tart. Seating was limited and you have to order before getting a seat. Staff seemed slightly unhappy but could be due to low staffing.

UPDATE: Visited again on 20 Jul 2025 and received the same great service and quality food/dessert. For the benefit of the business, I am still recommending this place to everyone - it's awesome! However, from a selfish standpoint, I wish people would stop coming here so I don't have to battle the crowds. Attached new photos. ---------------------------------------- I initially tried Sul & Beans (S&B) years ago and I remember how outstanding the experience was but failed to rate/review the business at that time. I knew I'd definitely return for yet another round of fabulous desserts and I could capture/summarize my entire experience at that point. I just wasn't sure when that time was going to be; though, I was certain it was going to happen. Well, the day/time finally occurred and my family and I stopped in on 3 Jan 2024. The one thing I learned is that the desserts, specifically the Bingsoo, are massive! During our first experience, we stopped here immediately after a large/filling dinner and made the mistake of ordering a Bingsoo for each of us thinking we could easily finish it all. We learned quickly that this was next to impossible for us as we struggled to even get to the 50% completion rate. Nevertheless, the flavor, texture, and even the presentation of our Bingsoo were extraordinary. The same description can be used for our recent visit as we ordered "only" one Oreo Bingsoo (pictured below) to share, based on lessons learned from our initial visit. We also ordered a Boong Uh Bbang (also spelled Bungeoppang, and also known as Taiyaki), and got one custard filling and one red bean filling to go with our Bingsoo because I've always wanted to try it here. The Boong Uh Bbang was served super warm and fresh; the fish pastry was very soft on the inside and crispy on the outside which just brings a smile to anyone's face. All-in-all, S&B's desserts are hands-down unparalleled. The customer service at S&B is great and the price-to-quantity/quality ratio is sensational. If you haven't been here before, you need to immediately stop by - I am definitely going to return in the very near future to try other items on their menu. As a reminder, if you and your party are arriving right after a hearty meal, then I strongly suggest you consider sharing a Bingsoo (one Bingsoo per couple). Otherwise, order whatever and however many dessert options your heart desires (or can handle) - I highly recommend this place to all locals and visitors!!

Google
Such a great spot for bingsoo! Got to try their injelomi flavour and it was really flavourful - the soybean powder, condensed milk paired with mochi and nuts gave it a great taste with added texture. Really refreshing on a hot Las Vegas day. It’s a really popular spot and for good reason!

Google
Staff is super rude here and they don’t do a good job of keeping it clean bathroom is always disgusting and has a smell radiating from it (what can you expect from college kids?) bingsu is consistent. The mango or taro is the best. The banana milk one (pictured) is ok. This place is good for groups.

Yelp
My two year old really enjoyed this place! The service was fast, and there was lots of seating, but finding parking in this area was a nightmare! We got lucky and found a spot right in front, but there are so many cars in the traffic was insane. Anyways, we got us strawberry cheese, which was shaved eyes, and some milk or condensed milk with sauce and cheesecake! The shaved ice was really thin and fluffy, which was great because it didn't come in any clumps, and the strawberry was sliced enough where it didn't get super hard when it was on the ice where you couldn't eat it. It was also placed on the shaved ice where you could grab it so it didn't over freeze and get hard when you eat it. It only got hard when you mixed it with the ice and let it sit there for a while . We thought about just getting the fresh strawberry one but we're glad we got the one with the cheesecake because it made it a lot more interesting. We would come back here again and try the mango one or some of the other ones because it's large size portion and it was enough to share between the four of us. It cost about $14 for one but it was a nice experience. We do recommend this location if you are in town and once I'm shaved ice and don't mind finding people for parking .

Yelp
To end foodie cousin tours we usually got for dessert round or second stop to end the night. We decided to check out Sul & Beans since neither of us been. I always thought about this place cause next to Somi Somi. I never really had Bingsoo or similar to shave ice back in 808. I like the interior set up soon walk in simple, clean, and modern. Another thing like glass display of the menu options so have visual if undecided. I ended up getting the Fresh Strawberry Bingsoo and cousin got Taro. Menu diverse more options but stuck on the Bingsoo. Bingsoo say is refreshing, light, and surprise is layers each bite of strawberry always strawberry. All fruit is amazing fresh and sweet. The presentation really take the time make it look like artwork. Lot of food then meets the eye. Only thing is really sweet and sugary. It comes with condensed milk think add but that would be overkill for me. Overall refreshing dessert! If looking for some legit Bingsoo..Sul & Beans is winnah!

Yelp
Now with eight locations including the Las Vegas hotspot in Shanghai Plaza Sul & Beans brings Korean Shaved Ice to town by way of California, a simple design built for efficiency without taking away from the experience. Literally "Snow and Beans," though the narrow space also serves Tea plus baked-to-order Taiyaki, guests are greeted by smiling faces and a large LED menu while examples of various Bingsoo reside in a glass case next to a list of specials. Focused on fresh Ingredients, Green Grapes and Mango currently among them, prices range $12.50-$14.95 for sharable bowls topped in Beans, Mochi, Fruits, Powders, Creams and more. Using two machines in the open kitchen, an average order served in roughly 15-20 minutes depending on time of day, Ice is not quite so light as Kakigori but nonetheless quite nice while Taro and Black Sesame both feature textural additions plus subtle sweetness.

Yelp
I've tried other Sul & Beans locations before, and this one in the Shanghai Plaza is pretty consistent. Stopped by on a Saturday evening around 9 pm, and service was relatively quick. We were a pretty large group of 8, and there was plenty of indoor seating available. Taro Bingsoo (4/5) This was my first time trying the Taro flavor and presentation wise, it looked great. In terms of flavor, it was good but the taro flavor is not really distinctive. The red bean toppings, condensed milk, and mochi were nice additions but overall just tasted sweet (not necessarily a bad thing). Still prefer the Green Tea flavor, with Earl Grey as a close second. Overall pretty solid spot for classic Korean bingsoo, and it's a good option for both small and large groups. The bingsoo portions are pretty large, perfect for sharing!

Yelp
Huge bingsoo--got the matcha red bean. Flavor was fine and the portion was huge. Good for sharing Plenty of seating available inside

Yelp
So I'm gonna start off with service because as a person who is constantly reviewing food, food is not the only thing to make a place. The service was AWFUL and the people were rude and terrible. When walking in, there were TWO lines. One for a wait for a table and another for to-go. Yet the workers ended up seating people from the To-Go line even though they were the ones who told us to wait in a different line. We also weren't allowed to order until we got a table...so very backward as well. I ended up calling the worker out on this and she just rudely threw together a table and DID NOT clean it and said just sit down and I'll call you to order (and NEVER did) My husband had to get back in line just to order which was about 7 people later. I think just starting off with such an upsetting start did not make for a good finish. We opted for the strawberry bingsoo and it was okay. It wasn't amazing and the strawberries were sour. The wait was about 20-25 mins AFTER we got seated since they wouldn't take our order until the table yet everyone in the to-go line got to order and then sit... Also while sitting they had a terrible system for orders. They had a chocolate bingsoo (one plain and one with bananas on the menu). The number they called took it thinking it was theirs. Once at the table, one of their members stuck their spoon in it...to then realize it was not theirs. They used their fingers to cover the spot back up- brought it back to the counter and got their actual order one with bananas. Then the actual number for the chocolate dessert came up and picked that same one up that was touched...***NOT IN THE SAME PARTY*** why did they not remake it. Im sorry, but I started as a three star review and I'm officially down to 1-star. Please fix these mistakes and service. Again extremely frustrating and seriously need to work on customer service. Absolutely atrocious. For $16 for a lackluster dessert and terrible customer service, would absolutely not be back.

Yelp
I wonder why I have never reviewed Sul & Beans when I've been in and out of this shop for the past few years either for bing soo or taiyaki. Well, I guess better late than never. I've introduced the dessert as well to a few friends and they all loved it! The last time was with a co-worker and his kids who was moving out of state. We ordered thentrao, mango and grape bingsoo as well as 5 taiyakis. Service was quick and the place is always packed no matter what day and what time it is. It is kept clean despite the quick turn over. Even during winter it is packed! The only caveat to the location is the parking. Shanghai Plaza does not have enough parking for the number of establishments they're housing. But we will come anyway even if we have to circle around several times or park along the road behind the plaza. So good!

Yelp
My eldest daugther and I recently a day trip to Las Vegas, NV. After our yummy and delicious dinner at Weera Thai Kitchen, we walked on over to Sul & Beans for dessert. Btw, "Sul means "snow" in Korean while Beans stand for "red beans"". We've been here before, but I just haven't had a chance to write the review until now. It was a Tuesday night. Not too many people in this dessert shop at around 7:00 PM which is kind of surprising, but then again, it was on a weekday. I'm sure they are busier on the weekends. Inside was bright and clean. Staff was very cordial and nice. Our go-to bingsoo is the Taro Bingsoo, I have tried their other flavors and I don't think any of the other ones beat this one except maybe for the Mango Bingsoo which appears to be seasonal. I find our recent taro bingsoo from here to have a very small amount of taro powder and the mochis were very tiny. I had to ask for more mochis and they were gracious to give them to us. Thank you sir! Despite the lack of taro powder and tiny mochis, the soft snow, good amount of sweet red bean, plentiful coconut flakes, and condense milk all came together very nicely. It was delightfully delicious! I'll get it again and again that's for sure. Besides bingsoo, they also sell toasts, coffee, and drinks. Inside seating is quite spacious. Btw, you can walk over to their next door neighbor, Somi Somi, from the back of the shop, for some yummy ube ice cream and taiyakis. Btw, they share the all gender restrooms. Cool beans!

Yelp
Bingsu was yummy! Green Grape was my favorite! I would have wanted to try their watermelon one. I don't recall if it was coming soon or they ran out? It was on display, but not available. This location is kind of hidden in the strip mall. It's all the way in the end to your left.

Yelp
I always pass by this place but never tried it out until today and i am so glad i did! I ordered the Strawberry cheesecake bingsoo, very unique! It is a condensed milk shaved ice as the base, topped with the toppings you've selected according to the bowl (mine was strawberry and cheesecake) topped off with more condensed milk! It was surprisingly VERY good and definitely recommended to try out. I will definitely be back to try out a different bingsoo off their menu!

Yelp
Came here because we wanted dessert. Parking can be a bit hard to find. We ordered the yogurt and berries it was good but a bit sweet. The services was quick.

Yelp
Omg... DO NOT ORDER IN JEOL MI BINGSOO!!! I ordered in jeol mi bingo to go and it's sooo bad. The rice cake inside is like 10 years old. Not chewy and really old. Even the dates are very crunchy like candy. I couldn't tell what I was eating at first then realize that it's frozen dates. In jeol mo is sooo bad I had to give a one star as I paid extra for take out too. Also, thank God I checked the to go bag as they didn't even put spoon inside. Argh... for that reason, 1 star rating is enough..

Yelp
Cooling off with bingsoo was a wise decision. Weekends seem to be the busiest time for Shanghai Plaza. We arrived at around 6pm on a Sunday night. The line was lengthy, but it moved quickly. The interior looked modern and tidy. Green Tea | The generous amount of topping LOL! It was topped with soft and chewy mochi cubes and a large amount of mashed red beans. Although the matcha powder had a good flavor, it wasn't as distinctive. The shaved ice texture had a snow-like consistency, which made it very fluffy! Fresh Mango | It seemed like this place owns a mango farm because the portion of mango on top of the shaved ice was hefty. The mango cubes were soft, sweet and succulent. The shaved ice base was the same for this flavor as well. Menu: Other items other than bingsoo were coffee, tea and bungee-pang, which is like Japanese taiyaki. Service: The staff taking the other was friendly. Our orders came out quick. Although there were many guests coming in and out, the staff was efficient at cleaning the tables. Parking: Shanghai Plaza parking was limited on the weekends. We prefer parking in the back at W Pioneer Ave. & Arville St. then just walked to the restaurant/shops.

Yelp
(Sorry, that was the only picture I took) Delicious! I thought it would be way too much but this shaved ice is the perfect light and airy but satisfying dessert! A perfect size to share!
google avatar

Jenalyn C.

Yelp
Been here many times and service was always great. I appreciate that they have the displays of what your bingsoo would look like versus just pictures on a menu. We've tried many of the flavors, my personal fav is the coffee one and my kids usually like to get the Oreo one. They also have a little self serving water station which is convenient. The only cons are parking & price. It can be tough to get one, sometimes when I want to come here and can't find parking we just give up and go elsewhere. The price, this was almost $17. To me that's a bit much for one dessert. Granted it is a big portion and even though we've come a few times it would not be our first choice because of the price. It's a once in awhile treat type of place.

Yelp
Korean shaved ice hits different! The ice is super soft and melts right in your mouth--absolutely delicious. The portion was generous, more than enough for two adults and two kids to share. However, the strawberries were a bit sour, and I was disappointed to find a hair on one of them. But the mochi on top had a nice chew and paired well with the ice, adding a great texture. Parking was tough on a Saturday night, and seating is limited, but we didn't have any issues getting a table.
google avatar

Yelp
Always a huge line out the door, but I'm always impressed by their efficiency when it comes to ordering, finding a table, getting food, and the quality of desserts! Once you walk in, you begin forming the line to order. I do like that you are unable to get a table until you order, to prevent those people who haven't even ordered yet to hog a table from someone who already has their meal. After ordering, you take your numbered beeper and find an open table while you wait for your buzzer to go off to pick up your dessert :) I love ordering a black sesame bingsoo (or the strawberry, mango, or matcha) and two taiyaki's! There is also small cups you can fill with water towards the front of the store near the entrance to quench your thirst. The desserts are not too sweet, and I like the addition of the condensed milk that you can pour on top of the bingsoo to your liking. The taiyakis are also made fresh when ordering with the filling of your choice! Overall one of my fav dessert spots regardless of being hot or cold outside! :)

Yelp
I've been to Sul & Beans many times since it opened a few years ago. I was very excited to see a Korean Bingsoo spot open in Vegas but it didn't quite live up to my expectations. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad. But if we were in LA, it definitely wouldn't be on my list of bingsoo spots to go to. Everything is just a bit bland. I wish that the flavors packed a heavier punch. That being said, it's the only real option we have in Vegas so I do go from time to time. The green tea & black sesame are my usual go to orders. And though they are milder in flavor than what I prefer, it's enjoyable. Injeolmi is my usually favorite but I would not recommend it here as it's very bland and doesn't have much flavor. They are a couple doors down and share a back hallway with Somi Somi so you can also order Bung uh Bbang (aka Taiyaki). This is located in the backside of the very busy Shanghai Plaza. Be prepared to wait for parking and a table! The earlier you go the better as the after dinner, dessert crowd gets very busy!

Yelp
Went here on a random Monday with a friend and loved it. The staff was super nice and quick. I got a Nutella and a brown sugar bong uh bbang with a honey ginger green tea. Both were amazing, but the brown sugar was my favorite. The Nutella one tastes like what you think it does. The safe option if you're not in the mood to step outside of your comfort zone. My friend had the matcha one, which I was told was delicious. Overall I love the peaceful vibe, lighting, and would recommend it if you haven't tried them out already :)

Yelp
Refreshing on a hot Vegas day! Came here after getting kbbq! It was hot in the restaurant so needed something cool and refreshing. Friend deciding to go to this place! Nestled in the somewhat new shopping center, Shanghai plaza, this spot specializes in these shaved iced goodness. Was welcomed right away when we entered. Decided on the watermelon flavor and it was a really good decision. As usual, there would only be fruit on the top for the presentation, but this thing had more fruit pieces at the bottom of all the ice, mixed throughout! Definitely add the extra sauce on the side!

Yelp
Looking for a place to cool down on a hot summer day in Vegas? Check this place out! They have a variety of bingsoos to choose from! My husband and I tried their taro bingsoo and it was delicious! The ice was super soft and there were layers of condensed milk, azuki beans and taro powder! It was topped off with 4 medium sized mochis. I wish there was more! It even came with a mini cup of condensed milk to drizzle over the top! We could taste the taro, which we appreciated. This bowl was filled with of flavor! We were going to get the strawberry cheese, however they ran out of cheesecake, so we will be back again to try that flavor!
google avatar

Yelp
Came here to try their bingsoo and they did not disappoint. The ice was powdery small which made the texture a delight. My favorite was the mango bingsoo. I also ordered the ginger drink. It was a little too sweet.

Yelp
They reduced the "Original"recipe... they reduced red beans and rice cake. Used to be nice size cubes and they switched to a few boba sized small balls....when I asked one of staff behind counter why they reduced the recipe, she refused to acknowledge and also claimed to work there for 3 years... it's unbelievable that a business would sabotage its own food... won't go back any more.

Yelp
We've come here twice and had 2 vastly different experiences. There is a person who manages seating tables, so you don't actually seat yourself. Once you enter, they take your party number and will start scouting a table for you; however, you're still responsible for self-ordering at the front. This system could work well since it could take a bit for you to wait in line, order, and for them to make your bowl after you order. First time, we got mango and no complaints. We were seated promptly after we finished ordering and still waited around 10 minutes to get our bowls, but didn't mind. We got the mango that time and were really happy with the sweetness of the mangoes and how much they give you. The second time, it was a disaster. We came with a party of 7 and the person manning the front took down our party and was looking for our table. Knowing there is typically a delay between ordering and getting your order, we got in line prepared to order, but he kept telling us to hold off ordering since he was trying to scout our table. It was a good 15 minutes before our table was ready, so we were timing it, but he kept insisting that we not order because it will "confuse the kitchen" and that he will take our order directly at the table once we sit since we had waited so long. Our table is finally ready and he tells us to get back in line, which directly contradicts what he told us. The line has gotten long at this point, so my husband calls him out and he begrudgingly takes our order. Lo and behold, it takes about 10-15 minutes to get our food... (had they just let us order earlier, we could've gotten it when we sat at our table.) To make matters worse, we get our 2 strawberry bowls and one is clearly smaller (and also more melted) than the other, but both are smaller than the first time we came by at least 15%. My husband asked them why and they just said, "Our machines are slow and we're backed up in orders, so instead of making you wait, we just gave you less ice." I'm not sure how this is acceptable, but there was no apology, no offer to give us a discount or credit. Just a statement of fact. They also have just 1 bathroom for each gender shared with Somi Somi next door and the sink was not working (I checked, the motion sensor was logging my motion but no water was coming out), so that was just the icing on top. I was definitely embarrassed taking my out of town guests here as we had such a terrible experience, so it might be a while before we come back.

Yelp
Bing su was amazing and service was great they delivered the food quick and ambiance was chill. Everything went smooth and me and my mom really liked it here

Yelp
Always make this place a stop over when in LV for their bingsoo and taiyaki! This time we opted for their mango bingsoo that was topped with ripe fresh mango and condensed milk. The last time in LV the mango wasn't up to par but this time they waxed it on ripeness. We've also had their strawberry and watermelon bingsoo which are a must try as well. The service is pretty much order at the counter and they call your number for pick up although our server was nice enough to bring it out to us. The ambiance is a bit on the loud side but it's a god vibe and there's k-pop music filtering in the background.

Yelp
I first went to Sul & Beans 2 to 3 years ago (how I didn't think to write a review then is beyond me) and tried bingsu for the first time. It quite literally changed my life. Where I am from in the Midwest, there aren't many options available...if any...so when I knew I was going to be back in Las Vegas I made it my mission to get back here as soon as possible. My favorite is the tarow, the combination of sweet and icy and deliciousness is perfection. You will not regret coming here!
google avatar

Anne Q.

Yelp
Back at Sul & Beans for another round of bingsoo, and yep, it's still the bomb. The shaved ice? Crazy fluffy. Like, eating a snow cloud kind of fluffy. And the mangoes? Super yummy. It's my second time here, and it's just as good as I remember. Gotta say though, I'm docking a star this time. The bingsoo was kinda thrown together, not as neat as usual. Still tastes awesome, but you eat with your eyes first, right? So, a solid four stars for the sloppy masterpiece. See picture for comparison.
google avatar

Erica C.

Yelp
This was the best after dinner dessert ever! We ordered the Strawberry Cheese Bingsoo, the Oreo bingsoo and my favorite the Taro Bingsoo. Staff was super attentive, dessert was picture perfect and delicious! I'm just happy there is also a San Diego location!

Yelp
Went on a 105 temp day. 6:15 pm sept Thursday- no wait - about 1/3 full tables. Located in back area of Shanghai plaza strip mall. Quick friendly service. You order - find a seat- get your number called- bus your tray. May need to clean your table- i didn't see anyone wiping them down. But relatively clean. They have a free water station. Ordered mango and the matcha with the beans. 3 people shared. For matcha they built it with beans on bottom then ice then matcha then ice then matcha and then beans and dome mochi bits. So everything just isn't on top only. Same with mangoes but some mangoes were a bit hard. Both come with side of cream but we only used it for mangoes. Would be too sweet for matcha one. I would recommend and go back again. One order bowl is like a ramen bowls size- is plenty to share for two unless you just can handle big dessert portions. Enjoy.

Yelp
Always our favorite Bingsoo place and of course, we stopped by to this place while revisiting Las Vegas. Stepped in around 9 pm and so crowded inside. Place was bright and counter for order is in the front. Got the table and waited not too long for our orders. Service was brilliant, attentive and quick. Bingsoo tastes great and refreshing. Especially, Earl Grey Bingsoo is our recommendation. Perfect taste and not too sweet. Plenty of parking in the front of the store but a little tough on the busy time.

Yelp
10/10 would recommend. Great way to beat the Vegas summer heat. Lots of options to pick from, we went with the Matcha & Early Grey. The potion size has always been consistent since they opened even if the prices went up. The shaved ice is very fluffy and it's nice they give you the condensed milk on the side to add to your liking. It's a dessert that isn't overly sweet, but very refreshing. The seating can accommodate bigger groups, but gotta get lucky since you can combine tables. They share a building with Somi Somi so it can get loud and the restrooms are also shared. (Ask for the code) If you ever order to go, they package it up nicely in an insulated bag and a freezer pack. Service isn't required since you order and seat yourself. They provide you with a buzzer for when your order is ready :) Only gripe is the parking lot can be difficult especially when you go around dinner time or the weekend.

Yelp
Owner reached out, will try again next time in Vegas based on sincere response to my concerns.

Yelp
I love this place. Every time I have gone, it's never been too busy (we typically go midday) and we get our order pretty quickly. Everything always tastes amazing and so refreshing. It is a little smaller on the inside, so I can imagine when it's busy that it would feel crowded with not a lot of places to sit. And keep in mind, the parking lot for this shopping center is always crazy busy, no matter what time you go. Plan on spending a good 5-10 minutes finding a parking spot.

Yelp
I love Bingsoo and was recommended this place by a friend while visiting Vegas. They had a good sized menu of Bingsoos with about 10 different flavors. We were between green tea, taro and strawberry, but decided to go for green tea this time because we wanted something light and with red beans. Service was really quick and there was plenty of space inside to eat. We came on a Sunday after lunch. The Bingsoo came out looking even prettier than the displays! It's massive so highly recommend sharing with friends. I think probably perfect to share with four people. They were really generous with the serving size. I really loved the mochi/rice cakes on top and the huge serving of red beans. The matcha powder on top was really tasty and flavorful. I like that the Bingsoo was not too sweet and you control the sweetness with the condensed milk they served on the side. Spoiler alert: there's even more red bean and green tea syrup inside so no need to ration the beans at the top :)

Yelp
After having lunch in Shanghai Plaza, I needed a refreshing dessert to beat the scorching 110-degree Vegas heat. Sul and Beans was the perfect treat I needed. I ordered the Injeolmi bingsoo, which did not skimp on the injeolmi flavor. Injeolmi is a roasted soybean powder with a sweet peanut butter-like taste. Large, delicious, and chewy rice cakes were also scattered on top. The bingsoo ice is finely shaved and melts in your mouth with the creamy condensed milk. The portion sizes are big enough to share as well. Overall, I recommend Sul and Beans if you need something cold and sweet to cool you off!

Yelp
Just look at the pictures and the lines. There's a reason why this place is so popular. Just do your tastebuds a favor and go get a wonderful dessert from Sul & Beans! Regardless which one you choose, you'll be happy!

Yelp
Hey there! So, we decided to take my family visiting from Texas to Sul & Beans at Shanghai Plaza on Spring Mountain. We were in the mood to impress our family so we decided on an Oreo bingsoo, which is this incredible Korean shaved ice dessert topped with the most heavenly Oreo crumbles and sweet milk. Seriously, it's to die for! Now, let me tell you about this place. It's a counter service joint, which means you go up to the counter and place your order. But here's the cool part: they give you this nifty pager that buzzes when your order is ready for pick up. How convenient is that, right? Now, let's talk about the bingsoo bowl. It's a pretty good size, perfect for sharing between two to four people, depending on how much room you have left after your dessert. And let me tell you, the atmosphere in this dessert shop is just so bright and welcoming. It's the kind of place that instantly puts a smile on your face. I gotta say, this is hands down one of my all-time favorite spots to take friends and family when they come to visit. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Yelp
We decided to stop by this place after a large meal at another restaurant in the strip mall. Everything looked amazing, but we ended up getting the Fresh Mango Bingsoo and the Oreo Bingsoo. We didn't know what any of it was, but we figured what the heck. If you love fresh mango, the the fresh mango Bingsoo is your jam. Imagine sweet cut up pieces of mango on top of finely shaved ice. Mango in the middle too. Great dessert on a nice, hot, Vegas, summer night. The Oreo Bingsoo was delicious as well, but we all loved the mango one more. The Oreo Bingsoo had bits of Oreo cookies in it along with the cream on top. It was a little busy when we went, so we had to wait for seating. Service was good too. While I enjoyed the desserts, I feel there was still something missing. I'm not sure what.

Yelp
Neutral on this one. It was fine, but not my flavor. Ice, condensed milk, bean paste, fruit, and cookies all in a big pile. The portions are large. The cafe was moderately clean. Not a whole lot of cheer from behind the counter. No swoon. A solid "ok."

Yelp
Came here a few nights ago with the family since my grandbaby wanted a sweet treat. My daughter order the fresh strawberry and shared with my grandbaby. They enjoyed it and will probably try their other flavors next time.

Yelp
LOVE Sul and Beans! This is the perfect sweet treat after dinner or just for fun. The bingsoo (Korean milk-based shaved ice) is obviously what they're known for but they also offer delicious taiyaki (japanese battered cake with filling), toasts, as well as coffees and teas - everything I've tried here is really delicious. It will get VERY busy, especially on weekends, but overall the staff does a really good job of managing the crowds, working quickly to get through orders, and stay helpful and friendly! The decor is clean and simple so as not to be overly fussy. The portions are large for the bingsoo - plenty to split one between 2 or 3 people! They offer the taiyaki in packs of 2 or 5 which is perfect for sampling different flavors (I highly recommend the brown sugar, it's like a take on a Korean Hotteok)

Yelp
Got the original / milk bingsoo - its light, refreshing and the tteok on top is chewy and nice!

Yelp
Parking here was packed on a Friday night so it may be hard to find parking. Selection of flavors was great. We got the almond, ube and berries n cream. Felt it could have been more flavorful but the portions were good and presentation on point. Free water and they share a bathroom with somi somi. Overall good experience.

Yelp
The product itself was fine, but nothing spectacular. For the price, I expected more. Would have rated a 3, but what I couldn't believe was that they would not give us any extra bowls, cups or containers to share it. Given that the dessert is meant to be shared, it doesn't make any sense not to do so. The staff's reasoning was that there was a 'shortage' of containers, which is bs. They said it was the manager's policy, even though they've gotten complaints about it- Won't be back to an average business that nickels and dimes their customers.

Yelp
Great Korean style shaved ice. They have a display case with all menu items in the front- like the old school Japanese restaurants, and you order at the register up front and pick up your order when your buzzer goes off. Portions are large and shareable. Heaping with toppings and condensed milk (extra- free upon request). My favorites are the strawberry & early grey. They share a space with somi somi and are attached in the back side of the restaurant. It's in Shanghai plaza so parking can sometimes be challenging

Yelp
Place of Bingsoo! Never tried nor heard of Bingsoo, but I wanted to try it since I LOVE Korean ice cream. Bingsoo is more of a shaved ice dessert with delicious toppings. I tried the strawberry cheesecake. The portions are generous. I had to share. It's clean and neat inside. It's in china town. I still prefer Korean ice cream over Bingsoo. Though, Bingsoo it definitely a must try. It's unique and tasty. They also offer a variety of flavors to choose from!

Yelp
I don't review much but the service was terrible. Workers wouldn't provide extra sharing bowls even though we had 8 people, despite there were stack of Togo boxes right behind them. Mochi was stale and hard, and they were out of the mugwort which we were looking forward to. Service was slow and workers didn't seem to care. Would not recommend going back. The LA ktown location definitely blows this one out of the water, bad management.

Yelp
Super tasty bingsu spot! I got the green tea bingsu and enjoyed it. I asked to remove dates since it wasn't my favorite topping. If you wanted to check out the desserts visually they have all of them showcased next to the cash register as well. The serving was huge. I suggest each bingsu be split amongst 4 people to finish properly. As 2 people we finished half (this was after breakfast/lunch)
