"If you’re already a guest of Rosewood Bermuda, walking into this clubby, whitewashed dining room might give you a real sense of déjà vu. After all, much of the boutique hotel oozes an upscale British Colonial vibe that pours into its restaurants, rooms, and public spaces, so it’s no wonder that Sul Verde—Rosewood’s southern Italian trattoria—feels very much like the rest of the resort. Borrowing heavily from the Campania region of Italy, the dishes here are classic Southern Italian specialties (think eggplant parmigiana and linguine vongole) alongside traditional favorites from nearby regions (like veal saltimbocca with parma ham and sage).
