Date: Aug 30, 2025 at 515pm. See pic. >95% of what we ordered (Chocolate Pistachio Sulbing) is shaved ice for $23 per single order. There is a thin layer of topping and the flavor is ok (4/5). No air conditioning. Temp inside was 80F. Backdoor was left open. Tables were dirty (see pics). Someone did come by to clean them but we needed to ask the person to look after the table. Other tables were left uncleaned. Would never come back here…

I tried Biscuit Sulbing. Sulbing Cafe is a must-try! Their shaved ice is incredibly flavorful and refreshing. It is on the pricier side, but the taste and quality make it worth it. Even after finishing a full bowl, it feels light and not heavy at all.

First time at Sulbing. Came on a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed. We were lucky to get the last empty table near the back. Through the self serve kiosk we ordered the strawberry with red bean and it comes with a red bean mochi on top. 15 minutes later our order was ready, not bad considering there were a lot of orders. There’s a large screen on the back wall that shows the order numbers. When your number comes up, you must bring your receipt to the pick up counter. We thoroughly enjoyed our dish. The ice is soft and fluffy and melts in your mouth. The strawberries are fresh and sweet with a hint of tartness. The red bean paste and red bean mochi is so good. I could eat this everyday if I could. There are a few snacks in the fridge at the counter but they don’t look that appetizing. Would definitely recommend the shaved ice dishes though. I want to come back to try the other shaved ice dishes on the menu. 😋

I went here on a late Sunday afternoon. This place was jam packed. The place is spacious so it was not so loud. There were a few open tables. Thankfully we were able to get a table to two. We ordered the Chocolate Brownie Sulbing. It took around 10-15 minutes for our order to be ready. It was worth the wait. The Sulbing looked so tempting and massive. Both of us loved it. We just had lunch few minutes earlier so we thought we would not be able to finish it. But it was not the case. It is not as heavy as it seems because it’s mostly shaved ice. It was my first time trying a Sulbing, and I never thought I’d be into shaved ice desserts. I will definitely visit this place again.

Google
Tried Sulbing and ordered the tiramisu bingsu. The presentation was beautiful and tempting, but unfortunately, the taste didn’t live up to the expectations. I waited around 20 minutes just to place the order and another 25 minutes to receive it. For the price and the long wait, it really wasn’t worth it. The place was extremely crowded, and almost everyone there seemed to be Asian, which made me think that perhaps this dessert is more suited to their taste preferences than mine. If you’re not used to Korean-style desserts, this might not be for you. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Google
Love sulbing! I always get the mango one. There are a bunch of tables available. Parking is kind of difficult but don't miss out on this. Summer, Winter, Fall, Spring. Sulbing!

Google
The texture of the ice is super fine and soft, and the flavors are well balanced. One bowl is definitely enough for two people to share. We’re already looking forward to coming back and trying more options—especially the strawberry next time. A great place for a light and refreshing dessert!

Google
We came on a Saturday night and hung out with the cool young kids, having been temporarily relieved of our own kids. It does take a while to get your order, though, so better not be in a rush. And the place was packed, with no seating available when we cruised in.

Yelp
Bingsu virgin here. Never heard of it and can only compare it to Hawai'i local style shave ice. We arrived at 8:38 pm and most of the menu was already sold out. At first glance, expensive! Each couple ordered their own and the husbands were in sticker shock and complaining about paying so much for ice... When it arrived, wow the portion is huge! Why didn't we order one to share for the six of us? The fresh fruit in ours was tasty. Once past the layer on top it was literally just fine white ice. I didn't pay, and I enjoyed the many laughs we had while the jokes kept coming one after the other.

Yelp
Honestly, I think the bingsoo here is just OK. This spot is for sure a staple in the area, as it's great from bigger groups to couples to come here and hang out. The snow part is light and tasty, but sometimes the fruit here is a miss for me. Not sure if it's just the season, but the fruit is often very tart.

Yelp
bingsu is always a great dessert to have especially on a hot day! shaved ice with fresh fruits - it's great! plus a great hang out with friends as well. i would actually share my bingsu unless you have a sweet tooth than be my guest eat one for your own self. they also have other options as well like toast, tiramisu, teas and other options as well. you can surely order togo with the front counter, but if you dine in, there is only one kiosk to place your order, so the line gets long too. you can monitor your order when it's ready on the screen and pick it up at the front. extra bowls are available, but you'd have to ask for extra napkins and utensils. also if you love kpop music it's a perfect place to go to.

Yelp
This place was recommended for bingsoo and it was crowded on a Sunday night. Parking in the strip mall was minimal and several of the spaces were "reserved" by the other shops for their customers. I understand it but still annoying to have several open parking spaces while several cars were driving around the small lot looking to park. The bingsoo itself lacked flavor. The shaved ice tasted like just ice rather than being sweet that I was expecting for bingsoo. Not likely to come back cause I prefer the one in Cupertino tbh. Plenty of tables inside but all were taken on a Sunday night.

Yelp
Came here after a concert cause we wanted something sweet. This bingsu was to die for. Not too sweet and very light. We got the strawberry cheesecake bingsu and it was huge. So we split it. Very good dessert to share. Will be back again to try another flavor.

Yelp
This is the first time I have been here. The first time I was here I tried the strawberry. This time my friend and I wanted to try this. After already having a full lunch, we came here for dessert. This was a pretty large size, so you would want to share with someone. I thought this sulbing (shaved snow) was a little sweet for me. I didn't get to finish because it was too much for one person. It was a sweet spot! There's other treats there as well. You can have dessert toasted dripped with toppings or have a coffee or tea. It's definitely a treat!

Yelp
Located in KTown area of Santa Clara the place is always packed o. Weekend nights . It's a popular dessert cafe place to get traditional Sulbiing. The place offers traditional and seasonal flavors with customers option to customize to their liking. The place also offers Coffee and other cool cold tea concoctions. We ordered the traditional Sulbing with red bean with extra mochi and cheese. The serving is good for two it could be three depending persons appetite. Due to popularity of this place , expect to get your dessert between 20-30mins. When ordered was called , excited to taste and dig in. Snow ice was so fluffy and all the flavors comes with it when it mixed it so good and refreshing for a warm summer night. Overall great place to experience Sulbing, even better if you can avoid the crowd.

Yelp
Finding parking and a table was a bit tough in this plaza, but the bingsoo was good. You order up front at a kiosk and wait to pick up your tray after your number is called. Lots of people on a Friday night. It was packed. We had to wait a bit for a table, but we got one before our bingsoo came out. The strawberries were fresh and delicious. The melon was refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day. I enjoyed the yogurt in it as well. The tiramisu was delicious as well. The ice is very airy. Perfect dessert for after a hearty meal. Would come back!

Yelp
I literally cannot stop thinking about this amazing dessert place. I always love getting the strawberry snow sulbing and oh my goodness it is so worth it, it's so soft, creamy, light and absolutely delightful. Service it's kind of hard to comment on it as you don't really interact with anyone aside from getting your shaved ice. I kind of wish there's a little bit more personalization but it's okay I totally understand but the presentation of the dessert was so pretty . The ambience of the place is pretty standard it has medium to low lighting plenty of seating . The only thing is that I had a hard time getting more napkins but it is what it is but you're here for food the dessert was out 100 out of 100.

Yelp
I love SULBING!! Lots of space and tables. It can be tricky on weekends especially during summer since people like to stay and chat. There's one order station, for to go you have to go to the cashier. We got the chocolate brownie flavor and it was so good. One order is shareable up to 3 people.
google avatar

Yelp
Love love love. I don't even know what I got here. My friend ordered it for us. We got the ice thing with the cream on it idk but it's so fun and cute! Definitely a fun time.

Yelp
Amazing Bing-su! Also had other great desserts and amazing service. Fruits tasted very fresh. Would go again.

Yelp
Cute Korean style shaved ice dessert in Santa Clara! It gets so popular and is situated in a very busy plaza! The line goes quickly and we got our dessert pretty quick as well. We ordered three to try including the strawberry (my favorite and 5/5), tiramisu (4/5 - a bit too heavy for my preference), and watermelon milkis (3/5 - wasn't exactly my preference).

Yelp
Located in a strip mall with one side all Asian restaurants and desserts. Parking is difficult but after circling someone was leaving. We walked in snagged a table and ordered at the kiosk without waiting but a long line formed behind us. After ordering until we left the line wrapping around the corner to the door. Ordering was easy and we only waited about 5-10 minutes for our dessert to arrive. This place was busy, a hot spot on a Saturday evening. The Bingsu was worth the $18, I had the tiramisu Bingsu with ice cream, chocolate curls and a thick dust of Cocoa powder. What a nice compliment with the hot espresso and ice cream. One of the better Bingsu's I've had in the bay. I tried a bite of the mango with I think lemon sorbet on top. We will be back to try some additional flavors when we are in the area.

Yelp
Haven't had Korean shaved ice in years. I was nearby the area and wanted to give it a try once more. The service was okay. You order through the kiosk and pick it up when your order is being displayed on the big screen they have. When my party first came in, it look like they just had a rush. Tables weren't cleaned. There bowls and silverware were everyone. The ambiance was nice. It was an open concept restaurant. Very simple and modern in the inside. The Korean shaved ice was probably the best I have ever had. It was very flavorful and soft. The tiramisu shaved ice flavor they had was really good. Also to point out the portion sizes were huge. We order two bowls of the shaved ices for a party of 5 and it definitely hit the spot. Overall I give this restaurant a solid 4/5 star review. Things to work on is cleanliness inside the store. We had to clean the table ourselves with the napkins they had.
google avatar

Yelp
They always have so many people that even though they have a decent amount of seating, we always end up hovering over tables until they get up. The food comes out pretty quickly though I was gonna get regular strawberry and then add a yogurt ice cream and injeolmi on top but I thought the premium already comes w the ice cream so I got that instead, but then turns out it was whipped cream and not the ice cream in the premium strawberry The premium strawberry is quite yummy. The whipped cream is a bit much but the fresh taste of strawberries with milk based bingsoo really hits the spot after a greasy meal or a hot day

Yelp
We visited on a Wednesday night and it was busy, we found parking a little far away in the plaza parking. The ambiance was lively! We ordered on the tablet and the staff completed our order pretty fast. The mozzarella injeolmi toast was cheesy and sweet with the honey, addictingly good! The chocolate croffle was very sweet with the ice cream chocolate drizzle and chocolate shavings, the texture is a bit hard to cut through. My boyfriend liked it but I would skip it, he said it was crunchy and a little bit chewy. The premium strawberry Sulbing was really good, tasted like strawberry & cream heaven! The bingsu was very cold which I had to get used to which seems silly but I don't eat a lot of shaved ice. I loved the cheesecake and fresh strawberries!
google avatar

Yelp
Lots of seating and relatively fast service considering how many people were there--seems like they have a good system going. The shaved ice was very tasty, and sharing one between three people was more than enough. I liked how they layered the flavoring in between the ice so it didn't get bland after the top layer. There was condensed milk and tiramisu flavoring sandwiched under the ice. The tiramisu on top was also good--seemed more like ice cream (or maybe frozen tiramisu) so it held its shape better.

Yelp
Came here for a sweet treat with some friends! We ordered the green tea chocolate bingsoo and some strawberry smoothies. I think the bingsoo was a little lacking in flavor and wasn't something I would come back for. I was hoping for more green tea aspects but the only green tea is the ice cream on top (which looks to be different from what's on photo on the menu). The strawberry smoothies definitely had some yogurt in there which I liked! However, I found the drinks to be too sweet and icy. Overall, Sulbing is okay. Maybe just chose the wrong things this time around!

Yelp
Been to Sulbing plenty of times with friends and it's now that I contribute my own review on this platform. Overall, Sulbing offers a variety of flavors and snack options to your Asian heart's desire. It's not too sweet but I wish there was more condensed milk in the ice as it felt less creamy and more on the icy spectrum. Today, I have come here to try one of their new bingsu which was the Strawberry Yogurt Chocoball bingsu. It's very tasty!

Yelp
When did sulbing open in the U.S.??? This was truly exactly like sulbing in Korea. The only reason I removed 1 star is because I have had boutique bingsoo places that do deliver higher quality but this is literally a franchise you can't go wrong. Although! The prices were a lil bit pricey for what it normally is ( around $10 maybe $12 in SoCal lol)
google avatar

Yelp
Hot day in San Jose. My niece points us toward a place called Sul Bing--one of those spots that influencer mentions. What you get here isn't just shaved ice; it's a small act of salvation in a bowl. We went for mango with cheese, condensed milk, sweet, tropical brightness colliding with a salty, creamy hit that shouldn't work but absolutely does. And this is just the start. There's more on that menu calling my name, and if you've got even a shred of curiosity or a craving for something that can make you forget the heat, you've got to come here.

Yelp
Came at 8pm on a Saturday and most of the seats inside were taken. I ordered an Injeolmi Bingsoo and waited 50 minutes for my order. I didn't see a way to know when my order was ready, so I took a peek over at the counter every 5-10 minutes, only realizing after I got home and reading other reviews which said there's a TV with numbers displayed. I didn't see numbers displayed on the screen, and there weren't any sounds indicating when new orders were ready, so it's kinda difficult to know anyhow. About the bingsoo itself: I enjoy sweets but prefer not-to-sweet, and I wish the bingsoo I had was a bit sweeter. I had many bites that tasted like plain ice, and would've liked some more sweetness throughout the dessert. Not necessarily for it to be sweeter all around, but for there to have been more injeolmi/sauce. I also wish they had a little more variety personally; for example, I'd love a mango bingsoo but they only had mango cheesecake. They're also quite pricey here. I liked Sul & Beans more for their injeolmi bingsoo and it's also cheaper there. I know that it gets busy here, but I wouldn't wait an hour again for bingsoo here. It is a nice sit-down to hangout with friends over some dessert though.
google avatar

Yelp
I got the matcha shaved ice and it was so good! The portion is big, and it took less than 5 mins for it to come out which was really fast considering it was a weekend. It was refreshing and not too sweet, I would want to try one of the fruit ones next time.
google avatar

Grace H.

Yelp
I've been here two separate times since my previous review and I still love Sulbing but the price is a bit steep. I got the matcha and injeolmi toast which were both delicious but the aid and brownie/chocolate cake is definitely not worth it. I don't recommend those two items. I got the strawberry deluxe another time which basically comes with whip cream and a tiny small cheesecake. It doesn't come with the mochi/rice cake which comes with the original strawberry bingsoo so I don't think it's worth the extra $3 in my opinion. Both times, we went on a Sunday so it was super busy. The wait was easily 30-40 minutes both times but I don't mind the wait since you can chat and take your time. Seating is a bit hard but while you're waiting, you'll usually see a spot open up. Overall, I still recommend Sulbing! After trying a few menu items tho, I think there's still something's that are worth vs others are not. It's a great hangout spot and will be back!
google avatar

Cherry H.

Yelp
Order at Kiosk for Dine In. This time, we got the Green Tea Chocolate Sulbing and Mango Passion Fruit Ade. The flavors were good, enjoyed this visit more than our last one.
google avatar

Sharon C.

Yelp
I have been here so many times and the line is always so long but went recently on a thursday night and there was no line! Saw that they had a new item and the menu and wanted to try it! Came out in less than 10 mins and it was so good! The strawberries are sweet and the green tea ice cream was legit! It also came with little lucky charm marshmallows on the side which was a nice touch. Everything is self service, you get yours when your number pulls up in the screen, water is on the side of pick up and small bowls to share!
google avatar

Emily H.

Yelp
Easy, shareable bingsoos to enjoy with friends! Premium Strawberry Sulbing 9/10 - strawberries were sweet and fresh! - topped with whipped cream and a small cheesecake We waited maybe 15-20 minutes for our bingsoo to be ready.
google avatar

Anthony N.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite dessert places. I could definitely be biased but yesterday was so hot when my friends and i went to play pickleball. So being able to have this afterwards was so refreshing and tasty. The strawberry bingsoo was so cold and such a sweet treat. It is sinple and delicious enough for my brother to immediately want to order another afterwards.
google avatar

Junelle F.

Yelp
It can be a hot or cold day and I love going here. Bingsu is so yummy. We tried the mango cheesecake (my favorite), strawberry, honeydew (seasonal) and watermelon (seasonal). I recommend a side of red bean and condensed milk for a little extra goodness. Service is ordered through a kiosk unless it's to-go, you can order with cashier. Orders come quickly depending on what time of the day you go. It gets pretty busy after 6pm. There's plenty of seating but if you have a big group, you may have to wait until someone gets up. Pretty quick turn around time. Give this place a try! Parking may be a little crazy!
google avatar

Loc N.

Yelp
Surprisingly the store was pretty empty when we came in. However, the space is really spacious and cute, great place to hang out with friends or dates. We got the tiramisu amd supreme strawberries. We were more excited about the tiramisu but it turned out to be ok-ish. The tiramisu was too hard and didn't taste great. On the other hand, the supreme strawberries was a lot better. The sweet and sourness came together nicely.
google avatar

Lindsey A.

Yelp
Excellent bingsu. I liked the strawberry and chocolate. Pricing is a little high but you can easily share one bowl between 2 people. Ordering is done at the iPad. They also provide extra bowls for sharing.
google avatar

Katrina V.

Yelp
One of my good friends introduced me and my husband to Sulbing. We stopped by the restaurant around 1:15pm on a Sunday, and the place was popping. It was packed, but we arrived just in time for a few tables to turnover. Ok, I'm impressed! The 3 of us shared the tiramisu bingsu that I loved. It came with a decent sized slice of tiramisu, and I thought it was cool that it came with an espresso pour over like an affogato. The shaved ice was dusted with a rich cocoa powder, and the inside of the bingsu had a surprise coffee flavor. I want to try their Dubai chocolate flavor for next time. We ordered our bingsu directly from the kiosk, but I had to try a couple of things when I saw the to-go case. I got a milk macron and an oreo strawberry yogurt nougat. The milk macron was stuffed with a subtle milk flavored buttercream. The nougat bites were pretty good. They had a nice chew to them and packed with flavor.
google avatar

Yelp
Came here on a Wednesday night and the parking lot is still extremely packed. Difficult to find parking and had to park on the streets. We ordered the mango cream cheese sulbing at the kiosk and waited for our order. The inside is pretty filled up but we were able to find a seat. It was busy so we had to wait a bit for our food. I thought the sulbing is decent. Me and my boyfriend shared one and had trouble finishing. I really like the cheesecake bits with the milk flavored ice. The mango sometimes could be a hit or miss, sometimes it is not as sweet so I rely on the condense milk, or they could put more syrup to make it sweeter. Overall a decent go to place for dessert, if you can find parking.
google avatar

Shih Fa K.

Yelp
Ordered the pistachio chocolate sulbing. I am not sure what made up this dish. I tasted candied pistachio, crunchy flakes on the outside, chocolate sauce, and what tasted like a pistachio butter. And of course, there was Vanilla ice cream at the top. The dish was delicious, but I wish there was a little bit more pistachio. The service was via a kiosk, and it was a bit of a wait, but worth it.
google avatar

Diego B.

Yelp
Super cute desserts, not too sweet, great for a hot summer day! It is a simple self service style establishment, with some tables.
google avatar

Kristine S.

Yelp
We came here for dessert after our dinner and this placed was packed which made it hard to even talk to whomever you came with. It was hard for us to find a table but luckily we did. We ordered at a self kiosk which was easy and then we had to wait for our number to be shown on the tv screens to pick up our order. Got the mango cheese sul bing which was delicious. Could use more cheesecake bites and wished the mango were sweeter but nonetheless it was still delicious. It is on the pricey side though. Definitely an indulgence dessert.
google avatar

Helen V.

Yelp
The service is always good here with ordering through the self ordering kiosk stand. Once our order was ready, they ring it up on the TV screen. But this flavor was not the same quality I usually expect from the other flavors I've tried. The ice for this flavor didn't melt in my mouth and was icey, closer to shaved ice than korean shaved ice. It was trying to mimic the viral dubai chocolate flavor but it didn't work.
google avatar

Rachel L.

Yelp
Freaking delicious even in this cold weather! My bf and I shared a Premium Strawberry Bingsu which was humongous and came with a slice of cheesecake and tons of fresh strawberry, whipped cream, condensed milk, and fluffy soft creamy shaved snow. As elaborate as the shaved snow already was on its own, we decided to add extra cheesecake on the side lol. It was so good! It was a really expensive dessert at almost $20 before adding cheesecake and over $20 after, but I guess you get what you pay for. The size was perfectly shareable between two people. The inside of the shop was both spacious and very cutely decorated! There wasn't much service, as we ordered and paid on the kiosk. Your order number will display on the TV when your order is ready, and then you simply take it from the counter. Whole process was smooth, the dessert was delicious, and I'm dying to come back and try the other flavors!
google avatar

Crystal Y.

Yelp
I was really excited to try this place! I knew immediately I wanted to try the mango cheese bingsu. It was almost perfect but I think they could improve in a few areas. Firstly for the price, I expected a better amount of toppings. Sure, more mango and cheesecake could be better, but even with just more mango sauce would've made the taste better. The topping to ice ratio was just really unbalanced. The ice was also lacking in that rich milk flavor you usually expect. Definitely can taste more ice flavor over the milk, although the shaving was soft on the texture. Overall I thought it was average and have definitely had better.
google avatar

Vivian C.

Yelp
A bit overpriced and mediocre IMO. My friend and I got the strawberry cheesecake bingsoo to share; toppings felt minimal in comparison to some of the other places in the area.
google avatar

Ricky Yosef P S.

Yelp
This our first time come to this place and we so amaze with the taste of the dessert ice they have. So tasty and fresh flavour also. So busy this place but the people work is so nice and friendly to help whatever we need. The inside restaurant is medium not too big because when busy so hard to find table and chair we need to get. The parking here is so not friendly too.
google avatar

Charisse M.

Yelp
Always love stopping by here whenever I'm in the area. We tried their Dubai chocolate bingsoo and it was quite delicious. Service is not too slow either, but whenever I come here, seating might take a bit since this place is pretty popular.
google avatar

Lynn N.

Yelp
Hearing that my friend's favorite dessert was bingsu, I had to take her to Sulbing to try. As this is their first location in America, I had high expectations! The place is fairly large with lots of seating; even then, it is still exceptionally crowded. We came in at 8:30 and got in line to order at a kiosk. We decided to get Injeolmi with Red Bean. We placed the order and waited about 15 minutes before the bingsu was ready. This bingsu was just the shaved milk with injeolmi powder on the outside, topped with a dollop of red bean on top. I am personally a fan of Injeolmi, so I enjoyed this a lot. My friends, however, think that the initial bites are dry from the powder, and wish it came with condensed milk. Next time, we will try a fruity flavor!
google avatar

James S.

Yelp
Great spot for to grab dessert after a meal and hang out. There is one kiosk to order so depending on how many people there are in front of you and if they know what they want, it may take some time. Chocolate monster Sulbing! Tons of Oreo and chocolate powder! If you like chocolate, this is a great go to! The honey butter toast does take a bit of time to prepare compared to their iced desserts but once's out, it's freshly toasted and very flavorful.
google avatar

Karl G.

Yelp
Visited Sulbing over the holidays and the place was packed for a weekday night! I've been looking for a Korean shaved ice place in NorCal and I've finally found a spot. Definitely try to come early or be patient to scope out a table. The wait was reasonable for the number of parties inside -- under 20 min or so. Tiramisu Sulbing - beautifully crafted tiramisu atop 3 scoops of ice cream and shaved snow, I love cocoa & chocolate so this combo was excellent, the bitterness of the cocoa mixed with the sweetness of the tiramisu & syrup along with the snow was heavenly, just be careful that your tiramisu doesn't fall off too suddenly Matcha Sulbing - strong nice matcha flavors, love the touch of mochi & red bean on the sides, a refreshing Asian palette Overall, try and mix the powders with the bingsoo to get the best balance of bitterness & snow & syrup! Sulbing is the perfect evening hangout spot to catch up with friends while also grabbing a cool delicious bite.

Yelp
My favorite and go-to spot for bingsoo in the South Bay! With Sulbing being a dessert cafe chain with over 490 stores in S.Korea you know they're doing it right. Located in the strip mall next to Seorai and Big Mug Coffee, Sulbing serves up amazing and well portioned Korean shaved ice, coffee, teas, smoothies, waffles, croissants and the like. I've tried a few flavors and have yet to be let down. The quality and textures of the bingsoo is perfect. Sweet, refreshing and so delicious! A great treat to share with friends, family or just as a pick me up on a warm day. The portions are great for sharing and they give plenty of fresh fruit, ice cream and the texture of the milky ice is lovely. Strawberry Cheese, Mango and Tiramisu were all enjoyed. Tip for the Tiramisu, do not pour the espresso shot over the cake as it will roll off the cocoa powder. Order on the kiosk and pick up when your number is called which is conveniently displayed on the TV on the wall. You can ask for small bowls and spoons for easy sharing. Bus your own table by taking your tray to the designated area. In the summer, finding seating can be a bit difficult but there is a good amount of sitting whether for large groups, couples and even bar/window seating. Volume is not too loud even at full capacity, as it is a big space and music isn't blaring. Price is on the steeper side, but definitely worth the treat and quality.

Yelp
I came in on a cold rainy day. The moment I stepped inside, it smelled musty and unventilated. You get used to it, but they should definitely implement some air circulation. I ordered what I think is the Christmas special: strawberry sulbing with matcha ice cream. You order at the kiosk, and I wish they had a description of each item. If I had known the matcha was ice cream, I wouldn't have ordered it. It took a while (20 minutes) for our order to be ready. The pickup number is displayed on TV screens in the corners of the store. It would be more visible if it was on the TV screens right above the pick up area. The bingsu itself was tasty and can easily be shared between 2 people. The strawberries seemed fresh, and weren't too sour. However, for ~$20, it does seem overpriced.
