"Relax at this independent bookstore cafe in Cannaregio under one of their shaded tables with a slice of homemade crostata and a pot of tea. Switch things up from the usual spritz and order a glass or a bottle of their organic prosecco lunatico that is produced in the nearby hills of Refrontolo. We found this café in a quieter area of Venice, away from the crowds. The interior feels warm and cozy, with lots of books around—some of them children’s books—which go really well with the wooden décor. It’s a lovely place to slow down and take a short break during your trip. We visited in the morning and were a bit disappointed that only desserts were available, as we had hoped for brunch. Still, the atmosphere alone made it a pleasant and memorable stop.

Staff was not that friendly. We asked if we can have another fork and they just ignored us. The tapas were good and the salad was good too. I love books so the atmosphere was like a library cafe which I love! It is small but very cute.

Great restaurant for simple vegan and vegetarian dishes. It is nice to have a different menu than what you would typically get in Venice. It is more like small plates and sandwiches, but if you enjoy good vegan and vegetarian food, definitely give it a try. Unpretentious atmosphere, nice service and in a bookstore, so quite unique. Make a reservation for dinner.

Nice relaxed cafe, with some excellent vegetarian and vegan dishes. Some excellent local wines too. A very relaxed atmosphere gives this cafe a feel of somewhere to sit and have a break before getting the steps in around Venice.

I was looking for a vegan croissant and accidentally found this lovely café — I was so lucky! 😎🙃 They have plenty of vegan options, and everything was super delicious. The place is beautiful, right by the water, with cute tables and a calm vibe. The staff were really kind and friendly too. ❤️

I recently visited Café Sulla Luna in Venice and absolutely loved it! Everything was wonderful – the service was warm and friendly, the food was fresh and delicious, and the location right by the canal made the whole experience even more special. It’s a charming spot for coffee or brunch, and I’d definitely recommend it

The coffee shop was the perfect spot to start the morning. We sat there at 9am by the canal enjoying the view, the cappuccino, croissants and the buffalo salad. Everything was absolutely delicious. The team was so lovely and what made the experience even better was to see that the café stands for ethical values
