Sullivan's Steakhouse

Elvis (waiter) made the dinner experience memorable. Upon his suggestion, I ordered the $199 - 32 oz. Prime Porterhouse (got the 32 oz. wagyu prime rib as an alternative) & Lobster Tails For 2 which included a bottle of Caymus-Suisun Grand Durif. Everything was well seasoned, cooked to requested medium rear, not overly salted. Ordered the new menu item - table side wagyu carpaccio (arugula, balsamic drizzle) as a starter which was delicious. Finished the meal with my favorite dessert, a warm banana foster bread pudding with vanilla ice cream. Elvis provided courteous and attentive service, nothing was missed. Will ask for Elvis again. Returning customer and Sullivan's has provided delicious food and great service during every visit.

This was the first time visiting Sullivan's. The experience was excellent. Everything was perfect. The steak was cooked perfectly. The lobster tails were cooked perfectly. Even the naked potato was perfect. Our server Taj was excellent. He made recommendations and was attentive.

The food was absolutely delicious! My boyfriend and I had the meal for two. The steak was extremely flavorful. It comes with a bottle of wine as well. Elvis was extremely nice. For our first time dining here he was very helpful. I highly recommend him as a server and I highly recommend coming here. It was worth every dollar.

I’m a bit late in sharing, but I absolutely had to highlight the amazing experience we had at Sullivan’s Steakhouse in King of Prussia! From planning to execution, everything was flawless. We hosted a dinner for our Sales Team (17 guests) in a private room—naturally, it got a bit lively, but the team at Sullivan’s was more than prepared and welcoming. Ken, the Manager, greeted me personally upon arrival, introduced me to our dedicated staff for the evening, and even walked me through the menu to help coordinate a variety of shared appetizers. It was such a thoughtful touch and really helped set the tone for the night. While we enjoyed some time at the bar, the staff seamlessly timed the appetizers to begin arriving just as we sat down—perfectly orchestrated. Our servers, Kai and Sam, were phenomenal—professional, knowledgeable, personable, and they even called some of us by our nicknames, which made the night feel even more special. Simply put, the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were exactly what we hoped for—and more. Whether you're planning a corporate event, private gathering, or just want to enjoy a great meal out with family, I highly recommend this location. We’ll definitely be returning! Reservation was made through the app and when we arrived the table was dressed and ready for our anniversary dinner (optional choice through the app). A personalized anniversary card accompanied the rose petals that dotted the table and the mood was set. Kudos to our server, Kiana, for making our date night such an enjoyable evening. She’s been working there for 3 years and is working her way through college at the same time. Very pleasurable and attentive and we wanted for nothing the entire time. Good luck to her on her future endeavors. We’ll be back again.

The steaks melted in your mouth. Our waiter provided us with excellent service! Best meal I had! The beef Wellington bites were scrumptious!

We sat in the middle area, so the music was really loud but other than that, it was amazing! Our server ELVIS was AMAZING! He was informative, funny, and lead us in the right direction for food choices! Food was wonderful, fresh, and something for your entire palate. We will be returning!

We celebrated our anniversary and everything was amazing!! They treated us like royalty. Elvis our waiter was absolutely incredible. We hope to come back for every anniversary moving forward.

I had my Birthday dinner at Sullivan's in KofP and everything from how we were greeted upon arrival, to the pace of dinner, to the quality and preparation of our food was on-point. Our servicer Zach made the meal even more special with his great personality, attentiveness and dessert ABC cocktail. Thanks for a memorable and wonderful dinner!

Sullivan's used to be our favorite spot, but things have really gone downhill. The drinks weren't great, the service was slow and felt unorganized, and the food was bland and not worth the price. It's a shame because we used to love this place, but it's just not the same anymore. Sadly, we won't be coming back.

Cozy but service is lacking & just too expensive for what you get. If you pay $250 for 2 people, you expect a certain service. Never received bread bowl, unless they are not offering it anymore. Don't promise a birthday desert on the house and then don't provide said dessert. The place is simply too expensive. Simple Iceberg wedge with thin dressing $15, if you want bacon added, you get a spoonful for an additional $6 charge, that's ridiculous. Cauliflower appetizer for $18? Simple side dishes for $14, be it mashed potatoes, spinach or brussel sprouts. The $37 chicken dish was delicious and different. Cajun ribeye $68, he loved it. Cozy atmosphere, the lighting is great for a romantic dinner.

Came here after a long work meeting. Home was nice enough to provide my awesome cocktail, appetizer, and entree recommendations. I got a gold rush and Beef Wellington Bites to start and finished it up with the Filet Mignon Duo.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner at Sullivan's KING OF PRUSSIA. I remember it being very dark when I went here many years ago, but the dining rooms are now lit very well and quite nicely appointed. Complimentary bread was warm and really good. Crabcakes were fantastic! Steaks were perfectly seasoned and very tasty and tender, although the cook on the medium and medium well seemed to be the same. We found "The sure thing" prix fixe menu to be a great deal. Otherwise, pricing is still a little less expensive than other steakhouses in the area-which is very nice. Their signature martini, the "knockout" was excellent, also tried an espresso martini for the first time and it just wasn't for me. Too espresso-y. But people who like strong coffee might like it. Our Service was fun-not stuffy, if just a tad bit hurried. Look forward to returning.

*Indoor dining review* We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and it was almost perfect... Restaurant: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 4/5 Parking: Free parking lot ~Restaurant~ The restaurant is really nice inside and out. We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation, were seated pretty quickly. We really appreciated the effort they put in to set up our table with scattered rose petals. Everything's clean and well organized. ~Service~ Our server, Taj is excellent, No complaints at all. His upbeat personality made the whole dining experience worthwhile. He also made great drink recommendations. -Drinks- Gold Rush & Blueberry Lemon Drink ~Food~ I really wanted to write a perfect review with regards to the food... unfortunately, it was not. What we ordered: -Beef Wellington Bites (Very good) -Shrimp & Lobster Bisque (Good) -New York Strip (Cooked nicely, very good) -Filet Mignon with Crab Stuffed Shrimp (This dish was a huge disappointment at the start, we asked for mid-rare, but instead we got rare steak that is only cooked 1/8 of an inch outside and still cold inside. We had to ask for a re-fire, and it was cooked correctly the second time. Very disappointing). -Sides- -Crab fried rice (Very good) -Brussels Sprouts (Possibly the best Brussels Sprouts I've ever had) -Dessert- Banana Foster Bread Pudding (Good) In conclusion: The Restaurant is great. Service is excellent. Food... could have been perfect. We would go again.

10-30-24 Halloween-this dinner was like roller coaster on Halloween,up and down. We loved the ambiance and the music . The bread was fantastic, the iceberg wedge was fantastic and the server was pretty good. The shrimp and lobster bisque was underwhelming at best. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered it, it was not even anything like expected. It was not thick, very brothy consistency and very few actual pieces of shrimp or lobster. It had a strange taste and we think it was lemongrass or ginger or both that made it an odd combination with fish. It wasn't terrible but I would never order it again. The lamb was fantastic, as good as I have ever had. The filet was like butter and the mashed potatoes were excellent. The ribeye was very tasty but a little tough and overcooked, ordered medium rare but was medium. The filet was also overcooked. Creamed spinach was good and I would get it again.Halloween wasn't that spooky until desert , wow. We were excited for the cheesecake and bread pudding but quickly realized they were no treats. The cheesecake was actually horrifying and inedible. It was a strange spongy cakey texture and nothing like any Cheesecake I have ever had.The bread pudding was a huge slice that looked awesome but tuned out to be cold and stale, would have been good if it was warm and fresh. Huge disappointment with the deserts, they gave us a key lime to take home and I just tried it and it was unlike any key lime I have had , it was interesting and ok but I only had one bite. Definitely lacking in the desert department at Sullivans which was surprising... probably won't be back

This was the most unexciting dinner. Thankfully, we had gift cards from Costco so we didn't spend as much on overpriced food. I chose to do The Sure Thing which is the pre-fixed menu for $49. But first I added on the Oysters On The Half Shell. The oysters were the best part of the meal. I chose the Shrimp & Lobster Bisque. There were the tiniest pieces of shrimp and lobster in the bisque. The texture of some of the seafood in the bisque was interesting...not bad but had a snap to it which didn't seem to make sense for shrimp or lobster. The bisque tasted like a jarred soup. For my entree i picked the 6 oz filet with garlic mashed potatoes. The steak was nicely cooked, no issues with it. The mashed potatoes were really good. I could have just gotten the oysters and the mashed potatoes and been good. I decided to add on the Porcini Mushroom Shallot signature butter. Fortunately I didn't put it on my steak before I tasted it because it was disgusting. I can't even describe the flavor...just not good! My husband ordered a side of asparagus with his steak. They were wilty and flavorless. A dessert came with my meal but I was kind of full and wasn't really enjoying the food or service so I decided to take my dessert to go. My choices were New York Style Cheesecake or Key Lime Pie. I chose the Key Lime Pie. When I got home I sat down to eat and was so confused. I have no idea what it was, cheesecake or key lime pie. I offered it to my daughter (who loves desserts) she took one bite and gave it back. She too could not tell what it was. It did come in hand as I used it to coat my dog's pills that had to give him. The service was so slow. At one point our table was covered with dirty plates and no one was clearing. We had dirty plates stacked up and our uneaten food plates on the table together so we had to flag a server down for assistance. Once we got done eating we were ready to pay and go and our server disappeared for so long. This is a one and done.

Always a good time. The food is always good. No complaints. The desserts are so sweet and so good! Our waiters have always been amazing. O the staff has been amazing as well! They are always on top of things and making sure we have everything we need. Our steaks have always been good to our liking and never over done or under done. Parking is easy, big parking lot. Minus a star for: They need to make up their mind about the dress code. Strictly enforce it or not.

Service was horrible at the Bar. Food also wasn't that great.. my wife has allergies and we believe they cross contaminated her with her meal. Very unfortunate

I had the worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a while at Sullivan's on my birthday, January 13th, 2024. I made the reservation a month in advance and was excited to take my boyfriend there for the first time, I had been many times before and boy has it gone downhill. We were seated and waiting 15 minutes to even be greeted. The server seemed overwhelmed by a few tables. She didn't offer to take our drink order and we stopped her before she left to order them. We then waited another 10 minutes with just menus and water on the table. Now at 25 minutes and she comes back to take our food order. I kindly let her know we still hadn't gotten our drinks and she proceeds to say we didn't order them. I reminded her we did and she remembered and walked away. Another 5 minutes go by and we finally get them. At this point we have been sitting at the table for about a half hour. We contemplated getting up and leaving but decided to stick it out. We ordered a prefixed 3 course meal called The Sure Thing and my boyfriend's garden salad was drenched in dressing and my usually favorite wedge salad was an iceberg lettuce wedge and blue cheese dressing. No tomato's like usual and no bacon due to it being an extra charge. Dinner was horrible. My boyfriend ordered the New York Strip medium that comes with garlic mashed potato's and peppercorn sauce. No peppercorn sauce came out, had to ask and his steak was cooked well on one side and completely rare on the other. I ordered the filet with garlic mash, medium and it came out rare. The steaks were the quality of an Outback. Sullivans is known for their outstanding service, quality meat, chefs and classy dining area. And our experience was not living up to that. The dining room was extremely loud. We had kids next to us playing Tik Tock videos on full blast and the server could not keep up and did nothing to make our experience memorable. Dessert came and we both ordered the bread pudding and it came out ICE cold. It was sliced from the fridge with an ice cream scoop on top. I asked the waitress if it was supposed to be warm, she said yes and took it back. She offered me a glass of wine on them and I said yes. We ordered Meiomi and it was sweet. It was definitely not Meiomi Pinot Noir. She brought back out the dessert and it was ice cold yet again. I left it untouched and noticed the table next to me did the same with theirs. I won't be back, our meal was almost $200.00 and it was money thrown out the window. Save your money.

It took over 3 hours to eat. Food was tasty, however, everything came out one at a time. Each appetizer came out about 10 minutes apart We waited 20 minutes between the appetizers and soup. The lobster and shrimp bisque taste like gravy with old bay seasoning in it. No recognizable lobster or shrimp in it. Everything was just tempted, not one dish was really warm or no where near hot. The entrée came out 10 or more minutes before the sides. Again, not hot. This was a private dining event costing $110 per person ( with tip) not including alcohol. It was not a pleasant experience over all.

We stopped into Sullivan's after an appointment in the area. It did not disappoint! I love a happy hour! And Sullivans has one of my favorites. I was surprised that the bar was somewhat empty when we arrived. That's much different than the other location. W e each got a cocktail and an appetizer. I got the beef Wellington bite and a gold rush. The apps were good but seemed a bit different than the other location. The drink was good. My husband got an old fashioned. He said it was okay and the bartender was happy to help. The bartender was accommodating and personable. I wish I could remember her name. Anyway, we'll be back.

We had a wonderful meal here on 4/10! Our server, Taj, was extremely friendly and the service was truly great. Staff were very friendly and everything came out in a timely manner. We loved our appetizers (calamari and Caesar salad). I had the Chilean sea bass for dinner and loved it! Would recommend to a friend.

Well first off the service is as horrible. I kept asking for the check. The waiter walked by me 3 times. And on top of it I order a New York strip steak cooked rare. And although it was a little over cooked it was the toughest steak I ever had in my life.

Took some out of town friends for dinner. Elvis introduced himself said he was going to take an order and would be right back. I asked if we could at least get drinks ordered. He looked at me, then scoffed and said he would get someone to pour us water and went away. Now the POS system was right next to our table. He could of taken the order and put it right in. 30 minutes later I stopped another server Taj and asked if we could get a server, or at least a drink. Now we could see Elvis chatting up a table right by us. Not the table he said he had to take the order for. Elvis sees us talking to Taj, he comes running over, takes our order. Taj brought our drinks, Taj brought our bread, Taj brought out our appetizers, Taj kept checking on us. We asked for no bread in onion soup when Elvis took the order, it had bread in it. Has to wait for Elvis to come back. Had to order 2nd round of drinks from I am assuming the manager. I tipped Taj too. We did tip Elvis but he didn't deserve it. The food was good and we thank Taj for rescuing our evening! He helped make a bad evening enjoyable.

I love Sullivan. I have only ordered out and never eaten in the restaurant. I am always surprised by how generous the portions are and the quality of the food is no less when you take out than when you dine in (not that I have dined in :) ) My aunt lives in the area so every time we visit we order her favorite steak salad, key lime pie or steak sandwich / French dip to go. The food is always ready on time! We will keep Sullivans on our preferred list for lunch to go!

Worst meal and worst service ever! Don't waste your time or your money. We never received our appetizer. The meal we order was terrible. The lobster mashed potatoes had lobster in it, but in the lobster was. It deshelled. WTF! We even had to go get out own water because our server never came to check on us.

Had a girls night and our tender Chanell was so tentative, funny & just added so much to our experience. Drinks & food were both great. Can't wait to come back soon

Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe my latest experience. We decided to forego a traditional Christmas Dinner and go to Sullivan's, instead. First, when making the reservation, we had to give out credit card. Not the end of the world. But, I soon read and had to agree that if we missed our set reservation, my card would be charged $25/pp...which amounts to $50. Sheesh! So, we got there 30 mins early. There were a good amount of people waiting. No big deal, I'd been here years prior and it was amazing so I'm okay with the crowd. But...my wife noticed as we were waiting...people who were already seated and being served were COMPLAINING. Still, I'm gonna eat...I'm not losing $50 We're seated, actually on time. Our server, Nicole, was great, the ONLY worthwhile part of the night. My wife and I placed out appetizer order. It came rather quickly(Good!). The Pork Belly was OVERDOSED on pepper...but maybe that's just how they make it My wife and I each place our steak orders and each place our orders of sides. ...our foods don't arrive until AN HOUR after we've been seated, I almost fell asleep. My wife's full order came, only my steak came, but not my side... Oops! NEITHER of our steaks are anywhere close to cooked to our specifications. I wanted Well/Med Well...it came back almost Rare. My wife's came back so under-rare, I think the steak still had memories of his life "before" the slaughterhouse. We send them back... Another long wait, now my steak is done...but my wife's filet is STILL RARE...and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY SIDE My wife has given up at this point, and just asks to take it off the bill and orders Banana's Foster and ice cream. "They can't mess this up"...famous last words... My side comes, after I reminded them it was still missing. It came along with my wife's dessert. Her Banana's Foster was burnt on the bottom and COLD on the inside. And, my side(mac & cheese) had water in it, as if they rushed the straining of the noodles and all the water wound up in the serving dish Like I said, Nicole the server(who we learned is actually the BARTENDER) did her best, she was very apologetic and mentioned that the restaurant had a lot of "callouts" today. Like I said it wasn't her fault, and she did great, but PEOPLE NEED TO BE FIRED FOR THIS. This place costs FAR TOO MUCH for there to be ANY level of excuses or shortcomings. I may never return...at least not the KOP Location

Table for 1 seated quickly. Wedge salad did not disappoint including the fresh bread. Ordered the Ribeye steak - it took 39 minutes from order to table. I ordered medium- the steak arrived burnt on the outside and rare in the middle- they call this black and blue. Waiter admitted the poor cook on the steak and offered no resolution which makes matters worse- very disappointed save your money there are much better steak houses in the area.

I took my girlfriend here for our anniversary, and it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic, the restaurant itself was elegant and clean, and our server Taj was informative, attentive and very accommodating. Our cocktails were so good, and my smoked old fashioned came in a little bird cage looking thing, very cool presentation. The price was a little much, but for a special occasion I can justify the price, I was shocked to see some of the reviews on here.

Sullivan's is a nice restaurant , very attentive service with good portions of food with a nice quiet atmosphere to have good conversations over a meal. Will return to get the full effect of this space.

We've dined here for holidays in the past, and this Christmas experience was beyond disappointing. We come to a restaurant like this expecting to be blown away for the amount we pay to dine at a place like this. I'm assuming they were understaffed (Taj tried his best and this was not his fault). We were told the restaurant was out of beer, the sides came out when we were done our filets, and half the kids meals never arrived. We ended up being in the restaurant for almost 3 hours, and didn't even have coffee or dessert. Aside from that, the restrooms were not clean. A positive I'll give is that the filets were very well cooked. Just a little weird to see a table full of filets with zero sides to accompany them. Giving two stars, as the food has potential, and our server was very nice...just maybe had a few too many tables to serve. My main suggestion would be to close on the next holiday if you're not prepared to provide adequate service. A lot of people spent a lot of money for a disappointing experience yesterday.

A really good steakhouse in the kop area. We ordered the beef Wellington bites , crispy calamari , wine , steak (filet mignon was super delicious even the next day! ) crab fried rice and lobster Mac and cheese. Def recommend the beef Wellington bites. Filet mignon. And calamari. I was very pleased with the waiters service ! They even gave us a complimentary cheesecake. I don't really like cheesecake but theirs was very good. Definitely a great restaurant

Came here for happy hour. The drinks were okay. The food was disappointing. The service was inattentive while the crowd is loud and rowdy. The restaurant itself feels very dated and dirty.

My recent experience at this establishment has left me deeply disappointed and disheartened. I never imagined I would encounter the level of disrespect and discrimination that my family and I faced during our visit. From the moment we arrived, there seemed to be a series of miscommunications and unwarranted hostility directed towards us. The treatment we received from the management, particularly the two- white woman managers on duty who refused to provide their names, was not only discourteous but also left me feeling unwelcome and marginalized. As an African American woman, the blatant disregard for our dignity and the insinuation of wrongdoing based on unfounded claims has left me questioning whether Sullivan's truly upholds its purported values of inclusivity and fairness. It is imperative that incidents of discrimination and bias are taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure they do not occur in the future. I sincerely hope that this isolated incident does not reflect the standard of service and hospitality at Sullivan's, and that proactive measures will be taken to rectify the situation.

Sullivans happy hour was amazing. They have it Monday through Thursday. We enjoyed the appetizers and drinks. We sat at the high top tables which had comfy cushion seats. Service was great. Happy Hour ran until 6pm

WAY understaffed. No attention to detail. Had to ask for water refill and also a steak knife! Best part of meal was appetizer-shrimp egg rolls. Warm food and overcooked steak. This place used to be top notch but needs a makeover

Sullivan's Steakhouse is an excellent restaurant to visit to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and more. The service is top notch!!!! The food was flavorful and they had a good variety of entrees. I only took off a star because (1) the pork belly was so overdone I didn't bother finishing it and (2) the Mac and cheese top was a bit charred. For any other restaurant, I probably wouldn't have mentioned that, but Sullivan's is a recommended steakhouse and my expectations are higher. Overall, I would visit again!

The service started poorly after being at the bar for over 15 minutes and watching the staff walk by many times without even a hello. However, a cheery regular came in and cheered me up as well as the staff who were obviously frustrated someone called out. I had the cheesesteak egg rolls and they were wonderful.

Best ribeye I ever had!! Went to dinner here last week and it was a great experience. I've been cutting out all seed oils from my diet and the manager Michael Pons was extremely helpful when I questioned him about what products had seed oils in them. They put their steaks directly on the grill with no oil and offer clarified butter instead of margarine. It was a great experience and I highly recommend the ribeye which was cooked perfectly...melt in your mouth!!!

While on the road, met a client for dinner (five guests). We had a reservation and we got out table immediately upon arrival. The restaurant was quite empty but we had a 5:30 reservation on a Wednesday. Our waiter was good but did not match the $$$$ of restaurant. We ordered a sampling of seafood and steak appetizers Oysters Rockefeller and Raw Oysters to name a few. These were good 3/5 stars but very slow preparation (30+ minutes empty restaurant). We then moved onto mains we ordered 4 different steaks wagyu Filet (medium rare 4/5), Cajun Ribeye (medium rare 3/5), New York Strip (Medium Rare 3/5), Bone-in Ribeye (24 oz Medium 2/5). These were ordered as table service, this meant they sliced the meeting in the kitchen and brought it out on large board. The presentation was impressive but several of the steaks were not cooked properly (and cold) the ribeye was actually cold raw center (failure). We order desserts for the table and after ordering we're told they did not have key lime pie after telling us the list of desserts (amateur moment). I've been told other Sullivan's locations are better but a $700+ dinner for average eating is a tough thing to swallow.

I didn't look at the Yelp reviews before going to Sullivan's but maybe I should've. I went for happy hour and the experience, in short, was not happy! The service was beyond slow and there seemed to be no systems or efficiencies in place. There was one bartender working during a fairly busy happy hour. It's hard to gauge how good he was/wasn't because he seemed overworked, but also moved slow with a 'who cares' attitude. There were multiple bar backs/runners in the bar area who definitely could've been better utilized. There was also a manager (heavyset guy) just outside the bar area who seemed indifferent and focused on the (near empty) restaurant part of the establishment. Prices were good. Drinks were average. Food was ok at best. Service was nonexistent - but it's hard to blame the bartender. That said, I'll blame management or a lack thereof! No reason to go back. Worst Yelp rated steakhouse in King of Prussia. I see why.

Had an absolutely horrible night at sullivan's. Screwed up our drink order and then proceeded to do the same with the stake order, or at least delivered. All of them were underdone and so was the lobster tempura appetizer. It wouldn't have been that big of an issue if the waiter had come back at all in between courses but he was gone and at the end admittedly told us we were his last table and he just wanted to leave. When the manager finally did come over 25 minutes after we had stopped eating the inedible food, he didn't even try, but couldn't offer a solution anyway. Don't waste your time with Sullivan's just go to Eddie V's or one of the other better KOP steakhouses

I go here for their happy hour. The food is good. When I have been there it has not been too crowded. The menu for my last visit was the Sriracha Shrimp Lettuce Cups, Beef Wellington Bites, Shrimp Egg roll. The drinks are refreshing too.

Everything was good until dinner! Our drinks were bomb I got the spicy margarita and my husband got the perfect margarita. We got the Oysters on a half shell they were cold and shell free Perfect, and we also got the cheesesteak egg rolls good as well! And my husband ordered a Caesar salad, that I thought was way overdressed He enjoyed it!!! We ordered pan seared sea bass and steak for dinner with a baked potato creamy spinach and crab fried rice SMH this is where it went ALL THE down hill! The wait time in between starters and our diner was way too long! I did enjoy good conversation with my husband but the wait was way too long! Then to food was not worth the wait all. The pan seared sea bass was greasy liked deep fried greasy. My husbands steak was overcooked AND the worst was the $12 OLD AGED baked potato, which shouldn't have left the kitchen, you could get a better baked potato from Wendy's yes Wendy's! The crab fried rice should be REMOVED from the menu! It's is horrible the crab on top was tasteless! The creamed spinach was the only good part of dinner! The cheesecake they brought out for my husband was DRY as a rice cake and again tasteless! LASTLY the waiter asked us to do a review after he asked how was our experience was and we both shook our heads and responded "just OKAY"! HERE IS YOUR REVIEW! We could have gone to Eddie V's across the street for $270 and been overly satisfied! Sorry we tried something different and this was our experience

The service was okay, but the food was uninspired, expensive, and boring. Costco's cuts of meat are better. The au gratin potatoes were tasteless. I would not recommend it.

Absolutely the worst experience ever! My family and I went out to celebrate my father in laws 82nd birthday and what a disgrace, I don't even know we're to start. Half us order steaks which were either undercooked or overcooked and with no seasoning! We ordered appetizers and did not receive half them. I never knew you could burn soup but The French Onion Soup they sent out was an embarrassment. As we were leaving we noticed many customers complaining and very upset.The manager was disengaged and could not be bothered. What a mess.

I've been here once for lunch and about 5+ times for their business lunch. The portion size and price for the business lunch used to be a great value, however, quality and quantity have both dropped since my last visit. Dinner was very average for a "fancy" steakhouse. I would not recommend coming here unless you got the gift cards from Costco/Sam's.

Today at 3 pm, where there was almost no one in the restaurant on Wednesday, the waiter completely forgot about me and stopped coming. I had to ask the bartender for the bill!

I brought a cake for my buddy who was having her birthday here, and they served it to her. For her birthday, they didn't sing or do anything. Still, the setting and décor were stunning! The Herb Brick Chicken with Garlic Mashed Potatoes was wonderful. Absolutely delicious! This place is great for a photo op.

We had an event at Sullivan's for about 100 clients last night. It was cocktails and appetizers. The staff went above and beyond catering to everyone's needs. It was amazing. I have received emails and calls telling me how wonderful the night was. I can not tell begin to tell you how wonderful Brittany was. She helped me plan a perfect night for everyone. She set the room perfectly which allowed my guests to mingle with each other and talk. She was there guiding her team the whole time. Her team Zach, Jack, Mike, Taj and Justin were kind, attentive and made each one of us feel special. They kept my guests happy. We look forward to next year when we get to spend an evening with these wonderful people! Lisa CPC

An amazing happy hour at sullivans Only pitfall is you better get there at 3 because tables are filled with hangers o on that STAY. The options are wonderful

This place is supposed to be good, not so. If you like dining alone on a Friday night and want to deal with rude people working there then this is your kinda place. But if you want a nice romantic dinner with your significant partner stay away. The manager is totally worthless.
