This place has the best environment, service and food ever! Bianca was the best server I’ve ever had. Super friendly and helped make me mocktails as I am sober. I appreciated the lengths she did to go out of her way to accommodate me. I’m very grateful. Absolutely recommend this place for a nice night out, date nights, family nights, or get together with friends. The bar is amazing!

Google
Incredible food, service, and atmosphere! Just the best experience! Thank you Bianca for taking care of us!

Sarah Steinsiek

Google
The food was spectacular and Bianca, our server, was truly excellent. Very nice vibe for couples or families celebrating a special occasion. The cocktails were very good, too. Try the Gold Rush!

Google
Honestly, one of the best dining experiences we've ever had! Our waitress Kersten was amazing! Her recommendations were all great! Will be eating here again - for sure!!

Google
Bianca was an excellent waitress. Took care of us. Explained menu in detail. Hopefully we will get her the next time. Food brought to us on time.

Yelp
This place is most definitely fine dining; it's a little on the pricier side but overall the food was good. The steak was also good and they also gave a little presentation for the type of steaks on the menu. The service was great and the interior is beautiful to look at!

Roberta K.

Yelp
Such a lovely restaurant in West Little Rock. Had dinner in the bar area with delicious cocktails. The Manhattan was perfectly made. Highly recommend the Tomahawk Dry aged steak. The sides are enough to feed 2-3 people. Our waitress, Bianca, was so delightful and fun to talk to. The manager was cordial and attentive. The live music was relaxing and created an enjoyable evening. I'm so glad Sullivan's has come to West Little Rock. Perfect for special occasions or just to have a nice evening out.

Yelp
The steaks were excellent. I wouldn't recommend anything else there. I had an Oscar style steak and the crab tasted old and the presentation of the meal was poorly executed. The banana foster bread pudding was very dry and over baked.

Yelp
Came for happy hour at the bar and had no issues. Food and drinks were just as you would want and expect. The jumbo shrimp, eggrolls, and ahi tuna were great. Can't say I know what it's like to have a steak or a full dinner here. Possibly overpriced for what it all is, but again I enjoyed happy hour and cannot complain.

Brian T.

Yelp
I wanted this to be better, great menu but not executed. .... Cold food, not cooked correctly, long wait, etc.... It is trying to be something it is not.

Yelp
When we first got here it was nice and quick service the dude Lee was our waitress he was very good service ... when the steak came out it was nice and Lee wanted to make sure that the steak was good he thought it wasn't good enough and so we got free dessert! Delicious I recommend the banana stuff! The place was also clean as well and was decorated cute!
google avatar

Sara M.

Yelp
Loved this restaurant. Came here for an anniversary and they gave us free dessert. Quality food :)

Yelp
We have been to Sullivan's multiple times and have had a great experience. Today's visit was not to that standard. If you visit I recommend sticking to the basics.

Yelp
We went during happy hour and sat at the bar. Still got the same great impeccable service with food and drinks. The bar area is nice, louder than the restaurant area as they have a live band. Much more lively, yet still intimate enough to have conversations. We ordered a bunch of different apps from beef Wellington bites. They were so good! Juicy, super yummy and full of rich flavor with every bite. The sliders were a little dry, but they were super tasty as well. I wish we got more of the eggrolls! Each bite was so yummy. The taste of cheesesteak paired with a yummy eggroll. The meat was super tender and moist. And seasoned well. I always love the lobster bisque. It is super tasty and flavorful. This batch had huge lumps of shrimp in it. The crab fried rice was also really good. It has a great taste aside from the crab. It was super good. All the drinks were made to perfection. Yummy and full of liquor - no water down drinks here. My steak was too thick. And I hadn't eaten off the plate yet- I just received that tiny bit of thick steak (which they said was a ribeye) with three pieces of asparagus. I really felt they could've done better and with the many times I've been they usually have. Not sure what happened this time. This steak needed steak sauce and usually I don't. It's usually tender and seasoned to perfection. This steak was not. The other two pictured was tender, juicy, moist and flavorful. No steak sauce needed. The cheesecake dessert was ok. I prefer my cheesecake creamier. This was not as creamy or rich. We did enjoy our dinner here. We were able to try more of the menu and pick out more favorites.

Yelp
We stopped in for a drink and ended up getting the Sure Thing. It's a great way to experience three courses for a reasonable price. We really enjoyed the filet and the mashed potatoes. We sat at the bar and Melissa was great! We will be back soon.

Yelp
We dined at the bar and had the pleasure of having Oscar as our server. He was attentive and funny and very cute. We will definitely be back for Oscar. The food was really good too.

Yelp
Everything about this place was amazing and worth every penny. Very romantic and fancy setting. Waiter was super nice and attentive and dressed to the nine. Came with a girl friend and we wanted to try too many things so instead of two meals opted to share a bunch of the appetizers and sides. Great decision! The creamed spinach is def a good side to get, tasted like a spinach dip. The cheesesteak egg rolls were hands down my favorite appetizer. Followed by the beef Wellington bites. Though we had nothing bad, everything single thing was very flavorful.

Will S.

Yelp
Food was underwhelming and over seasoned in the wrong ways and was steakhouse prices for chain restaurant quality. Drinks were alright and the servers and bartenders were extremely nice but still doesn't make up for bad food.

Yelp
Another wonderful Thanksgiving celebration at Sullivan's! Our server Zavier was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Some at our table ordered off menu and several ordered the Thanksgiving menu. All were perfect! Everyone enjoyed their meal and the ambiance. And Sullivan's was very well staffed! That makes everything work very efficiently....See you soon Sullivan's! And thank you Zavier for a wonderful day.

Yelp
We lucked up on a last minute reservation for 5 during brunch time on a Sunday. I was a bit nervous that we were able to get a table so easily, but I am so glad that we ended up here. The restaurant is huge and looks really nice inside. Our server Caden provided 5 star service from start to finish! Everything that we ordered was good! The Cheesesteak Eggrolls are everything!!! We started with 2 orders of those and the Crab Cake appetizer (which was yummy as well). For our entrees, 3 guests ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and 2 guests had burgers. Everyone was impressed! The parmesan fries were full of parmesan and equally delicious. For my drink, I had the Prickly Pear Paloma...it was very well done! One of the other guests had the Smoked Old Fashioned and said it was the best drink ever. Sullivan's is definitely a restaurant worth revisiting!

Yelp
The service was absolutely amazing. We ordered sea bass, scallops, and filet mignon. All was delicious and the ambiance was like 5 stars !! Thanks to Lee for giving us such great recommendations and being a fabulous waiter.

Yelp
The steak was delicious! Simple but lovely. Perfect place to celebrate our 7-hear wedding anniversary. Alexa K took great care of us!

Yelp
Natalie was our server and she was BEYOND AMAZING!! Food was good and atmosphere was romantic.

Yelp
This place was great. Service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious. We were here on a Friday and did not have to wait for anything very long.

Yelp
Great service and prime beef! Will go again soon. Very consistent and desert isn't bad either. Key lime

Taybin W.

Yelp
Wouldn't recommend the salmon. Hair & insect wing in butter. The steak & mashed potatoes were good. The service was good. Nice ambiance

Steven C.

Yelp
Service was mid. Food took a decent amount of time and the steak was over cooked. It's basically Cheddars with white table cloths

H S.

Yelp
We had a party of 6, Food was only fair, service was poor. Two table sides were delivered 20 minutes AFTER entrees after repeated requests for them, and one was cold, obviously order was forgotten, wait staff were inattentive. They were not THAT busy. We had deserts ordered and were ask if we wanted those "in to go boxes or served to the table," - never heard that one before!!! We were there on a Tuesday evening, maybe that's the day to stay away! Not at all the quality of service you would expect from a top notch steak restaurant- so maybe it's not!!! I would avoid it.

BS K.

Yelp
The live band was great. Really good cheesesteak egg rolls and crab fried rice. Cool happy hour. Seafood soup mediocre.

Yelp
Business Lunch for one, please @sullivanssteakhouse Fresh on the scene in the streets of Little Rock, AR. The steakhouse has been getting rave reviews from my family & friends. Who knew they had an entire lunch #special . Worth it...down to the last bite of Crème Brûlée [Business Lunch= starter, entree, side] Broiled Salmon Prime Delmonico Steak The Ice & The Rye Fresh Greens Salad Crème Brûlée

Yelp
An experience that is credit worthy was at Sullivan's Steakhouse. The greeter was very welcoming and personable during our brief encounter. We were given an explanation of the specials and wished a great meal. Our server Zavier took our drink and meal orders because we knew exactly what we wanted. The $99 dollar Chef's Selections which we chose the Phillly Cheesesteak eggrolls for an appetizer, ribeye steaks for the entree, mashed potatoes for the side, Lobster Mac an Cheese for an additional side and the New York cheese cake to share for dessert. Zavier brought out some bread and butter with pepper on top to start out while we waited on the apps. The bread was great nice and warm. The butter creamy. . Then the Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls were brought out. When I tell you this is fire, it is! The flavor of the sauce on top mixed with the Philly meat and cheese goes together too well. Our steaks and sides were next, when I tell you cooked to perfection and the two gentlemen had us slice thru to make sure it was done right. I really appreciated that. They were very polite and willing to assist beyond the delivery. Zavier came by and made sure we were good and we got to eating. The first bite was tender and juicy with a nice char and seasoning. Take small bites and enjoy. The potatoes were smooth and buttery. And the Lobster Mac was awesome. Lastly the GM, Mr. Edward was engaging throughout our dining experience and also willing to assist with any of our needs. The resolute teamwork they all exhibited was beyond impressive, it felt genuine of their inquiries to accommodate us for an outstanding customer service experience. My wife and I had such a wonderful night. Sullivan's is very on point with everything. Zavier and the other wait staff were awesome giving us confidence in knowing we will be treated excellently. This was my first time here and my wife's second. She had lunch at this establishment with Jennifer being her waitress and bragged on her for exhibiting stellar service. Sullivans will keep getting my dollar.

Yelp
Food is over priced. Just spent $85 for a bowl of soup, and two terrible appetizers. Don't waste your money or time

Yelp
So I find myself at a place that I was nervous to try out based on the few reviews prior. This place is proof that you should always try things out in your own without the opinions of others. On today's experience I can't seem to understand the 3 star reviews. If a place just opened up....they don't need your negative feedback blasted. Be compassionate, be patient. With that..... We LOVED THIS PLACE! The atmosphere for a "steak house" wasn't stuffy, wasn't like being in a library. It was fun and energetic. Brad and Josh was tops! They brought class and energy to the table for sure. Brad was hilarious! We all tried a bit of everything, I had the Glen 12yr, friend had old fashioned, some had the chocolate martini and wife had the Paloma. All were solid. Easy and fun drinks. We were really blown away by the apps. The pork belly, amazing. The ahi tuna, delicious! The sauce on there was next level, and the shrimp egg rolls, solid! I had the lobster bisque to start and it was for sure one of the best lobster bisques. Peppery, creamy, and lots of lobster meat. I ordered the filet ( had to bc steak restaurant) and even though it came out medium well instead of medium....it was salted, peppered, and tender to eat. The medium would've been amazing. This put the best steak in town easily on top 3. Some had the sea bass, others shrimp and crab. We split the mac n cheese (sooo creamy and delicious), the asparagus (for not being grilled, it was really tasty) and Brussels. We all were satisfied, full, and cleaned our plate. Some of us are harder to please and they loved this spot. I can say, if you come and had what we experienced, you will leave happy! I hope this place lasts, succeeds, and brings the restaurant level that LR deserves.

Yelp
Melissa and Tat changed the channel. Great service! Dude with the gauges is ehhh. But great place!

Yelp
Had a very good night. The place was lovely and we had reservations and got right in. The service was great. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu. Drinks were good and my lamb was delicious. Husband said his steak was a little over cooked.

Yelp
Spur of the moment decision for dinner at Sullivan's. We were graciously welcomed by the hostess and seated in a timely fashion on a Tuesday night. Our waitress Julia was fantastic, food delicious as always and a great Holiday menu. Had a nice time during a busy week!!!

Tina N.

Yelp
First off, the 3 stars were given NOT due to staff. But lack there of . My server AND bartender (same) pulled double duty. I waited 15 minutes after being initially sat, as she was the only one present. She profusely apologized and was very kind. However, due to Happy Hour traffic on even a Wednesday. She was bombarded, and I only had the opportunity to order once. Following suit, for dinner I ordered Ribeye for dinner at 4pm. That was another 40 minutes. Of which I was given bread while I waited, but the "butter" was being "churned" and not ready. It is now 5:11pm, and still no butter although my steak is boxed. So again, not the server, but lack of management and efficiency managing the kitchen and floor!

Yelp
Had the pleasure of being served by Lee this evening. Our experience was outstanding and the food was delicious. I'll definitely be visiting again.

Yelp
Sullivan's Steakhouse had a pleasant atmosphere and excellent, attentive service. The crab fried rice was delicious, especially after I requested extra Cajun seasoning. The crab on top was bland, but it went well with the seasoned fried rice, so it wasn't overpowering on seasoning. The Herb Brick Chicken was underseasoned and drier than expected. I personally wasn't a huge fan of the key lime pie because the lime flavor was too overwhelming for me. Of course, if you want that limey lime flavor, this is the dessert for you. The spicy shrimp egg rolls and lump crab cake were my favorites. Both dishes were perfectly balanced.

Harry S.

Yelp
The onion soup was not hot. The salad was good but very small. I had to beg for a spoon to eat my soup. Then later, I had to beg for a fork to eat my salad. There was me and one other person at the bar. Business was slow!!! The Yelp rating is down to 3.6 now. I don't wonder why. Staff are poorly trained. There is a major steak house 2 blocks down the street which means there's lots of competition. What is the new GM doing to improve the service and ratings??? Del Frisco, a fine Steak House brand that was at this same location went bankrupt a few years ago. Management needs to wake! Hello, ED, where are you?
google avatar

Rhea S.

Yelp
We went in looking to sit at the bar and enjoy a martini and maybe a few apps. Unfortunately we were disappointed. There isn't much worse than a short pour in a martini glass . The apps were just okay. Shrimp cocktail blah - chewy. Beef Wellington didn't have much flavor. Cheesesteak egg rolls were good but greasy. Prices they charge are for an upscale dinning experience. This is not what we received. My boyfriend actually saw the bartender taste a customer drink - without using a straw.

Yelp
I went to Sullivan's for lunch on March 28th. I had the world's best and most professional waitress, Maya. I was so impressed, I asked to speak to her manager, Ed. The food, service and ambiance was top notch.

Patrick B.

Yelp
Do not go here . It was me and my wife's anniversary and Sonny Williams is closed on Mondays so we decided to try this place. Had 730 reservations and got there at 725. Walked to the hostess stand and no one was there . The girl walked up at 735, not friendly at all and asked us the name. She then muttered some things I could not understand before walking us to the table. This place was dead . Had maybe 5-7 tables with people dinning so figured we would have good service. At 750 our waiter finally came over. He spoke like he had a 5th grade education and looked at the wall when he talked instead of at us . Would not make eye contact for more than a split second before looking at the wall again. We ordered drinks and they arrived 20 mins later . When he dropped off the drinks we said we wanted ti put in an appetizer but he said he had to check on another table and would be back. He came back 10 mins later and we put in the app order . He came back 5 mins later and asked us what apps we wanted again . Guess he forgot. So we finally got those put in and I asked him for a suggestion on a bottle of wine . He said he didn't drink wine so didn't know . At a high price restaurant who has a high class wine list they should prob teach the wait staff about wine. We ended up ordering a nice bottle so we got lucky . We get our appetizer and place our order for the entree. He came back 10 mins later and made us repeat our entree order again because he forgot lol. Guy has a crappy memory but that's what pens and a pad are for smh. I had water , a Smokey old fashion and me and my wife were splitting the bottle of wine. My water cup stayed empty and I had to ask him 3 times fir a refill , my old fashion went down quick and he never asked if I wanted another so I never got another so thank god for the bottle of wine or we wouldn't of had anything to drink. So all in all the wait staff sucked , no skills in high class dining service, wasn't presentable and spoke like he was straight out of the hood. The ahi tuna was horrible , It was dark brown , no red at all and seemed like it was old and cut along time ago, flavor sucked so I do not recommend this appetizer. The steaks were good but the 50 dollar lobster tail I ordered as an add on was dry and seemed like it was cooked way before we ordered it. We were finished with our meal and sat for 25 mins before the waiter came back as I guess he was doing his close out duties but still he should have checked on us. We then asked for Togo boxes and the check. He and another waiter took our food to the back to box up and came back 20 mins later with the food and check. The bill was 650 dollars for 2 people without tip. I don't mind paying 650 dollars as I can read the prices on the menu but all in all this meal and experience wasn't worth anything close to that. I travel a lot for work and have a house in Tampa which Tampa is full of nice restaurants which I go to regularly. Out of all my experiences in fine dining this was by far the worst. I don't see this place staying open much longer. A dinner should take about an hour if it's just 2 people going out and having a casual dinner but this ended up taking 2.5 hours . We were the last ones in the place because the waiter disappeared the entire last hour of the dinner doing close out. Very disappointed, crappy experience and will never go back. I know I wrote a book and I hope people take the time to read this so they don't make the same mistake I did.

J S.

Yelp
Go somewhere else! We drove through Whataburger when we left. The steak was over cooked, our wine and drinks weren't refilled and the service sucked. Were they surprised they would be busy on New Year's Eve? If so close the doors. Do not waste your time or money. It was a major disappointment.

Yelp
Took our daughter for her 25th birthday! What a great experience! Steaks were all amazing! Had a filet, porterhouse & ribeye. Try the special sauces. Appetizer we had the Beef Wellington and wow- delicious!! Cheesecake and cream brûlée were great too. Great service great food!!!!

Yelp
Great upscale spot, one of the tops for cocktail happy hours in Little Rock and all the apps are delicious.

Yelp
Food, service, atmosphere wonderful. Hannah our server was a delight. Stephanie the manager was great. I got the scallops and my husband got the crab cakes. Both were beyond compare. Thank you for a wonderful Fathers Day!

Rosemary M.

Yelp
My husband and I so enjoyed our date night at Sullivan's Steakhouse. The food was Awesome but most of all Jaden our Server was such a delight. She made our date night feel so special. She was so professional and warming . She checked on us to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed.

Mike C.

Yelp
First time dining here. Food was decent. Service was terrible. No steak knives at the table when our steaks arrived. No water refills offered. Multiple servers stopped by but no one really clued in. We waited 20 min after the check arrived. I finally got up and tracked down a server to pay.
google avatar

Yelp
Love this place especially for special occasions. My favorite thing on the whole menu is the beef Wellington bites! The service is amazing and you can't order wrong.

Melissa G.

Yelp
Bottom line, for a fine dining experience, go to Arthur's, not Sullivan's. So much bad to report. Horrible service, waiter was rushing us to order before we were even given water or drinks. He almost hit me in the face twice reaching across table for my glass or plate. Obviously server was not trained in how to serve. He spoke extremely fast to us as though trying to get rid of us, & never gave us time to really review the drink or dinner menu before badgering us to order. He was rude, didn't pay attention to whether we needed anything. Bugs were flying all around our food as we were trying to eat. Our plates were picked up from us while we were still eating. The server did not bring a side dish until we had finished our dinner. We sent it back & still got charged for it. My daughter found a hair in her dessert, we never got an apology, just a server picking up the hair to analyze who it might belong to (I'm totally not kidding!). It was a black hair & my daughter is blonde, so it's not like we planted it. They sit people so close together that we were literally inches from the next table & could hear conversations. Being seated close to a table with a screaming baby did nothing to enhance our experience. In addition, they loudly banged dishes around, which again you shouldn't have to experience in a fine dining establishment. Food was generally good, but the poor service overshadowed it. Prices are comparable, so go to Arthur's for impeccable service & food.

Yelp
I had the bone in ribeye and blue cheese wedge salad, my daughter had the filet mignon, we both feel it was one of the best steaks we've ever had. It's not cheap but the food is top notch, all of it!

Yelp
We were celebrating our birthday my wife and I, we are three days apart. Without either of us knowing we both decided to celebrate at Sullivan's Steakhouse. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a very friend hostess, I made reservations early so there was no wait time. Once we were seated, our maîtresse Kersten, who was phenomenal walked us through our first experience to Sullivan's. The food was amazing I had the 16oz rib eye and my wife had the Scallops. We shared the creamed spinach(which was amazing alone, but paired with the bread) the garlic mashed potatoes were excellent as was the three cheese Mac. Their signature old fashioned is top tier in my opinion. We will definitely be back to enjoy happy hour. What I did not mention was how courteous the managers were they both made an appearance at our table to make sure everything was fine.
