Sulwhasoo SPA Flagship Store

This flagship store is absolutely breathtaking - the design of the store almost feels like a museum, with the history behind certain products and introductions to different ingredients on the wall. I had a lovely time shopping here after coming downstairs from the Balance Spa on the 4th floor, and I want to give special thanks to Jinny for making my shopping experience so enjoyable. Jinny was incredibly knowledgeable about the different products and was so friendly and energetic throughout my visit. She made this experience so memorable, and I will definitely return when I have the chance in the future.

I came to this flagship store to know the band, since I had just arrived in Korea. It is very upscale. Beautiful, with a calming vibe. They have travel size kits if you buy a full size product. Also offer complimentary packing service, with a beautiful ribbon style option. High prices but it is a luxury brand after all, but the service is amazing. After purchasing, I received a bunch of testers and complimentary ginseng tea. Superb service, makes you feel like vip

I’ve been hooked on Sulwhasoo products since I first bought the serum at this location in 2019. Since then I’ve gotten no less than a dozen people on board. While you could buy the products online, the shopping experience is so pleasant at the flagship store. Beautiful gift wrapping service, a variety of free gifts, and they took me upstairs for complimentary tea and snacks. The spa is excellent as well!

I tried the ultimate skin care facial treatment, the whole journey is fulfilling and breathtaking! Starting from scrubbing your feet, calming your breath from the scent you choose (I pick the ginseng floral), it totally made my day. I highly recommend it!

I visit the store this morning. With the help of the staff Seyoung, I find products that suit my daily use and I really like them. Also the design of the store is really amazing.

I was greeted by Jinny when I entered and she patiently answered all my questions about the products. At the end, I bought quite a few products and she kindly gave me plenty of samples to try. Thank you very much! Pleasant experience.

I came here with my friend today and it was nice and cool. They displayed some of the traditional ingredients and the shop has a nice aesthetics. It was a hot today so and it had aircon so we had a nice relaxing time.

Beautiful Sulwhasoo store. Had a good time here picking up products with my wife. We would definitely recommend a visit for Sulwhasoo fans!
