Built with local stone and marble, the boxy, 100-key resort spread across eleven buildings opened in 2019. Fragrant Mediterranean gardens surround two large, freeform swimming pools plus a children’s pool. There’s a small spa, sauna and gym for grown-ups, as well as two restaurants with a focus on fine dining, particularly at the inventive (and expensive) Galazia Hytra.
