One of the worst experiences I’ve had living at an apartment complex. As I’m writing this at 5:19am the fire alarm has been going off for almost 35 minutes but the best part is this happens every 3 weeks. I’ve had a mushroom growing out the side of my wall, mold behind the ac unit that took almost a month for someone to fix. Residents from the complex behind this place park in the summerly parking spaces and hop the wall to their complex which in return takes away from any of us. Thank you for the experience summerly!

I've been living in this condo for 10 months now and I'm completely disappointed with the new management and the leasing office team. Since the change of management to Mark Taylor, I've been experiencing various problems. The first thing I'd like to point out is that the utility costs have gone up without any explanation. When I asked the agents, they told me they had no idea why the prices were being raised. Maintenance requests that used to be resolved in less than 48 hours now go unresolved for up to a week. You can never ask the leasing agents anything because they never have an answer and always say, "I have to ask my manager, and is not here now. We'll call you back," and the truth is, they never call back. On the other hand, for the last month, the fire alarm has gone off without any rational explanation in the middle of the night for over 15 minutes, a situation that has become unsustainable. Management only offers apologies and excuses. I do not recommend renting in this condominium.

I’ve been living at Summerly at Zanjero for three years, and everything used to be wonderful when Greystar was managing the property. Unfortunately, ever since Mark-Taylor took over, things have gone downhill fast. The management and office staff no longer make you feel welcome or valued like they used to — the warmth and professionalism that once made this community special are completely gone. Prices have increased drastically for storage units, garages, and even the apartments themselves, with promises of “improved services,” but that’s far from the truth. Nothing has gotten better — in fact, everything feels worse. It no longer feels like living in “luxury apartments.” Instead, it feels like paying a high price for daily inconveniences and poor service. After three years here, I honestly can’t wait for my lease to end so I can move out. I wouldn’t recommend living here anymore.

Jose Luis has come to save the day! I just moved in less than a week ago and had some minor issues. He was able to resolve quickly, communicate effectively and made me confident in his ability to perform the tasks at hand. I appreciate the hard work

I can’t say enough great things about the maintenance staff especially Jorge! He was incredibly personable and always greeted me and took the time to check in. No matter the issue, Jorge was always willing to help and made sure any maintenance request was taken care of quickly and thoroughly! This is just an update to my review! We recently had some issues with the AC unit and Joseluis came by to see what was going on. He was very quick and knowledgeable on what was going on and got the AC back up and running in a jiffy (thank goodness because it’s hot outside)!

Don’t move here if you want fire alarms blaring atleast every two months smh!!! First off new management didn’t warn the residents about a fire testing at 7am!!! so alarms started going off then they want to conduct more fire testing the next day at 7am as well wen they got all midday even afternoon do to alarms. No consideration for tenants sleep!

Been here for 6 months and I absolutely love here! I have no issues and maintenance responds quickly. Also it’s pretty well kept and all the staffs are super nice and helpful. Out of all the apartments I stayed in this bar far the best and I feel safe here.
