If I could give this place a minus I would. It would take me forever to tell you about this place. We moved here last September,2024 paid cash for our mobile home the lot rent then was $731 a month now I pay $1050 a month with a bill from the last owner saying we are respomsable for thier property tax bill, now mind you we didnt live here but 3 months. Now with this lot rent you get NOTHING FREE. Oh wait once a week trash pick up. There is 2 laundry mats if they work or dont have lice or bedbugs in them, they never clean them, we had to buy a washer to do our laundry who wants bedbugs and lice. The club house hasnt been opened since we moved here its locked ONLY the maitenance man uses it then when he is done he locks it back, now they have a kitchen,books you can read, pool table. ETC But no one is allowed to use it. The pool its heated to 80 degrees year round who wants to swim in 80 degree water in the middle of SUMMER of 112 in the shade? And get this No floats, noodles, drinks,food, you just stand in the pool. And then theres the flooding this place fills up with water like you just had a hurricane with water and its just raining our drive ways are flooded after an afternoon rain can you amagine a hurricane. So please becareful research this place and watch out on lot rent they will raise it once you get moved in. They are after the residents here so raising the rents to where they have no choice but toleave there homes is what they are doing. 1050. a month is robbing seniors of there homes and thier lives some have been here for years this there home and they are being forced to leave. some are being evicted because the lot rent is more than they can pay. So they lose there home you cant move them they made sure of that. Florida at its best! Rob a senior!! Sorry so long, I have more but you get the picture. So please beware.

This is a quite clean mobile home park centrally located. Hidden in the heart of Pinellas County come check them out!

When we moved in the lot rent was good for seniors at $255 per month. Several new owners have raised the cost so that recently a new group bought it and we were paying $703 but it included lawn care and we paid our own water, a very low amount. The new ownership says that their Prospectus gives them the right to raise the rent coming up to $780 and the residents must now pay to have their yard work done, which never happened in the past. There are parks that have a lot rent of $615 to $650 per month nearby. Many seniors that live here selling or moving due to the hardship of massive increases in log rent. We don't recommend anyone to buy here as it has put us in a strain financially. Now the latest owners have raised the total to around $900, asking us to pay for our own lawn care and to share in paying the owner property tax. Many seniors are leaving, one was told that the lot rent would be over $1200 per month and they cancelled and left the park. Some seniors paid by check but now they can't do that because the park requires online payment which some seniors can't go. It is a real nightmare for sure!!!!

Very quiet, nice friendly neighbors, gave us donuts when we moved in, nice saltines pool like swimming in fresh water, bingo and coffee and donuts 🍩 at the clubhouse, great walking trail around the lake across the street to walk your dog, manager Joe is a good guy! Low traffic and centrally located to everything

I love it down here in this park. It’s off the beaten path, not close enough to a big main highway to be noisy. It’s easy to get in and out of the park due to low volume of traffic. It’s so quiet and peaceful and that was on of my aims to look for when I bought. The residents are friendly and the management is terrific and extremely helpful. The maintenance man is also friendly and helpful. All the big stores and businesses are close and the beautiful white Sandy beaches are just 7 miles away as is the airport. People couldn’t ask for a better place to spend retirement.

Great location, just off a main street, snuggled back just far away enough so it’s a nice, quiet, calm and mellow location. Close to more restaurants than you could imagine, close to 2 main airports. With its manicured appearance and a nice clean pool, it’s a nice inexpensive place to live.

My wife and I moved into Sunseair almost two years ago and it was about the same time as the most recent Park Manager began her reign here. I have read the reviews from folks who have been treated poorly by her and for that it is just terrible they went through that. That woman is no longer the Manager here and has moved to another mobile home park in the area. The previous maintenance clown is no longer employed either. The new Park Manager is an absolute breath of fresh air for all of us here and we have complete confidence in how she will make this park really nice again and a place that we can all be proud of. There are new maintenance personelle as well as a Community Watch program and weekly community activities. The pool has been updated with a new pool heater, new pool lounges, chairs, table and umbrellas. There is a monthly community pot luck dinner as well. We will have a community that we all love back again and the owner is backing this initiative 110%!!!

Love this park cause neighbors are friendly, clean, nice clubhouse with pool. Pets fee of $10 a month must be under 30 lbs. All Support Dogs aren't charged. Rent is at a good rate but goes up constantly as so do other parks.
