Sundae Palace

I wanted a specific animal on some chocolates... I called Sundae Palace and not only did they have a llama mold and way to make the dark chocolate pops that I wanted, but they were so nice over the phone!! I was even sent a picture of different color ribbons to ensure it was the "teal" i wanted. To top it off, they were so delicious! I can't recommend them enough!

The minute you walk into this store, you are greeted by friendly faces. The ladies who run this shop make you feel like you have known them for many years. They are very knowledgeable about all things chocolate and care about their customers. The store itself is cozy. Shelves are full of any type of mold for chocolates you can imagine. They also have any supplies to melt, color, flavor, and decorate your creations. They have many seasonal items for purchase. I believe they take custom orders as well. I happened to visit during Valentine's season, so there were beautiful heart pieces, chocolate covered oreos, chocolate covered pretzels all for sale. Oh, and very important, everything is Peanut/Tree nut Free!!!!! I would definitely recommend visiting this shop. I will certainly be back!

A Must Go! This place is amazing. I could not be happier with the process and the product. The owner guided me through what I wanted, but she also gave me what I needed. I wanted to get favors for my daughters christening and the owner nailed it! Two of my friends are already using her for their kids christenings as well. Thank you for all the help and advise!

Every time I go in there the girls and the owner is so helpful very nice even guides you on easier ways and tips to use when making your creations , they also explain the product and how to use it like the editable glitter they always have stuff I need and they have great prices and amazing fun molds and I love how they display some of the things that’s gives you ideas in their cases thanks for being awesome guys keep up the great work

Very friendly staff willing to answer any questions you have and help you out. Huge selection of chocolates, decorations, chocolate molds, lollipop molds, ribbons, boxes, bags, for every occasion and Holiday. Small store but packs alot! My go-to place for all chocolate needs.

Stumbled upon this place by chance. After leaving Nova Asian Bistro Saturday, I needed something sweet. When I got inside I realized it's more a made to order type of place but the staff was all very friendly asked me what I was looking for. I explained I just needed something sweet and they showed me what they had. While everything looked amazing, nothing really stood out to me. I asked if they had white chocolate oreos and the woman told me they had run out. As I was getting ready to leave she called out that she remembered she had some but they were pink from food coloring. I decided to get some. They do have a $10 card minimum so I had to get more than I wanted. I had thought for sure a bag for $10 would have about 3 but I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the bag and saw 5 huge Oreos!!! They were gigantic and omg were they soooo good!!!!!! I will definitely go back for more!!!

This is a great hidden gem. A family friend told me about this store. I was having trouble finding chocolate last minute to use for my daughter's birthday and this store has everything you could imagine. The owner seemed really nice as well as the young ladies working there. Would definitely come here for future events

Having a party? Have to come here! Must! This is the best place for favors and so much more. The variety is amazing. Customized Lollipops, chocolate covered Oreos, candy, anything can be customized and the presentation exceeds expectations. Aurora the owner is accommodating, professional and extremely helpful. They have molds for everything and anything you may need. Peanut free items which is a plus. I am always a satisfied customer and I always enthusiastically refer to everyone I know! I refer with excitement and confidence!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!! I would give them ZERO STARS if possible. My husband parked in their lot marked "For Customers Only" - All others will be towed away. He bought chocolate here and walked across the street to pick my infant and I up from the eye doctor. We walked back to the lot and found our car missing- towed within 10 minutes of his patronage at the sundae palace. The store attendant who first said she was the owner then said she wasn't, spoke with the tow company who refused to bring the car back. The store refused to pay the $300 in fees to return our car even though my husband was a customer at their store as the sign indicates. Terrible. Terrible. What kind of business does that?!! DON'T COME HERE. They will tow you even if you are a paying customer. The chocolate isn't even that great.

Good selection and well stocked. The workers were helpful and offered ideas. They have their own parking lot which alleviates the stress of finding a spot in such a busy area.

Great service and great prices! My daughter's baptism was coming up quickly. Getting favors for the party slipped my mind. I called The Sundae Palace on Wednesday and ordered chocolate lollipops for Sunday. They had them ready Saturday morning for me. Thank you so much for the prompt service!

This is the perfect place for any Special occasion. Whether you are making your own chocolate treats or having the talented crew make your creations. I have been there several times over the years and purchased molds and chocolates, and every time I have given out a designed chocolate, it was always loved and delicious.

The new (well not so new now) owners have done a wonderful job with this business. They have given it a fresh life with lovely products that taste great. I recommend this place to anyone who needs something extra to set their parties or events apart. They're great.

I've been shopping at the sundae palace for years. They have a large assortment of chocolate and molds as well as many other candy making supplies. The chocolate is very good and very high quality unlike that waxy odd tasting stuff you find at a craft store. The staff is very friendly and always eager to help and answer any question you might have. The chocolate covered strawberries are delicious as well as the many other homemade chocolate specialties they offer. The store is immaculate and very organized. I ordered my sons communion favors (mini chocolate covered Oreos) last year and they were a big hit. It's so nice to actually be able to speak to the "knowledgeable" staff for tips and tricks on how to make my own creations at home. This place is a great find.

I have been making chocolate favors for over 20 years and was very happy to hear of another supply store. I drove out from Whitestone and unfortunately I was very disappointed. I found their stock of accessories-bags, sugar decorations and packaging to be very limited. Their prices for Mercken's chocolate was just a tad bit higher than other stores I frequent but not horribly over-priced. I will say the staff is wonderfully helpful and accommodating which in itself was very pleasurable. All in all, if you are just looking to purchase basic items, this is a great little shop. Anything other than that, you are better off at Chocolates Unlimited or Fun Stuff in Queens. There is also a great store in Ronkonkoma but the name escapes me.
