Sundae Royale

Their Churros ($6) were as good as what the reviews say. Made fresh upon ordering! I got it with mini hot chocolate (+$4), but you can also opt for mini ice cream. I love lemon desserts but the Lemon Tart Sundae ($12) was way too sour to be enjoyable. It's to the point that we were cringing with each bite. Also, since this is a tart sundae under the Crunch section, I expected more crunch. It was just ice cream, fruits and chantilly. I feel if there were layers of crumble, it would add texture and make the acidity more palatable. That said, the use of fresh fruits was commendable. I loved the Smokey Chairman Ice Tea ($8) which is made with Lapsang Souchong tea, lime and lemon juice. Ironically, the lemon element here was well balanced and made the tea fragrant. On a side note, the ambiance and music here are very calming and it feels like you can really relax here.

A perfect way to end our Sentosa day trip, Sundae Royale at Weave delivers artisanal soft serve and freshly-fried churros that justify the hype around Chef Paul Pairet's Singapore debut. We visited as a family of five after a long afternoon at the Oceanarium, and the rich, indulgent flavours hit the spot. The chocolate ice cream stood out for its intensity — proper depth without being cloying. The Caramel Butter Soy had that savoury-sweet complexity the food blogs promised. Surprise favourite: the Lemon Curd, bracingly sour but refreshingly so — a perfect palate cleanser. The churros were so good we ordered a second set; crisp exterior, fluffy inside, generously sugared. The Basque cheesecake made a solid supporting act. At S$39.24 for five items including cake, pricing felt fair for the quality. Pricing excludes our 2nd order of Churros 😅 Practical tip: seating is limited — we waited about 15 minutes, but it's worth it. Alternatively, grab your order to go and find a spot around Weave. Spend S$20+ here to redeem free RWS parking — a smart way to cap off your visit.

It was the ideal place for an after meal dessert. Unlike other sundaes we’ve tried, theirs was creamy, milky, and not too sweet. But the real standout was the churros—their texture was perfect, and dipping them into warm chocolate elevated them to another level entirely. I’d rate these churros far above those I’ve had in Madrid, Spain.

Had a relaxing place to chill and got some sorbet and sundae. Sorbet very sour especially the raspberry. The pistachio raspberry sundae was awesome. Well balance that clam your mind. Prices on the touristy side but that's the way it is. 11.01.26

The sundae ice cream tastes delightfully creamy with a smooth texture that melts perfectly on the tongue. Its sweetness is well balanced, not overpowering, allowing the rich cream and subtle vanilla flavors to shine through for a satisfying, indulgent treat. Will definitely back to try their other items in the menu.

Came here for dessert 🍨 right after having dinner at Moutarde next door (same chef). A charming little ice cream parlour serving freshly churned soft-serve & creative sundaes. The sundae we had was delicious & the coffee latte ☕ was a nice finishing touch. It’s a self-service place: order & pay at the counter, get a buzzer 📟, find a seat & collect your order when it buzzes. There are both indoor & outdoor seats 🪑🌿, so it’s easy to find a spot. Overall, a fun, tasty & convenient place for dessert at RWS — perfect for a sweet treat after a meal.

Cosy ice cream store serving multiple options of sundaes/ice creams. Got pretty packed post dinner, so decided to get our desserts to go. The chocolate ice cream was average but shoutout to their Milk2 Rhum Raisins Sundae. Milk ice cream was smooth and went brilliantly with the honey & rum raisins. The raisins were soaked up with rum and exploded with flavour when paired with the milk ice cream.

We ordered an iced latte and churros, which arrived on time and were fine. However, we also ordered a $14 slice of toast that took 30–35 minutes to arrive and still hadn’t come by the time we finished everything else. When it finally did arrive, it was burnt. The staff kept saying it was on the way, but the long wait and final result were very disappointing.
