Better than the competition!! My second time dining here at midnight and let me tell you the food and service is fantastic, the $11 steak and eggs with coffee is a must try, no seasoning required everything on point, got an additional side of biscuits & gravy and it was one of the best I’ve had. The waitress are patient and kind very cheerful and always attentive, big portions the restaurant was clean and good clientele too. Definitely give it a try for their midnight offers.

The Sundance Grill is a very reliable choice at the resort. Awesome service with plenty of smiles! Today, i dined solo.. and sat at the counter. My food was fresh and took just 11 minutes. I ordered a patty melt on sourdough (instead of the rye bread). YUM! The fries were crispy -- like fries should be. Med rare cooked evenly. Soda pop refill quickly. The counter has 4 t.v. screens for customer viewing. Cool. Oh, there is a photo of a machine i played in the casino. (unrelated, LOL).

Oh, man, I LOVE this restaurant! The portion size that you receive per dollar spent is amazing. Food arrives in a reasonable time. Servers are so nice. It is hard to pass up that gelato on the way out the door.

We went out for a late evening date, and there aren't too many restaurants open incredibly late at night... except for the Sundance Grill, if you happen to be in the Silverton! We literally had a fabulous evening the entire night, and it started at this Cafe! The food was decent, true... but the service was EXCEPTIONAL! This was the kind of server I would have hoped to receive at the high-end places I've visited so often, yet leaving with disappointment... but not here! Sundance Grill has an absolute ALL STAR working for them, and we are particular and notice everything, having past experience managing in the food service industry at nice restaurants before. So, literally, I notice everything! I never would have set the bar so high upon assumptions... However, the waitress, Camilla, was honestly sensational! She basically had the entire place she was serving single handedly and did so seemingly with ease! She knew exactly how to prioritize her tables, if she made a trip, she checked all her tables, she never forgot anything asked of her, she was efficient, personable, pleasant, expedient, generous, and attentive! She ought to be working at a high ticket establishment because she's worth every dollar on the tips she receives and more! Finally, service you'd only imagine round here lately, excellence was her standard, and we tipped her around 90% because she earned it! Thank you for starting our evening off in the right direction! It was all uphill from there! If Sundance doesn't know how lucky they are to have Camilla on their team, I sure hope they will now! A raise ought to be in order, she's a gem! Thanks!

We ate here twice and everything was delicious! They have breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the prices aren’t bad for the Vegas area.

Today's special for Friday is the mustard tri tip with Mac n Cheese, potato salad and onion rings with a Carolina BBQ sauce. Marcus and Nicole were prompt and friendly and two steps ahead with bringing to go boxes when they saw we were wrapping up our lunch. Love their ranch dressing with the side salad. Corn chowder was delicious and on the sweet side. Don't forget to try their gellato!!! It is so creamy and delectable. 4 star on the food as one of the tri tips tasted a little off. Make sure to tip your servers well! Karma comes back, it's up to you if it's bad or good ✌️💙💚🔮

This place is such a find in a loud casino, it is almost tranquil. We had Lisa for a waitress and she is awesome, I really need to stress this she is super attentive and friendly. We had breakfast for dinner and just wow. Try the country French toast it is amazing.

9 Months Later Update: The atmosphere and service is the same. My food today was not very good. The clam chowder was salty and the Chicken Alfredo was too thick and tasted like too much parmesan. We sat at the raised "VIP" part at the end and noticed the roof on top was extremely dirty. Dust on top of the air vents and hanging fm down from the roof. They also had the ramp at the "VIP" area blocked by chairs. One of the customers on a wheel chair had to be carried down the two steps instead. Original review: Great food with a good vibe and atmosphere. Restaurant is always packed but with limited staff makes service occasionally slow and difficult. The decor and layout of the restaurant gives it a nice unique touch. The food tastes great with amazing prices. Even more amazing with the deals for Silverton rewards members. We made a reservation online and received a confirmation but it was not reflected in their system when we arrived. Luckily we were still seated. I heard from the other members of my group that this happens often. The staff are helpful and hard working but there are too few on hand. There was only 2 servers in the area I was sitting in which consisted of about 30 tables. They did serve us quickly and was as attentive as possible.
