Sundance Grill

First time trying this place and was pleasantly surprised. The service was a bit slow at first, then got much better as she likely had less tables. Before ordering, checked the benedict sauce was homemade (yay). All yhe food was really good, including the burger. We also jad the chocolate cake, which was juniors. Very good and cheaper than Resorts World I'm sure (another win)! The prices were fair and food tasty. Will return! It is inside the casino, so consider that before going.

The atmosphere was very cozy and comfortable. Loved the chairs, it's not often a restaurant doesn't have the hard wooden chairs. The food was really good & the portions were more than enough. The ONLY reason for 3 stars, was the service! I watched our server and she only had 4 tables. She would take an order and totally disappear. It took a hot minute for her to get our drink order, so by that time we already knew what we wanted. I was afraid to let her get our drinks and not come back to get our order within a reasonable time, so we ordered at the same time. We didn't see her again until she brought our food. I didn't need anything, but the other 2 in my party was completely out of drinks and hot sauce that they asked for was never brought to the table. Then at checkout there wouldn't be anyone at the register. I was sitting facing the register, so I timed how long it took for someone to show up, 7 minutes! And that doesn't include how long it took her to cash everyone in line out. We waited in line for 6 minutes before someone showed up to the register. Yes, they were busy, but not crazy busy & each server by us only had 4 or 5 tables. I was a server for many years and I am not nit picking and am very patient, but when the other servers near us had larger tables and the only time you didn't see them is when they went to get what was needed for their patrons, that shows me ours was hanging out in the back (most likely). I do recommend the restaurant and would go back, but I would request someone different and would wait.

We had the "All-American Breakfast" at Sundance Grill inside the Silverton for $2.99! I think we got it on the last day they offered it, but it was a great deal. Three eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns and toast. It's not hard to make breakfast, but it's hard to get everything cooked just right, and both of our meals were PERFECTLY prepared. We'll be back! Amazing staff, as well.

This restaurant was a notch above most casino restaurants. What made the difference? Troy the server was right on. He didn't write anything down when he took our order and got the order completely right. We had children ordering two pancakes three pancakes one with bacon one with sausage another was something else. It would have confused Einstein but not Troy. The food quality was excellent we obviously had to have to go boxes. We had a large group no problem they accommodated us and were able to see this all together. What a great Christmas Day treat. Our group had breakfast burritos, chicken fried steak and eggs, pancakes, different meats. Everything was delivered hot fresh and accurately. Water is were refilled promptly. The environment was comfortable and quiet except for our group. Great fun.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a delightful pit stop at Sundance Grill in the Silver Oaks Casino today. Sometimes you just need a sweet treat to brighten your day, and this place delivered perfectly! We ordered the cheesecake and brownie sundae - both were absolutely delicious and hit the spot for a mid-day indulgence. What really made our visit special was the exceptional service. Our server, Lonnie, was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome even though we were just stopping in for a quick snack. The casual atmosphere was perfect for a brief respite from the casino action. If you're looking for a nice place to take a break and satisfy your sweet tooth while at Silver Oaks, I highly recommend Sundance Grill. The desserts are worth every calorie, and the service makes you want to return. Perfect for a quick treat between games!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Took a while to get seated. Other than that service was fast. Big dinner salad came with meal. Tried the beef stroganoff and it wasn't stroganoff, more like the sauce you find in braised beef tips. Despite that, the beef was very tender and the sauce good. Big portion for the price. Nice location inside the casino away from the noise. I enjoyed the meal.

Better than the competition!! My second time dining here at midnight and let me tell you the food and service is fantastic, the $11 steak and eggs with coffee is a must try, no seasoning required everything on point, got an additional side of biscuits & gravy and it was one of the best I’ve had. The waitress are patient and kind very cheerful and always attentive, big portions the restaurant was clean and good clientele too. Definitely give it a try for their midnight offers.

My family and I recently visited Sundance Grill, and overall the experience was disappointing. The food itself was just okay, nothing memorable or worth taking home. We ordered the fruit bowl, chicken salad, sandwich, and meatballs. Out of all the dishes, the meatballs were probably the best, but even they weren’t anything extraordinary. We were seated right away, which was a nice start. However, the service quickly became confusing. One person took our drink order, and then someone else came to take our food order, leaving us unsure who our actual server was. Once we figured it out, we only saw our waiter once when he took the order. After that, we waited 30–40 minutes for our food, during which time we hardly saw him at all. We had to flag him down just to ask about our meals, and he only refilled our drinks once. The biggest frustration came at the end. When it was time to pay, the bill was taking a while, not waiting to wait as long as our meal took, I went up front and paid directly at the cashier’s desk. That was the final straw, it felt unprofessional and left a bad impression. In short, while the seating was quick and the meatballs were decent, the lack of attentive service and the long waits made the visit disappointing. I would likely avoid going back.

Hello, Yelpers! The Sundance Grill at the Silverton stays busy for a reason--friendly service, fast turnover, and solid food. We used to bypass the line and hit the breakfast counter like pros. Today? Packed. No shortcuts. Snagged the $5 Silverton Classic Burger (club member special), cooked medium. Thick, juicy, beefy, and way better than a five-dollar burger has any right to be. It comes with kettle chips (very good), but we added fries because commitment matters. Laid-back vibe, good eats, zero regrets.

POOR MANAGEMENT! A 15-year customer of the Cafe at the Silverton, it's current name being Sundance, so definitely a go to location we enjoy. The waitstaff is ALWAYS excellent. Today when we got to the podium to be seated, an abrupt woman, shouts "reservation?" I said "No," questioning if this was new now. She responded, "Then a 20 minute wait." Ok with me, so she takes our phone number to page us. While waiting I noticed about 20 other people waiting as well, yet the tables are empty except for maybe 10 people. Not crowded at all. So I wondered what the heck is up and why we had to wait. So FINALLY we get the page and get seated. We find out the casino ran a promotion, a certain amount of game play got you a FREE HAMBURGER meal. The manager put seating on HOLD for ALL because they either underestimated the response for FREE FOOD, or did NOT staff up to accomodate it. Either way BAD MANAGEMENT. A FREE food or alcohol promotion WILL ALWAYS get a HUGE take rate. Duh! So we waited all that time, standing, with many tables open because someone thought holding us up was acceptable so the CHEF or cooks could catch up! Lost REVENUE for the convenience of the cooks! Wow! Suck it up and kick butt instead of making other customers wait. BAD PLANNING. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! And the rough person at the reception COULD HAVE EXPLAINED or posted a sign explaining instead of just making us WAIT in the dark wondering. COMMUNICATE to your customer! That is EASIER than the pissy behavior at the podium. That heavyset woman with long braids should NOT be customer facing. Her looks, demeanor, behavior, and speech is NOT professional. It was NOT OUR FAULT for wanting to eat there, yet we got the bad attitude. Get MAD at management for their FAILURE to staff up or prepare better. Then to top it off, the normal soups were NOT READY! They were so focused on hamburgers they IGNORED the normal DINNER prep work so an extra 15 minutes delay while they heated the soups! A BAD experience because of POOR PLANNING.

Beautiful cafe located at the Silverton Hotel Casino. Very nice service by Stephanie. She was super nice and attentive. I like solid customer service. The omelette was decent, a little too much mushrooms and the avocado wasn't too fresh. Hashbrowns were yummy, I added my own salsa from Bass Pro Shops that I had just purchased. Overall a nice lunch with my girlfriend. We ordered same thing so only posted my omelette plate.

Located in the Silverton Casino, this is our go to when we are in town. Menu is awesome and prices are reasonable. We are also casino player club members and take advantage of the deals we get (50% off for seniors on Mondays) Finish your meal with the onolicious gelato. We shared the 3 giant scoops that cost just $10! Can't beat that deal! Restaurant is clean, everyone working is friendly, food is amazing! I always get the make your own pizza ! Crust is ono and crispy. Loaded w cheese - no need for extra cheese! And the pizza is HUGE! Cheers to our favorite server, Christian, who served us for dinner two nights in a row! Fast friendly professional service. Christian smiled the whole time and we asked him what he recommended we order. Can't beat the king cut prime rib! We had a nice, casual dinner. We were warmly greeted by the hostess. The busser greeted us right after we were seated to take our drink orders. I usually get the Corn Chowder but decided to try a cup of the Chili and it was delicious, lots of flavor. I had the Chicken Salad Sandwich and enjoyed it on sourdough. They don't skimp on the chicken salad, I took the other half home. I had the chips with them and they are great- thick and crispy with just the right amount of seasoning. Our server Lisa is super friendly, she is attentive and she is just very kind. I watched her interacting with the other tables and she's so pleasant and anticipates what the guest needs. The decor of the restaurant is cool with a rustic lodge vibe, like the rest of Silverton Casino Resort.

Sundance Grill is one of the best casual dining options at the Silverton. The menu has great variety, the food comes out hot and well-prepared, and the service is consistently friendly without feeling rushed. It's the kind of spot you can enjoy any time of day--breakfast, late-night, or anything in between.

Visited the Bass shop store next door & went here for lunch with friends. Got the corn chowder and tuna melt on sourdough toast with fries. Thought the soup was a tad bit sweet but enjoyed the sandwich...friend had the BLT and omelette - both liked their choices. Overall solid food, good service and nice atmosphere.

Sundance grill is always consistent with service and food. My boyfriend and I are regulars and usually sit the bar. This is where we not dress up, just chill and watch tv. Prime rib is so flavorful and seasoned well. I get the prime rib petite cut well done and my boyfriend orders the same but king cut. To me when I got my prime rib petite cut, it looks like a king cut. Atmosphere is still that diner experience, always 24/7. Staff is very friendly and always checking in.

We went to bass pros and got famished with all the walking, so we walked into the casino for something to eat. Everything here was deliscious, meatballs had such a wonderful taste, pot roast was OUTSTANDING and it warmed me up. I like how chill the place is and it was super clean and decorated tasteful. Lisa was our server and you can tell she KNOWS awesome customer service. She checked on us multiple times and kept us posted with all our stuff. I would def come back and recommend

I had the $2.99 breakfast special they are running for a few weeks in November. It was the best breakfast I've ever had and I was stuffed. The cafe is really nice and service was good the normal price is $17.50 I'll probably wait till next year to order it again

Sundance Grill consistently serves up delicious food at low prices. Super no frills and casual, plus they serve all day breakfast. If you love Steak & Eggs and are a night owl or early bird, their late night special from 11pm-7am from Friday to Sunday is an absolute steal - you get a perfectly cooked NY steak, 2 eggs, potatoes, toast and coffee with free refills for only $10.99! Their NY steak is super tender, juicy and flavorful compared to other casinos or steak house. It's even better than the wagyu NY steak we had at Bourbon (by Michael Mina) at the Waldorf Astoria in Dana Point - no joke! Try it for yourself and be the judge. Their prime rib is also great but only available from 4pm onwards. Skip the pork chops unless you enjoy tougher white meat. You pay the bill at the counter going out in the end. Service is fast and attentive.

My partner and I heard from a friend that there was a late night steak and eggs deal for 10.99 after 11pm and we been wanting to try! We were seated immediately. The waiter that brought us our water was so friendly and professional. It wasn't too crowded which was nice. My partner and I usually go for southpoint with their late night special of 7ish dollars. But I gotta say the steak quality here is WAYYY better. You def get what you pay for. The steak is a little over buttered but I still enjoyed it. It also come w a side of two eggs and hash. I def would come back for a late night snack. It's a deal you can't miss !!

Nice ambience the food has great portion sizes. Troy has great customer service and likes to keep you with something going into your food is ready. Water soup salad bread Troy was really amazing as for my food surprisingly well

I don't understand the negative reviews here! My boyfriend and I came by at around 5:30 on a Thursday evening and there were a decent amount of people dining, and from start to finish we enjoyed our time here. We were greeted promptly by the hostess and seated right away. I ordered a bowl of chili and a side of hash browns (breakfast is served all day!), while my boyfriend ordered a burger. The portions are LARGE. I thoroughly enjoyed their chili and there were no complaints for the burger. For dessert we ordered a strawberry milkshake and a vanilla milkshake, both of which were topped with whipped cream and delicious. Our server, whose name I believe was Mikolos, was also extremely friendly and accommodating throughout our dinner. The food wasn't life changing by any means, but absolutely tasty. All in all, I'm glad we tried this restaurant out and we will be back!

We were seated immediately and given our drinks right away, but it took half hour for a waiter to take our order. The restaurant service was extremely slow, but we were exhausted and didn't want to move so we remained here. Our order took crazy long to arrive, I was almost tempted to start writing my yelp review about this place. Once the soup arrived, I couldn't believe how delicious the corn chowder was! And then, we wait and wait for our meal, the wait again was long. Finally the Phili cheesesteak arrived and it was delicious and served hot. I couldn't understand why the service was terribly slow? the restaurant wasn't busy, only 5 other parties. We spent too much of our time here at this place, once we located everyone we came to this casino with, we didn't have much time to spend here since they were ready to leave. The ladies working at the cashier were very friendly.

KAAMILAH MADE OUR WHOLE NIGHT AT SUNDANCE GRILL!!!! Hands down, one of the best dining experiences I've had in Vegas!!! It was all because of our server Kaamilah. She was beyond sweet and had the kind of personality that just makes you feel comfortable right away. You can tell she genuinely cares, and honestly, her energy is the reason I'd come back again. She made sure we had everything we needed without ever having to ask twice. So attentive, so kind, and just the kind of person who makes any place better. The food was really good too, no complaints there, but Kaamilah is what made the whole experience memorable. Can't wait to stop by here again!!!!!

Ate breakfast at the Silverton Casino restaurant , Sundance. I ate the breakfast for dinner. They no longer serve toast with the breakfast. It is extra people! Extra! I'm already paying $20 for the breakfast and then toast is extra!? Total rip off!! There are restaurants across the street believe me go there. It's gonna be a lot better than here! I don't know if it's the time of day which was dinner time or what food service took a long time to get here. Still try those restaurants across the street. They gotta be a lot better.

Food, Service and Ambiance were great! We ordered the Shrimp and Chips and the Tuna melt. It was all very yummy!

I found out that there was a $11 steak deal in the late late evening on the day we arrived into Vegas. Definitely worth it and would suggest finding out if the deal is still available we came on a Saturday and the deal started at 11pm that lasted till 7 in the morning. We came when it turned 11 and my girls enjoyed it so much only a few of it became leftovers. Yummy the next day which is always a plus me. The service was awesome the regulars that come for the deal were nice but I did notice a few customers that didn't know about the deal thinking the whole menu was available but to find out the deal was only available for the night. They left but they missed out!! Our next visit I'll check out the full menu next I remember having a hard time locating the place but ask a few people and more in among the casino floor we found it. The area was a beautiful setting, like a nice romantic atmosphere if coming to really dine in when the full menu is available so I will be back

1st time it was closed for cleaning so I tried another of their restaurants. Reuben sandwich excellent and kids breakfast superb. 2nd time made reservations; however, extremely short staffed day after the holiday. Two others in the party liked the food a lot. My meal was over cooked but did not send it back as I knew the wait would have been really long due to staff shortage. I'll try other restaurants in the future here. Ambience average.

Restaurant inside the Silverton Casino. When we got back to our hotel after the dirt track races recently, we didn't feel like going back out for dinner. Sundance Grill it was! We had the absolute nicest server. I don't recall her name, but she was from Hawaii. The hubby and I both opted for breakfast for dinner. I had the waffle, which was very good. The hubby decided on pancakes, which he enjoyed, too. Reasonable prices and convenient for those staying at the Silverton.

We ordered the Wild West omelette substituting Swiss instead of the cheddar cheese, crispy hash browns and wheat toast. Also ordered the giant ham steak and eggs breakfast, with hash browns and sourdough toast. Our order was placed to go. Overall, we enjoy the staff and the food we order. My only suggestion is to please make sure that to go napkins and cutlery are included in the take out bags. This was the second time today and recently when we ordered prime rib that the cutlery and napkins were missing. Most likely an easy remedy.

The service this time was good and we didn't have to wait very long. I wasn't a fan of the quesadilla. I think because of the type of seasoning used. Everything else was really good, but the soup was by far the best. As always we will come back.

i got there on a sunday evening based on a recommendation, asked to seat myself at the bar and looked over the menu. for about 20 minutes, nobody acknowledged me, and i saw a table of guests get seated and handed menus. another 10 minutes later, it seemed like those guests were getting their drink orders taken and i am still sitting at the end of the bar, (where workers have to walk past to get into the bar/kitchen area) and absolutely NOBODY asked me if i wanted anything to drink yet. no comment on the food because i decided not to order, and leave.

Located in the Silverton Hotel & Casino. Open 24/7. Late night menu is limited but good selection. HUGE portions! Massive mound of rice in the Loco Moco. Giant hamburger patty and loads of gravy. (I didn't care for the rice. ‍) BLT was good. Lots of nicely cooked bacon piled onto fresh iceberg lettuce between two thick slices of toasted cottage bread. (Kryptonite) Sandwich served with thick cut fries. (Another Kryptonite) I don't speak of the tomato as I opted out. Deluxe Breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, 2 pancake & hash browns. That's a lot of food! It was great. It was shared. So easy to overeat as the food is good. It was pretty empty at 3am, so service was great. Lunchtime is not so great. Not enough staff to keep all guests happy. ( No utensils prior to food arriving, our coffee cups were not refilled.) Will have to adjust our eating times to get better service.

Here is a picture of nothing. We didn't get our food. We're usually easy going, and my husband is patient. Being pregnant, he kept me at bay and patient as well. We happily came in to eat after a nice Golden Knights win on 10/22/2024. We patiently waited, reviewed the menu, while observing a pleasant restaurant, but not busy. We placed our order and waited. I ordered pancakes, and he ordered the Loco Moco. Nothing crazy. So we waited. Then waited some more. After some time, my husband took a restroom break. He came back, and to our surprise, our meal still hadn't arrived. That's fine...it's grave shift. Mind you, it had been 25 minutes. Ultimately, the waitress came over and asked if we had submitted our order already. At that point, we concluded that if the meal order had not been placed, to cancel and we would go elsewhere. Disappointingly, my hungry husband and my pregnant self went elsewhere ~40 minutes after sitting. Good night cuz knights won, crappy ending cuz we left hungry.

I have always enjoyed the food here since I have been many times. This time was not so good. I was seated quickly but it took longer than normal to have a server come take the order. The food didn't take as long to arrive. My fiancé is allergic to tomatoes he asked for a side salad with no tomatoes and a side of ranch with his meal. The server forgot about the side of ranch and the salad all together. When the salad came it had tomatoes. The server made things right. My BBQ chicken salad didn't have enough BBQ ranch dressing and the chicken was moist but there wasn't much there. The onions seemed stale. The restaurant lighting was kinda of darker than usual. They could have been short handed but I will come back.

We enjoy gambling at Silverton and the Sundance Grills is always a great place to get a tasty meal.

Located inside the Silverton casino/hotel, it is open late for late night hunger pangs after playing the tables and slots. If you want just a snack they do have a gelato station. Service was ok, the drink person was exceptional. He was refilling drinks as soon as your glass reached the half full mark. He came around often and was very polite when asking if you wanted a refill. I noticed that he also helped bus tables after customers left. My steak was a little on the tough side but still eatable. The vegetables that came with the meal were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The meal included soup or salad and dinner rolls. The salad was fresh and surprisingly large. If I go back, I'll try a pasta dish or seafood instead of a steak.

We were hungry and so glad we stopped in on our way out! Hubby had the big breakfast with everything done as requested, including well done hashbrowns, crispy outside and tender inside. I enjoyed my spinach salad, complete with boiled egg, bacon, avocado and fresh spinach. Every leaf was perfect! I didn't want the sugary vinaigrette, so that brought fresh made ranch and plenty of it. We enjoyed every bite! And great service!

We visited for weekday breakfast / lunch . Two of us opted for the bananas foster French toast and bacon. The third was feeling more like having lunch ant gave the patty melt a try. The bananas foster was decadent served with banana rum caramel sauce & a side of rich vanilla ice cream. The bacon crisp and salty. The patty melt was meaty with thick cut fries. Service was slow so avoid if you are in a rush. It is a beautiful restaurant with an arts and crafts lodge motif. Prices are reasonable.

We came to eat brunch at Sundance grill. I was very disappointed at the server Kelly. She felt very rushed and made customer feel pressured to order fast. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, a California omelette n a buffalo wings . Afterwards I asked for the menu because I wanted to add another entree, but she screamed at me telling me if I didn't make up my mind then she needs to wait for me. I told her I'm not changing any food that I ordered, I am just trying to add something . Kelly needs to realize she is in the service industry and should watch out for her attitude towards customers . This is the 7 th time eating at Sundance grill , and it's my first time experiencing this kind of service . Pretty dissapointed that Kelly finds it k to rush, pressure n scream at customers . After the confusion she told me she gonna get us another waiter, and told me not to worry . Good luck in the future if that's the way Kelly gonna treat customers ...

The food tased liked it came out of a can. Short Rib pot roast was stringy over cooked and salty. In addition, we were over charged on the bill. The numbers don't add up, even with the tax.

We came to this casino 30 years ago and this was BOOMTOWN, sundance came later when it became silverton. Sundance food and services has been up and down. So.etimes exemplary. And sometimes just outright disgusting service disrespectful or food passed off as BURNT burger. If you come early sometimes ambiance of cold stank chem reeks vehemently. What do keep coming? It's the free coupons and our dear Filipino workers who make this place worth coming

Horrible service, it took entirely too long for everything. Took long to get seated, to get someone to come over to take our order, to get our check, everything was a battle lol. We were also told they were out of lettuce and then about 10 minutes later saw someone being served a salad with the lettuce they were out of lol! Maybe that was a preorder lol. Probably wouldn't come back here, we weren't impressed with the service but in fairness the food wasn't bad at all.

Absolutely the worst steak I've ever been served, ordered a RARE $48.00 ribeye.. was served a well done piece of inedible leather.... Highly disappointed and will never go back there again absolutely terrible. The chef should be slapped for destroying a beautiful cut of meat like that. Instead of noticing a completely un eaten steak on the plate I was ignored and given a bill. Absolutely terrible service

Anytime I stay at Silverton, I try to make it to get the steak and eggs meal. It tastes so good and the steak is always made so well. You can't beat the price either! The inside of the dining area is very nice and has a dark atmosphere and they have a gelato stand by the register. We were here twice on our last visit and the night visit, we received great service from a very busy waitress.

Me and my kids came here for steak and eggs special. We got seated right away, but it took a while to get our orders in, but once we got our orders in everything started to move fast. Once we got our foods they checked in on us and it was really nice the chief Gary came to greet us and ask how our food was which was really nice. All the workers are really nice from the front to the back. We love coming here!

I am a high roller WITH OTHER casinos in Las Vegas. I get once in a while, invited to the Silverton. I had a $15 food COMP so I went to the Sundance grill. I normally would go in the morning but I went in the afternoon just after noon. I am in a wheelchair. I write reviews as a hobby and I have over 240,000+ people following me all over the country AND the world. I write nothing but 5 STAR REVIEWS. You have a server there behind the counter named KAAHJILAH Whom I'm going to give 5 STARS to as well as MIGUEL Who was the one that prepared my Chinese chicken salad: EXCELLENT. KAAHJILAH Was very professional fast and efficient and I was so impressed by that that I had to write a 5 star review for her and Miguel also very good presentation of the Chinese chicken salad I'll have a picture here to show you. Check it out you gotta go there as you're coming from California and it's on your way into Las Vegas stop in there that's over there on blue diamond road just off of i15 to the west. Check them out... This is VegasFletch! You know it's good!!!!!

Giving 5 stars because Marcus and Lisa both gave outstanding service on 2 different visits. We came for lunch and returned for dinner. We were originally seated at a booth but after 10 minutes of no service we moved to the bar area. We sat in Marcus's area. The food was delicious and filling we even enjoyed dessert cheesecake (yum). During lunch we looked over the menu to return at a later date well we ended up returning for dinner instead and had the pleasure of being served by Lisa the sweetest person! The restaurant has a very sleek stylish charm and the price was just right.

Food and service was average. Place looks like a poorly maintained old cafeteria. Checking out or paying was disappointing. Meliza wasn't listening to the customers. My family had four 25% discount for signing up for Silverton card (with 2 veterans) but were only given two 25% discounts.

We love to frequent Silverton Casino and receive comps such as discounts on food and also gifts. This review is for Sundance Grill. The staff at Sundance are really nice. We were greeted at the front and seated immediately. We have been here many times, and the food is very hit and miss. Again, this one was a big miss. I ordered the King Cut Prime Rib, and it's a pretty good deal at $30 for soup or salad, the Prime Rib, baked potato, and asparagus. The salad came really quick, and it was really fresh. Then the wait. 30 minute wait... for prime rib.... which should be cooked ahead of time. When the plate finally arrived, my prime rib was nice and thick. Again, it was a King Cut. Looking at it, the meat was raw. Not rare or medium rare, it was raw! Even the busboy said that it's not even cooked! I ate a little around the edges, but didn't touch 90 percent of it. I eat my meat rare and medium rare, but not raw. The busboy talked to our server, and all she said was that she'll let the "chef" know. When she returned, she dropped off our bill and said that she notified the chef and the restaurant manager of my issue, but no one came to talk to me. I had to leave already, so here is my review. Anyway, the last time I ordered prime rib at Sundance, it was a tiny slice of what looked like teriyaki meat. They sliced it thin and boiled it in the au jus. We were with a group, and they liked at it and laughed, saying that Sundance should be embarrassed to serve such a sorry piece of meat and have the nerve to call it prime rib. I guess I didn't learn my lesson the first time, but I learned it this time. DO NOT ORDER THE PRIME RIB FROM SUNDANCE.

Took a while to get seated. Other than that service was fast. Big dinner salad came with meal. Tried the beef stroganoff and it wasn't stroganoff, more like the sauce you find in braised beef tips. Despite that, the beef was very tender and the sauce good. Big portion for the price. Nice location inside the casino away from the noise. I enjoyed the meal.

The cafe here at Silverton is beautiful ambience for what is served here..basic cafe food but with an elevated look inside. Employees here are magnificent...everyone so friendly and the server extra efficient. I love the salads they have and they are pretty big..this Chinese chicken salad is fresh and full of flavor..I always get the dressing on the side. Hub orders mostly breakfast food here.. he loves the biscuits and gravy, but today he opted for the croissant breakfast sandwich minus egg and some hash browns. Great little place to eat for breakfast or lunch.. they have some great specials everyday for 16.99 and a steak and egg breakfast at 9.99 at specific hours. I only dock one star for the price of the rest of the menu..seems a little high..but quality is still on point.

Very understaffed. Lots of empty tables but still had to wait. Food very hit and miss. The prime rib had no flavor like it had been boiled and the au jus tasted like it was canned. Sent it back and shared my mom's 2 piece fish and chips. Hers was soft and tasty while I'm sure mine had been triple fried. Hard and chewy. My son sent back the short rib stew saying it was inedible. The chicken soup and club sandwich were good.

Got some food here the other day. I went with the margarita pizza and it wasn't too bad. I can't think of a place that has worse service than there. Out of all the places I have been to in my life this was easily the worst. We just kept waiting and waiting and waiting.

AMAZING food! The customer service was exceptional and they were sooooooo accommodating. Everyone smiles and is super friendly. The portions were so large and very well prepared. Delicious!

King prime rib was all nerve, broccoli was hard, scallop potatoes was ok, chicken soup was the only thing good. Friends didn't like their meal either. I'm never coming back

Well, here we go I ordered Surf and turf, it consisted of 5 frozen fried shrimp and a, not even a third of an inch New York gristle. Now the problem is, they would charge you $32 for this plate which included a salad. I had a $25 dining credit from the casino, so I ended up paying with the tax. And everything in the tip about $10. And that was $9.99 too much. It was horrible. Management should be ashamed of serving this to people, and I won't be coming back the services. Not that good, and if they don't give a d*** about their customers enough to give them a decent meal. I don't need to go back.. This is the harshest review I've ever given, and it is well deserved. If I can give negative stars. I would trust me don't go here.
