Elephant and Castle Shopping Centre Restaurants Forced to Close | Eater London

"A local cafe that, at the time of reporting, had not been offered new premises and remained without a firm future as relocation decisions were still unresolved." - James Hansen

Google
The Sundial Brazilian Pastries is a very attractive outdoor dining venue with ample seating. The food is a variety of sweet and savory Brazilian treats as well as several Brazilian and other beverages. The lady at the counter was very friendly and the food was quite tasty.

Google
It’s a very beautiful place and I’m from off state and the food here reminds me of my home country in Columbia where the empanadas are very good and delicious I can’t wait to comeback again and try it🤩🤩🤩

Yelp
The service was fine. The food was horrible! What we purchased was old reheated very dried out. We threw it away.

Yelp
noriaca and ayana were so friendly and inviting, what a great way to take a break from shopping, cold beer also.

Yelp
Brazilian pastries for breakfast! Empanadas and cheese bread and other amazingness! I went with one that was yucca & beef.

Yelp
Tried the cheese bread and a few other pastries. Heated them in the oven but you could tell everything was old. Not worth the calories or the money. Whole Foods actually has amazing Brazilian cheese bread, really soft and fresh, should have just gone there.

Yelp
This place is outside food court. I sat down with my granddaughter to wait for her parents to shop . We were told we had to move because we did not purchase and food or drink from them. All outside tables were empty. I will never buy anything from here. We were sitting there so when mom and dad came out we were looking at grabbing lunch. Why chase customers away.

Yelp
Looking for possible alternatives to an outrageously overcrowded Starbucks, I decided to give this place a shot to get some much needed morning Joe. I ordered a Mocha, listed on the menu, and was presented with a bottle of Starbucks frappucino. After clarifying that I wanted a hot mocha, the "barista" went over to a to machine and pressed a button. Seriously, I paid $4 for something that I could have brewed on my Keurig at home and would have tasted better. Not a fan. Better off grin and bear the long lines at Starbucks than pay the same amount for this instamatic coffee.

Yelp
We stopped here on a quick shopping trip, and had a glass of wine...my husband ended up watching a soccer game and I ended up making friends with the Venezuelan staff that worked the place. What a nice group of people!! The people are so nice and the service was impeccable! Don't forget to enjoy this place & these people while you're braving the busy shops!!!

Yelp
The good was the cheese bread, but as soon it cooled down it became hard to eat. Pastries tasted old. They don't sell coffee only bottled Starbucks coffee. Service not friendly, no greeting . Overpriced: 4.95 each pastry. Prices are not DISPLAYED.

Yelp
Dude working tonight was an @-hole. He had a huge chip on his shoulder. Demeanor was just anger and hatred towards my family and I. He really didn't care to help us out at all. From what I just read on yelp it looks like he did me a favor. AVOID THIS PLACE. Check out my reviews I rarely score a place at a 1 star. Wish it could be zero stars.

Yelp
I like this place! I'm not a sweets type of person but I thought their pasties look very appetizing! The girls who service behind the counter were very sweet. They got a variety of sodas as well and service was quick.

Yelp
Worst place ever! I ordered a ground beef empanadas and they reheated in the microwave for 3 minutes, it came out fluffy, the ground beef no taste. Like the review before if I could put zero starts I will vote for that one! Only good thing of the place is that it looks like Bayside Miami style, nothing else!

Yelp
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I paid $45 for a hotdog, 2 empanadas, a tomato and mozzarella "panini," and a few drinks. The food is AWFUL. My panini was actually a prepackaged sub that had been sitting for too long. I took one vote and tossed it. My husband got empanadas that were like sawdust. We won't be coming back anyway, since we are from out of town, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You're better off at Taco Bell.
