The 11 Best Bakeries In Nashville - Nashville - The Infatuation

"If someone brought these cupcakes to the birthday party, no one would know they were vegan and gluten-free. The scones here are a bit more bready than flaky, but that just means they hold up for days if you need to grab them in advance. The little spot in Donelson sits in what looks like a former mechanic shop, and can read pretty rickety if you’re there for lunch or a quick coffee and a cookie, but when the sun is out, all it feels like is charming." - ann walczak, bailey freeman

I was blown away by this place! It’s a gluten free & vegan paradise! My boyfriend and I stopped in on a recent trip to Nashville and could not believe how many options we had to chose from! The food was amazing, the staff was so helpful, and the entire place was clean and beautiful! The vibes were immaculate & I cannot wait to go back!

Anna answered the phone and placed my order for pick up. Upon entry Anna greeted me with kindness and helped me with my order, she had exceptional customer service which is most important for me over food and atmosphere, being treated with respect sets the tone and makes me want to give places like this my business so I decided to order additionally. I had the meatball sandwich on wheat bread and the pickled vegetables for my side. I personally don’t recommend this sandwich, they gave me gluten free bread instead which was fine. The bread tasted like freezer burn but I was starving so I def still ate it. I loved the tropical creamsicle smoothie special, it was worth the $8+ dollars! If I wasn’t a starving artist I would have got the chocolate cheesecake cupcake as well but already over budget. Great prices for the amount of food & service provided. Highly recommend, hope to treat myself to the baked goods one day!

Our salads were tasty and filling. We sat outside with our old lady pugs and enjoyed good food and the breeze. Got a Colada smoothie to go. It was so refreshing! I can't wait to go back and have a sweet treat.

Google
Went here for breakfast twice while I was in Nashville as there weren’t a lot of options for vegan gluten free food. First time I had the breakfast biscuit with sausage, egg, cheese and spinach. The biscuit fell apart some which is to be expected with gluten free items. It was good although I probably should have ordered a side of something to go with it. The second time I went I tried the biscuit bake with sausage pieces. It was yummy, filling and unique. Would definitely go back when I’m in Nashville.

Google
This cute spot was so Yummy! 😋 we shared the tofu Bahn Mi and Burger of the Month, which was Sweet and Spicy with tomato jam and jalapeños. Both contained TONS of flavor and were very filling. Their sandwiches also come with a side of choice, we had pickled veggies and cucumber/tomato salad, both of which were perfectly seasoned and balanced with vinegar. We didn’t try their bakery but it looked amazing and we will definitely be back to try some of those goodies!

I can't even put into words how awesome this place is. I visited from out of town for a long weekend and HAD to come here everyday! I tried multiple things, all of which exceeded my expectations. For what you pay the quality is top notch. The staff was nothing but kind, helpful and attentive! Even if you're not a vegan you gotta give this place a try! 🩷

Google
This little bake house is fantastic! I’m on vacation here in Nashville and the hotel I’m staying at doesn’t offer gluten free foods. I found this place on Google and it’s right down the road from my hotel. So far this week I got their TBLT which is a tofu “bacon” BLT, buffalo chickpea salad, and a chocolate peanut butter cupcake. Everything delicious, and I don’t even eat vegan normally! My fav so far has been the buffalo chickpea salad. Highly recommend!

Google
Stopped here on our way home from the airport. We received great service. The staff was very attentive and explained the menu well. The food was excellent. The TBLT was my favorite of the dishes we got. I also loved the Cherry Parfait. They offer kids meals that both of my non-vegan kids enjoyed.

Yelp
Amazing!! As fairly new vegans, we were thrilled to find a place that is both vegan and gluten free. We ordered the BBQ sandwich, the Thai salad and another salad with chickpeas. Each of these had wonderful dressings and flavors. The food came out pretty fast and the staff were all great! We ended up also taking 2 cupcakes with us. The carrot cake and double chocolate. The place is really nice, clean, updated and they offer homemade kombuchas. We will definitely be back for much more!!!

Yelp
I was surprised to find out that I had not yet reviewed this spot. It's been so interesting and awesome to have this spin-off from Sunflower Cafe out here in Donelson. For starters as you can see from their name and also from the photos from other guests they have lots and lots of different gluten free baked cupcakes muffins and cookies and treats. They also always have a soup of the day several different salads, several different sandwiches including a tofu bahn mi, lattes, smoothies, kombuchas, and more. One thing that I'm not a huge fan of is there veggie burger is a Beyond Burger and I don't really like those so I end up choosing something else and we'll wait to get the fabulous homemade veggie burger they have at Sunflower Cafe some other time. One thing I have to say though this veggie pot pie that I pictured here, once I finally decided to get it as quickly become one of my favorite things on the planet. I'm not sure how they get it to taste so delicious because I know they don't use butter because it's vegan. But it is somehow so rich and satisfying without feeling greasy or gluey. I don't know how they do it but 100% recommend it.

Yelp
Delicious food , baked goods and drinks everytime I come! The food is amazing and gluten free and vegan! Their baked goods taste great without gluten or milk. I love coming here. It's a great atmosphere and great service too!

Yelp
Friendly and welcoming service! The bakery looked delicious we will return to try a few of those items. Today, we ordered breakfast English muffin breakfast sandwich and biscuits and gravy with eggs. Sandwich was flavorful and filling. Biscuits and gravy was plain needed a little more flavor. The bakery was clean, bright and wonderfully decorated

Yelp
Genuinely, one of the best breakfasts I've ever had in a restaurant!! Not just "gluten free / vegan good" -- it's just good!! Husband said the same (and he typically eats gluten and dairy) This has raised my standards for gluten free and vegan food. The biscuit bake was warm and buttery and savory, it was so cheesy and comforting! Not crumbly or dry at all! The tomato bisque was bright and sweet and fresh and thick! The baked foods were some of the best I've ever had -- and I've had a lot! Husband said it was one of the best muffins he's ever had!! Staff was super friendly and helpful and fun! I love how cutesy and spacious it is inside! Love that the entire front wall is windows! This is a must stop for anyone with food allergies, inflammation, or food sensitivities!! Wowza!!! I think this may be some of the best food we've ever had on a trip!! 5/5 stars!! A Nashville must-stop! Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
The food is amazing. Whether it's a chocolate peanut butter cupcake or Buffalo chickpea salad, vegans, GF, and meat eaters can all find delicious food to eat. And they're have yummy lavender kombucha. The staff is friendly and the place is open and lit with natural light.

Yelp
I think this is by far my favorite place I visited when I was in Nashville. My sister and I ended up buying quite a few baked goods to try! If you have a gluten or dairy allergy or just like eating vegan food this is the place to go! My sister ordered your biscuit bake and I did the pesto sausage bake. Both of these easily make 2 meals. The pesto sausage bake was so flavorful! My sister said she wished she would have ordered gravy on the biscuit bake because the biscuit was so dry. The staff were super helpful in answering questions. We ended up getting scones and cupcakes from their bakery as well. The scones were the perfect amount dryness but oh so good. We ended up getting: maple pecan, cranberry orange, lemon poppyseed, and vanilla chocolate chip. Our favorites were the lemon poppyseed and cranberry orange. The cupcake flavors were as follows: cookies and cream, mint chip, pb cup, strawberry vanilla, lavender vanilla, lemon curd, chocolate cheesecake, apple pie, and chocolate dream. Out of all of them our favorite was lemon curd because it tasted like sunshine. If you do not like andes mint I would not get the mint chip.

Yelp
Absolutely love Sunflower Bakehouse. I'm not vegan, but my boyfriend is. I still enjoy vegan dishes & this establishment does it right. They also have delicious desserts. My favorites are the strawberry vanilla cupcake, carrot cake cupcake, & blueberry muffin. They're about $4 each, but they're a nice size & worth every penny.

Yelp
What a treat! This place offers amazing vegan and gluten free food! We were visiting from out of town, and were so happy to have found this gem of a restaurant- we went three days in a row! The baked goods are moist and delicious and the savory entrees we tried were all amazing ! Highly recommend the pizza rolls! The place was cute and the staff' so sweet!
google avatar

Yelp
The cherry parfait was a thing of BEAUTY! (And I could live on the bahn mi tofu and pickled veggies!)

Yelp
Hidden gem! It's my 1st time visiting Nashville. I'm from Los Angeles and I have many dietary restrictions. This place has tasty food and pastries that are gluten free and vegan. I'm soy free and almond free too, I was able to get a solid meal and dessert. They are very accommodating and nice.
google avatar

Yelp
First time coming here and it's the only place we visited on our way through Nashville and me and my wife were happy we stopped here. Tried their Diner wrap and it was absolutely delicious. Side of chips aren't bad at all. Great selection of sweets and treats though the frosting may be a bit overkill. Prices are fair plenty of other great bakery items we took home for the road too. Solid vegan establishment! Great restrooms! Also do think they close down a bit too early too.
google avatar

Ashley U.

Yelp
Always love coming here! Fresh baked goods, all vegetarian and vegan selections, and they taste SO good! Super friendly staff and the seating is nice and open with both indoor and outdoor options. Order at the cash register and they bring to your table.
google avatar

Mylene L.

Yelp
We came just for their cupcakes. It didn't disappoint. Hubby said the apple pie is amazing. The lavender is light. The lemon curd very refreshing. The carrot cake is delicious. The cupcakes were moist & flavorful. They did a great job transforming this old muffler shop to an adorable cafe.

Ona N.

Yelp
Everything is so good, service is wonderful. Quiet enough to study or work. Family friendly my daughter ate all their food!
google avatar

Carol D.

Yelp
Stopped by Sunflower bakehouse to pick up some dessert. Cute little place on Lebanon Pike. We thought the service and friendliness of the staff was 5 stars for sure. We ordered the German chocolate cake, the carrot cake cupcake and the lavender cupcake. Carrot Cake was the best of the three but all were good. Unfortunately we won't be back because of the "No firearms" sign on the door. If I had seen it on the way in I wouldn't have gone in, I won't risk my safety like that.

Yelp
Understand that I'm not vegan /gluten free/dairy free or none of those things that are the driving factor to visit Sunflower. I just enjoy delicious AND healthy food. I must admit that I get the same 2 items every time I come, the kale caesar salad and the BLT. I am usually not so dull and predictable but these 2 items are always so consistently delicious and hit the spot for me every time! The staff are always kind and helpful. They actually seem like they enjoy their job which is nice to see. I think they are a bit expensive, $26 for a sandwich and salad but seeing as I don't plan on attempting to make tofu taste good anytime soon on my own, it is well worth it in my opinion. Atmosphere is bright and airy , plus a patio to enjoy when the weather is right. Last but not least, they actually stay open for dinner. It eeems like most of not all vegan/plant based restaurants in Nashville close at like 6 , so I truly appreciate them having normal restaurant hours.

Yelp
This is a vegan/gluten free dream come true. I could not believe that this gem was only 7 minutes from our hotel, which is also close to their airport. It was so good I went there all three days we stayed in Nashville. It is very cute, clean, lots of seating and staff is superb every time we went in. You walk in and there are so many beautiful baked goods that are all vegan and gluten free that you think you might have died and gone to heaven. Our first visit we had the buffalo chick salad. It's pretty spicy so be warned. Very generous portions. We also had their strawberry rhubarb drink and it was delicious. For dessert we had the German chocolate cake and the cherry parfait. Both are super delicious and they heated up my cake for me. Next day I had the Bistro Burger with a gluten free bun. The bun was the best gluten free bun I have ever had. Almost tasted like a pretzel bun. So good! I also had the berry colada smoothie. That was kind of runny and I wouldn't get another smoothie but it was still good. For dessert I had an apple crumble muffin-to die for. A pumpkin chocolate chip muffin-to die for. They had a chocolate coconut scone and also a lemon poppyseed scone. I wanted to get those too and I wish I had because it was only offered that day (Sunday) The next day I had a pot pie and it was delicious. Great flaky crust. Had a chocolate brownie which was also good. My last day, I got a vanilla sugar cookie and a chocolate coconut cookie to hopefully get back home to my gluten/vegan daughter. We will see if it makes it. I had a breakfast biscuit with sausage and egg and tomato. I didn't like the biscuit-too sweet, but it was very moist. The rest of it was good. Had a blueberry crumble muffin which was also amazing! I saw a chick's salad next to me and I wish I had ordered that! This place is family owned so you won't find it everywhere. They have a cafe downtown but they don't have all the gluten/vegan options like this location. So if you have read this entire review, then you have to be committed. Go now! You won't regret it.

Savannah B.

Yelp
delicious. great spot to stop for a quick brunch! they have unrealistically good vegan food, like undetectably vegan.

Yelp
This is my second time coming to Sunflower Bakehouse because it's the perfect distance for a bite to eat during my lunch break. Today I ordered the half sandwich/ half soup combo. My sandwich choice was the chickpea "chicken" salad option and my soup was the tomato bisque. The sandwich was sooooooo good!! Loved it, the soup was good too, but not as good as the sandwich for sure. The service was super quick and people working the counter were friendly and helpful. I love the vibe inside and would love to try one of their dessert options one day. Will definitely be back again.
google avatar

Heather B.

Yelp
If you have a gluten allergy you NEED to come here! Their wide selection is incredible and i've loved every cupcake i've ever tried from them!
google avatar

Jennifer F.

Yelp
Service was great! Counter order. Funky chill vibe. The food is amazing! I got the focaccia tomato basil bake and tomatoes bisque with a peanut butter and chocolate muffin. Perfect comfort meal for a cold day! It's self seating and I got my order almost immediately!
google avatar

Yelp
Sunflower Bakehouse is a must stop for us in Nashville. Vegan AND gluten free? Yes, and thank you! To note: the biscuits & gravy have a wee bit too much pepper, the matcha latte, add agave - not perfect but good. On our recent visit we had the peanut butter & jelly cupcake. another cupcake, pecan upside down cake and another upside down cake. They did not disappoint. It's an old gas station/repair shop with cute ambiance. A must visit for this gluten free vegan!
google avatar

Sherry Y.

Yelp
Sunflower Bakehouse is an adorably granola establishment. The hand-painted decor lends itself to feeling homey and quaint in the best possible way. The interior is lit naturally through the window with clear displays of their baked goods and plenty of varied seating (booth, window, patio, etc.). The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The food has both vegan and GF options for those with dietary differences, and we really enjoyed both their savory and sweet offerings. Their cupcakes are a bit on the small side, but their sandwiches are substantial. The coffee options are ample and delectable. I recommend stepping in!

Yelp
I picked up an order from here one day while doing Uber Eats and the place looked good. I had to come back and try it. In my ongoing effort to eat healthy this place does the trick nicely. They have a great parking lot in the back and an entrance to the restaurant from the back so it is very easy to enter. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and knowledgable. I asked for something light and the Chickpea salad was right up my alley. They have an option whereby you can get like a you pick 2 -half salad / half soup / half sandwich. I got the half chickpea salad, and half lentil soup. The lentil soup was very flavorful and it does hit the spot for these crisp autumn days. The chickpea salad was also delicious. They have an available drinks fountain and I just opted for water, but they have a lot of variety when it comes to drinks. I highly recommend this place if you are seeking vegetarian/vegan food.

Cindy C.

Yelp
Really enjoyed the Thanksgiving burger with picked veggies. Worth the stop. I also picked up a scones and cupcake but have not tried them yet.
google avatar

Candice R.

Yelp
I came here to get some work done and have a green smoothie and a cupcake. The staff were very friendly. The cupcake was ok, I don't like vegan cake because it's too dense but I thought I would give it a try. I choose a lemon cupcake but lemon is also hot or miss for me as well. Lemons are tart and that's what I expect but this was not that. It met my expectations of being too dense and overly sweet. The green smoothie was fine. I was able to get some work done. The noise level was average and I had on headphones.
google avatar

Ashley S.

Yelp
This is my second time at Sunflower Bakehouse and I will definitely be returning again! Some of the items I've tried: green paradise smoothie, the kale Caesar salad, inferno burger (special), sausage and cheese breakfast roll as well as their maple pecan scone and german chocolate cake. Everything has been super delicious and fresh. There is a lot to choose from on their menu and creative specials. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, parking space in the back and the service is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Marlon P.

Yelp
Food was amazing, nice atmosphere and lovely cafe. You won't be disappointed. They also have a variety of drinks to choose from. The next time I come to Nashville this is the first place I'm stopping at.
google avatar

Jasmin G.

Yelp
Such a cute little place to have great vegan food and desserts. The people who worked here were also so nice. Although the food was delicious, I would recommend adding just a tad bit more seasoning to the dishes, otherwise everything was just awesome and healthy. Wish I got to try the dessert, but will definitely try it out the next time I'm in Nashville.
google avatar

Yelp
Pros: + Delicious food + amazing desserts + tons of gluten-free options (the restaurant is like 90% gluten-free) + Amazing staff and service!! + Very "Earth friendly" setting/ feels like there's a garden in the back lol Cons: - sometimes stock is limited (people love it that much lol) - location (not entirely their fault and I'll explain why) I absolutely looooove this place!! Their main selling point is their bakery but they also offer other foods that are good and VERY filling! Everything tastes good so when you arrive the best question to ask yourself is what are you in the mood for? Because you won't be disappointed either way. The staff is amazing & friendly to where you would want to hangout with them lol! My only major complaint is their location as they're located on quite a busy part of the road so if you go there in the afternoon or early evening then it may be difficult to try to drive there (I once drove a long way around to get there because of Crashville-- er, Nashville's amazing skilled drivers). Buuuut if you get there then you'll realize the trip was worth it! Even had non-vegan family stopping there for more lol
google avatar

Holland M.

Yelp
My Uber Eats food order was so good that I had to stop by the Bakehouse the next time I was in Nashville! Yet again, the food did not disappoint. The Sunflower Cali (GF/V) & Cucumber Salad (GF/V) were so fresh & filling! The staff were friendly & patient, & the food was served quickly. I couldn't resist getting a Blueberry Crumble muffin to save for later. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Nashville! Suggestions: Indicate soy-free items at the Bakehouse like you do at the Cafe. An ingredient menu would also be helpful for those who want to avoid certain ingredients.

Yelp
I was so excited when I searched for vegan breakfast that this place showed up. Traveling with people who are not vegan can be challenging at times but they were all in for the vegan experience. The food, the coffee, and the smoothies were all something to write home about. I wanted to be sure to try food that I can't get at home. This checked the box and was delicious. I went back later for dessert and I regret I didn't have a cooler to bring more back to Michigan with me.

love l.

Yelp
I've been here plenty times and the energy is off with the employees the seem so down or just out of it. Not many of my kind are in there. I've always either had hair in my food or the food has something foreign in it and I had to throw the entire plate away. Not sure what's going on behind the kitchen but I've been here 5 plus times and always a disappointment
google avatar

Coti H.

Yelp
I love everything about this place! The staff is always so welcoming, always making it a great visit. I'd only tried their baked goods until today. Today, I stopped in for lunch. After a LOT of thought, I settled on the Thai noodle salad and wow! It's packed with flavor and fresh veggies. The peanut sauce has a little bit of a kick but not too much. It was incredible! And very filling. I also got the funky monkey smoothie which I loved. I've still yet to have anything I didn't love from here. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
The Sunflower Bakehouse Vegan cafe/fast food in Nashville, TN Food** We were torn here as the food was very inventive and looked very appealing but when we got it it felt like it came out of box. We got the tomato bisque soup, and the marinated tofu sandwich and added Gouda and guacamole. The sandwich was very small - both soup and sandwich were extremely salty, like you could feel your blood pressure rising. The $4 extra for Gouda and avocado was not worth it. It's like one piece of American looking cheese and a slop of avocado mush. Also got the Buffalo Chicken salad, which was mediocre. It wasn't horrible but not great either. Everything was just too salty. We also got a triple berry smoothie, which didn't taste that great and I can't put my finger on why it didn't but it didn't. Atmosphere** The tables were not that clean and the atmosphere not the nicest to be honest. Service*** Service was fine and they were very friendly. Price $$

Yelp
Fantastic vegan bakery and cafe! We had a salad and sandwich, plus a few pastries, and all were delicious. Highly recommend!!

Yelp
Came here on a lunch date. The food is fantastic and tasty with an added bonus that everything is vegan and gluten-free! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The bakery items are amazing and I cannot recommend this place enough! It is my new obsession. If you get the chance, please give Sunflower Bakehouse a try!

Sadie G.

Yelp
The best vegan & gf offerings in Nashville. The kombucha flavors are so good that are on tap. My friends and I love coming here to enjoy delicious treats that are allergy friendly. Biscuits and gravy is something I have missed since my allergy issues developed and theirs on the menu is a treat when I get to have it. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about what is in each of their items. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Yesterday, my dance partner wanted to eat here while we had a meeting. I had already eaten so I just had a Snickerdoodle latte, which I liked. Today, I decided to bring my wife. She had a Beyond burger. As per her, it was delicious. She emptied the whole plate and she usually doesn't finish most meals. I ordered the baked macaroni. The menu says baked pasta. I assumed they would have several pastas, as I wanted a lasagna. The only option was a mac and cheese. I asked for bacon and it came with bread crumbs on top. The bacon smelled like barbecue lays chips, which I didn't like, but the mac itself tasted very good. It's good to mention that everything here is vegan, so the bacon was soy bacon and the beyond burger has no real meat. We are about to get some deserts, as they have good looking choices, but this seems to be a place we are coming back to.

Michael H.

Yelp
I stop by Sundlower a few times a week. The people who work here are wonderful, and the food is delicious. The food is good and the smoothies are great -- especially as we enter the warmer months. Their rotating menu of desserts is spectacular. I've never had a bad one there, and I've had almost all of them over the years.
google avatar

Amanda F.

Yelp
My husband and I stopped in for a cupcake and cookie to split when we arrived in Nashville on vacation. I had bookmarked this place prior to coming here because of my intolerance to both dairy and gluten. We ordered a chocolate strawberry cupcake which was moist and had very rich frosting. I loved it. We also split a chocolate peanut butter cookie that was on the dryer side. Overall they had some tasty treats and would come back again.

Yelp
I'm not vegan, but I appreciate all of the healthier options here. I've tried just about everything, and it's all good! Look for specials on the menu board in front of the bakery display. My favorites are the bahn mi, the Thai noodles, and the draft kombuchas. The breakfast bakes are also very good. I hope they open a second location in Belle Meade or Bellevue.

Mark S.

Yelp
In from Cincinnati and was looking for a good GF breakfast place. All I can say it WOW! Had biscuits and gravy with carrot cake muffin. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Also I'm not vegan and generally avoid vegan food but the sausage and eggs were also amazing! Super helpful friendly staff and love the old muffler shop vibe! They need to open a place in Cincinnati!

Yelp
Great GF and Dairy free breakfast and food My wife love it I recommend this place Hard to find this options around anywhere

Yelp
I finally got to check out this "vegan" place, only to discover it is not so vegan! The very first thing I noticed on the menu was that they had a "beyond meat" burger. I looked at the employee and said "Did you know that beyond burgers are made with animal stem cells"? The employee had no idea. The manager also had no idea. I'm surprised this place hasn't been sued for false advertising or something. A "vegan burger" made in a lab from an animal biopsy that is then fed with "plant based" foods, is not vegan nor is it vegetarian. Their ignorance on this subject not only made me question this location, but it also made me question their other branch, sunflower cafe, which I have loved for years. I can't help but wonder what the other location has sold over the years, claiming it's vegan or vegetarian while being uneducated on how certain foods are produced, particularly cellular agriculture. I stuck with a raw veggie sandwich for my order, as I was hungry. My husband got a meatball sandwich that was very salty and he seldom complains about food. I was afraid to try his because I didn't trust their "meatballs" either. As he was complaining to me, another gentleman was returning his to the manager on duty for the same reasons. The pizza rolls were good. But not enough to make me return here, or the other location. My trust has been broken. Vegan means no animal products and vegetarian is no meat. Beyond burgers and lab grown meat, do not fit under those terms. There will be no more sunflower cafe or sunflower bakehouse for this gal. And I hope someone sues them. They deserve it. Had I been uneducated on this subject, I would have been sick from their so called vegan beyond meat burger and I can't help but wonder how many ate that sandwich not knowing, and ended up sick. This was a very disappointing experience and a total waste of time and money.

Yelp
If you have food allergies or sensitivities, this is the place for you! Everything on the menu is vegan and gluten free. Many items are also nut free. They have humongous salads and cupcakes. Everything we've tried has been yummy. There are a variety of baked goods, breakfast items, and lunch choices. If you have children with dietary concerns, they can find a special treat here! Thanks so much Sunflower Bakehouse, you are bringing big smiles to the faces of children who are on restricted diets.

Yelp
As it turns out, I absolutely love this place! I guess it's an old muffler shop turned bake shop, so there's high ceilings and plenty of space for seating inside and a good bit outside, too. You order any baked things first, and then order whatever need to be prepared when you go to pay, and they give you a number and bring your food to your table. Everyone that works here is so friendly and helpful!!! I've never had a bad experience, and I've been here....well, a lot. I've tried quite a few things here, and as a tomato lover the focaccia tomato bake has been my favorite menu! I also really love the Bahn Mi sandwich, though I usually only eat half the tofu; whatever the sauce is they make for that sandwich is stellar! And I love their Thai Noodle Salad, though I wish it came with zoodles because the rice noodles are addicting. They have a few grab & go items, and their Curried Cauliflower & Sweet Potato salad is incredible. I just eat it with a fork. AND, their Choc-La-Cado smoothie rocks!!! It's really a perfect balance of ingredients. Sweets-wise, their cupcakes are crazy good. They must all be made with the same base, because they have a very specific taste I can't pin down, but though they're hearty, never leave me feeling heavy and gross. I get one almost every time I go. I can't help it! I've also had a scone and a cookie before, too, but the textures were a little weird though they tasted fine. The scone was almost mushy and the cookie fell apart, so eating while driving is hard (but, my friends, still very much achievable). They were still better than anything you'd find at the grocery store.

Yelp
Found this place on Yelp beachside I needed a place to work remote in the area! I wasn't planning getting food at first, but their menus looked amazing so I had to! I got a Lavender Kombucha to start off. It was super tasty, but a little sweeter than a normal kombucha. Then I got the 1/2 and 1/2 combo with the Kale Caesar and the Not-So-Classic Caprese Sandwich. Both were fantastic! The sandwich came on Focaccia bread and I was obsessed. I stayed a little while to work and ended up getting a Carrot Cake Cupcake! This was absolutely amazing! Would love to come back!
