First time trying this spot. Modern, spacious interior but surprisingly empty on a Sunday evening. We got the chicken pot stickers – super soft and flavorful, they practically melted in the mouth. The chicken garlic pepper came with rice and veggies (broccoli, carrot, bell pepper) – very peppery. However, it lacked the signature Thai flavor we were expecting. ⭐️ 5 stars – Will definitely return to explore more of the menu!

I ordered the pad see ew with chicken, medium spice. It was very good however was more than hot spicy level. The quality and preparation was great and veggies were cooked perfectly. If it wasn’t overly spicy I would be thrilled. Definitely order it way less than you want as a medium here is definitely very hot! I will be back but maybe order mild next time :)

Google
Super disappointed in the quality of the dinner we got from this place. My boyfriend and I ordered the chicken pad thai assuming it would be a safe bet when our go-to place was closed. We were wrong…I’m not one to complain publicly but this pad thai tasted and looked like it had been drenched in ketchup and/or spaghetti sauce. It was RED. We had to throw it away without eating. Never had a ketchup pad thai before!

Google
This place was amazing. We loved every dish. The environment was nice. The food was soo good. The mango rice was probably the best I ever had. Curry 🔥🔥 Drunken noodles 🔥🔥 Pot stickers 🔥🔥 Somusas 🔥🔥 Thai tea 🔥🔥

Google
This is our new favorite Thai place! The food was so fresh and flavorful! We had spring rolls, shrimp pad see ew, some fried rice, and the lemongrass fish. It was all good, but the lemongrass fish was FANTASTIC. We also had sticky rice with mango. YUMMY! The server was friendly, and the robot delivery was super cute. The restaurant is clean and has a welcoming, cute atmosphere. We can't wait to go back!

Google
Everything we got was amazing. I would absolutely recommend eating here. We got Garlic Tofu, pad see ew, and drunken noodles, as well as spring rolls. Ensuring tasted wonderful, and we got our food extremely quickly. I 100% recommend eating here!

Rachel Smith

Google
The server was incredibly nice and the atmosphere is pleasant. Unfortunately, a lot of the food was not the best. The wantons were incredibly stale and we did have to send them back. The meat dishes and the chicken on the pad Thai were all overcooked. However, otherwise my pad Thai was actually really good and overall our meal was not bad. I feel like with some refining this could be a good place.

Google
The pad se ew was our favorite dish. It had a delicious blend of sauce, noodles and veggies. The tamarind fish was a small filet of fish and the Thai Basil eggplant dish had more of bell peppers and onions than eggplant. For an eggplant dish, it had way too many onions and peppers than eggplant. I would not recommend this dish. The Thai tea had 80% milk and 20% tea. Don’t. Recommend this either. Service was cool with robotic delivery.

Yelp
Really dissapointed in this place. We went to have a few rolls and small entrees for dinner and was a terrible experience. The rolls were not wrapped correctly and fell apart as soon as you touched them. Within 2 minutes of the rolls hitting the table our entrees came out. My chicken was like deep fried rubber. The orange chicken sauce did not have any flavor other than caramelized sugar. Nothing else was added to the orange chicken. Seems like they have had an influx of staff flips except the one really nice girl who normally waits on us. No telling if we will go back.

Yelp
The stir fried rice dishes are the best here. If you like spicy basil chicken or any dish like that, this is the place to order from. I generally avoid the noodles, mountain thai on the other side of broomfield is better for any noodle dishes. The sushi is average because they use an odd rice making the rolls very big. Sort of reminds me of grocery store sushi. I generally stick to medium spice. Usually they are pretty spot on but a couple times it was pretty fiery. I've had a few of the curry's which are fine but no where need as good as stir fried dishes.

Yelp
I ordered the pad woo sen with chicken, medium spice. It was very good however was more than hot spicy level and too hot for me to enjoy. The quality and preparation was good so if it wasn't overly spicy I would be thrilled. Definitely order it way less than you want as a medium here is definitely very hot!

Yelp
Overall this place gets a 5 star. The ambiance is nice, there's a little musical robot that brings you your food. The prices are very reasonable. The food is really good, most of it is just above a 4 star. I like their various salads. The Khao Soi & Pad see eew are also recommended. None of the entrees are my absolute favorite however, they are good enough to keep me coming back from time to time. Every time I've been there, a lady has been the waitress- she's very nice. The food does take about 20 minutes to come out, so don't come in a hurry. I would recommend this place, everything is good- you might not find your favorite dish but you will leave satisfied. Happy eating!!

Yelp
My husband and I have been looking for an authentic Thai restaurant near us and I think we found one! We were craving papaya salad and Pad Prik King and it did not disappoint! We were greeted at the door and was sated immediately but it did take a little bit for the waitress to come by -- mind you, there were three other people there. Food -- Papaya Salad w/ Crab 5/5 -- super flavorful and refreshing! It had the perfect spice and crab taste to it. Crunchy and fresh! Pad Prik King (medium spicy/crispy pork belly) 5/5 -- so flavorful and good! We wish there was more meat and just green beans but overall it was really enjoyable. We got medium spice and it was a little too spicy but still good! Pad See Ew (chicken/medium spice) 5/5 -- the spice wasn't as spicy. Flavor of the dish was also good! Sticky rice w/ mango 5/5 -- the best dish! The rice was perfectly cooked and the coconut cream was so warm! The mango was also so ripe and sweet! Soooo good! We wish that rice was included in dishes but it's an additional cost. They also do come out with additional spices on the side in case. Drinks -- Thai Ice Tea 5/5 Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff was really kind. The food didn't take as long and everything came out at once. The space was really neat and spacious as well!

Yelp
We ordered Pad Thai. It was the Worst we ever had. Tasted burnt and too much chilis. Never again from here.
google avatar

Yelp
Great food, great service, good ambiance. The "hot" is actually hot! Definitely recommend for anyone that wants a good meal.

James H.

Yelp
We don't go there often enough , last night was great. We had a pad Thai and Tom Kah soup. The Soup was some of the best I have tasted. The Pad Thai was Perfect! With the right amount of sauce and peanuts on the side, sublime. Thank You!!!

Yelp
I saw their grand opening sign as I was exiting the shopping center today and re-entered the parking lot to go try their Thai food (how did they know I was craving Thai?). Well I'm glad I did because it was delicious. The people that worked there were so friendly and helpful, especially Ko who took my order and assisted me with my requests for vegan options. I ended up ordering vegan versions of the papaya salad and Tom Kha soup for myself as well as Pad Thai for my friends. All the food was delicious! And they happily made modifications for me. I will definitely return. Maybe next time I will dine in as their restaurant seemed clean and welcoming but either way I'll definitely return for some more delicious Thai food.

Yelp
This place is very unassuming, it's inside a little strip mall in Westminster and you would drive past it if you didn't know it was there. With that said I'm glad our friends told us about this place! Beyond the cute robot who brings out your food, the food is great! Came out super hot and fresh! Loved the Thai spring rolls, the vegetables inside were fresh and crispy and I loved the peanut sauce! Please open another location either closer to I25 or north of Denver!
google avatar

Bree M.

Yelp
Vegans, don't sleep on this place. I just finished my meal and am already thinking about when I can come back. I had drunken noodles w tofu and asked for no egg or fish/oyster sauce and the server accommodated happily. Get ya some
google avatar

Cathy S.

Yelp
Super disappointed in everything. The vegetarian egg rolls were so greasy the entire blotter paper was soaked with oil; the chicken larb had zero flavor - no zesty lime or chili, and no crisp lettuce cups to eat it with. Sauces for eggs rolls were decent, but spring rolls just had limp vegetables with no garlic or ginger or herbs. I think they are catering to non-Thai people or something because this was really bad. Won't be going again, unfortunately.
google avatar

Amanda P.

Yelp
So good. All of the food was good. Maybe not the BEST Thai I've ever had in general - but they have a vegetable in peanut sauce thing that is to DIE FOR. Super cute little restaurant. They have one of those annoying robot waitresses, but it wasn't too bad, and it helped the poor girl who was rushing around trying to wait on everyone. The service was good, especially considering the girl was there alone.
google avatar

Amy H.

Yelp
Was so excited to find a great Thai place so close to my new house:) Great service from a cat robot! Lol So cute! We've been here about 4 times now and mostly had excellent dishes although once it was a bit oily. Ambiance is typical strip mall restaurant but clean and cute.

Yelp
.My brother enjoyed their Thai Fried rice tremendously. He added nam prik nam pra (chilies flakes in fish oil) to it and said it was just as remembered when he lived in Thailand. We also had a couple of stir fry dishes - one eggplant and the other cashew basil. Both were good but a bit oily. Their Thai iced tea was fantastic. We had their sticky rice with custard. I would not recommend it as consistency and taste was off with regards to the custard.

Heather M.

Yelp
Crab cheese wontons were basically only fried wrapper. A teaspoon possibly of crab meat in addition to cream cheese. The white you see, is what it is inside. Disappointed.

Yelp
I loved Sunflower Thai! The food was amazing. We loved the fact that there was a robot that brought our food out from the kitchen. I definitely recommend this place!

Yelp
Just moved to Colorado from Hawaii, my fiancé and I have tried over two dozen Thai restaurants around Oahu & other islands. "Very rich in Asian cuisine" we love trying new places but we love even more having a new "go to" spot. I must say we have found our new go to spot! Sunflower Thai is amazing and authentic with their food and experience! We ordered a few different items and we both agree that this restaurant prepares their food Better than any of the restaurants we have tried all over Hawaii. We WILL be coming back here for some more amazing food! Make sure to ask for " Jintana" she is amazing and will make you feel at home. Please see the attached pictures for only some of our delicious food!

Yelp
I don't recommend. The food was cold and slimy. I do not even want to think about that visit.
google avatar

Yelp
Best Thai food I've had in a long time. Grass fed beef was tender & flavorful. Very friendly service as well.

Jason P.

Yelp
Out here on a trip and stopped in for lunch. Amazing food and great service! Good spice if you like the heat

Kimberly M.

Yelp
We ordered the drunken noodles, basil fried rice, and red curry. All three were so delicious and fresh. Will definitely be ordering from again!
google avatar

Pamala A.

Yelp
My first time here, just sorry I hadn't tried it sooner. The food was delicious, just what I was looking for this day. I had the drunken noodle w/combination and chicken egg rolls from appetizer list. Service was great, very welcoming. I was seated quickly, order came in timely manner. Interior is so tastefully decorated and has a lovely ambiance, so relaxing with music that I found enjoyable upbeat without being to loud. I will definitely return.
google avatar

Austen Marie H.

Yelp
The place looks nice, but it took 15 mins for them to acknowledge I was there to pick up my order. The waitress there continued to speak to one of her tables, and finally, someone from the back came up. It was really pricey considering. The food itself was really good we took it to go
google avatar

Hillary K.

Yelp
Yum yum yummm!! I love Thai food and have tried it all over the country. This place is right down the road from us and I am soooo glad we tried it. I can't wait to head back and try more
google avatar

Kevin F.

Yelp
This place is great! Chicken satay was to die for, crispy and delicious. Parang curry is great, and Pad Thai was the best I've had in Colorado since I moved here! Only warning is... if they ask for your preferred spice level from 1-6, don't go and think 3 will be mild. I got a 3 thinking it would be medium/mellow. It's insanely spicy! Still delicious nonetheless. Definitely coming back soon!
google avatar

Andrew R.

Yelp
I normally don't write reviews but after eating here multiple times and trying countless Thai places near us I have to say this is the best Thai food around. It has authentic flavor and the staff are super friendly. Give them time with the service as this is a new place and good food takes time. 11/10 would recommend and happy to have found out go to Thai place

Isa A.

Yelp
Decided to try this place out after seeing it near a store I was shopping at. Restaurant is clean and welcoming. My husband and I ordered the panang curry and pad see ew. Both delicious and the spice levels we chose were perfect. Customer service was also great, the server was very friendly and quick. Overall, would recommend and will definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

Yelp
This place gets one star for the people who don't care about what they eat. If flavor is all you care about then this is the place for you. If you have any interest in the ingredients that are in the dish you are ordering you need to ask. If you have food allergies(especially seafood), food sensitivities, or food preferences make sure to specifically ASK FOR EACH AND EVERY INGREDIENT. They do not properly label their menu items with food allergies and they hide ingredients on their menu and in their dishes. There are certain seafood ingredients they will sneak into the dish without you knowing. Most restaurants these days have their menu items listed with at least the major food allergies. It's either that they are not properly labeling on their menu to hide the ingredients to get more sales or they don't label it because they are too lazy or maybe they just don't know that this is a thing. Whatever the case...it's bush league for sure. Furthermore, their (I hesitate to call them)"chefs" don't understand what common food terms mean? This place could at least have some hiring or training standards if they are serving food. Apparently to them FISH SAUCE and SHRIMP PASTE is VEGAN! I know vegan food has come a long way and they do have mock products on their menu...the shrimp paste and fish sauce isn't a mock shrimp paste and mock fish sauce. It's the real thing. Lmfao. I guess I'm lucky that I just prefer not to eat that poison. They are seriously going to serve food and hurt or kill someone who has food allergies. I'm surprised they haven't killed anyone already. Maybe they have... Maybe it could be you next...

Yelp
I want to start by saying that Thai food is my favorite type of food and I eat it very frequently. I have also eaten Thai food in Thailand so I have a pretty good grasp on what great Thai food tastes like. We ordered through the restaurant's app (Beyond Menu) and didn't know until we got to the location to pick up our food that the restaurant had been renamed from Tasty Thai, although the sign on the restaurant still says Tasty Thai. The flavor of one of my dishes was great, although the beef was extremely dry. I ended up feeding it to my dog, which was a shame because I was very excited for this meal. The noodles were dry too, but I ate them because they were better than the beef and I was hungry. The broccoli and fried egg were cooked to perfection, but that hardly makes up for the +$2 beef up charge tasting like an arid desert. I just spent $27 on two very basic entrees, and neither of them were good enough for me to enjoy eating. I am sorely disappointed. I was hoping I could have 2-3 meals out of this and I dislike it so much that I will have to buy other food instead. I feel like it was a waste of my money. I also ordered yellow curry chicken. Although I specified "medium", my curry was so spicy I couldn't eat it, although ordering medium all other Thai places has always treated me well. The white rice wasn't even good-- how does one muck up rice?!? It was long-grain and tasted re-heated versus fresh. The texture reminded me more of Indian rice than good Thai rice. My boyfriend ordered Pad Thai, which he said was 3.5 stars, but said his beef was also dry and that the noodles could have been better. He was disheartened that there were no additives like chili peppers, and that it only had lime and peanuts. This was wholly a very sad experience, especially since we drove thirty minutes to try this place that had largely solid reviews.

Yelp
We drove here from downtown Denver based upon an internet review and were richly rewarded. The two of us ordred the appetizer sampler, whcih was lighlty deep fried with ultra fresh shrimp and greatsping and egg rolls withou excess fat. I never saw sausage in asian food and ordered the Issan sausage and now wish I could find more. My wife ordered one of the red curries and again beyond its fabulous taste was its great freshness. I ordred the seafood talay and it was the best I have had in the USA. There is obviously stiff competition among the panoply of asianand Thai restaurants yet Sunflower Thai is worth the trip. We will be repeat customers

Jeni P.

Yelp
The food was delivered early and was still super hot. Loved that. However, the flavor left a lot to be desired. The pad thai isn't spicy and the sauce is more grease than anything else. The won ton soup was a garlic water based kitchen catch all four any vegitable they could add. Maybe I'm just picky, try for yourself.
google avatar

Free B.

Yelp
The food is fairly good. Very interesting place. The ambience is a little bit sterile. I guess this place is good enough that we will attend it once a year.
google avatar

Ashley V.

Yelp
Terrible service. They have messed up my online order multiple times and every single time I show up at the designated time for pickup it's always at least 15-20 more minutes which makes me think that they don't even start online orders until you show up.
google avatar

Tina M.

Yelp
I ordered the crab rangoon, pad thai, and mussuman curry for delivery. They were okay - tasted a bit different than most I've had (and I've eaten a lot of Thai food - even in Thailand itself). Unfortunately, didn't hit the mark for a reorder.

R. F.

Yelp
We got there around 5:40pm Sunday and by the time we left, the dining area was almost full. We ordered Tom Kha soup with Tofu and Massamun Curry (mild) with fish. OMG, So delicious! I always start with mild since Thai medium spicy always creates sweat beads on my upper lip! The Tom Kha (small size, for one person) had perfect tang and seasoning. Didn't want to order the large size, (for 2-3 people). Massaman curry was excellent! While we dined there, the GrubHub guys kept coming back to pickup take-out orders. Others figured out how good this place is -- I'm glad we found them too!
google avatar

Noelle J.

Yelp
Wow!! The food here is AMAZING!! By far the best Thai I've ever had! We had the pad se ew, crab cheese wontons, Thai tea boba and the sweet rice dessert. Each course was delicious, hot and immaculate. Go here!!!

Amber D.

Yelp
I love this place. I like how you can tell them a level of spice (1-6). The Tom yum soup so good and i love the pad thai! My son really enjoys the robot that brings the food out.
google avatar

Chris K.

Yelp
This place is rated WAY too low. I have had Thai food all over the country, and this place is solid! Great flavors, great portions. Pumpkin curry tasted amazing! Glad I tried them out. I will be back!!!
google avatar

Clarissa N.

Yelp
This place has delicious pad thai and the portions are great for the price. I also loved the sticky rice with mango and coconut sauce dessert they serve, it's the best I've had!!

Michelle H.

Yelp
I went back to Sunflower Thai last night and tried something different: the Stir Fry chicken with Cashews. Wow!!! The reason that this food is the best is because they don't overcook the veggies. They are bright and colorful. I wish that I would have taken a picture because it was beautiful. The food was seasoned perfectly. They ask you how spicy do you want it on a scale from 1-6. I love spicy so I ordered a 4. The proportions are generous. I had enough leftovers for another meal. The staff is friendly. The service is fast. The prices are reasonable. I love this place!
google avatar

Bryan A.

Yelp
Awesome food and even more awesome people! I wish I lived closer to the place or else I'd eat here all the time!

Dels B.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. Loved being served by the little robot. Spring rolls and panang curry v good and try the Tom ka soup.

Nicole R.

Yelp
Our new favorite Thai place. Highly recommend the massam curry and drunken noodle. Very friendly staff! We will be coming back for many more dinner nights
google avatar

Victoria D.

Yelp
Outstanding dinner! Very delicious food and very good service! Love it! Nice restaurant, definitely will come back here!

Deb C.

Yelp
The husband spotted this place and demanded that we eat lunch here. 11:30am on a Friday and we were the only patrons. The crab cheese wontons had a thick wrapper that tasted chalky and undercooked, although looked almost burnt on the outside. The waitress was sweet. There was an odor of fresh paint as we ate. The Issan Sausage was very good. The side order of veggies seemed like the veggies had been from a frozen bag. I wanted to support this place, but I cannot
google avatar

Analynn I.

Yelp
This place popped up on my yelp while I was searching for a restaurant and I'm so glad we tried it. Not realizing this was in the same location where a prior Thai restaurant was ---this place is a thousand times better than the previous restaurant. The food here is amazing and so fresh. We ordered their Thai Basil Eggplant, Papaya Salad, Squid Salad and Pad Thai. Every single dish was yummy! The Thai Basil eggplant vegetables were fresh and crisp and not wilted and soft like other places. This is a must try.... Please go and support this place so they stay open.

Yelp
Beware of some odd business practices we experienced at this restaurant! My husband and I went to lunch at Sunflower Thai Westminster for the first time. We go to many Thai restaurants every chance we get. Felt the curry dishes that we ordered were quite good and thought we would return again--until we got the check. We noticed that we were charged more for our items than the price listed on the menu. Both of our curries were $13.99 each on the menu, but we were charged $14.55 each for them. When we asked about it, the "owner" who was waiting on our table (along with the little robot) said that the price on the menu was wrong and she had charged us the right price of $14.55. We asked to see the menu again because we thought we must have been mistaken. The menu listed the price of $13.99 so we objected to the charge on the bill. The owner said the price on the menu was the price if you pay cash; however, she admitted that no where on the menu or in the restaurant were there any notices that the price listed in the menu was for cash only. She only said that they were going to change it on the menu but had not yet made the change!! She continued to say we were charged correctly for the dish and even though she admitted there was nothing warning customers that the price was different if you pay with a card, she did not offer to change the amount on our bill. BTW, the waitperson/owner did not know we were paying with a card until she brought the check! I explained that it was a bad business practice to charge a customer more than what is listed on the menu but, again she did not offer to change it. We would have gladly paid the higher price if it had been listed on the menu when we ordered. I told her we would pay the higher price but would not be leaving a tip and that we were going to leave a review about this, thus this negative review. If she had offered to change it to the menu price listed, we would have given it another star.

Yelp
Clean restaurant. Friendly waitstaff. Had appetizers. Won tons were over cooked. Tempura shrimp was OK, but not great. Shrimp fresh wrap was a definite disappointment. Way too much lettuce with little else, 2 very small shrimp in each wrap.
