Google
I recently tried the healthy açaí bowl here, and it was absolutely fantastic! The açaí was perfectly smooth and refreshing, with a natural sweetness that didn’t feel heavy or artificial. The toppings were super fresh — vibrant berries, crunchy granola, and a drizzle of honey that tied everything together beautifully. What I loved most is how balanced it felt: light, nutritious, and energizing without sacrificing flavor. It’s the kind of bowl that makes you feel good from the first bite to the last. If you’re looking for a delicious and wholesome treat, this açaí bowl is definitely worth trying!

Google
Cafe with lots of tea, juice, some soup and Açai Bowl options. etc. Patio seating outside. Large menu. Price is significantly higher than nearby alternatives. Also, was turned off by the 'Psalm 103:1–5' sign in the front as I'm careful to not purchase from organizations that fund discriminatory groups due to their religious beliefs (like Chick-fil-a). There are plenty of other options up and down Congress; perhaps best to explore your options elsewhere.

Google
Update: new GF options and fall drink! Amazing menu! The drip coffee is really good. All of the options are healthy. The mint chocolate chip smoothie is very satisfying. There are quick to go premade items to the left upon entry. They have A2 milk! I’ve read some of these books and highly recommend! Fun shopping area. Stopping in here was worth it.

Google
Mushroom coffee is a go. I repeat mushroom coffee is a go. 8.3/10 Mid strawberry matcha. 7.1/10 Cool cashier. Called me bro. Will be back.

Daniel K.

Google
Don’t know if they made a mistake one time or if it’s a regular occurrence, but I ordered a Hawaiian bowl which is good itself until I found a strand of hair burrowed deep in the bowl. Such a shame since the food is good but ruins my appetite after seeing this.

Google
My healing diet has become even more limited lately, and SunLife has honestly been saving me. Fresh bone broth, nourishing soups, clean smoothies -it’s comfort with integrity. The lentil soup is incredible (even better the next day), the tomato soup is a 10/10, and the strawberry iced matcha tastes like pink, sweet perfection with zero chalky texture. Everything here tastes intentional and balanced. The staff and managers are total pros - kind, fast, and genuinely knowledgeable. You can tell they care about the products and the people. The shop carries quality books, thick soft hoodies, cute trucker hats, amazing granola, and clean electrolyte drink mixes. Everything they sell is pure quality, no fake ingredients. It’s become my go-to after Equinox for something nourishing or to grab a last-minute gift. The fall drinks look so good (even pumpkin-spice lovers have options), and their billion-dollar smoothie and Fountain of Youth live up to the hype. Grateful I discovered this place -seriously, y’all go. And tip a little extra if you can.

Google
Did not know how to make espresso shots though on the menu. Ended up with a cold americano. The peanut butter protein shake was good per my bf though. Cost $20 and a long wait despite no one in front of us. Owner made it right by reaching out and refunding me for the inconvenience while I was on vacation. Also mentioned making sure staff was trained. That’s really great customer service you don’t always receive; I appreciated it.

Google
Absolutely the best smoothies and acai bowls. If you're looking for a health start to your day or even in the middle of your day - SunLife is a slice of healthy heaven. I'm from California and this always makes me feel (and miss) home!! ☀️
google avatar

Haley A.

Yelp
SunLife is always delicious! I try and get something new on the menu every-time I go they have a lot of options! Recently I tried the chocolate protein shake and added peanut butter and it was AMAZING! Sort of pricey but consistently good!
google avatar

Celeste C.

Yelp
Came in yesterday to this establishment. I have never been but I have been battling a cold for a week now, so I wanted to have something that would help me. The lady in the cashier was so nice and answered all my questions and even help me with what she thinks what would help me. We order two juices and I got a wellness shot and a smoothie. The wellness shot it's not tasteful but gosh it burned my throat I felt the pepper so you know that's good. The smoothie I'll be honest it was ok I liked the juices more. I'll definitely be back. My only issue is they forgot some things of my order so they took forever not a big issue I wasn't even in a hurry.

Wendy R.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I are feral for this place. We love the variety of yummy bowls, drinks, and snacks. The fact that everything is organic and has clean ingredients is chef's kiss. Staff are friendly and the place is very clean and cutely decorated. We also love the story behind SunLife with Khalil. We will definitely keep coming back for more.
google avatar

Kathy P.

Yelp
Wandered in and perused all the supplements and goodies Sunlife has to offer. The smoothie personnel (Asian person) was super friendly and made a tasty smoothie, we also got a "Glow" juice...it better make me glow tomorrow or I'll be so disappointed, lol! The only thing I didn't like was the unfriendliness of the other person working but it's fine what we bought was good.
google avatar

Emma G.

Yelp
I was already cranky about this place because it took them over 20 minutes from ordering to making a panini (avocado, goat cheese, spinach, hot honey) and an avocado toast (mushy bread, drenched in balsamic, not very good) and a bone broth -- which they poured first, so the broth was lukewarm by the time the rest of the food was ready. But when I got home to eat my panini, I bit into something hard, and extracted this piece of plastic. I was afraid it was a hair clip, but I think it's more likely a piece of an avocado masher -- see pic. When I called to express my concern, nobody picked up; and the voicemail box was full.
google avatar

Erin T.

Yelp
I got the Pink Cloud. Such a refreshing smoothie! This place has the nicest workers. She was giving great recommendations since this was my first time trying SunLife.
google avatar

Taylor L.

Yelp
Love the vibes of sunlife, and all the flavor options are different than other smoothie options in town!
google avatar

Jonathan M.

Yelp
Sunlife has the highest quality ingredients to fuel your body with goodness. It's a treat to come here and it's always an excellent decision
google avatar

Sarah M.

Yelp
What a treat!! Had to stop by this cute spot while on a quick trip to the city! Both myself and a friend got the Buddha Bowl and added vanilla protein and removed the chocolate drizzle. It was so filling and definitely worth the trip!

Cam M.

Yelp
The most expensive latte/coffee is the best one. Would recommend 11/10 will be coming back for more. If you don't go here, you're going to have an awful day, just saying
google avatar

John L.

Yelp
The most amazing staff that remembers your name and your order in addition to the food being incredibly fresh and delicious
google avatar

Skylar W.

Yelp
I've heard of SunLife through The Skinny Confidential Podcast and was so excited to visit for my first time when I was in Austin! It's incredibly overpriced, so I'm honestly glad there isn't one local to me - but I LOVE how they sell clean supplements, low-tox products, and focus on superfoods and adaptogens. On the first day of our trip, my friend and I each bought a wellness shot ($8!!!!). On our last day, we each got a Mystic smoothie and one of the Beekeepers Naturals immune sprays. The smoothie was delicious, but I'm unsure if any smoothie is worth $18. Definitely gives LA energy and fit the South Congress aesthetic - I would absolutely go back because I'm a sucker for this type of place, but once again...happy there isn't one by me to take all my money!

Rachael F.

Yelp
Smoothies are GOOD. If you are in south congress you should definitely check this place out!
google avatar

Shem W.

Yelp
I ordered the Buddha Bowl here. It was really good. It's a pretty big portion and can probably be shared with another person. It comes with acai and is topped with paleo granola, peanut butter, cacao nibs, blueberries, bananas, strawberries, chocolate spread, coconut chips and raw honey. The black coffee was great too. It was smooth and hot. The servers were friendly and they have a small patio with a few tables where you can enjoy your bowl while you do some people watching on South Congress.

James S.

Yelp
Such a cute little spot for your green juice. My girlfriend and I were staying at the soho house and decided to stop by. The staff was friendly and it has a great selection of organic smoothies and shakes. A little bit of Malibu in Austin!
google avatar

Chantel H.

Yelp
Sun Life Organics is a well-known chain of health-conscious cafes, I heard about it on a podcast so when exploring Austin and passing by I had to stop in. Their menu features a variety of organic and wholesome items, including smoothies, bowls, juices, and salads. The cafe has a trendy and welcoming atmosphere, with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. I tried the matcha and it was alright, nothing out of this world. My friend ordered some smoothies and really enjoyed their drinks so maybe I made the mistake of not getting a smoothie or juice.

Cameron D.

Yelp
Great atmosphere friendly staff and attention to detail is seen throughout the store! Great place to grab a shake or bowl and feel good about what you're eating !

Valerie C.

Yelp
Love this spot in Austin. So much good energy, delicious smoothies, and huge crystals everywhere. One of my favorites for sure!
google avatar

Abigail L.

Yelp
Yummm!!! So glad we found SunLife Organics. We love a good açaí bowl and this place has a good variety to choose from. We went with the Buddha bowl and it was sooo good! What a nice Sunday morning treat. The place is so cute and chic and customer service was excellent. It's always nice being greeted early in the morning by friendly servers :)

Neelakshi S.

Yelp
Loved the service and the people, they are very sweet, and I would definitely recommend this place!! Happy Sunday!

Nicole Z.

Yelp
Sunlige organics has amazing smoothies and great staff!! We got the camp form s'mores drink
google avatar

Sonia K.

Yelp
Sunlife is pure light and love in juice form! Searing up the freshness for 14 years and counting! The Wolverine is our go to though I am often tempted by the million dollar smoothie. You can't go wrong with all of their delicious and thoughtful options.

M S.

Yelp
Amazing drinks and vibes at this cute smoothie shop on soco. The service was great I will be coming back.

Cynthia S.

Yelp
I love this place! What a vitamin super house. I desperately needed a wellness shot and found a haven of tinctures, snacks and fun adaptogen powders. Health nuts look no more for vitamins and juices.

Mica D.

Yelp
Always goood and they are helpful with any questions. Love em! Recommend getting the shake extra thick
google avatar

Irene N.

Yelp
A great treat in Austin! I loved the freshness of all of the fruit and toppings. They have a huge menu and I love the interior of the store as well!
google avatar

Marissa L.

Yelp
Sunlife is one of my favorite places in Austin. I love that all of their ingredients are organic, gluten free and refined sugar free! The wolverine smoothie is my favorite. Love hearing the founder story and the impact they are making in local communities.
google avatar

Kia L.

Yelp
I have a coconut allergy and I asked the cashier if it could be removed from the bowl and she still put coconut in nor did they call my name when my order was ready. Everything is extremely overpriced and clearly simple orders cannot be remembered. Such a disappointing experience for a $20 açaí bowl.
google avatar

Jesse B.

Yelp
My favorite smoothie / açaí bowl shop from my home in LA... now available in Austin, TX! Love the founder, the staff is always friendly, the vibes are immaculate, and they don't miss with their healthy meals. (And if they do make a mistake, they're quick to fix it and ensue complete satisfaction).

Dalton R.

Yelp
Great customer service. Thank you Nisa. You Rock!!!Great food and atmosphere . Check this spot out if you are on congress.

Rama K.

Yelp
I got the Buddha bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. The energy in the cafe is also great!

Yelp
I first stumbled upon SLO by accident, as I had an unplanned meeting near the store. As soon as I walked in, I was in love! I am an energy person -- meaning, if a restaurant/area doesn't have a good vibe, I cannot enjoy the entire experience, no matter how good the food is -- so when I was in the store, I felt amazing -- the moss wall with crystal, the giant crystal out front, to the neon LOVE sign -- I knew I was in the right place. And then I found out about the owner's backstory, and as a fellow sober bro, I knew my dollars were well spent. The crew was great, the acai bowl was incredible, and I'll continue to make it my go-to spot whenever I'm in SoCo (which is not often enough!). Some may have a bit of sticker shock, however, I say that we 100% get what we pay for, and I do not know of any other establishment that serves these products that puts as much heart and soul into their offerings, so I don't see my purchase as serving myself as much as it is allowing me to be connected to a community of LIFE. My only "constructive feedback" would be the presentation on the bowls hasn't always been as consistently pretty as the store, but I only think that bc I'm an aesthetic diva, and no one else would probably even notice. Moral of the story: Just go!
google avatar

Casey C.

Yelp
It was suuuch a hot day, so we stopped by SunLife. I got the alchemist, which was good but nothing special. My other friends each got the Pink Cloud, but for some reason they tasted really different from each other. It did the trick during a hot day, but I don't think I would crave it or seek it out again.
google avatar

Paola L.

Yelp
A perfectly located juice spot right on South Congress in the midst of a great line up of stores is Sunlife and they're here to serve. The juice was beautifully curated and super tasty, yes the price is higher than most but the freshness and quality is where it stands out making it worth it. The avocado toast was on perfectly toasted bread with a heap of avocado and balsamic. I was a little sad it was only one small strawberry that came with it when it said strawberries but it did compliment it really well. I love the amethyst and all the quartz, definitely great to sit with while enjoying your treats.
google avatar

Jaclyn G.

Yelp
I think this is a really cute unique cafe. Love all the decor crystals and plant wall. Very small cafe with some seating inside and outside- but more for on the go. The menu seems great- love that they have gluten free options. Would love to see calories on the menu - other than that menu is great. Love the juices here - the happy juice is my favorite . With ginger added is great too. I always order large bc the price seems more worthy for size. The Buddha bowl was great- the açaí was watery and iced but toppings were good. Loved how large it was with all the nuts and fruits - great portion and filling. The avocado toast was inedible bread not toasted - not great flavor at all. The avocado purée was flavorless and not great- but they were happy to assist so still 5 star place to me.
google avatar

Donna S.

Yelp
Their acai bowls are delicious! Like high with fruit & goodies &it feels HEALTHY to eat one! My husband & I share one. They're big & filling!
google avatar

Amber P.

Yelp
Cool place, if you're into these things. My daughter, a self pro claimed hippie, loved it. Crystals everywhere, organic things, cute little fern wall thing. She got the Hawaiian Bowl... $14. But, we did wait along time for it... with no one else in line. The employees worked with no sense of urgency. But, a big plus was they spelled her name right and no one usually does.
google avatar

Kate A.

Yelp
This is without a doubt the BEST PLACE to get a smoothie bowl in Austin. The bowls are over-the-top delicious and packed with raw real-food ingredients. And YES, it's a bit pricier than your average smoothie spot but the ingredients truly speak for themselves. Nothing questionable or artificial whatsoever. I will happily pay a little extra for this standard of excellence. Every time I get the Samurai bowl I legitimately think about this place for the next few days... You will get addicted! I am a Sun Lifer for LIFE!
google avatar

Michel F.

Yelp
I just wanted a coffee and I think they are trying too hard to be health nuts. I'm clearly not in their target demographics. This is a great place for the Austin super liberals, vegan lovers living in the million dollar mansions of South Austin, what we call "gauche caviar" in my country of birth. No cow milk option is offered and no sugar. Only stevia. So I had to go with coconut milk and stevia, and my coffee tastes good, but not like coffee, more like a coconut drink. Not bad, but not what I had in mind. Since when is milk and sugar such banned ingredients?
google avatar

Elizabeth H.

Yelp
two words: coconut meat. Absolutely love spending 20 bucks on my semimonthly samurai bowl. It does in fact awaken my inner warrior

Melisa R.

Yelp
Food was horrible. Waited over 30 minutes for my food and my panini was burnt. It took forever to get my food and there wasn't even a long line. It's overpriced and not to mention I found a hair in my panini. Definitely not coming back.
google avatar

R G.

Yelp
Their location in SoCo is lit . The healthy options on their menu is quite a treat and makes it hard to pick one. I was surprised to learn they don't make their own nut milk and won't disclose the brand of nut milk they use in their smoothies. Being a health nut (no pun intended) myself, I don't do any branded /off the shelf nut milks , I'm reluctant to pay the $$ for their smoothies. Their fruit bowls look awesome too. The bougie look and feel makes this for a good date spot

Jay R.

Yelp
Sunlife Organics on South Congress is the best! Every time we walk in we're welcomed in and greeted with big smiles each one of the staff members :) Everything on the menu is incredible (try the Shroom and the GOAT ) plus, the vibe is amazing. This is THE place you want to visit anytime you're at SoCo
google avatar

Anton C.

Yelp
The food does taste good and I hope it's as healthy as they portray it to be but I can't justify the price especially when every time I pick up my order it's a mess. Coffee is 2/3 full and bowls are always leaking. Last time it seemed like they used old fruits and there was less of it than usual. I expect more when I pay $35 for two items.
google avatar

Natalie R.

Yelp
Okay bowl that is overpriced. We tried the Brazilian Bowl and Dragon Bowl. Nothing special about them for the price. Better bowls and hard to believe...Cheaper! in Hawaii.
google avatar

Jenny K.

Yelp
Delicious and fresh as always! Love that when visiting Austin I came across my favorite juice and smoothie spot. This place is legit. The best quality! Today I got the Happy green juice which is so tasty. It's the perfect mixture of fruits and veggies making it not overly sweet. Thanks for perfect afternoon juice stop.
google avatar

Sara P.

Yelp
I am currently in the throes of death from a smoothie from here. How can a smoothie make you feel like you are legit DYING 20 minutes after consumption. How?!? Almond butter, almond milk, bee pollen, royal jelly, dates banana....DID THEY ADD ECOLI???! This is strike number two. They served one of my friends a smoothie sample that was promised nut free. Guess who ended up in the hospital?!? You guessed it! So if you have a peanut allergy...AVOID. And this place is not cheap! My smoothie was FULL of ice cubes. Full. Which now i should be grateful for bc it means I ingested less poison. But right now...and for the past hour I have been dying. I need a c-section to remove the demon!!!
google avatar

Candy B.

Yelp
I love this place. I'm not usually in this part of Austin but I was so happy to find SunLife while I was here. Staff is super friendly and the smoothies are top notch. Being vegan I really appreciated their non-dairy options and they're more than happy to modify anything for you. My fav is the Mystic but if you're a coffee lover the Shroom Shake would wake you right up. I love that there's no size to choose and I always end up skipping lunch because 1 shake is so filling. Next time I'm here I'll no doubt be coming in for a smoothie, they're the best in Austin. A nice little bonus are the huge and stunning natural stones they have on display. Thank you for sharing these with us!

K B.

Yelp
I had a Samurai açaí bowl here and for $20+ I expect a whole lot more. The açaí is watery and my bowl is so filled that I can't even mix the contents. One ingredient was coconut chunks and the one in my bowl is not ripe and IMMEDIATELY makes my stomach upset and I'm unable to finish the bowl. Common knowledge to not serve or consume not ripe coconut chunks because it can cause a lot of GI issues. Won't be back, I'll take my L on the 45$ for two açaí bowls. If you're reading spare your self the pain and suffering
