I love this place! The food is great, the service is great, and the seating is nice. I’ve come here twice so far with my mother, and we both love it! I especially love the French toast with Nutella and berries (I’m forgetting the exact name of the menu item!), and I totally recommend it to anyone who loves sweet flavors for breakfast. It’s one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever been served!

Google
This place was really good. Service was good. Everything was clean. Food was good. I only gave 4 stars because I only had the breakfast burrito, breakfast sandwich, hash browns and fries. Prices are kind of on the high side for breakfast, however you get what you pay for and it was definitely money well spent. I'll update my rating accordingly when I try more of the menu. With all of that said, I will definitely eat here again!

Google
We stopped in for late brunch to find place about half full and staff running. Took a few minutes to get a server, but once we placed our order, it all came out very fast. Both coffees were very tasty, the cinnamon & banana bread are good, huevos ranchers was different than normal but good, wife had simple egg and sausage. The huckleberry compote is something to try. Best part they offer a nice veterans discount. We will be back to try more stuff.

First time eating here! Everything we had was tasty. The thing about this restaurant is the options. So many different flavors to choose from in either pancakes, waffles, or french toast. I picked the strawberry shortcake french toast. It was delicious!!!! My wife really enjoyed here egg white omelette and those crispy potatoes were yummy!!! The pancakes were soft and fluffy and that lemon flavor was the bomb.. I definitely recommend giving this place a shot if you are looking for a nice breakfast spot. We'll be back for sure!!!!

The food looks better than it tasted unfortunately. The service was pretty good. While the atmosphere I couldn’t get the ringing out of my ear from feedback on the overhead speakers. Upstairs might be better but I believe it was closed off.

Google
The food was good. However, I was surprised about the presentation. I ordered a steak 🥩 skillet with eggs 🍳, potatoes 🥔, mushrooms 🍄 and cheese 🧀. The food was on a plate - not a skillet and the items were placed separately on the plate. Usually restaurants mix up ingredients for a skillet. Was I supposed to mix them up myself? Also I was shocked that they served my friend a soda in a can and charged $3.50. Seriously?! Our server was nice and I loved the Christmas decorations!

Last-minute cancellation decided to go to brunch with my husband I was looking for somewhere they have mimosas but I really like the photos of the food at this place so we ended up going somewhere they didn’t have liquor. I ordered the croissant sunny up breakfast and it was perfect it came with salmon and spinach on it I got my eggs over medium and it came with potatoes. My husband got the chicken and waffles in the waffle was average to medium size but it came with a bunch of chicken tenders and he said the chicken tenders taste really juicy and soft which was perfect. I ordered a vanilla lavender latte which was amazing! The staff was very nice! Our servers service was a little slow for my liking but she was sweet!

Google
The food was very good here. We got steak and eggs, nutella crepes, raspberry cream and banana french toast, and biscuits and gravy. The only thing was the biscuits were a tad dry but they were still good. The Nutella crepes were the favorite at the table.

Yelp
My boyfriend brought me here for a lunch date, the service was fast and great. They are on top of things.

Yelp
Had a fantastic breakfast at Sunny Side Up in Vegas. We were pleasantly surprised to be seated immediately upon arrival. The menu was tempting, and we settled on the banana pancakes and veggie omelet - both choices were absolutely outstanding. The portions were generous, ensuring we left satisfied. The service, while a bit slow, didn't dampen our experience. However, it would have been nice to be offered water without having to ask. The ambiance of the place was perfect for a breakfast setting - cozy and inviting. Overall, I highly recommend Sunny Side Up for a hearty and delicious breakfast. The food quality and ambiance make it a standout spot in Vegas.

Robin A.

Yelp
This place has such a good vibe. We took a weekend to Vegas and got to come here for brunch. The food was delicious. My friend got unlimited Mimosas. There are non-alcoholic options too. The workers were really nice and attentive. They recommended the egg Bennett. So we tried that. This place seems pretty popular. I can see why. We really enjoyed ourselves here. Great service, great food. What more can you ask for.

Yelp
I heard the rave about this cute place. My friends said it was a great breakfast spot. So the hubby and I ventured over for some much needed time alone together. We went to their Boca Park location. They have patio seating, which was perfect for the day we went. The staff was cordial and greeted us nicely. They let us choose where we wanted to sit, which was outside. Diane S, our server, was very helpful. She gave us a brief rundown of their menu items along with some of her favorites. We ordered the Chilaquiles and the Sakura Ham Benedict. These meals were so delicious. The chilaquiles sauce was perfectly flavored, the tortillas crunchy, the whole meal was on point! The Sakura ham Benedict was super yummy. I've never tasted hollandaise sauce this delicious and creamy, not watery at all. The server was attentive with our needs, ensuring we had what we needed, kept our coffee and water full, and checked in with us without being overbearing. If you haven't tried this restaurant yet, you really need to go! They will also be opening their steakhouse right next door! We can't wait to check it out.

Yelp
After an appointment, I stopped in here for breakfast. I had been to the other location but this was on my way home so I thought I would give this one a try. The place was almost empty at around 9:15 AM and parking was great as the other stores were not yet open. I was seated immediately. I was surprised how small the place was but it's a bit deceiving when you look at the number of tables there are and there's something upstairs, too! A server asked about coffee and I soon was served the coffee. I decided to go for something different than my normal Benedict so I orderded the huevos rancheros. There are three eggs and I asked for them to be sunny side up. Before my breakfast came, my server stopped and refilled my coffee cup. In a short time, the breakfast was brought. It looked like a whole lot of stuff and that's what huevos rancheros is. Black beans, three eggs, red and green salsa, tostada, and topped with Mexican crema. There were also several potatoes along the side. The plate was filled with food! Digging in, I soon was enjoying a solid breakfast. The dish was very good. Mixing some egg with the black beans and then having some pototo--that's the way to go! As I ate, more people arrived. The restaurant was always quiet--well except for one infant who decided to make his presence known for a short time. Service was very good. This is a good breakfast place and there are still a lot of Benedicts to go for in the future.

Yelp
First time going to sunny side up and it was delicious. We went for bottomless mimosas for $20. The food was so good and the price was really good for the portions . Definitely recommend !! Diana was our server very attentive always made sure we had our glasses full. I do recommend going with the hasbrowns. The other potatoes were something else lol. The ambiance was great not to loud but not to quiet either. Great place overall

Talyia R.

Yelp
The restaurant is located in Boca Park. A small quaint place with dining downstairs and upstairs. The staff was friendly and made great suggestions. They have the best vanilla lavander latte. They have an unconventional breakfast menu, which makes this place a gem. I love the different food options like yhr birriera and banana pudding pancakes. The food was phenomenal!

Judy P.

Yelp
Top 3 of my favorite breakfast places! I love their vanilla latte. A perfect amount of sweetness. My favorite thing to get here is the Chilaquiles. It's my weakness here. If you love Pancakes, you got to try it here! So fluffy and soft. It's delicious. They do seasonal pancakes which makes you want to come a try them all. The service is always great. Friendly servers and they are pretty good with checking up on you. The vibes are great. Simple decor and they do have an upstairs dining at the Boca Park location. Overall, it's a great place to eat! Happy eating my fellow Yelpers!

Michelle L.

Yelp
My meal at Sunny Side Up was quite delicious! I got the garden burrata scramble and it was well seasoned, with lots of veggies, and the burrata was a nice addition. I also really enjoyed the hashbrowns because they were cooked nicely and had a great crunch. We also tried the banana pudding pancakes which was alright. Definitely on the heavy side. The overall ambiance is on the diner-type vibe. The service could have been better, we were never given any water but the food did come out fast. I'd definitely come again, there were lots of other options on the menu I'd like to try.

Tayler J.

Yelp
I'm not sure why the rating isn't better for this restaurant! It's one of my favorite brunch spots. I've been so many times, but came recently and was blown away! Our server was super kind and when I ordered the lavender latte he told us about a special where you pay $9 to get a latte & bread. I got the banana nut bread and my friend got the cinnamon coffee bread. The banana nut was our favorite and so good I wish I got two! The food was also delicious...as usual. :) It's not a brunch place with alcohol btw but if you are ok with that and you love lattes, this is the place!

Regina R.

Yelp
Very good classic pancakes. Service was prompt and friendly. The environment was lovely and a bit posh. The weather allowed for outdoor

Kelly H.

Yelp
This was my second time at Sunny Side Up and they continue to impress with their delicious food and drinks. Our server Diana was super friendly and helpful, and made sure that we had everything we needed and that our glasses were never empty. I tried the Chicken and Waffles and was blown away with how good it was. They serve a giant portion of crispy and juicy fried chicken breast atop a great breakfast gravy with a waffle that has a little bit of cheddar cheese baked into it. The combination of sweet and salty was perfect and hit the spot. It's large enough to share and was more than I could eat. My wife had the smoked salmon benedict and it was also amazing. The eggs were poached just right, the salmon was fresh and smoky, and the hashbrowns were crispy on top and fluffy in the middle. We ordered mimosas and after the second round were informed by our server Diana that after two, they'll switch you over to unlimited mimosas. That's great to know that they'll switch you over to unlimited so you don't have to decide before you have your first one. For $20, it is a great deal for an hour and a half of pretty good mimosas. This place is definitely on our rotation of breakfast spots now. It has great food, large portions, and good drinks.

Yelp
This WAS a great place before the new management came in and changed everything. Food, coffee and service WAS great, until "new management" come into a restaurant, and it goes out of business a year later? By cutting costs. raising prices and not caring? Would love to read how this happened. Stopped by to see if Sunny Side Up got better since new mgt took over, but it's now closed. Amazing...

Bernardo G.

Yelp
Decided to try this location for breakfast on Valentines Day we arrived around 8:30am and couldn't really tell if they were open or not upon driving by. We decided to walk inside it was empty and the hostess greeted as well and let us know there was change in management soon so they no were missing a lot of items on their menu. We appreciated the heads up and looked over the menu and looks like they would be able to make what we chose. The dinning area is very clean and the ambiance was nice. I ordered the chilaquiles with green salsa the tortilla chips were just the right amount of crunch and the salsa had a good flavor with just enough spice. They came with chicken which was very little chicken and quite chewy. The egg bendict was ok the sauce seemed a little off and tasted very salty but was probably from the chorizo. All in all the food was good just nothing really stood out as great and the prices really didn't justify what these items cost, definitely on the high side the chilaquiles w/chicken were $24. I would maybe consider returning once new management is in and see if they make any changes based on future reviews.

Melissa I.

Yelp
This place is soo cute and delicious! They have optional outdoor (shaded) seating or indoor seating- they even have an upstairs seating area! I feel the tables were adequately spaced and chairs very comfy. I ordered the chilaquiles with a side of hashbrowns and it was aaaaamazing!!! The service was impeccable and very attentive. The prices were decent too! Definitely returning :)

Cassandra S.

Yelp
We came in for breakfast, have driven by and decided to finally stop in. Upon arrival the hostess was helping a group who had been overcharged. Another man greeted us and sat us. The inside is cute. I hadn't had my morning Joe so I ordered a vanilla latte. When it came out the froth seemed off. So I took a sip and the milk tasted rancid. I moved the froth was it just that? Nope I believe the milk was spoiled. I told my waiter and he took the drink back. We placed our order, I have the Birria Benedict. My husband ordered the breakfast sandwich. So We get our food. My husbands sandwich was massive. Anyone who knows Benedict knows the eggs are not coooked through. My eggs were solid like hard boiled eggs. There was too much birria and it wasn't super flavorful. I asked for salsa which seemed appropriate. The containers were quite hot so the salsa was warm. Very odd to serve hot salsa. I ate the edges of mine. My husband liked his sandwich alright. He said there was quite a lot of bacon. Well there was only bacon on one half. That's why there was so much! The best part of both our breakfasts were the potatoes. Wouldn't come back nor recommend this place to anyone.

Jessica C.

Yelp
We came here after church, the food was actually really good. Like really good. I had the green Chilaquiles, the tortilla was extra crispy how I like it. My friend had the salmon Benedict and he said it was good too! The Nutella French toast was so soft and good! Definitely recommend getting them. Did I mention the plates are big too? Also the service was good, as soon as we walked in we were greeted and sat immediately. Our service was nice and attentive. The restaurant itself looks like it's undergoing a new interior design or something. Overall, I would recommend the restaurant.

Arianna S.

Yelp
A few of my friends and I were looking for a great breakfast food place for my bestfriends birthday . I got the tuna melt with waffle fries, my friends got - a carne asada burrito with waffle fries (it was small), one chilaquiles with chicken and the other with steak and lastly steak skillet. Oh! Also. Two lattes .. 1. Lavender vanilla ( really good) 2. Vanilla late ( superior) . The green sauce was tasty, a little spicy. I added some mustard to my tuna melt, twas a little too much Mayo for my liking . Unfortunately I asked for no tomatoes and there was in fact tomato on my sandwich. The service was decent and we were seated upon arrival. Overall, our experience was good . I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast.

Hani S.

Yelp
Low customer device and low quality of food.I had a company that did take them to breakfast and food wasn't good at all and I paid $400 for 10 people.

Veronica P.

Yelp
We arrived with group of 20! A few of us from California and some Miami and locals. I was worried thinking one that my family would be disappointed, that wasn't the case! I thought we'd either have to wait over and hour or possibly not be able to eat there because we can in at a late hour. Nope! That wasn't the case, they said 20min we were seated sooner. Service was great! Food hands down amazing We will definitely coming back when we are in town visit family in Vegas

Elise L.

Yelp
Overpriced cheap brunch. We were 1 of 5 tables. - Waited 20 minutes for a $14 baked sandwich and sweet potato fries - the Caprese sandwich missing basil spread... shown in photos - smallllll $5.20 pumpkin latte cup Some improvements can be made haha

Lance M.

Yelp
I wanted to bring my girlfriend for her birthday, and this place was stupendous! Erica greeted us at the door, and was extremely welcoming and inviting! She sat us at the perfect table, and we had the perfect waiter in Jose Luis! He had exceptional waiter services and made our experience fabulous!! AND LET ME ADD THAT THE BOTTOMLESS MIMOSAS ARE SOOOOOO GOOOOD!!!! There's no better place , whether you're solo, with friends, or with loved ones... this is the place to come and have a wonderful time!! Thank you guys for your awesome service!! Visiting from Los Angeles, we will be back very soon to hang out!! Thanks again!! We love you Domingo!! LOL AWESOME STAFF!!!

Mirit A.

Yelp
This place is amazing under new management. We saw the 3.5 star rating yet saw so many five star reviews in the recent months, so we chose to come try it for breakfast and we are so glad we did! The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating, both very comfortable and with lovely ambiance. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the menu. Uriel helped our table and he was just awesome! I ordered the Burratta veggie omelette with potatoes and toast and my spouse, who is Mexican, ordered the Chilaquiles, which they are very familiar with as their favorite breakfast item. Both dishes were outstandingly delicious and the amount of food is plentiful. The prices are moderate and the menu is very good in regards to variety. The coffee is also very good. We are definitely coming back and highly recommend it!

Bill A.

Yelp
The food looks better than it tasted unfortunately. The service was pretty good. While the atmosphere I couldn't get the ringing out of my ear from feedback on the overhead speakers. Upstairs might be better but I believe it was closed off.

Francisco D.

Yelp
Great food and service. Try the Nutella Latte. It's near REI and other cool stores. Give them a try if you are looking for delicious food.

Kim B.

Yelp
I was looking for a nice place to get breakfast not inside a casino or hotel. I turned into an outside mall to pull over and check the map, when I saw Sunny Side Up, and decided to give it a try. They were fairly busy at 10am on a Saturday morning, but I was seated right away. I ordered the Boca Park omelet, coffee, and OJ. I was served water and OJ right away, but I had to ask the waiter about the coffee after waiting a while. When the food arrived, the server left right away, so I had to flag down the busy waiter to ask for condiments, too. The omelet was great, but the breakfast potatoes were a bit uninspired. All in all it was a pretty nice breakfast. It looks like it's a popular place for families with small kids.

Row M.

Yelp
Amazing new place we found in Summerlin. They have great variety in their menu and will def come back to try their Chiquiliques and Smoked Salmon Platter! I got the Corned Beef and Hash, had huge chunks of corned beef and potatoes...different version than anything you had in town. Rachel was wonderful and attentive... def putting this into our brunch and lunch rotation!!

Brenda O.

Yelp
Designer Lavazza coffee & fresh juices, at working man's prices. Our usual is the Sunny Side Classic, loaded plate with fried roasted potatoes but my favorite go to is the Huevos Rancheros that come out perfectly dressed atop crisp tortillas and house-made tomatillo sauce. Jose Miranda made the experience even better with his charismatic personality and attentive service. The wait time is usually ten minutes or less and worth the drive. There's an option for upper level seating, which is usually busy or the outdoor parasol patio

Mary G.

Yelp
Worst service, ordered pancakes , got cold before I got the butter, and there were very few customers in there, workers were too busy talking to each other

Diana R.

Yelp
Great food! Excellent customer service. The food was delicious. Coffee great and the food options excellent. I recommend this place. It took a little longer but worth the wait.

Cristina C.

Yelp
This place reminded me of being back in LA. Small and cozy, with great quality and service. Rochelle our server was amazing. The GM Monica really went out of her way. Loved my experience and had a great bottomless brunch. Highly recommended!

Dominique H.

Yelp
Everything was great about this place! The food was amazing. I wish my mimosa was filled up faster, but that was the irresponsible side of me. The service was great.

Ginny A.

Yelp
We had breakfast this morning and sat on the patio with our dog. Pumpkin Latte was very good, as was the pumpkin French toast. They also had pumpkin pancakes. I will be going back soon!

Ana G.

Yelp
Everything was GREAT!we were seated right away. Domingo was the best! Attended us with lots of care. The food was fantastic we ordered a few plates including pancakes. The ambiance is is dressy casual and mellow. Will definitely be coming back often!!!

Gloryann D.

Yelp
Our first time here and the food was excellent. Rochelle our server and Restaurant Manager are super sweet and made our experience a memorable. The Stuff French Toast is a Must!!! Thank you Sunny Side Up and Staff!

George B.

Yelp
Sunny Side Up is a high end eatery with white table cloths and wine glasses for water. My review is only of the Benedicts, nothing else. Marisol R. was my server. I don't think she knew what coffee refills were. I have a "top ten" list for Benedicts. This was most likely the worst Benedict review I have done. My rating is based on 3 weights : 70% = taste 20% = presentation 10% = price #1 - taste: I asked for easy poached eggs and was presented with medium and hard. Very little Hollandaise sauce with almost no flavor. The reason I review Eggs Benedict is because of the difference in the flavor of the Hollandaise sauce. I asked for hash browns instead of breakfast potatoes. #2 -presentation : The presentation was not good so not getting the full 20% value. #3-price: $16.00 is on the high side with Bennys even with hash browns. Let's talk about the hash browns. To say that they were SALTY is an understatement. I couldn't eat hardly any. Although the English muffin was grilled it was soggy. The presentation was sloppy even for less expensive meal. Coffee for $4.00 a cup is uncalled for. SUMMARY: If I was doing a top 100 list not sure it would make it. I don't like to give 1 star reviews but Sunny Side Up deserves it for this visit but that is how it worked out and earned the one star review.

Island G.

Yelp
Long wait time for food and ask for scramble eggs but got a very runny sunny side up eggs with my chilaquiles and steak. I wasn't going to wait again for my to correct order to come. Server saw I barely ate my food, could've at least gave me a discount! Won't ever come back again!!

Clara D.

Yelp
My vanilla latte was excellent this morning I had the avocado toast. Hubby loved the corn beef and hash. It was great New spot in Summerlin

Kerwin M.

Yelp
The Nutella French Toast is a great plate to order so delicious. Ruby was our server and she was so attentive and accommodating. The ambiance was wonderful music was great and not too loud decor was super cute.

Brian C.

Yelp
To me, service is above everything that creates the experience. This place has both great food and great service. We had the country fried steak and chilaquiles plus steak. Both were bomb! I'd recommend either with the bottomless mimosas.

James A.

Yelp
Great breakfast restaurant! Service is great, food is great, and ambiance is nice. The outside seating is dog friendly. We will definitely be going back. FYI the pastries are fresh and amazing.

Angelina V.

Yelp
GREAT SERVICE!! Our server Rochelle was very attentive and kind! Definitely recommend the Birria Benedict! And BOTTOMLESS MIMOSAS! Over-all recommend coming in!

Shyloh L.

Yelp
We wanted to try a new breakfast place. We came across this restaurant driving by Boca Park on our way home. As we walk in there was no customers there. It was completely empty. We sat down and our server called our daughter a him. We let it pass but that is just lack of attention. It's pretty obvious that we our baby was a girl. The water taste like lukewarm tap water. We had to ask for ice to see if it was better(didn't help). We got chicken tenders and fries for our little one and that was probably the most decent meal there even though chicken was a bit flavorless without the batter. I got the birria Benedict- the potatoes where whole, hard and flavorless unless you just ate the skin. Not to mention the burnt one. It was very unappetizing to see. The birria was ok but with a lot of fat. My other half got the Not Your Average Corned Beef Hash and it sure is not your average corn beef hash. We ate what we could cause we do not like wasting food but we didn't want to make ourselves sick either. We felt as if it was a joke and that they did it on purpose for us to never come back. If that was the case they succeeded cause we will not be back and we will not recommend it either.

Edwin C.

Yelp
I would like to start off by saying this review is not bash this company/restaurant, but only to hopefully give feedback to improve their services. Upon arrival and observation of the business, it doesn't really appear that they are open. Some type of advertisement outside, welcoming customers, would really gain more foot traffic. We were sat down immediately and we're welcomed with smiles. We were given a piece of printed paper and inserted into a see through paper holder. Multiple pieces of paper staple together. Yes that's your menu card. The restaurant gives an old Italian vibes. Dark and not very bright which did not give a great feel of being a brunch restaurant. We were not explain that some items were not available, for example, meat, salmon, and other breakfast items prior to ordering . Upon wanting to order my steak and eggs I was informed that they were out of pretty much every meat besides chicken. The waiter standing over us, waiting for us to make a decision as it if was our fault that we didn't know what order. The order of Chilaquiles, one omelette and a simple egg and bacon breakfast. Oh and a order of strawberry shortcake pancakes. Approximately 50 minutes later, we received our food. The green salsa used on the Chilaquiles did not taste fresh and did not appear to be restaurant made. The omelette was very delicious, although the potatoes lacked all seasoning and did not have any taste to them. The pancakes were absolutely delicious! Overall service was 7/10. We were given our tab, which was not itemized, and only said open table and a price. I do like to verify what I am being charged correctly every time I am at a restaurant. This made it difficult to understand what item was what and a bit confusing. Again, this review is to hopefully help this business improve some issues. Best of luck !

Cheryl H.

Yelp
Today I ordered the Tuscan Scramble with over medium eggs. It was an outstanding flavorful breakfast. My coffee drink was a cinnamon roll latte, which my mom also ordered. We both loved it. My mom had a fairly basic breakfast called The Chicago; eggs, potatoes, meat & toast. My mom loved the breakfast potatoes. The only thing not so great is that it took a little while after walking in to be acknowledged at the counter as there was another customer up there when we walked in. They got a table cleared for us pretty quickly. However, our server Sophie made up for the slight wait & provided outstanding service.

Osha G.

Yelp
Let's start off with the customer service one word WOW! They were so nice and always checked on us . The food was delicious and fresh and we loved everything . The almond latte was so good and the inside of the restaurant was nice . I will def be returning to this location

Shanedria S.

Yelp
food was amazing bottomless mimosas were a great start to a morning. Rochelle is an amazing server.

Geancarlo N.

Yelp
Best food and service from Ruby! The food was so good and I defined recommend the corn beef hash and mimosas!

Analisa H.

Yelp
A great place for breakfast or brunch. Cozy, festive, and clean atmosphere. Came with my family and we had the chilaquiles, French toast and two kids plates - all delicious. I usually don't base reviews on service, but they really went above and beyond so it's hard to leave this out. Super sweet staff making sure our coffee was hot and never empty, checking in multiple times to make sure everything was to our liking, etc. Looking forward to our next visit!

De Jana L.

Yelp
Sweet little spot with lovely ambiance. Enjoyed our iced lattes and the garden burrata omelet. Nice portion size Professional attentive service by Diana S. Look forward to coming back with friends
