Absolutely disappointing experience. We’ve given it three or four chances now, hoping it would improve, but each time the customer service has been consistently poor. There’s a clear lack of care for how customers feel while they’re there.
It’s not difficult to smile or ask someone how their day is. When we asked for a couple of sleeves for our coffees, they were simply dropped on the table without even a glance in our direction. It’s small gestures, but they make a big difference.
The place itself is cosy, which makes it even more frustrating, because the atmosphere could be great. Unfortunately, the energy coming from the staff and owners makes it hard to feel welcome. A little more respect and warmth would go a long way for their business. Good luck!
PS: food is okey but with that customer service doesn’t taste good.
