I needed some afternoon boba, so I stopped by this Sunright location. This store is located in a plaza with other businesses and it was busy during the time. However, I was able to find ground level parking. Inside the store wasn’t busy though, since I was able to order at the self kiosk right away. The kiosk had an images, so it easy to reference what to get. It was ready within two minutes. I got the Oreo Brulee boba milk tea (regular ice, fresh milk, 50% sweetness, with agar boba). It was a good drink option, especially if you are craving something sweet. This store does have a reward system if you put your phone number, so take advantage of that! American Express is accepted.

I was craving a Strawberry Matcha and this spot had a phenomenal one. I ordered a strawberry matcha with boba, custard and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was very filling and delicious. I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

This place is delicious. Their menu has plenty of drinks to choose from. Staff not too friendly, but they are fast and get people moving in and out pretty fast. You can place your order through the kiosks and wait for your name to be called out to pick up your order. This is NOT a sit-down spot. They don't have chairs or tables inside. Small sitting area located out in the front of the store. Free public parking is available behind the store.

This place is only for takeout and no indoor seating. Drinks were at point and right on taste. They have the option to order from the kiosk or counter, which is very helpful. For the first timer, recommended to use kiosk just to browse what options they have. Parking is in the back, which is quite convenient. The only think they need to do better, which is to have indoor seating. That will be great!

Our go-to neighborhood spot for boba! They're quick—we often place our online order right before leaving the house, and it's ready by the time we get to the store. Heads up that this is a takeout spot only, so don't expect seating! I love their Sunright Fruit Tea, it's so refreshing. I wanted to try a new place. Cash not accepted Interesting design. Zero indoor seating. Picture and product are VASTLY different. Drink was below average quality. Price was above average for what I got. Self-service ordering kiosk. My kiosk had a very finicky credit card chip reader; it wouldn't read it no matter how many times I tried. I know it works because I still use my CC. My drink had micro bits of what tasted like defrosted frozen fruit. The kiosk picture had a lot of boba-sized chunks of fruit. I was looking forward to the fruit for the price but was disappointed. My drink overall was below average. Service was almost non-existent because you don't really interact with the employees. No one talked to me while I had trouble with the CC machine; everyone minded their own business but that's somewhat normal.

Located in the same plaza as Half and Half, Thai Paradise, and Beard Papa’s. Park along the street out front or in the back, they have multiple stories of parking that ALWAYS have open spots (esp during covid). Enter from either the front or back is okay. The door to enter from the back does lead you to cross paths with the people who are ordering at the ordering kiosks but there should be enough room to pass by. I placed an order online and it was ready for pickup! Really fast and friendly service. She gave me a free bag for my drinks to carry. LOVE how you can get oat or almond milk as substitutions for your drinks!! Taro ice milk: got this with almond milk and it was a nice dessert! At 50% sweet, it tasted very natural, esp the taro! Boba: They are cute yellow-ish colored-super chewy and a nice size!! Good flavor! They have been pretty consistent too. Sunright Fruit tea: 75% still tastes like 100% sweet so def go lower for this one if you like lightly sweetness drinks. 4 seasons cheese foam: the tea has a nice flavor. I love how the cheese foam is very thick and creamy. The flavor is more on the cheesy side and it’s not a salty one. I would say it is similar to Tea Brick’s cheese foam. We’ve been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks so I would say we will be regulars in the future! Love the convenience of ordering online and quick grab & go service at the counter. All staff have been friendly and nice! :) Wish they had a stamp card or rewards system. On Jan 3rd- there was a promotion for a free boba pop socket if you spent $15! So cute!

This is Sunright Tea Studio outlet in Monterey Park. It is located opposite 99 Ranch Market on N Atlantic Blvd. You can order teas from the counter or from the two kiosks near the back entrance. Their selection of teas are wide and their formulation and toppings are usually tasty. I would recommend to have more customization on sweetness on the kiosk menu.

Always a solid choice. Bf likes their Orange or Lemon Yakult. My favorite or go to is Grapefruit Jasmine Tea. Occasionally, I'll get the Boba Milk Tea. I like their Taro Milk Tea, but I think they got rid off that one at this location cuz not too many people order it. Love ordering ahead via Toast app - "Local by Toast". Really like this location cuz I never had an issue. Pick up is always easy and fast. The baristas are friendly or cool. DRINKS: Grapefruit Jasmine Tea 4.5/5 My go-to although some people don't like the taste of grapefruit. I love it. Mango Milk Tea w/ Cream Pudding (white) 4/5 25% sweet. It's too sweet, but whenever I feel like a sweet drink, I would consider getting this one. Wintermelon Lemon Tea + Winter Melon Sunny Jelly 3.75/5 I like the price. It's a large drink for $2.99. Ample winter melon jelly in the drink. Taste or flavor is fine. Wintermelon tea itself is a sweet drink, so I got it with lemon to balance the sweetness. Will tried the wintermelon tea by itself. That kind of tea is more old fashioned, which is not a bad thing. Mung Bean Espresso Frostie 3.5/5 Interesting. I can taste both the mung bean and the Vietnamese coffee in this drink. It's not bad, but not my favorite or would I be head over heels with it.

Addicted to the Taro Ceylon Tea! I get it with less ice and 75% sweet. The Ceylon flavor really comes out and pairs well with the real taro, not the dyed purple syrup, real gritty ground up taro. The smooth Ceylon then after taste of taro is perfect. I come here once a week now (trying to curb sugar). I honestly love the bag. The yellow design and delicious boba is that pop of happiness I get from here.

Sunright has always been my go to boba spot and having this one within walking distance is dangerous. Like with all the other locations, there's a kiosk off to the side where you place your orders. They're located right at the hallway leading to the parking lot so it gets quite cramped back there. You could also just place your order online so that the drinks are ready at the front once you arrive, which saves the pain of waiting for the kiosk. I got my usual Roasted Oolong Tea, with boba, less sweet and less ice. The drinks have been pretty consistent with Sunright throughout all the locations I've been to and this is the same. I also appreciate that they offer dairy alternatives for those who are lactose (like me). We didn't have to wait for our drinks for long once we placed our orders on the kiosk. There were no tables nor chairs here; only a open standing space so this place is really just to take your orders to go and is not really a place to just hang out with your friends. This is now going to be my go to location.

I've tried to give this place a try so many times but just can't seem to get a good drink ever. Firstly their drinks taste horrendous. Usually I try to finish food I don't like no matter what but with this place I've had 3 sips and thrown the drink away. They also seem to have something against ice. I've ordered with regular ice every time and the drink has not a single ice cube in it. I want a refreshing drink on a hot day and I get anything but that. I am PISSED!!

My favorite boba spot right now (I don't drink a lot of boba, don't judge) Chewy sweet boba. Since I add the brown sugar boba, it raises the sweetness level significantly. Mango milk tea runs sweet. Brown sugar oat milk espresso looks cute when they give it to you. The oat flavor is pretty overpowering combined with the acidity of the espresso. There is plenty of parking behind the building, and a convenient entrance from the parking lot. No seats inside, there's a long bench outside.

This Sunright is my favorite location. I went on a Wednesday for a pick up order of 8 drinks. This was ordered on an app. By the time I got there, everything was neatly packed in a bag. I appreciated that they labeled each drink and included all of the straws. I decided to get a mango jasmine tea, which was a first try for me. I got it with 75% sugar, regular ice, and honey boba. It was a good amount of sweetness, but I think I'd try a 50% next time. This will be my new go-to drink when I'm feeling a fruit tea!

So good. Ordered the pineapple with jelly and other fruits I can't recall but bottom line this drink was refreshing and delicious. Service is outstanding. Fast and with a friendly smile. Price is reasonable and the quality is impeccable.

Sunright is one of my go to boba spots! I love that their drinks are consistently made between all locations. My favorite drinks are the grapefruit green tea when I want something fruity and the milk tea was cream pudding if I'm feeling something creamier! I love the online ordering system, and the service is usually pretty quick! The only downside is there are no seats, and you just have to grab and go.

Stopped by around 8PM on a Sunday, we placed our order by ourselves with the self kiosk machine. Small shop, not a lot of standing room but does have a little photo op as soon as you enter. We purchased 5 drinks for $33.61 (after tip), boba is an extra $0.75 and we waited about 10 minutes. They have such a large variety of drinks including children drinks. We really liked this place and would definitely come back if we're ever staying the area again.

I'm convinced that the original milk tea is their best milk tea product amongst their offering. Today i tried mango milk tea with honey boba. I learn today that just because you can, doesn't mean you should. They don't mix at all. The mango milk tea is more milk-y than mango-ey. If that's your thing, then this place is for you. But don't do what i did by adding honey boba.

This is my go to place if I want a blended matcha with red bean also known as a frostie. I like the mix of flavors between red bean and matcha and it's the closest you can get to omomos drink without driving too far. You order from the kiosk and they make your drink. There can be a long line but you can check out the other stores in the plaza while you wait. They are pretty quick with the drinks. There is limited space to hangout so it's mostly a pick up and go tea shop.

Super long overdue review for a boba place that I frequently visit. Sunright is my go to when I want something reliable and do not feel like trying something new. They are pretty consistent with their drinks, but there have been a few times where my drink was too sweet or not sweet enough even though I order 50% sugar every single time. This location has plenty of parking in the back or there are some street parking in the front. This is more of a grab and go boba kind of place since they have very limited seating outside. Ordering is done through their two kiosks or on the toast app. The drinks that I've tried so far: Sunright fruit tea: 5/5 - this is my go to drink when I want something fruity. At first, I thought the orange taste was very overpowering but I have grown to like this. Grapefruit green tea: 4/5 - I like that this drink has grapefruit pulp and slices of grapefruit. However, this drink gets pretty bitter especially if you're the kind of person who doesn't finish a drink in one sitting. Strawberry jasmine tea: 2/5 - only ordered this once but did not like it because it was pretty bland and barely had any strawberry taste. Jasmine milk tea: 5/5 - tea is very fragrant and creamy. I usually get pudding with this drink. Strawberry matcha latte: 3/4 - very creamy but matcha flavor was pretty diluted and overpowered by the strawberry, which tasted like strawberry jam.

This location in Monterey Park is consistent. Drinks are good, and boba is always consistent chewy/adente. We always get panda milk tea, but now I have tried other flavor drinks, and they did not disappoint. I'm content here and find it accommodating that they are willing to substitute 1/2 of a second topping at no additional cost. There are no chairs, no tables, and no restroom in this location. They are a cashless facility.

Of all the boba places I've tried, Sunright Tea Studio was just... OK. I shared my boyfriend's strawberry Yakult, and I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk to go. While I didn't go crazy for the Yakult drink, I DID appreciate the non-dairy options on the menu. Great for someone like me who can't tolerate dairy like she used to. My favorite places are still HEYTEA and Urban Ritual (in Northern California).

Crème brûlée milk tea with boba and half sugar was delicious. Self service is great because you order at a kiosk and they'll make the drink. Order online and pick up is convenient also. Place is clean with limited seats.

This review has been long overdue, I've been to this sunright many times. It's actually one of the boba places that I've gotten many times and would often go back. When it comes to their drink, I'm more of a milk tea kind of girl. I like their milk teas more than their regular tea drinks. The milk teas have been consistent too.So far, these are the drinks, I've tried before. Sunright boba milk- 5/5 it's one of my fav drinks that I would often order and also a classic that can't go wrong with. White peach oolong milk tea- 4/5 this flavor has a unique and fragrant taste . It's either you like it or hate it but I really like it. It tastes pretty refreshing for a milk tea. Thai milk tea-4/5 surprisingly, this tastes pretty good and had a strong tea flavor. I wouldn't expect a boba place to have good Thai tea but sunright proved me wrong. Cream pudding milk tea-5/5 also one of my favs, I love Ceylon milk teas in general. The cream pudding has a creamy and silky taste. It's not overly sweet. Mango milk tea- 4/5 a very fruity yet creamy milk tea that is surprisingly good. Sunright fruit tea-3/5 the first time I've tried it, it was my fav drink but the more that I ordered the drink, the orange overpowers the fruit tea. They also have limited time drinks as well where they collaborate with games. The price of their drinks is pretty fair for the size of their drinks. The only downside is most of their drinks come in one size beside the kids menu where the size is smaller. There's plenty of parking in the back and there's street parking too. For the payment, you can order on the toast app or their two kiosks. It's a non-contact sort of payment. This place is more of a to go boba place instead of a hangout boba place.

Usually, I get boba here with my sisters! The ambiance is usually quiet to average since it depends on how many people are waiting for their drinks. The service is usually good and speedy due to also ordering on the kiosk.

Ordered ahead as I was on my way home in the afternoon and I received a notification that my order was ready within the next couple of minutes. Today I had the mango jasmine tea with jasmine green tea jelly with less ice and 25% sweetness. I like the consistency in quality because my drinks always taste great! Their staff is always friendly. Also love that I always find parking right in front!

We ordered three drinks with boba. Only one of them came with boba in it. Didn't realize till after we left the store. Very sad and disappointed with how careless they are.

This is my go to place for milk tea or frostie after work. I love the mango frostie and now they have mango coconut frostie. I usually get Thai milk tea for my husband. They have a self service machine to place order which is easy to use. I use same card to pay so after a while, I get a free drink. The price is as expected which is comparable to others. Parking is easy. Clean and spacious .

Yknow that feeling when you get a 4.0 GPA after a hard academic yr, propose to the girl of your dreams, crush your sales goals at work, or finally run those 6 miles you put off for 1 year? Well sipping their mango milk tea is BETTER than that. That's right- that drink is a game changer and I will firmly die on that hill. Come here, go to the kiosk, get that mango milk tea, and experience exhilaration and relief. It's also extra to add agar boba but it's so worth it. Don't deprive yoself my guy. There's no chairs which is a bummer- it's just a grab n go store. But that won't stop me from coming to this bomb af boba spot.

Sunright always does right. I've been to this location and the one in Little Tokyo. And they are consistent and definitely great tasting. This location in Monterey Park offers structured parking, easy ordering on a tablet, and quick friendly service. Standing room inside but has benches outside facing the main Street. Treat yourself right at Sunright.

Went to sunright today for a quick drink. The tea was great until I felt something strange in my mouth. Was not a happy surprise to find this in my drink. It's part of a steel wool sponge in my drink.

This is Only for my favorite frosted drink: Frosted fresh Taro mixed with cheese foam 4.5-star: It's really a perfect match when put these 2 ingredients together! Silky smooth tasty in fragrant taro while cheese foam is kicking with a bit of saltiness. Happy mood! It's way too sweet in other drinks category on the menu.

I've gotten a mango yakult and mango blended green tea drink from this location and both were really good. Unlike a lot of other boba places, Sunright does a good job of making fresh drinks where you can taste more flavor besides just syrup. My issue is a strange one, which is this location some how found the worst place to put their self order kiosks. They make absolutely NO sense being placed next to the back doors when there's so much waiting space in front of the counter. It makes for really awkward interactions with other customers when you don't know how the line system works since everyone is huddled in that small hallway. I can't say any of us really liked being pressed against one another or getting smashed with the back door while we waited to order. Also, no seating inside?? It's just not very inviting for guests and a lot of them just idle outside on the benches. Add some chairs and tables - I'm sick of just popping in and leaving when I drive myself out to get a $8 drink.

Maybe I got the wrong thing (I was so tempted by the matcha or mango milk teas). I'm a big fan of taro milk teas especially when it's actual freshly blended taro (vs the powder), and when I saw they had this on the menu I went for it. However, it was a disappointment. I'm sure the taro was blended today, but it wasn't freshly blended to order. We watched them - they have a container of pre-blended taro. While the thick taro did seem like the real thing, it absolutely did not mix well with the milk, so every sip was either pure super thick taro sludge or just the milk. I wish they blended for a nice more balanced texture. Also, I ordered the "recommended" 100% sweetness (which is usually what I get at boba places and usually find just right), but even for my hardcore sweet tooth, I found that to be too sweet. I do appreciate the boba that I added was very fresh and soft, a great texture.

Standing on bizness when I say this an S-tier boba spot in the SGV. Their drinks are always amazing, the ambiance is always chill, relaxed with some good music. Service is great from the employees, they work fast and the quality is on point. My go to drink is the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea, depending on the type of vibe im feeling, I either add in Brown Sugar Boba or Lychee Jelly and it always hits!

Solid boba spot! This location is right off of Atlantic, in the purple building. There is a front and back entrance. I was worried it would be crowded when I went, but thank goodness for the kiosks that take your order, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. What I ordered: Fresh Taro Frostie - first time trying and highly recommend! I got normal sweetness and it was actually fine (not too sweet). Make sure to enjoy it in a timely manner, before it melts! Aged Black Milk Tea with honey boba - this was one of their specials during the time. It tasted like a normal black milk tea to me, but the tea flavor was good! I usually get 75% sweetness, since the boba is already sweetened.

Service is quick. Credit card only. Order at the kiosk which is pretty straightforward as even I can use the kiosk!!! We had the grapefruit jasmine tea, peach jasmine tea with boba, strawberry Yakult and mango Yakult-- which everyone enjoyed without any complaints. There is a parking lot in the back too

Got the crème brulee boba, full sugar and it might be the best boba I've ever had. Glad to see they have a lot more locations.

We love Sunright Tea Studio especially for the fruit and yogurt teas because they are so refreshing! As a mom I absolutely love that we can customize the sweetness because we love the flavors just not all the extra sugar. My kids definitely enjoy their soft chewy boba as well. Win win for everyone!

One of my favorite chained tea places. The drinks are reasonably priced & they're good! There's a lot of parking in the back but the spots are fairly tight. If you have a lowered vehicle or a lifted vehicle... i would avoid the back parking. Try to park in the front. (street parking) Its card only since you need to order from a Kiosk. The service is quick and i have no complaints. I do wish they have somewhere to sit inside. Theres a bench outside but other than that. Theres no where to chill. The interior is nice and simple. I always opt for the Mango milk tea!

There's lots of available parking here in the parking garage in the back and the street parking in the front. There's 2 ordering kiosks where you can choose your favorite drink and customize the toppings, sweetness, and ice levels. I love Sunright's fruity drinks, I personally haven't tried their milky drinks yet. The drinks always come out quickly which is great. The drinks are consistent. There's no seating inside but there's a small bench outside if you just wanted to sit and chill. It's pretty clean inside.

The boba was solid and really delicious. I had the classic milk tea with boba and the drink was a good amount of sugar level and ice. The boba wasn't overly sweet but still sweet enough where there's flavor behind it. The boba was soft and chewy. Not much to complain about. It's a great boba spot with delivery as well. I do like the cups they come in. They feel quite sturdy and not flimsy like some boba shops.

Always my favorite go to boba spot to go since I live nearby. I always order their Burlee Oat Milk Series which is a must especially if you are lactose intolerant. Service is really quick but it depends if you come in the weekends where it takes longer to wait. I love the minimalistic look every time I come in including their Pasadena location. Very clean but also convenient with kiosks. One time by using their reward system, I paid half of the price of a boba for two drinks!

First time a this Sunright Tea Studio spot after trying another place a while back. I started seeing these shops popping up around the SGV which is really nice. Can't get enough boba and tea spots. This Sunright spot is in the Atlantic Plaza with Half and Half and Macchiato. To think there would be a lot of competition with surrounding boba spots so close by? They are doing just fine. Upon entering, you see people heading towards the back to order. There are kiosk stations for you to order how you like your drinks. For those who get really overwhelmed and unsure what to say when it's your turn to order in person, then this a convenient ordering system. It's a pretty short wait. In about 10 minutes or so your drink(s) are ready. Just be sure to wait in the front lobby area to hear your name. Behind the counter the staff are just bustling around cranking out drinks. By having the automated ordering system, they just focus on making and drinks and less on gathering orders and then going back to make drinks. The drinks here are perfectly made just how you like it. You can tweak the sweetness and ice levels which is an added plus. Definitely solid a nice boba and tea spot for easy pick-up and go!

Read the review, bought the taro, only 1/10 of the taro that on the side of the cup. It was nothing like the review said, the clump of taro. I wanted the taro, but I got a cup of milk. :( very disappointed.

I was craving a fruit tea with jasmine and I'm glad I found this place! I ordered their mango jasmine boba and it was tasty :) got it with less sugar and less ice, but I might just get it with regular ice next time. Don't forget to shake the drink before popping in the straw!

I liked their system. First order your drinks from the self kiosk (two inside of the store). Then they will call your name to pick up your drinks or they will leave it on the side and you can get your own drinks by your name. We ordered three drinks, Grapefruit Frostie, Fresh Taro Frostie and Grass Jelly Boba Milk, we liked the freshness, coldness, and sweetness of the drinks, but the flavors were both heavy for both Frosties. Not our type of drinks. The Grass Jelly Boba Milk was too sweet. It tasted like if there were 1,0000 grams of sugar inside the drink. :(

Hello hello! I'm going to say this is my favorite boba spot in the 626! I got the jasmine green milk with lychee jelly with 75% sweetness. Perfect. Delicious. Amazing. Wow. I like how you order from a kiosk machine but make sure you clean your hands after. There's no seats inside to sit but you can always stand outside on the side walk or by your car. I went late at night so the inside looked big and it wasn't busy at all. They do make the drinks pretty fast and make sure you shake your drink 17 times :) There's plenty of parking. You can either park in the garage or in the front of the store on the street
