SunRise Bar & Restaurant Luxor

Super tasty cocktails! Really good burgers and the most attentive and kind staff. You can hide out here for hours away from Luxor! I had a tequila sunrise and my husband had the mojito, definitely worth the money and they are super affordable!

Good food ,quiet during lunch maybe they’ll get busier later in the day. A good place to have a bite to eat specially if you’ve been out in the sun all day. Clean bathrooms and very friendly staff.

A nice small little International cuisine Restaurant. Wait time for the food was a bit longer than expected but nothing out of the ordinary. Food was pretty excellent with good portions. Would recommend.

I went there with my Spanish friend. The food was delicious and tasty yet not enough portion, the service was very good also. Then, my friend ordered a mojito and she said "that's the most disgusting mojito I have ever tasted in my life!" I order lemon with mint and it was tasteless, just water with a flavor of lemon! We didn't want to make a problem because we were tired and just wanted to rest for a bit but we decided that we won't tip them. After we paid the bill, the waiter came to me and asked "no tip at all?" I answered "the drinks were very bad so, no" He gave me a dispiced look saying "All Egyptians do that! Eat and drink and then complain about something to avoid tipping!" At first, me and my friend wanted to give 4 starts to the restaurant but after that waiter, 2 starts is even too much!

They have drinks!! And super cheap. Try shawarma meal. This is really cool place for tourists. Good food, good drinks, honest, wifi. 🇨🇦

Located 1 floor up a short flight of steps, the Sunrise is a very nicely decorated clean restaurant with good food and service. My single caution would be to avoid the steak. Beef is not aged in Egypt and tends to be tougher than what we are accustomed to in the west.

VERY cold beers, which made the my old man VERY happy!! He even said "Coldest Beer in Egypt!" Hot chips and free wifi were also a winner, and the service was great. Will definitely go back tonight for more cold beers.

We had high expectations after seeing previous reviews, however our visit was quite disappointing. The quality of the food was below average and the prices did not correspond with size or quality. Friendly staff and nice pub otherwise. They charge an extra 2% if you pay by card. I can’t sadly give more than 2 stars mainly due to the poor quality of the meals and the relatively small portions for that price
