Sunrise Pho Binh Thanh

I absolutely love this idea of a Canadian-Vietnamese fusion restaurant. It's fun, unique, and brings lots of possibilities! The fresh rolls and the bún bò Huế we're absolutely delicious, and reminded me of home! Unfortunately though, the main downside for me was the phở. It lacked flavour and the noodles felt a little undercooked, yet a little slimy at the same time. Service was okay too--I would've preferred check-ins more often, especially since it wasn't very busy at the time. I'll definitely be coming back though, I have to try all the food this place has to offer!

From the welcome when we walked in, to the owners super friendly welcoming us. We went mid afternoon placed order for takeout, owner said about 15 minutes then proceed to make us tea to drink while we waited. Tea was super good honey was a nice touch. Food came out smelt so good we ordered egg rolls chicken Currie over rice and lemon grass chicken over noodles Food was fresh tasted so good.

My second time here in 2025…it’s a choice seeing that I live in Tennessee! Excellent fresh Vietnamese food. Better than any place I have found at home. The owners name is Binh. I met her in January and had to come back when I was anywhere close. The mango salad, in December, was fresh and tasty - she marinates hard mangoes in a fish sauce with spices that sweetens them in some way. Her rice dishes have turmeric and other spices that are subtle yet distinctive. Spring rolls of any kind are a must. Her staff starts with whole shrimp that they shell, de-vein and remove the head from which makes them fresher and tastier than other places.

literally the BEST pho place ive been to! so many things to add to your dish, the staff are so so kind and attentive (last time i went they literally gave us an extra order of onion rings just because), and delicious food. the pho never disappoints and i always beg my parents to go. PLEASE try it out, its so worth it!!

I went there today for the first time with my little girls and was truly impressed. The waitress was very kind and took the time to explain the menu, and Bing was incredibly sweet—especially with the kids. The food was delicious (we ordered the Pad Thai, chicken curry, and the house spring rolls). The prices are fair, and the portions are generous. We’ll definitely be back to try more dishes. You could also see from the customers leaving that they were very satisfied as well.

This is my go-to spot whenever I’m ordering food. The pho is hands down the best pho I’ve ever had, so flavourful and comforting every single time. I always order the rare beef pho (303) but have tried other things on the menu and they are just as good. The staff are always incredibly friendly, and the owner is truly the nicest person ever. She is so personable and consistently goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I always leave in a better mood than when I walked in. Highly recommend.

Great food ! Great atmosphere! Ive been coming here since it first opened years ago! When I moved to woodstock there was no where to get Pho but then this amazing restaurant opened !!! The owner is super sweet, we have gotten to know eachother over the years, she always greets us with a smile. She takes pride in her restaurant.
