The parking lot says $2.50 for 10 min. OK. When I leave, they add a $1.15 service charge. Checked the sign - in the fine print it says rate INCLUSIVE of 1.15 service fee. DECEPTIVE Thanks for your reply - most people will read the big 2.50 and assume thats the price. When the service charge is almost %50 of the fee it needs to be a lot bigger. Its an automated system and you basically hold the person hostage in their car until they pay. You will get emotional responses from consumers with this signage. Just add +1.15 in big letters to the fees and you will be good.
