Google
A lovely restaurant with a stunning view. I ordered some tacos, which were very tasty, with excellent toppings. It was a bit busy, so we had to wait a little, but overall the experience was very good. Highly recommended!

Google
I looked into reviews and was very skeptical about eating here due to the ratings. I must say I was pleasantly surprised! We knew out of the gate that we wanted a view, water front, people watching and either tacos or a good burger for dinner. Parking was scary! As we drove through the mobbed lot we saw car after car with a “boot” on it. Then you scan a sign, put in your card info and pray for the best! Thankfully we did not have a booted car. The hostess was a little off her game but nothing bad. Just seemed confused as to why I was asking for a table, yet the other half of my party was not present yet. He was navigating the parking horror and also seeing if there was a wild wait. Had I been told the wait was wild, he wouldn’t park and we would roll to another restaurant. Seemed very logical to me! She also strongly emphasized that if we chose to sit on the water we could not change our mind and be moved later. Guessing by her emphasis that happens often. We were seated on the water of Shem Creek and had a great view. We loved watching the people, the boats, the wildlife and enjoying the sunset sky. The menu was big and had something for everyone. My one son got a steak with fries, the other mahi with corn/potatoes and broccoli. My husband got a burger and I got fish tacos. The steak was not bad: good flavor and not shoe leather. The fries were really good. The mahi came with a sort of blackening seasoning which for a kid can be a problem. I do wish they mentioned the preparation when telling us what the catch of the day was but otherwise there is no way to know. My husband enjoyed his burger and felt it was pretty good. I LOVE fish tacos and these were okay but not great. They needed a crunch of some sort. There was slaw on it but it maybe sat too long and had no crunch. Maybe some pickled red onion too would’ve really helped. I did love the dirty rice. The cocktails were delicious. I loved the coconut margarita. The service was quick and the waitresses we had were awesome too! Ultimately I would go back again and perhaps order a different dish.

Google
I've wanted to go to Mt. Pleasant to eat lately and found this wonderful restaurant. Gather my female friends and we went for dinner. We ordered 3 appetizers and our dinner food. Needless to say the appetizers filled us it was so delicious. I will return again for date night. Bonus... immediate sitting and it was also right on the water on a cool day.

Google
We grabbed a table downstairs at Sunsets Waterfront Dining and loved the view right on the water. The lobster roll was packed with sweet meat on a perfectly toasted bun, not drowning in mayo, and the crab soup was rich, creamy, and full of lump crab. Caleb, our server, was awesome. He greeted us right away, kept drinks filled, knew the menu, and timed everything perfectly. Portions were generous, prices felt fair for the quality and location, and the vibe was relaxed and friendly. We’ll be back for another lobster roll and that crab soup. Thanks, Caleb.

Google
Enjoyed a sunset dinner on the deck recently. No wait (Wednesday night) and fast service thanks to the lovely Ella who took great care of us. Enjoyed cocktails, the hush puppies and dinner. Only suggestion is less salt on the Shrimp Risotto dish. It was too salty and this is coming from the salt queen who loves salt. Management checked on our table after we got our drinks, very friendly. The bathrooms were not only clean but nicely decorated as what the entire restaurant. You can't beat the views and gorgeous sunset as the boats and paddle boarded pass by.

Google
Fabulous place all around! Food was amazing. The She Crab Soup, Lobster Crab Dip (to die for) and Smack Down Shrimp Tacos (Fabulous!!) along with everything else we got was out of this world. Definitely favorite place we visited in Mount Pleasant SC, Charleston Sc and Savannah GA! Must Go To Place!

Olga B.

Google
We were choosing between Tavern, Reds, and Sunset and ended up going there. It smelled nice at that place compared to others and prices weren’t as bad for seafood. Left there $63 with a tip for 2 people. The Grouper fish was so juicy and fresh, loved it! Also, loved the way they do French fries. The Shrimp taco sounded nice on the menu but ended up being not as tasty as I thought. Needed more flavor or spice to it. Waiter was nice and refilled our water in time. Great views and tables for 4 people. Don’t forget to check out their sushi menu — we forgot but I wish I could try the mango tempura spicy roll.

I come to Charleston on annual bases for the last 6 years to visit my friend. This summer I brought my whole family with me (my husband, my two sons: 27 and 21 years old). We all love it! The relaxing atmosphere with fun music, great drinks and tasty food.. it’s a perfect combination! We highly recommend it. #realtorTatyanaMakarov

Yelp
Sunsets at Shem Creek is an awesome spot for the summer & a night out! The outdoor seating is fantastic & there's tons of great food & drinks! The Charleston vibes here are on point! You can never go wrong with a seafood boil; it's filled with all the good stuff! The seafood platter is extra tasty & the hushpuppies are delicious! I really enjoyed the lychee martini too - give them a try!
google avatar

Yelp
Exceptionally expensive for what you get. Start with having to pay for parking; really. Once inside, drinks were $32 for a double Woodford. Ouch... Service was good enough. Our waitress paid a little more attention to the outside tables but it was clear they were understaffed. Slow food service but the portions sizes were good. All in all; $605 (including mandatory 20% gratuity) for a party of 9 just seemed not worth it. Should've gone elsewhere.
google avatar

Candice M.

Yelp
The waitress brought the wrong order. Then did bring the spicy tuna I ordered. It was warm and smelled fishy. Do not order that. I also asked for a skinny margarita - it was full of sugar. My companion ate wings - they looked good.
google avatar

Mollie N.

Yelp
Food was perfect for Shem Creek. Genuinely better than a lot of his nearby competitors. The sushi burrito, smack down shrimp, and Brussels sprouts were huge hits at our table. Only reason I'm giving 4 starts is they were incredibly understaffed and it was definitely affecting some of those who were there working. I totally understand that though, but I'm sure that's a fluke thing so I don't totally hold it against them!
google avatar

Jeff W.

Yelp
Great Sushi burrito! Prefer fried over cold. All food I have gotten there is fresh and delicious. Burger is ready good too. Really all the food there is probably good. Best on shem creek I think.
google avatar

Kitty W.

Yelp
Cute place, good food, relax atmosphere- recommend for casual dinning - the grouped bites were delicious

Yelp
I tried this place for the first time. I was hoping to get a waterside table, but the wait would've been about 30 mins. So I ended up just going with an indoor seat and was so happy to see it still provided a good view of the water. I ordered the brussel sprouts and the shrimp. Both were so good. I happened to get a vodka soda during their $5 happy hour. I also got the firecracker roll and the mango roll. Yum! The place was clean, had a good vibe. Our waitress was super attentive (thank you). As I was leaving, I noticed karaoke night was happening on the second floor. I'm so happy I tried this restaurant versus going to my usual go-to spot on Shem Creek.
google avatar

Christina B.

Yelp
This was our first time visiting Sunsets Waterfront Dining while in town for a meeting, and we're so glad we found it through a little research, it did not disappoint! We arrived just in time for happy hour. I ordered a vodka cranberry and the peel-and-eat shrimp, which were so fresh and flavorful I ended up ordering a second round. The staff was very accommodating, they easily honored my request for steamed broccoli and a house salad with dressing on the side to go with my shrimp. My husband had the blackened mahi tacos, and he loved them, fresh, perfectly seasoned, and delicious. The only small downside is parking, but now that we know what to expect, it's not a big deal. Every staff member we spoke with was friendly and helpful. The views along the water are beautiful, and we learned that part of Outer Banks was filmed right along this creek. There are also several other restaurants nearby--you can take a nice little walk across the bridge to explore them if you're looking to make a night of it. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area!
google avatar

Claire F.

Yelp
While the food and ambiance were good, the service was horrible! We asked for outside seating and were told none was available, yet there were four empty tables that were available the entire time we were there...and they were NOT reserved because we called earlier for reservations and were told they do not take them. It took 45 minutes to get our waitress to take our order. Also the parking lot is a total clusterf*ck complete with potholes that have been there for at least a year. They should totally ticket pig-parkers who take up two parking spaces. We ordered some additional sushi to go but got home and found they had only put one roll in instead of two. Never ever going back! I'd give zero stars if I could.

Yelp
Sunsets! I've been wanting to try this place to go down the list of places to try down Shem Creek. My husband and I came on a Friday night around 6pm , got sat rather quickly (about 10min) outside. The view is great! You get to see the boats go by. Our server came over quickly and was super friendly. They have happy hour from 4-7 so I got a wine. My husband ordered the hush puppies and fish sandwich. I got the grilled salmon wrap. The hush puppies were very good. Light and crisp with a sweet corn flavor. My husband did not like the fish sandwich, it was big with not much flavor. I thought my salmon wrap was OK , mightve needed some more salt. Overall the view is nice! Service friendly! But i'm not sure we would come back for the food unless every other place was booked and we wanted something on the water. Hush puppies and wine were the highlight.
google avatar

Jenny S.

Yelp
Family friendly, fresh food, and the best creekside views in town? Yes, please! Sunsets just dropped their new menu, and it's definitely family approved! It definitely gets busy so be patient, but service is great. Here's what we ordered: Rum Punch & Summer Cooler Shrimp Spring Rolls & Wings Blackened Pasta & Steak and Fries CA Roll, Firecracker Roll, & Spicy Tuna Roll
google avatar

Yelp
Went to Sunsets for an event hosted by my apartment complex and was genuinely impressed. The views alone are worth the trip--watching the sunset over the water with a drink in hand was the perfect way to wind down. The vibe was relaxed but lively, and the drinks were great (the spicy margarita was a crowd favorite). I wasn't expecting much from the food since it was part of an event, but the blackened fish tacos were actually really solid--fresh and flavorful. All in all, it felt like the kind of place I'll definitely be coming back to on my own. Great spot for casual hangs, good food, and unbeatable views.

Yelp
Sunsets waterfront dining review | Mt Pleasant, South Carolina 97 Ronnie Boals Blvd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464 Sunsets Waterfront Dining - 3.9/5 Stars Sunsets Waterfront Dining in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina is one of those places that looks like a vacation before you even sit down. Coastal vibes? Check. Waterfront views? Check. A menu that makes you say, "Yeah, I'll have that"? Also check. Let's start with the wins. The staff is friendly, which always sets the tone right. My grilled chicken Caesar salad had chicken that was seasoned so well it deserved its own fan club. And the mac and cheese? Absolute top-tier comfort food--creamy, rich, and dangerously addictive. The decor is modern, coastal, and Instagram-ready, and the atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming. Price-wise, it's pretty reasonable for the area at about $20 per person. Now... the not-so-sunny side of Sunsets. My salad was so overdressed I thought the lettuce was about to float away like it was auditioning for Titanic: The Salad Edition. While our waitress was friendly, she wasn't exactly attentive--and the place wasn't even busy. When you can hear seagulls arguing outside, that's a sign it's not packed. And let's talk about the parking. Paying $20+ for a meal and then getting hit with a $12 parking fee feels a little... aggressive. Like, am I dining or financing infrastructure? Final Take: Sunsets Waterfront Dining nails the vibe, comfort food, and scenic experience. It's a great spot for a casual waterfront meal with friends or a laid-back date night. But between the overenthusiastic salad dressing, service that could use a little more sparkle, and that parking fee, it doesn't quite hit perfection. Would I go back? Yes. Would I mentally prepare myself for the parking charge? Also yes.

Mary B.

Yelp
Had a great meal here with our server Joey. House margs were legit, and though they were out of the grouper bites, the Smack Down Shrimp were a great sub. Probably 20 crispy shrimp with a nice seasoning and sauce. I got the roasted oysters with a side or corn and potatoes, and my son got the blackened chicken pasta. Oysters were OK but I wouldn't get them again. The pasta was delicious and was a huge serving. I forgot to take pics of the entrees but here are pics of our apps, the shrimp and a Caesar salad. We sat outside where it was a bit chilly but nice and relaxing to see the water.

Yelp
Visiting from out of town and wanted to eat somewhere on the water. The view was exactly what I was looking for. The food and service were great. Highly recommended, great spot for nice view and great food
google avatar

Anthony W.

Yelp
Nice location right on the water of Shimm's Creek. Despite the rain, we managed to secure a window seat by the water, allowing us to take in the view. We ordered the Chicken nachos, a bowl of she crab soup, and an order of the peel-and-eat shrimp. I don't have anything bad to say. I think the location made me expect a little more, but what we had was ok. Being from Maryland, though, I question the validity of the "Old Bay" on the shrimp; that wasn't the Old Bay we know.
google avatar

Teresa F.

Yelp
Show stopper interior and outside decks. Glass windows and multi level views. Super nice server, host, and management. Fresh diverse offerings with some unique menu items. My favorite on the Creek! Yes it's a bit pricey, but you are here for the dolphins and breezes right? Priceless vibes. Wings were crispy and well seasoned. Lobster Roll was classic. Miami roll was large and loaded with seafood. Lobster tacos were good. Fun drink menu. Lots of non seafood for the land lovers too.
google avatar

Greg B.

Yelp
What a great place to see all of the boats coming and going. We went to the second floor, the bartender was extremely accommodating. We wanted to sit by the window and he went over and made sure that he opened all of the windows at the bar rail. And it wasn't an easy chore. LOL. The drink menu was comparable to most the other places. However they did have some specialties that the other places did not, and they were very tasty. The atmosphere was very light and bright and airy. A place I could definitely spend an afternoon.
google avatar

Makaela P.

Yelp
After a stroll on the boardwalk, my husband and I decided to stop by Sunset's for a quick drink as we had already eaten dinner. We ordered the Shem's Vice and the Sunset's Slush (two frozen cocktails). The Vice was delicious, sweet, and refreshing. The Slush was alright, definitely not better than the Vice. While we didn't have food while we were there, it did smell good!
google avatar

Teresa J.

Yelp
We love all of the restaurants in this area and this one is a great date night spot or a great evening out with friends. The food is always a hit and the presentation is always on point. The pricing is exactly what you would expect for the area and the view with dinner. The menu has a wide variety of options and the service is always great. A must when deciding where you want to dine on Shem Creek!
google avatar

Amy F.

Yelp
I don't want to give so few stars to the restaurant, but the food was a huge disappointment for me. First the good - both the hostess and the server were wonderful. They were friendly and attentive! The restaurant appeared very clean, and while that's great, there was an overwhelming odour of Pine Sol or Fabuloso or some other cleaner. But hey, at least we knew it was clean! Also in the "good" category were the appetizers of fried pickles and calamari. Each were perfectly crisp, the breading was neither too heavy nor too light, wasn't greasy at all. The portion sizes were very generous as well. The beer is cold and the mocktails are good! The disappointment came with the main courses. The Peel n' Eat shrimp were served in a bowl covered in plastic wrap. Was it microwaved? Was it pre-cooked? Like, what was going on there? In addition to the hot and messy to handle plastic wrap, the shrimp were all spiced up to the point where you could only taste Old Bay. Which, I mean, that's fine, but nowhere on the menu did it say the shrimp was covered, smothered, rolled, and crusted in it. Also, the shrimp did not taste like local shrimp AT ALL. They lacked that firm texture and sweet taste that local shrimp have. On the opposite end of the spectrum, the oysters on the half-shell were so bland and tasted like they'd been washed a zillion times. The fried shrimp was mediocre. Aside from the view and great service, I didn't feel this place was going to go on my "visit again" list - although I did hear good things about the sushi. So...maybe it's worth another try? Lastly, the whole are has changed a great deal. Parking, while always crowded, used to be free. Now you're going to pay a premium price for it via your phone. Go slowly through the lot, too. Pot holes galore!
google avatar

Jacqueline T.

Yelp
Stopped in for a frozen Pina Colada which was delish! Service was just ok. Beautiful views with a laid back, beachy vibe. Will stop in to eat when I visit Shem Creek next.
google avatar

Gail B.

Yelp
oh my lord!! This was the best place ever!! The marsh momma peach tea was incredible! The Miami Roll and shrimp blackened pasta were to DIE for! Our server Abby was so sweet and attentive!! We had so wait at 5:30pm on a Sunday, and immediately got a waterfront seating! You get to see all of the boats and paddle boarders come into the creek!
google avatar

Katherine C.

Yelp
First of all, the view was perfect! The server let us know that they just got a new menu so she didn't know too much just yet but was very nice and helpful. Food came out at a normal pace and was super delicious. If you're a mozzarella sticks person.....GET THEM
google avatar

Olivia M.

Yelp
This is our go to Shem creek spot. The food is fantastic and the views on the deck outdoor are amazing! We started with the crab and lobster dip which was perfectly warm with huge chunks of lobster. Great portion to share! Then I had the sushi the firecracker roll and crispy tuna. Not my favorite crispy tuna rice but it's my favorite dish and I have it all over anywhere that has it. I found it bland. The firecracker roll was delicious. I also had the kiss my bubbles cocktail which was perfect! Light and refreshing! I did take a star off as service was not great. We had to ask for silver and napkins after the app was delivered and waters were never refilled. Maybe it was the nature of a just Saturday but the service was a bit lacking.
google avatar

Yelp
Had a great late lunch yesterday at Sunsets. Bella our waitress was amazing and had a wonderful personality. I ordered the Mahi sandwich which was cooked just right with all the toppings and a wonderful bun. Wife had the shrimp which I tried and they were delicious. Loved sitting on Shems Creek watching the boats cruise by. Would def recommend to others.
google avatar

Soraya B.

Yelp
We weren't given what we ordered, and the waitress was not very attentive and didn't seem to care when we told her. I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2, because this was my 2nd visit, and we had a better server the 1st visit. I ordered the Tuna Poke which the menu describes as coming with "citrus fruit, onion, crispy garlic chips, sprouts, crispy wonton chips". Mine was MISSING everything except the citrus fruit and wonton chips. I knew it looked (and tasted) bare when it arrived, so I asked the waitress about the sprouts which I specifically remembered the menu stating, only for her to say, "I don't know, I've never seen sprouts on it before." There was no effort to check and make it right. My friend ordered sweet tea but was given unsweet tea. She is easy going, so she didn't mention it, but she did think it was strange that she was never once given a refill even though her drink was clearly toward the bottom. When the waitress stopped by, my friend asked for a refill and the waitress said "we are out of sweet tea". My friend should have been told this in the first place. The waitress was not mean, she just didn't seem to care much and wasn't good at her job. However, the Brussels sprouts and blackened pasta with chicken were good! Although the view of Shem Creek was nice, the service would make me hesitate to come back.

Yelp
The new owners have done some outstanding renovations to the older RB's restaurant. Dogs are allowed on their outside dining area. The meals are very good and the staff are very helpful. The views are still wonderful!!!
google avatar

Stephan C.

Yelp
A completely revamped "RB's" restaurant. Very clean and bright. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our meals were all very good. Bartenders was quick to serve. It's a nice spot on Shem Creek. One good thing added is they allow dogs in the outside/creekside dining area. I'll be back.

Ashley C.

Yelp
This place owns the parking lot (not well maintained either) wants you to pay for parking. Their rational is that they give you 5 dollars off your tab in exchange. The greed of this immediately put a bad taste in my mouth. The food is mediocre at best. Come to this place if you want to open your wallet before you break the threshold.
google avatar

Brittney D.

Yelp
Mehhh. Everyone else enjoyed their meal more than I did...points for the cleanliness of the indoor dining and strength of my Paper Plane. Nice sitting on the water. Playlist was fire. Two word review: sidewinder fries.

Larry W.

Yelp
Don't go for lunch. No lobster or crab dishes available until 2:00pm. Waitress said they were still preparing them......unbelievable!!! waterfront seafood restaurants should have all seafood prepared and ready when they open. Hostess was also very rude and seemed bothered by our request for a specific table. Needless to say we will not return to this supposedly seafood restaurant.
google avatar

Cindy S.

Yelp
Sunsets has a great beachy casual vibe. Great views of Shem Creek. Service was excellent, very friendly and professional. I got the lobster cob salad and I was surprised how much lobster they gave me. It was very very good. My friend got the fried oyster basket. The fries were really tasty. However, they overcooked her oysters. She was a little disappointed in that. They have lots of specialty cocktails. But they're pretty light-handed on the alcohol they put in their drinks. My friend ordered the spicy Margarita and she sent it back. It didn't even taste like there was any tequila in it. It was very bland tasting too considering it was supposed to be spicy and infused with jalapenos. She ended up ordering the Golden Hour Lemonade cocktail and it was much better. I got the marsh Mama peach tea cocktail and it was really good. Very light and refreshing. They had a great bar area and an upstairs dining area as well. I would definitely come back for dinner and hopefully the food and the service is just as good. Please note that you have to pay for parking utilizing your phone via text. It was only $5 for 4 hours or $15 for the whole day.

Kylee M.

Yelp
A good experience! Outdoor seating had great views and was clean overall. Music was bopping whoever was on aux was killing it! Service was okay/good. Food was great! Got an order of hush puppies, popcorn shrimp, and the pasta florentine with mahi. Everything tasted fresh and hot. However, price is definitley not worth it and it is overpriced.
google avatar

Pat L.

Yelp
Milkshakes were melted otherwise food was ok. Service was AWFUL She acted like we weren't even there. Barely saw her and when she did walk theough she wouldn't make eye contact. We won't be back.
google avatar

Mary Kate E.

Yelp
So delicious!! Family friends, my husband, and I came here to visit based on their suggestion. They're regulars to Sunsets. It's perfectly situated by the waterfront and offers so good vibes of the water. We enjoyed some apps and drinks. You really can't complain about food or people watching here either. We loved it and had a great time. Paid parking outside and it's pretty ample.
google avatar

Alexa F.

Yelp
These tuna bites were so good! Such a good take on crispy tuna rice. I haven't tried the other sushi menu items but I definitely recommend ordering these when you go.
google avatar

Amy A.

Yelp
Refreshing tequila drinks! ! Some of the best sushi around - didn't expect it! Karaoke some nights and helpful deck hands to pull the boat up!
google avatar

Lauren L.

Yelp
We made a reservation about a week in advance, but when we got there we still had to wait 45 min - wasn't a problem for us since we could go get a drink next door! that being said, service wasn't bad after, the kitchen was understaffed but they delivered on the food!! chicken nachos were 10/10 and the sushi was great. despite the wait we will definitely be back!!!
google avatar

Willistine L.

Yelp
I visited Sunset Waterfront Dining for the first time, and the food was excellent. I tried she crab soup, and it was loaded with sweet crab. I also had the burger and it was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Our waiter was Caleb and he provided phenomenal service. This is going to be my new lunch spot. The ambiance was lovely as we sat by the water and watched the seagalls. You must visit this place for the good food and awesome customer service. Ask for Caleb and he will take good care of you.

Michelle G.

Yelp
Great view while we were eating. Excellent service! I highly recommend the oyster po' boy and the hush puppy appetizer.
google avatar

Michelle C.

Yelp
Incredible experience at Sunsets this afternoon with our family. Excellent ambiance and the service was above and beyond! I asked our server what she might recommend for gluten and dairy sensitivities and to my surprise the head chef came out to come up with a customized order based on what they had available. The entree was absolutely delicious and I hope they are able to add something very similar to the menu permanently! It was impeccably done and beautifully executed! Thank you so much, Chef Scott! It was a pleasure to meet you and enjoy your work of art!
google avatar

James L.

Yelp
We stuck to apps because we had a big lunch. Our son got sushi () and a got the Oysters Rockefeller (). My wife & I split the She Crab Soup (); it was very tasty. The four of us split the hush puppies () and shrimp & crab dip (). The staff was great - thanked us for being first to order ice cream (new to the menu).
google avatar

Toni L.

Yelp
Fast, friendly accommodating service ! Ginger was extremely helpful to meeting our needs !

Yelp
We visited this Shem Creek area restaurant on a short visit to Charleston. I had a boil with shrimp and sausage and my wife had the fried grouper and shrimp. My daughter had the buffalo chicken sandwich due to allergies. Everything was delicious and hot. My wife really liked the spiral cut fries. We sat outside beside the water and even though it was very hot outside we enjoyed the scenery. The service was great as well. I did not like the fact that we had to pay to park. This was not the case in this area until just recently.
google avatar

Rob S.

Yelp
Our family stopped here after a morning touring Patriots Point. We sat on the patio enjoying the wonderful atmosphere and boats passing by. The service was good and the food just average. The hush puppies were a tab on the hard side. The fish tacos were decent and the kids enjoyed the Mac and cheese off the kids menu.
google avatar

Vanessa T.

Yelp
We really enjoyed this beautiful restaurant right on the water! Walking up we were a little confused if we seat ourselves or where the hostess was, but she showed up after a few minutes and sat us out back on the patio. I would say the food was creative southern, the slow roll was a unique take on shrimp n grits, made into almost a sushi roll! Very cool, unfortunately even tho it looked great taste wise it was kinda bland. But the crack chips and charred Brussels made up for the taste, they were both seasoned well and delicious! We ended with the key lime pie topped with rum caviar, how fun! The bottom graham cracker crust was burnt but besides that it was great! Service and views were excellent!
google avatar

Amanda M.

Yelp
This was a disappointing dining experience, but we tried our best and managed to enjoy ourselves because of the atmosphere and because we were together (most important thing!). However, the service was lacking, the food and wine was disappointing, and there was no appeal to return.

Visited in a Saturday evening. Found 2 seats at the bar downstairs. Our bartender was on her 1st shift there, and she was great. Ordered a Perennial Dragon cocktail minus the aquafaba. Very refreshing drink. My meal was the Steak Frites. The steak size wasn't indicated on the menu, so I was pleasantly surprised when the meal arrived. The French Fries had a unique shape, were seasoned well, and tasted great. My friend really enjoyed the Risotto and Margarita. This was the one restaurant on Shem Creek that wasn't extremely crowded when we arrived, but as time passed, the number of people grew. There was live music upstairs, but we didn't make it up there. I would definitely visit again.
