Sunshine Hummus Of Charleston

This place is great!! My friends and I came here for lunch per a recommendation and were blown away. The hummus is absolutely delicious and the pita is fresh and fluffy. Their small but cozy outdoor seating was perfect for the nice weather. The best part of all was the service and incredibly friendly staff. Definitely looking forward to supporting this business again in the future!

This is a welcome healthy addition to the neighborhood! The staff is friendly, the hummus and salads are delicious, and the portions are quite generous. I am excited to try some the other menu items! They have a few tables inside and a patio for outdoor dining.

So glad this opened in Charleston. As a vegan it's so great to see more options opening up and this place is DELICIOUS. Vegan shawarma gets an A+. I've haven't found any authentically served hummus like this here and I'll definitely be a regular at this place. Incredibly nice staff too

We were thrilled with our experience at Sunshine Hummus and can’t wait to return there! Our party of four all got the vegan shawarma and we all thought it was absolutely delicious. The hummus and warm pita bread are the best we’ve ever had, and trust me, we’ve had a lot of it. The portions are large and the owner is beyond super friendly. :) An added benefit is that the restaurant is completely dairy free. Sunshine Hummus is a very welcome addition to the food scene in Charleston!

This place is an absolute gem in Charleston. The warm pita and vegan shawarma tasted so fresh, with a great portion size and were served by the sweetest and most welcoming staff. The grape leaves here are also the best grape leaves I have ever had, originally my table got an order of 5 to split between two of us and ended up getting another order to take with us before we left! As someone who has spent a lot of time over seas, the food here is very authentic in taste and quality. I will definitely be back, and I will definitely recommend this place for a quick, casual, healthy bite!

I have had the privilege to eat hummus in many places around the world and this seriously tops them all! The food is fresh and delicious, the service is impeccable and the best compliment of all? My 3 young children declared they want to eat there every day for the rest of their lives. It doesn’t get much better than that.

I went to this place for the first time and I absolutely loved it! I’m vegan and the menu had plenty of options for me. I got the grape leaves and the BBQ pita which were delicious. the gentleman working was also very friendly and our order came out quick. This is a great spot downtown that is affordable and yummy!
