"After moving back to Springfield, Missouri, following an internship in Seattle, Stockstill unwittingly visited her first nutrition club in 2020. She was looking for a low-calorie treat, a rarity among the chain restaurants and mom-and-pop shops in the city, and got really into a nearby club’s offerings. There, she met the woman who would eventually become her upline, and was instantly charmed. 'I found this protein shake shop, and just thought, ‘Wow, this place is really awesome,’' she says. 'I really loved the owner, she was really charismatic, and the shakes tasted really good.' A fantastic go-to for a healthy pick-me-up! Conveniently located next to Nexgen and a yoga studio, this spot serves up delicious and nutritious protein shakes at great prices. The service is top-notch—and you even get greeted by two adorable corgi butts for that extra boost of joy!

Sunshine nutrition is phenomenal. Not only are there so many delicious & healthy shake options, the owner is a wonderful person. She gives back to her community and creates a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all. It is no wonder she has so many repeat customers. Now that I have my favorite order down I will likely come more for meal replacement. 10/10.

I called to see if she did curbside, which she does! Lexii brought my meal replacement shake out to the car and not only introduced herself, she even made it a point to shake my hand. After driving away, I noticed the note hand written on my cup. On a day that had been terrible, without the possibility of her having known that, she truly brightened my mood so much. I'll be back again and again 💕 *edit: I now like tea, Lexi is the goat!

Dark chocolate protein shake was a 10/10. They offer the best protein shakes and the most variety you will find in Springfield. I felt very welcomed coming here for the first time. I will be back for more :)

I had a good experience here. Lexi knows her product and was able to make a drink for me that was refreshing and enjoyable. As a first timer in her establishment I did not know what to expect or what to order so she asked me questions to determine what I would like and she made a drink that was worth the money. I would absolutely recommend this place for the warm weather days ahead of us.

This place is delicious, the protein coffee and protein donuts were perfect and it's hard to even guess they're not sugary junk food. Great way to squeeze in more protein and meet macro goals without feeling like you have to live on chicken and broccoli all day. Lexi and her mascot are adorable and the Cafe is very cozy and cute. Totally recommend!

All the nutrition drink I have gotten from other places tasted too chemically and made me sick. This places drinks are not like the others, and taste great amd actually refreshing. The owner is so nice and I love supporting her small business!
