Google
I rarely rate a place 5 stars but this place deserve it. the food quality is outstanding and the uniqueness of their menu is incredible. I love their pho it's actually amazing and doesn't taste like MSGs like other places. moreover, their spring rolls are sop fresh and I can eat a ton of them. the service is great here and the atmosphere is super casual and I love it. there always a line and wait time but its totally with it.

Google
We had been avoiding this spot for a while due to the long lines, but we finally gave it a shot! Unfortunately, even during off-peak hours on a Saturday (around 1:30 PM), the wait was still about an hour. Fortunately, they offer a Yelp waitlist, so as long as you're within five miles, you can join the list remotely and use the time elsewhere before heading in. Once seated, the service was great. We ordered the Golden Bao and two combination phos, planning to take full advantage of the unlimited noodle refills. The initial portion of noodles was on the smaller side, so we requested more right away. While the refills took a bit longer than expected, we appreciated that they came with some broth! (Extra broth is $3.) The baos were absolutely delicious and unique! As for the pho, it was solid—not mind-blowing, but the unlimited noodle refill is a game changer. Between my husband and me, we managed to get 10 extra noodle refills! Big shoutout to our server for checking in on us throughout the meal. They also had a fun Lunar New Year promotion: spend $50 (before tax) and receive a mystery $ voucher for any Kei Concepts group restaurant. Would we wait an hour again? Maybe!

Google
Pho broth is spectacular and the meat is cooked perfectly. Service is also efficient and attentive. They are obviously super busy but everything runs smoothly. Overall absolutely worth the wait to eat hot in the bowl.

Google
Sup Noodle Bar by Kei Concepts in Irvine is hands down the best pho restaurant I've ever been to. Everything here is exceptional--from the quality of the noodles and tender, flavorful meats to the rich, perfectly seasoned broth and generous portions. The unlimited refills on extra noodles are a fantastic touch that sets this spot apart from others. The appetizers are just as impressive. The golden bao and egg rolls are absolute must-tries--delicious, fresh, and bursting with flavor. My go-to is the pho short rib, made shaken style, which is simply phenomenal. If you visit, you have to try the golden bao--it's a standout! The service here is consistently amazing as well. The servers are always friendly, attentive, and ensure you have everything you need for a great dining experience. If you're a pho lover or just someone looking for an unforgettable meal, Sup Noodle Bar is a must-visit. I can't recommend it enough!

Google
It is a type of Vietnamese restaurant selling pho that I have been looking for a long time. The broth is of great quality, and the meats are as well. Also, American stomach such as my family member can also find delicious dish here too. The only drawback is the noise level occasionally because of the amount of the younger groups dining here...and one of ten can get a bit too aloud, especially when they are placed by the brick wall. If you are the first timer, please consider to join the waitlist via yelp to avoid long wait in line.

Google
Ordered the combination pho and the lemongrass pho. The broth is pretty mediocre. However the portion sizes are really good. They give a ton of beef for the combination pho so I feel like I definitely got my moneys worth. Also they have free unlimited noodle refills but I was too full after finishing my bowl to order more anyways. Service was good too.

Google
This place is pretty popular, we came on a weekday lunch but had to wait about 15 minutes. We ordered pho each and the shaken fries to share. The fries style was new to me, fries with cheese and beef. It was good for the first three bites but felt a little too much later with all the fat and oil. Pho was good and it was nice that they provided unlimited rice noodles. The soup was a little too salty and strong for me to drink it but it could be just me because I preferred light taste soup.

Google
I recently visited a Vietnamese noodle bar located in Heritage Plaza. Given its popularity, the place is usually packed, so I would recommend reserving a table in advance via Yelp or Google to avoid a long wait. The ambiance of the restaurant is quite cozy, despite its small size. There’s ample seating, and the atmosphere is welcoming, making it a pleasant spot for a casual meal. Parking is not an issue here, as the restaurant is located in a large plaza with plenty of available spaces, adding to the convenience of dining at this location. The service was another highlight. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and making the overall experience more enjoyable. As for the food, we ordered a variety of dishes, including the shaken house fries, combination pho, rib bones pho, and Anthony Bourdain pho. The shaken fries were disappointing; they were expensive, the beef belly on top was under-seasoned, and the fries were soggy. Overall, not worth the price. However, the pho dishes were much better. The broth was rich and flavorful, and they offer free noodle refills, which is a nice bonus. The combination pho had a good quantity of meat, while the Anthony Bourdain pho, though flavorful, had a smaller portion of filet mignon compared to the noodles. The prices for the pho were reasonable, especially considering the free refills. In conclusion, if you’re in the mood for some flavorful pho, this place is definitely worth a visit. However, some of the non-pho dishes, like the shaken fries, may not meet expectations.

Yelp
Very delicious soup and a good amount of beef. The soup is a bit salty, I wonder if I can ask the store to put less salt

Yelp
Beef rib pho with unlimited noodle refill. The place was very busy and the wait was long but there the staff were friendly. Nice little place.
google avatar

Yelp
My son loves the Pho Rib Bones here. Everything here is delicious. When Grandma is traveling and can't make her famous homemade Pho, this is the place to get yummy authentic viet food in Irvine. It's always busy here even in the late afternoon (after lunch/before dinner hours) it's easy to order ahead for take out of you don't want to stay and eat. Usually I would be against taking Pho to go but just be sure to tell them to leave the rice noodles uncooked. The servers there are all super sweet. Attentive and fast so you don't feel like you're waiting around too long even though they are busy.

Yelp
My second favorite Kei Concepts restaurant (first is my beloved Ini which is a tough act to follow). This place is absolutely incredible and whenever I'm in Irvine it's a treat to come here. The portions are incredible, the unlimited noodles are amazing, the customer service is great, and they don't skimp on meat or broth flavor. The food is affordable and is offered at a very competitive price considering the unlimited noodles. This place is an absolute gem and my only complaint is why aren't there more locations?! I need one in LA. The vibe is modern and trendy - something Kei Concepts has mastered. Can't recommend this place enough. Kei Concepts can't miss!

Yelp
Sat at the bar because I wanted to do a quick lunch and service was friendly and efficient! Ambiance is casual, neat, and clean. There was some construction next door, so it was a bit loud, but temporary. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and the pho beef belly and both were excellent. The texture of the wrappers for the spring rolls and the rice noodles were both amazing - not too hard but still chewy. The veggies were super fresh. The broth had plenty of umami flavor and the beef belly was so tender and fatty. So satisfying and great reheated the next day as well. The portions are pretty generous, so I wasn't able to finish my spring rolls and pho. When I asked for to-go containers, my waiter was super thoughtful and brought out a fresh container of peanut sauce for my leftover spring rolls. Love the generous and thoughtful service at Sup!

Yelp
We got the lomo saltado w/ garlic noodles and combination pho. The lomo saltado tasted so good but I felt like the portion of garlic noodles was a little small. The combo pho was soooo yummy and they do unlimited refills of the noodles! I was pleasantly surprised that the noodle refill comes with soup, I don't know why I thought it was just gonna be noodles Service was quick and attentive. This was my first time dining in store but I have been to other Kei Concepts restaurants and the lomo saltado was just as good as The Vox's!
google avatar

Kelly C.

Yelp
Heard so many great things about this place! Definitely worth the wait. I don't like eating beef and shrimp so the only noodle soup I can get is the veggie, and it also comes with the beef broth. It did taste really good and fresh with a bowl full of veggies. Really hope they have other meat variation totally understood their special recipe around beef. My friends enjoyed their combination pho (they came two days in a row for it).

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday for a late lunch. Didn't know what to expect about the wait so I joined the waitlist when I was about 5 miles away from the restaurant only to find out I was number 41 in line!!!! That was wild lol. By the time I parked and arrived, I think I was like 27th in line and this was around 1:30pm. The wait wasn't too bad as we were seated by 2ish. I didn't realize there was additional seating towards the back of the restaurant so that was a nice surprise. I've been to a Sup Noodle Bar once before but not to this location. I decided to get the filet mignon lomo saltado. It was everything I expected it to be! My sister got the ribeye garlic noodles. It was a bit salty and also tasted like it came out of Boiling Crab???? It threw me off a lot so I'm glad that wasn't my dish because I wouldn't have been able to untaste it. When you check in on Yelp, you get a free herbal tea to drink! That was nice and refreshing and tasted a bit like Chrysanthemum tea. Service was great mainly in the beginning but later on it felt so hard to flag someone down to order more noodles, get more napkins, get more water, and get the check.

Yelp
Happened to be in OC with my friend and this is her favorite pho spot so I had to try. We came on a Wednesday evening and put ourselves on the Yelp waitlist on our way so it didn't take long to get seated. She got the Pho Rib Bones shaken style (wok seared scallions, garlic, and onions in bone marrow oil) and I got the Pho Beef Belly with the rare beef belly on the side. We also ordered spring rolls and sliced onions on the side. Spring rolls came first and were very tasty - exactly what we wanted. We mixed the sliced onions with sriracha and hoisin sauce and ate it with our pho. I usually add sriracha and/or hoisin directly into my pho broth but this didn't need it at all. The soup was SO GOOD, so flavorful especially with the shaken style. Super umami with the bone marrow oil and fragrant with the garlic and scallions. The beef belly was super tender after cooking it a little in the broth, and I always add an insane amount of bean sprouts and basil and jalapeño slices for that crunch and freshness. The noodles were also a good texture. I want another bowl now! The pho was so good. It is a very casual dining experience and is a little loud inside, but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone craving good pho!

Yelp
Sup noodle bar lives up to the hype! This is the second kei concepts restaurant I've been to and it was worth the wait! I will definitely be coming back to try more of their menu items. If you come here you need to try the shaken fries. It's fries with cheese and brisket on top soaked in it seems like the pho broth, but I could be wrong about that. It was truly life changing- I can't even describe how amazing it tasted. We also got the combination pho and garlic noodles. The pho also has unlimited noodles.

Yelp
What we ordered: garlic wings; lomo saltado (with filet mignon); shrimp fried rice; combination pho shaken style (i.e., with shallots and green onions in bone marrow); garlic noodles with shrimp and sausage. I give this a resounding "meh." It's not bad per se, just underwhelming. The wings were good, but the raw garlic on the outside was not. I would have preferred if they sautéed the wings in garlic after frying. The filet mignon was horrifically chewy; I'd just go to a Peruvian restaurant to order this dish. The fried rice was acceptable, but too salty. The pho tasted unremarkable, but the shallots and green onions helped a lot in improving the flavor. The garlic noodles here still can't match the ones in the Bay Area. This one was too wet and salty. This restaurant definitely relies on their green sauce too heavily. Overall, not bad, but nowhere near as good as other people would suggest (I am, of course, keeping my tastes and standards in mind).

Yelp
This has been my boyfriend and I's go-to pho place for the past few years! We were regulars when we lived in the area. Service is always great; our last server Kenneth was really attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Plenty of seats on the inside and they're always playing Hell's Kitchen on the tvs which is entertaining LOL. I remember the first time I went, I tried the garlic noodles with ribeye and it was really good!! The meat was cooked perfectly, though I would only do that add-on if I were splurging. Nowadays, I just get the short rib pho and my boyfriend gets the beef belly pho. I would recommend the short rib over the beef belly if you're looking for something less fatty; plus the short rib really melts in your mouth. Their pho broth is really unique, but by far my favorite that I've tasted. Bonus points that the noodles are unlimited!!

Yelp
We came back after a water polo tournament because we remembered how good it was the last time. Glad we added ourselves to the waitlist. We waited an hour but it's so worth it. We ordered: Combination Pho Anthony Bourdain Pho Both delicious and came out quickly. Also tried the Herbal Iced Tea (free with check in) and the Watermelon Refresher. Both refreshing and delicious. That iced tea was a very delightful surprise. I wasn't sure what to expect.
google avatar

Yelp
It was hot day, not typical pho weather, but when you're only in CA for a limited time you have to make sacrifices. Luckily, our wait wasn't too long and we were able to walk down and checkout some of the stores while we our table was being cleared. Once we sat down, our server was there in a flash and got us our drinks very quickly. I got pho with brisket and meatballs and it was perfection in a bowl. The broth was light and luxurious and all the spices sang together in perfect harmony. The meatball and brisket were really good, playing very nicely with sautéed green onions that I added on. I always try to come back here when I'm in the area because it's truly some of the best pho I've ever had.
google avatar

Darlene Y.

Yelp
This place has been on my to try list FOREVER. I cannot believe on a Friday afternoon there was still a wait. SPAM FRIED RICE and SPRING ROLLS were delicious. Had the PHO BEEF TONGUE, but it was a bit underwhelming. However, the soup base was great! I'd totally come back again. ENJOY! PS: Unlimited noods.

Yelp
Was in the mood for pho, and Sup absolutely satisfied the craving! We came on a Sunday around 6:30PM and the wait wasn't too bad. I do recommend joining the waitlist remotely if possible as it made the wait feel really short! I joined when I was 20 minutes out and ended up waiting an extra ten, which wasn't too bad. We sat at the counter and were able to watch the chefs work their magic in the kitchen. It definitely made dining enjoyable! Kenny was our server and was amazing. He was attentive and checked in with us frequently throughout the meal despite how busy it was, which was much appreciated. We've dined at Sup a couple of times and he definitely was the best server we've had so far! I got the filet mignon pho and wow was it flavorful! I couldn't get enough of the broth by the end and kept drinking it. I really enjoyed it and it really hit the spot. The filet mignon was super tender. I also ordered extra noodles because I was so hungry lol and I was surprised at how much more it was. It definitely filled me up lol. My bf got the Anthony Bourdain pho. He felt that the broth lacked flavor in comparison to mine. The watermelon refresher was very refreshing! It had a hint of yuzu in it and I was skeptical as I don't really like yuzu, but was pleasantly surprised to find that you couldn't really taste it! I really enjoyed it and for $4.50, they gave a good amount! Overall, I'm glad we gave it another chance because while it didn't really do it for me the first couple of times, this time definitely has me coming back for more!
google avatar

Daisy G.

Yelp
Food was delicious here, came out pretty quick, and awesome service. We got the combo pho and Lomo saltado (subbed rice with garlic noodles which was about $3.50 extra). The food was really good and I would come back!
google avatar

Joyce L.

Yelp
Solid meal. The short rib pho was flavorful, as was the lomo saltado (with garlic noodles, instead of rice). Both were great dishes, however Sup has a very limited selection of menu items. So with its cousin-restaurant Nep right in the same plaza, that is going to be the preferred food place between the two. Free herbal ice tea with check-in! The tea was delicious!!
google avatar

Minelie A.

Yelp
We gave another chance to this place while we saw many good reviews and obviously long wait time outside. They have a good customer service and our spring roll was ok. Also my pho was the carpaccio Pho which It was new in menu and it was ok. But, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue we encountered during our recent visit to your restaurant. One of us ordered a pho combination dish, and it turned out to be a very disappointing choice. The meat did not resemble anything recognizable, and when we asked the waiter, she informed us it was pork belly. I have attached an image for reference, and as you can see, it does not look like anything identifiable. We were quite unhappy with the dish and felt it did not meet the quality standards we expected. We hope you can look into this matter and improve the quality of this dish for future guests.

Yelp
Last min went here with my husband and sis-in-law since we were in the area and very glad we went! Highly recommend joining the waitlist via Yelp, you can only do so within 5 miles. This saved us a bunch of time and we only waited maybe 20 mins until we were seated. We got the short rib pho, beef belly pho, lomo saltado, and shaken fries. All were delicious and the broth is unique and rich. I love the unlimited noodle option--I basically was able to bring home a whole new serving of pho. Our server, Angela, was super sweet and attentive. We got our food incredibly quickly and we were out within one hour. This location is in a large plaza so parking is not really an issue. Love the ambiance and how clean the bathrooms are. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Miranda T.

Yelp
Sup Noodle Bar is one of my OC favorites! The food is always consistent, and we are a fan of free noodle refills. I love the soup flavors as well as the warmth of it when it first comes out. Also, bonus to the yummy herbal tea that you can get in if you check in on Yelp! Service is good as they always check in on us, but it is hard to get their attention in such a busy place. The ambiance is always busy as it's located in a busy plaza in the heart of Irvine. The bonus is that you can walk around the plaza before or after the meal as well! There's usually parking in the plaza as the lot is big, but the parking is dependent on crowd levels.
google avatar

Robert C.

Yelp
I came before the lunch rush at 11am and there was no wait at all. I started with checking in and getting the free herbal ice tea. I ordered the combination pho with the 50 cent add on. The rib meat is the best part. It is really tender and tasty. Our server also gave us some vinegar onions and chili oil which was unique to me for eating with pho. The pho comes with unlimited noodles and I ate 3 refills. Overall our server was very attentive and the food was good.
google avatar

Sarah K.

Yelp
Delicious, trendy, and definitely worth a try if you've never been! Pro tip to check in on the Yelp Waitlist if you're close by or driving on the way within a few miles, so you can cut the wait down a little! I always love the filet mignon lomo saltado from any Kei Concepts restaurant, including Sup! Their fries are so crispy and the green sauce on the side is to die for! The filet mignon pho was also a must (including unlimited noodle and soup refills)! The only thing was that it came out lukewarm instead of steaming hot like it usually does, but all the refills were very hot so I think that was a one-off situation.
google avatar

Anne B.

Yelp
We came to visit Sup the other day for dinner. Service was amazing and pho was one of the best I have had. John was our server and he was so great and attentive. This is def a great spot for authentic Pho in Irvine.
google avatar

Bea K.

Yelp
Yelp's waitlist is a must with this place, because the wait can get a bit crazy long. It's nice to be able to put yourself on the waitlist if you are within the vicinity - so definitely look into that if you are around the area. I love all Kei Concepts restaurants, but this one is one of my favorites! What we had: - Golden Bao - was amazing! I love how it is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. - Pho Combination (Shaken Style: garlic scallions, red onions in bone marrow oil) Their pho is so tasty, and and this is my go-to choice when it comes to pho because it comes with the rib bone. On a separate visit we had: Fried rice with the choice of Rib Eye and a fried egg... IT WAS MY FAVORITE This place is a guilty pleasure for me and I 100% recommend.

Yelp
Sup is the gift that keeps giving. I genuinely believe everything on their menu is unique in some way and is completely GAS. Every time I come here, I leave with a happy stomach, and my mood is elevated 10 fold. This time we got the truffle fries, which came with some great dips and they were my fav type of fry -- shoestring --, I got the pho fillet mignon, which is only adding onto my list of best phos ever (must get shaken style for maximum enjoyment). They play cooking videos inside, and I love the service. I appreciate that they give you specific boxes to put the unlimited noodles in one and the broth in the other. I love this place, Kei concepts if you see this, please invite me at any time.
google avatar

Joseph L.

Yelp
Irvine is home to a number of delicious noodle restaurants, and Sup is one of the best. Sup has a number of unique dishes like their golden "bao" which has a boiled egg, Chinese sausage, pork and mushrooms inside a deep fried dumpling. Their pho is fantastic as well. The restaurant is on the smaller side but has a nice atmosphere. Service is friendly and quick, but be aware it is a popular restaurant and gets very busy during prime times, when there can be a wait to get a table.
google avatar

Brandon S.

Yelp
I came on a weekend afternoon and this place is very packed. Expect to wait around 20 min+ anytime around 6pm. I ordered a rib bone pho with shaken style. The pho arrived after 10 minutes of ordering. The bowl was humongous even without the beef rib bones. Shaken style added a nice smoky taste with the extra cooked garlic and onions. The pho broth was flavorful and the noodles were chewy. The two beef rib bones had a ton of meat that just fell off the bone when I moved it with my chopsticks. The meat was also very tender. Overall, this was the best pho I've ever had. It is a bit more expensive than the pho I am used to getting but the portion size is also way bigger. I also did like the decor + food videos on tv inside the restaurant. I will be back again whenever I am in the area.

Yelp
Honestly, I was a bit disappointed when I came here. I've been hearing a lot of good things from this place, plus I've been to many of the Kei Concept restaurants, so I was excited. However, the food wasn't as good as I hoped. Also the service wasn't great either. My pho broth did not taste like flavorful. It was actually really gamey. I don't use sriracha or hoisin. So broth is a huge factor in my decisions. I tried all the meat, but did not finish it nor did I ask for more noodles. I may have ordered the wrong pho for this as maybe all the fat melted into the broth and changed the flavor. The ribeye fried rice was alright. Meat was soft, sauce was good, but the rice was already mushy even before we put the sauce on top. The Lomo fries were crispy, but overwhelmingly seasoned. The main star was the the garlic noodles. Very flavorful, noodles had a good consistency. We ordered their coffee as well, which tasted like it should. I asked about the herbal tea since there's a check in deal for that, but we never got it. The service was so so, the servers didn't feel very friendly nor did they smile. Even when we said thank you, they said nothing. I might be over thinking it, but I frequent Nep in Fountain a lot and I recently went to Nep in Irvine. The service at both locations is great. Super attentive and friendly, always asking if the food is good and if we needed more water. It's possible I came at a bad day. Some of my friends rave about this place so maybe I need to try it again. Although I did not have an enjoyable experience here, everyone's tastebuds are different. I highly recommend trying for yourself!

Yelp
Probably one of the best places to get Pho in Orange County! Make sure to get reservations!
google avatar

Edzel Peter B.

Yelp
The golden bao is really good and the skin is so thin that you think there's no bread that wraps the bao, I had the Anthony Bordain soup with the pickled jalapeño and big slice of onion, it's to die for, the truffle fries with 3 different kind of sauce, really good matchsticks fries and the sauces wow!!, my wife has the garlic noodles with rib eye steak, the steak is so tender it melts in your mouth, my daughter has the boneless short rib pho is also really good, then we had a lychee lemonade that was like having a dessert. Our server is really nice and attentive, she always ask us if we need anything and she is always around checking on everyone she's serving. The restaurant looks small because the wait is long but once you get in you'll be surprise on how big it is and how many servers they have.
google avatar

Polly H.

Yelp
Service - 4/5 : didn't get the full 5/5 experience! The guy at the register during my visit was kind of rude. I waitlisted and went in to check in and before I could say anything he automatically said and verbatim "you can check your place on the waitlist outside on the iPad or put your name on the waitlist" I didn't even finish asking my question! Anywho I wanted to see if they could sit my party in the back or anywhere a stroller could fit! But I will say the 4/5 is for the girls! They were great! I wish I got their names but our servers name is Teresa and the other girl had a mask on. They were accommodating and quick! They listened to what we needed with a baby and did their absolute best! Food - 4/5 : my husband loved their chicken wing fried rice but I personally thought it was a little on the salty side. The Anthony Bourdain pho was good. I do love you can ask for extra noodles if what's served isn't enough. That's absolutely a perk but I will say they're quite generous with their servings. The downside they ran out of some major pho garnish's and that's never happened to me before at a pho place but there's a first for all Ambiance - it was nice and spacious but nothing more or less than the usual pho restaurant.

Yelp
Unlimited noodle refills of pho! One of my favorite places to get pho but the wait is pretty long because the location is actually pretty small and very popular. I would recomend waitlisting on weekends and busy times. Also their herbal tea slaps and is super refreshing. I sometimes get this to-go if I'm near this plaza.
google avatar

Alyssa T.

Yelp
We were able to get on the waitlist on Yelp ahead of time which made it easier to get seated when we arrived. The estimated time on the waitlist was pretty accurate. The noodles are unlimited for the pho and when they bring the extra noodles, they come with a little bit of broth as well. I've tried some of the other types of pho that they offer and the general consensus is that the broth isn't the most flavorful. The garlic noodles were heavier on the sauce and the ribeye was cooked medium rare as requested, but had a heavier amount of salt/seasoning on it. The lomo saltado was tasty and the aji verde aioli was a great addition. The shrimp were cooked well and were not dry. The service was mediocre and not the usual experience that we have at Kei Concepts restaurants. Our server could have just been having a bad day, but every interaction that we had was slightly off putting. We were originally given regular water with no ice (it was about 81 outside) and when I asked for ice water for the table, he just said "uhh okay" and walked off. He later returned and just dropped them on the table without saying anything. The other staff members were fairly friendly and checked on us every once in a while. When we were asking for boxes at the end, I asked for a small container for the leftover aji verde sauce so I wouldn't have to waste it and our server just rolled his eyes at me. He did go and get the container, but did the same as earlier where he just dropped it in front of me and walked off without saying anything. I wouldn't necessarily want to go back if the service continues to be like that.

Yelp
The food portions were large and tasty. I liked that they offered beef in the form of ribeye and filet mignon . You will likely need to sign up on the wait list when you get there, The place gives out a modern and casual vibe. Service was attentive .

Yelp
The food was great, tasteful, and what was even better - Kaelin who was taking care of our order as well as serving us, was such a fun, efficient, and lovable person. Friendly and was so accommodating... The ambience- you have to come and experience it yourself. Highly recommended - make sure you go to YELP and register to get inline so... you know when your table is ready.

Yelp
Excellent customer service. The lomo saltado meat was bad, but the french fries were good. Just get pho. The anthony special pho is my favorite. You can get flat noodles and anyone can get them. The flavor of the broth is great. The meat was not good though.

Yelp
Came on a Thursday night around 8 and waited around ~15 minutes. Join their waitlist online if you are within the area! We ordered the lomo saltado with filet mignon ($24) which is my go to!!! so good! the fries are so crispy and the steak is extremely tender. I like how the rice is flavored too. The sauce is to die for. I always order this dish and it hits every time; extremely consistent which I appreciate. We also got a side of garlic chicken wings ($15.50), which were crispy and yummy! Not too salty and just enough garlic. This was the perfect amount for us to share, we were both extremely full after. 10/10 Love this place because I am able to get their iconic lomo saltado without going all the way to Vox.

Yelp
Service and the food are equally great. The best pho by far I've ever had in the US. Pho combination, the bao, and the free drink when checking-in in yelp is your best combo.

Yelp
**5 Stars!** Sup Noodle Bar is a gargantuan W that deserves every bit of its five-star rating. The highlight of their menu is undoubtedly the unlimited noodles. You get to enjoy a variety of delicious noodle dishes, all you can eat, and they keep the bowls coming until you're completely satisfied. Each noodle dish is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, making it impossible not to indulge. But don't overlook their Lomo Saltado - it's a standout. The beef is tender and juicy, and the blend of savory, tangy, and slightly spicy flavors is perfectly balanced. The combination of crispy fries and vibrant veggies makes every bite a delight. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and the service is top-notch. Whether you're a noodle aficionado or just someone who loves great food, Sup Noodle Bar is a must-visit.

Yelp
YUM YUM YUM! We got here and the waitlist was huge. But it was totally worth the wait. Everything was amazing especially the fried rice with the green sauce. I would come back just for this plate!! The noodles and golden bao were delish and everything was just so flavorful. Our server was very attentive and brought us everything that we needed super fast. I loved how they had a mouthwash station in the bathrooms too. I've never seen that before. Overall we had an amazing experience here and I would highly recommend giving it a try. We will be back soon!

Yelp
Wait during lunch and dinner hour is usually 30-1 hour long so make sure to join yelp waitlist first. Service is fast and I like how you can add extra noodle for free. Because we usually order 3-4 extra noodles, so price is affordable! We ordered the beef combination pho which comes with beef belly, tendon, short rib, and meat balls. It is very flavorful and well balanced. Our server is very friendly and ask us if we need anything else or extra noodle. Been here more than 10 times and I love the consistency. I can expect the taste each time. Inside is a little bit loud. This place also in a plaza so you can go to Daiso or walk around if you are waiting. Plenty of parking places but sometimes difficult to find parking right in front of restaurants if it's lunch/ dinner time. Would recommend this place.

Yelp
Be prepared to wait a while to be sat, it moves fast but the food is WORTH IT. Utilize the waitlist on Yelp ahead of time! A cute little place tucked in the plaza with diaso and a few other food places and shops. It's small but it's got a cozy vibe to it. We have been twice now but our servers name this time was Naomi and she was super bright and cheerful and made ordering easy and smooth. The food definitely has a little bit more of an elevated, yet comforting vibe to it. Things we've tried: The egg rolls: crispy and delicious and also a classic, would definitely recommend. The golden Bao: this is a must try!! it's a fried little ball of goodness. Rich and full of flavor, My husband says it reminds him of a hushpuppy but better. The spring/summer rolls: a classic, the peanut sauce served on the side was to die for! Now for the Pho: The Anthony Bourdain: this is definitely different from your average pho, it was recommended by our first server we had there. A broth that was packed full of flavor and garlic, how could you go wrong?! The meat is seared as well as some onions and garlic and it adds such a unique flavor to it. Filet pho: HOLY TENDER Batman! The filet was so unbelievably tender, when I'm used to chewier meat most of the time. A pretty classic and traditional pho flavor with a lot of depth, but it definitely did not disappoint! I've had it regular and "shaken style", which is where they add lightly sautéed onions and garlic to it, please please please try it this way. It added such a nice and unique depth of flavor I didn't even know was possible! Added on the side: 4-hour braised beef rib bone, FALL off the bone tender and absolutely delicious and flavorful. I highly suggest getting this on the side to add into a simple pho. I know their combination pho has it included! Last but not least, the Vietnamese iced coffee, this is one of the best I've had in a while. Strong and delicious, just the way it should be! I'm looking forward to returning and trying even more of their delicious options! All of them seem perfect to warm the body and soul, especially on a rainy day! Kei concepts truly doesn't disappoint with anything I've tried so far!

Yelp
Stick with the pho and the Vietnamese items when you dine here. The Ribeye Lomo did not pack any real flavor...no slightly sweet soy that is common for this dish which was a big letdown. If they hadn't provided the green sauce this would have literally been fries and steak with tomatoes and onions without any flavor. Word of advice, get on the waitlist prior to arriving. It will save you some time, but expect to still wait when you arrive..this place is busy. What I did like were the Vietnamese items. Pho was flavorful and they even offered unlimited pho noodles. They don't give you as much soup broth as most other pho restaurants...I guess you can ask for more broth if needed. Egg rolls and garlic wings were also very tasty. Overall a solid choice for pho and Vietnamese cuisine.

Yelp
The line was long, so I suggested people started putting their name on waitlist on Yelp to see if you can save some time. There are also some stores around to check out to kill time. We ordered some noodles (free refill) and chicken wings and lomo saltado and everything tasted great and good portions... The severs here were very nice and professional...will come back again

Yelp
This location can certainly get busy, and the parking might be a challenge during the weekday evenings because of all the businesses that share the plaza. We have mainly ordered take out from this store and it has always been great quality with good portion sizes and awesome flavor. My go to item has been the rib eye fried rice, which has increased in cost over the years to $30 which makes it hard to justify ordering, but it is certainly a treat every time I opt for the entree. The noodles (as you would imagine from a noodle bar) are always good too and the broth pairs perfectly. I like that the store takes the extra step to serve individually sealed take out utensils. The service from the associates has always been friendly, as I am able to request for additional green sauces to pair with my rice at no extra cost. I definitely would take friends here when eating out because it's a nice balance of casual setting with great eats.

Yelp
Yelp never disappoints. We felt in love with the restaurant on first try. Went back second time not much wait and food still amazing. I wouldn't be surprised if one day they make to Michelin guide. Highly recommend Rib bone pho Viet ice coffee Shrimp spring roll Tips: Join waitlist on yelp Pho can be refilled

Yelp
I've received consistently great food and fast service over the years I've been coming to Súp Noodle Bar. I especially like the filet mignon pho, egg rolls, and truffle fries, which are extra crispy, but you can't go wrong with any of the entrees or appetizers! No combination is a bad combination here. This place is usually packed with a long waitlist, so I recommend putting yourself on the waitlist while you're on the way and within range to decrease your wait time. The staff try to get you seated as quickly as possible, and once seated, they'll promptly take your order whenever you're ready, and the food comes out within minutes after ordering. I recommend this place for anyone wanting a modern fusion take on pho and some killer appetizers.

Yelp
We went on a Friday around 4 p.m., and there was no wait, but the place looked pretty full still. We were seated right away. We scanned the QR code for the menu. All the servers were really nice and accommodating. We ordered the filet mignon pho which was good. I ordered extra broth and found out that extra side noodles are free! I got the free herbal iced tea with the Yelp check in. It's tasty, but it's sweetened. I usually like my tea unsweetened but it was free, so. We got the lomo saltado with steak, and it was tasty. Their rice tastes buttery, fluffy, and delicious. The meat was tender and soft. The fries were good, and the green sauce is delectable. I love the crunchy red onions and tomatoes. We got the cute kid's meal, and my little boy loved the nuggets and fries WAY more than McDonald's. The packaging was so cute. The food came out fast. The ambiance is all right. We sat close to the entrance. Maybe it's nice if we go further in? Idk. The ceiling decor was cute. I would definitely go again. I love the flavor of the broth. Compared to all the other pho places I've been to, their broth is my favorite.

Yelp
Good service, good food. I love the lomo saltado, was the best. I also liked rice noodle soup. Extra bonus for all you can eat noodles refills
