I recently visited a Vietnamese noodle bar located in Heritage Plaza. Given its popularity, the place is usually packed, so I would recommend reserving a table in advance via Yelp or Google to avoid a long wait.
The ambiance of the restaurant is quite cozy, despite its small size. There’s ample seating, and the atmosphere is welcoming, making it a pleasant spot for a casual meal.
Parking is not an issue here, as the restaurant is located in a large plaza with plenty of available spaces, adding to the convenience of dining at this location.
The service was another highlight. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and making the overall experience more enjoyable.
As for the food, we ordered a variety of dishes, including the shaken house fries, combination pho, rib bones pho, and Anthony Bourdain pho. The shaken fries were disappointing; they were expensive, the beef belly on top was under-seasoned, and the fries were soggy. Overall, not worth the price. However, the pho dishes were much better. The broth was rich and flavorful, and they offer free noodle refills, which is a nice bonus. The combination pho had a good quantity of meat, while the Anthony Bourdain pho, though flavorful, had a smaller portion of filet mignon compared to the noodles. The prices for the pho were reasonable, especially considering the free refills.
In conclusion, if you’re in the mood for some flavorful pho, this place is definitely worth a visit. However, some of the non-pho dishes, like the shaken fries, may not meet expectations.
