Tried the much-talked-about Supanniga Eating Room at Thonglor and left with mixed feelings.
We ordered the Moo Chamuang and Crab Meat Pad Thai. The Moo Chamuang was the highlight—tender pork in a rich, slightly sweet and tangy sauce. It wasn’t spicy, but the flavors were layered and comforting. The Crab Pad Thai, on the other hand, was quite average. The noodles and sauce didn’t stand out, but the generous chunks of crab meat were a definite plus.
The vibe here is relaxed and modern, though the air conditioning was a bit too strong at night—it got quite cold. The place seems to cater heavily to tourists; lots of foreigners around, which made it feel slightly overhyped for what it delivered.
That said, service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and spoke English well—very helpful for visitors unfamiliar with Thai menus.
A decent spot if you’re in the area, but not sure it fully lives up to the buzz.
