Excellent store! Has a lot of variety and amazing customer service. Would def recommend if looking for plushies, high quality figures and snacks.

Ive moved in this area back in 2017 and didnt know about this place until I recently started exploring. Knowing theres a local anime store near me makes me feel like a mc every time I walk down to grab snacks, lol. I feel like denji every time I come here.

Solid 2 star. Last year, I ordered $300+ figure off their eBay and they had to cancel refund since it wasn't really in stock. Very disappointing there (2 star). Round 2, I ordered directly from their website on an email coupon they sent out a few weeks ago. It took over 3 weeks for the item to get a tracking number (shipping from their warehouse apparently takes longer than if they have stock in a store - per CS). It's now had a tracking number for over a week but still yet to be handed off to the carrier... hello... hello... CS is not very responsive, and apparently communication between the stores and warehouse is almost non-existent, leading to not being able to get answers or problems solved in a timely manner... I sure hope my item goes out... I guess I've figured out why they don't give the store phone number out, lol. UPDATE: Order confirmed July 11, ORIGINAL estimated delivery date July 18. Actually arrived August 20th... at least it arrived, but not likely to place online orders with them again...

I love this shop such a hidden gem ! I have found so many great pulls with my pokemon and magic cards also found some sweet snacks treats and figures ! Please come check them out to find own great treasures !

My little brother said that it's really good. He is pleased with his One Piece merchandise.

Looking at the photos online I ended up driving here from 30 minutes away to find out It was more like a super anime closet. Very small and not the biggest selection of items also very overpriced . A small keychain went for over $15 and every plush figure was over $25. If you're looking for collectible anime figures they have a lot of those that is what the store is mostly made up of. Also all of the Candy and drinks were completely gone so it really took away from the experience. They also did not have any products relating to classic anime's that many people would come looking for.

So first time going to the store in North miami. It was super clean and very organized. And had alot of wonderful figueures. Only down fall was the person at the counter was not very helpful and when asking a question did not really acknowledge me the phone was more important. Small store has alot of cute things. Not very good customers service.

I was driving with my son in the car and he looked outside the window and saw the store and we came inside and it is unbelievable everything is collectibles. kids will love it and so will be adults.

I am an anime lover always have been and I can say that this store was great. I loved the collectibles and the service was great as soon as I walked in the man at the cashier kindly said "let me know if you need anything" this lets me know that these people are professional. And yeah the place wasn't exactly huge but that causes its full of the things we love the most I mean isn't that what's important? and yeah the place was not perfect just like any respectable establishment I could bitch and moan that the store's location was sketchy and yeah it was but I mean that was an awesome experience. Next time I visit FL I'm going back.
