Super Chix - Chicken & Custard

Chicken is so tender and juicy. I like that there is fried or grilled options. Kids meals come with a dessert- always choose the custard. Salads are big and really tasty. Last visit our fries were soggy, when we had requested extra crispy. An employee made his rounds asking how are food was, when we told him the fries were soggy he brought us new ones that were very crispy. Where we amazing dipped into the custard!

This place is fantastic! Honestly, it should be outshining its Chick-fil-A neighbor, the quality and value here are on another level. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is top-notch. There’s usually a bit of a wait, but it’s absolutely worth it. I even bought six extra pieces of chicken to enjoy over the next few days. The grilled and fried tenders are both excellent. Sauces, excellent! Rosemary pepper fries??? TOP NOTCH. You can’t find a flavor like that in any other place. I also had the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich and was so disappointed to see it taken off the menu, it was one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. Everything is so fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend.

Service was a little slow but the food came out very hot and fresh. Everyone in my family liked the food and would likely go back. My daughter with celiac liked her grilled chicken and felt it was better than other comparable places serving grilled chicken.

My family of 9 adults was celebrating a special milestone and we wanted to go out to have a nice dinner. We had made a reservation at another restaurant for dinner, but when we arrived we kept getting the run around and we're waiting in their lobby for over an hour. Finally out of frustration we left and ended up wandering into SuperChix because it was in the same parking lot. Wow what a difference! We were able to sit down as a family of 9 immediately, there was no wait to order food and it came out quickly. The dining area was very clean and relaxing. SuperChix and their menu was new to us, but our food was AMAZING and above and beyond what we expected. Despite the night starting out rocky, we were able to still have such a good experience because of this restaurant. Thank you for giving us the space and the food to make a perfectly enjoyable family memory!

This was amazing. It had barely any people, but the service was great. Our food came Quick and was amazing. Just don't understand the bags of potatoes around.

Honestly, the best fried chicken sandwich and fries I've ever had! The service was top notch as well, unmatched anywhere else. When I say I'll be back soon, I mean probably the same day... I enjoyed every last bite! Highly highly recommended for anyone who loves chicken (fried or grilled), salads, or ice cream! The proportions were huge too!

We dined in for lunch. Food was really good. Especially the Cajun fries! Food came out quick. Place was clean. They do have custard but I did not try any. I'd come back.

First time….Great Salads with Big portions. Fries, Cheese Fries I was not a fan of. Over cooked. Fries should be light and crisp, not dark and almost crispy. Chicken was good. Loved the variety of dipping sauces you can choose from. Clean store with very helpful staff. Easy to see from street. The frozen custard was very tasty.

I really wanted to like this place. The service wasn't good the first time, but I thought I'd give it a second chance. It was even worse yesterday. They gave me the wrong food, I waited to eat until my husband got his. He had to go up to the counter and ask where his food was. They said sorry but they gave me the wrong food and they were still making ours. I didn't know it was the wrong chicken sandwich because I never had it before. The fries were cold. The place was freezing Inside. I watched 2 tables leave and go outside because they were so cold. Music was hard rock 80's ... horrible. The ketchup was empty. Just overall bad experience. The taste of the chicken sandwiches were just ok. Won't go back. :( There were a lot of disappointed tables.

Super Chix is super good! We ordered the Super Parm, Deluxe, Cheesy BBQ, and Bacavo Ranch sandwiches and a large side of loaded fries (queso blanco, bacon, green onions) The sandwiches were great: super soft potato bun and large hand breaded chicken filet. It's balanced and the integrity of the sandwich remains intact. The fried chicken is crispy and not oily and the inside is juicy and tender. And the pickles were crisp--yum! Everyone loved their sandwiches:) We sampled all of the sauces except for ketchup:P Here's the consensus: Nashville: not hot but extremely vinegary Buffalo: alright, very tangy Buttermilk Ranch: standard Honey Mustard: balanced between sweet and tangy. My favorite!! Signature: like Chick-Fil-A sauce, but more vinegary. A close second in terms of accompanying our fried chicken Korean BBQ: terrible--extremely sweet and heavy Fry Sauce: decent, but not for me (ketchup + mayo =) Personally felt a lot of the sauces were overpowering or heavy on the vinegar. Rosemary Pepper seasoning on the fries which was heavy on the pepper. Don't know if we would opt for that again. Other seasoning options were salty, sweet (cinnamon sugar--don't know why anyone would get that), and Cajun. Custard machine was in the process of churning so we did not get any custard:(

I don't have much to say as we just ordered to-go. We arrived ~5 mins after opening and the doors were still locked. The man who opened it seemed like a manager who was very upset there were people already there. We just got some tenders and fries to-go as a snack. I love the sauce bar options. Food came out very quickly. One thing I will remember about this place is they have some of the best chicken tenders I personally have ever had. They were so delicious, fresh and juicy, I couldn't put them down. I had them in the car, I can't imagine how great they'd be fresh in store.

We stopped here when staying in town for a couple days. The store was clean and the service nice. The cashier seemed disappointed we didn't order custard but we for sure did not have any room for some. The sandwiches, salad, and fries were great! Definitely recommend the black pepper rosemary fries. I loved that they had so many dipping sauces. The house and Korean bbq were my favorite.

My first time here. Good portions, great flavor on the chicken. Service was fast and friendly. I only got the southwestern salad but it was fresh crisp. Nice little place lot of stuff to look at. And great choices of sauces to choose from . My friend got a deep fried avocado filled with cheese and rosemary French fries. Definitely will go back.

My go-to every time I am in St George. These sandwiches are huge! Seasoned fries taste amazing! Took longer than usual last time to get the order out, but tasted as good as always. Great selection of sauces and drinks. Clean restaurant.

Stopped to try this place while passing through UT to CA. I ordered the chicken Deluxe sandwich, the mini sandwich, the 6 piece chicken strips and a large fries, it came up to $40. Besides the tenders being a little greasy and the fries weren't crispy/well done as I requested, not too bad of a fast food joint. They did give us an extra tender and a shit load of fries, so that was a plus. Lots of sauces to choose from. I did think the tenders were really pricy though, $16 for 6 tenders. Service was good and staff friendly. I prefer this place over Chick-fil-A.

Not from around the area and was my first time ever trying super chix. It did not disappoint! Service was great and helpful! I got the Nashville chicken sandwich with loaded fries. Definitely better than most hot chicken spots I've been to! Plus they have variety of sauces

This is one good chicken sandwich. The hot chicken sandwich is legit. One of the best I've had. Heidi will take great care of you when you show up. It's busy because it's good but service is great.

10/10 chicken sandwiches, got the bacon avocado and the chicken Patty was huge! It was also extremely juicy and tender Oreo milk shake 5/10. They boast using their custard but the milkshake was icy and not thick at all. Carl's Jr has a better Oreo milkshake. Cheese fries 6/10. These would probably be a 10/10 as the fried and cheese have great flavor, but our fires were luke warm when we got them and some pieces were limp :/.

Ok think 5 guys but with chicken! Absolutely reminds us of a 5 guys restaurant. The potato sacks stacked around and all. That being said we liked it a lot. The fries are great they were thin and well done. Chicken tenders were large and best of all moist not dry like so many places. The fried pickles were good also. And my wife's sandwich was very flavorful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only reasons for 4 stars, very limited drink options. They need more diet selections or better yet a freestyle machine. And it is a bit pricey especially if you had a family. Other than that we loved it

With a great menu of fresh, made-to-order items, this is the best casual dining chicken place in the country, prove me wrong.

I was in town for work and I was craving some chicken. I asked a local whether to try "Arctic Circle" or "Super Chix," they said "Super Chix". Walking in, the cashier immediately acknowledged us and was friendly. She even tried to upsell, kudos. She even explained they might be a little behind due to a lack of staffing, kudos. We got the Parm sandwich and the Nashville and large fries. As we waited for the food, we perused the aisle of sauces. I like this idea and concept. Raisin' Canes, take note! Shortly after, we got our food. The cajun large fry was big enough for 4 people, very well seasoned. The sandwich was hot, fresh and moist. It was a good sandwich. Buuuut, for the price I can't justify it. It's a bit expensive for a chicken sandwich. I actually like BK Italian chicken sandwich better. Overall, I would come here again if I wasn't paying, but not own my own accord.

I went today for the first time and absolutely loved the service, ambiance and the great Food!! I ordered the Bacavado(?) Chicken sandwich and large fried with queso..... I'm not going to lie.... if I didn't have $15 off coupon from Dixie Direct, I never would have gone in.... but since I have experienced the freshness and flavor of the food, I will go back even at full price.... It's bright and airy inside.... great service starting with the cashier and the young server who brought us our food.... they have a sauce bar so u can get as much as you want. I really liked my sandwich.... crispy breast meat fried to perfection and stayed crunchy the whole time.... and the sales fries were perfect.... was it fresh cut potatoes?? Maybe....

As soon as I walked in to superchix I started levitating at the smell. the custard was the most decadent silky thing ive ever eaten. the chicken was perfectly moist and crunchy. The hand cut fries melted in my mouth. not to mention the delicious sauce bar with the variety of delectable sauces: the zesty signature sauce and creamy fry sauce being my favorite. While the food is impeccable, the service is outstanding! Our server, a young talented man by the name of Garret thoroughly talked us through the menu, mentioning all of the best options, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. Overall, This place is a 10/10 perfect for families, a date night, or quick travel meal. A must-try for anyone in the area.

The food was good but the service was phenomenal!! Cute little place and stays busy but food came out quick.

We had a GREAT experience (which is harder and harder to say at most places). We were only in town for a few days, but would have happily gone back. The chicken was GOOD. I didn't have any weird pieces - if you know, you know. Anyway, it was moist and tasted good and was a decent size! The sauce bar was seriously what I've asked for so many times when having tendies. The restaurant was clean! We only saw one (frequently-used) cabinet front that even had handprints while we were there. Amazing. Lastly (but not least), the people working were great. (Not surprising, considering the service we received overall.) Heidi, in particular, was smart, funny, and warm. She engaged with diners (not just us) and got plenty of well-deserved smiles in return. Definitely a place I wish was in my neighborhood.

We ordered two ice creams on Jan. 19th about 6pm. We waited 40 minutes for the two iceceams. I would have left but I already payed the $14. When we complained to the cooks, the girl at the cash register said oh I'll get it. She wasn't even busy, she just didn't care. Horrible customer service.

Food was fantastic! We each had a salad; southwestern, and Buffalo salad. Outstanding. Fries were great and the dipping sauce was delicious. Also great that you can choose grilled or fried chicken on your salad. Service was quick. Ambiance is similar to Chipotle but with better music. It's quick, tasty, and right off the freeway. We loved it. It's started as a "stop each time I'm in St. George! Thanks for a great experi nice Super Chix!

This was our second time visiting, super chicks. We returned because the first time was so great and we were not disappointed this time we had the avocado sandwich which was delicious and of course we got a chicken sandwich and we tried the loaded fries. They were excellent everything there is excellent so service is great. People are great if you're in the area you know or even passing by you might want to just stop in and get some of the best food, you can get

I placed an order for delivery today and even though the website tracker says it was delivered, I didn't receive it. Nor can I call the restaurant to see what happened because the line is continually busy. I have sent emails to the store and to corporate stating that I want my money refunded but have not heard back yet. This is awful customer service!

This place is so fun! Casual atmosphere and super friendly staff. Heidi welcomed us and helped us choose some delicious food since there were so many amazing choices. They can put your Cold Fusion on hold so you can eat it for dessert. We will definitely be back to visit Heidi at Super Chix St George soon!

Stopped by while visiting SG. The food was good, the cleanliness left much to be desired. We wanted to sit in the back booths, but tables were dirty. The floor was gross, with straw wrappers and pieces of food/sauce scattered all over. Even the sauce station was a mess--sticky and unkempt. Trash was filled to the top. It's unfortunate because the food was actually enjoyable, but the lack of cleanliness really detracted from the overall experience. As we were leaving, one of the workers finally started cleaning, but it was a little too late to improve the experience.

Awesome find in St. George, Utah and the best thing is they are bringing one to Las Vegas:):). I know the secret, the use peanut oil!!!! They offered fried chicken tenders and french fries, they were so good. They use fresh potatoes cut there! They also offer grilled chicken breast which was amazing such a good alternative for those who are gluten free (my daughter). They have a great menu with salads and to top it off they have ice cream. Their sauces are to die for! Place is very clean and their employees are so nice. We will be back soon:)

While my wife, myself and several friends frequent Super Chix, the last two(2) visits weren't up to their regular standards. First there were about 5 or 6 employees standing towards the back talking and a couple of them noticed us when we walked in but did nothing but stand back where they were all gathered. It took about 2 minutes for one of them to finally come to the register. At least he smiled , but that was it. Didn't even say boo...took the order & that was it. Maybe he was having a bad day. Doesn't matter though. Today's visit there were two tables when we walked in & placed our order, kids meal & extra strips. We noticed the fries & custard (ice cream) were the first items on the tray which sat on the counter for approximately 15 minutes before the chicken was added. First problem: custard should be last as not to melt. Cashier didn't ask when we wanted it. (maybe that was our fault), though they always ask. Second problem: when they delivered the meal the fries were cold . No surprise there. I did get fresh ones after asking for them. Kids need to pay closer attention to the detail. Before we received our order about another 6 tables filed in the restaurant. This won't deter us from coming back as we like their chicken Meals and prices. I'm leaving this review as a former restaurant owner in my mid 20's in the 1970's and GM & a manager of both fast food restaurants and 5 Star ones too in the past 40 years. I pay attention to detail. It appears either these kids weren't trained well enough or they were but don't care that much or both. It is the responsibility of both the GM & manager to teach and keep them progressing and learning and doing their job. Especially nowadays when the hourly rate is soooo high. My first job, washing dishes, I made $1.25/hour. I received a raise to $1.35/hr when I was promoted to fry cook.

We love Super Chix!!! They have a location in American Fork, Utah and this location in St. George is just as good. We love their chicken sandwiches, fingers, and rosemary pepper fries. Their chicken is juicy, buns are soft, and so many sauces you're sure to find one to fall in love with. The fry portion sizes are massive and good thing, they are crispy and perfectly seasoned. The custard is also great (which is saying a lot considering Nielsen's Frozen Custard is down the street). Our personal favorite is the mint Oreo! So creamy and the best mint flavor. It's on the pricier side for a chicken joint but in my opinion worth every penny for a splurge fast food night every now and again. Give this place a try!!

Stopped in here after a five hour road-trip from Southern California. The food was really great- hot, tasty and fresh. Heidi helped us navigate the menu, made the perfect recommendations, and was so nice! She is a customer service dream, even our teenagers were happy with our experience. Thanks Heidi!!

Ate here again and I got the buffalo chicken sandwich, it was great! Heidi was very energetic and nice! We will be back here again.

Great place for chicken sandwiches and strips. We had both, the breaded chicken was good and tasty not over powering breading. Clean place, we ate in, I think food wait was a bit long but good place to eat :)

When it comes to chicken sandwiches, this place knocks it out of the park. The hand breaded chicken has the perfect crunch while being so tender. I got the bacavo ranch but it was a tough choice cuz the menu options are so good. All the ingredients were fresh which isn't always the case when it comes to avocado and bacon. Lots of other places struggle there. The regular fries were yummy and the fry sauce is really good. Some of my preferred fries. The restaurant was clean and has a good feel. It could be tough for groups of 6 or more. They do have tables outside which are really nice when the weather is good. I can't wait to go back!

First time coming to Utah and decided to eat here and not only are they friendly but the food is soooo good! We had the buffalo ranch burger and it did not disappoint. The Cajun fries were also reallly good! Our kids wanted ice cream and she gave them a little cup of it to take. Very sweet of her!

Yes!! Eat here! Had the Ranch Buffalo salad - it was delish! Huge and enough for two. Added large fries because there was four of us and we couldn't finish them all. Topped off with a mint Oreo custard shake! Rich and yummy!! One of the best things is the sauce bar with all kinds of sauces. Try the Korean BBQ - hot and tasty!! It was my first time here and def not my last!! Highly recommended!

This was our first visit and we had a very good experience! It has a nice atmosphere and good service. The Bacado sandwich with grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, and a nice sauce was great. It would have been even better with bacon that was more crisp. The Cordon Bleu sandwich reminded us of the sandwich version of the Malibu Chicken they used to serve at Sizzler. It was very good! Both sandwiches would be even better with a bun that could hold up better and yet still be soft. The regular fries were great! Beware of too much salt if you're sensitive to that. The frozen custard is so smooth and delicious! We would definitely come again, although prices are a bit high to eat lunch there on a regular basis.

Excellent fried chicken sandwiches and ice cream. Menu had great selection of different options--they had something for everyone. Employees were very nice and helpful, especially Heidi. Will definitely be back next time we pass through St. George.

Super chix is my absolute favorite place! I am normally a vegetarian, but when I come here I have to get some of their chicken because how good they make it. It's seriously magic. Heidi is amazing at her job too. Every time we come she makes us feel so welcome and is the highlight of our day!

Uhm THE BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH I HAVE EVER EATEN. The regular fries (we got Cajun) were HUGE and more than enough for two people. The bacon avocado chicken sandwich was to die for. Such fresh ingredients make a huge difference too. Come to Utah County!!!!

We went on a Sunday afternoon when Chik-Fil-A was closed, and I am so glad we did. Their food rivals that of the other place and has many similarities, but the sauce bar puts it over the top for me! We loved it and can't wait to go back for more.

Greasy, flavorless chicken. I heard good things about this place, and I'm left questioning why. I was left with a thick, greasy taste in my mouth and my stomach in knots. This was a complete waste of money. Do not recommend.

My friends and I have eaten here so much we might aswell buy stock in the company. The food is amazing and the staff is even better!! Heidi and Ceasar always make our food fresh and deliver with top notch customer service!! The atmosphere here is thrilling with lots of tv's with live sports, and a sauce bar with everything you'd ever need! Making superchix the best place to eat here in St. Geezy BY FAR!!!

We went here for the first time, based on other reviews. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich. The bun was good, but the chicken lacked seasoning. It was moist. But very little flavor. My wife had the grilled chicken with avocado and bacon and enjoyed it. Fries were good. Average review due to lack of seasoning on the chicken sandwich. Not sure if we will be back.

We've eaten here twice now and it's a winner. The chicken is all very fresh tasting and they have a ton of different flavors and sauces. The Korean BBQ sandwich is by far our favorite. We have tried a few sandwiches, salads and plain chicken strips (they are massive) for the kids. We've also tried all the different types of fries and they are all good as well. We love the sauces especially the house sauce and the fry sauce. This is a must try.

I am really burned out on eating bad and overpriced food in this city. 12.99 for iceberg lettuce with a few strips of chicken is bad enough but to actually hand out hidden Valley ranch.. inexcusable. the fries were so terrible i didn't even attempt to eat them after tasting one. My kids refused to eat the oily oddly sweet chicken strips. We spent 50$ on barely and food and it was just a genuine regrettable meal. I wish i could end this review with the classic, 'there's so many better places to spend your money here.' But there's not. If you want good chicken make it at home. This city is tan by people whose tastebuds died before i was born.

We came in today and it was pretty busy! But Heidi kept the line moving and is the perfect person to take orders, she's hilarious and very personable! Heidi deserves a raise!!!! Food was super good and came out fast despite being so busy and short staffed!!!

This place has the friendliest staff EVER!! Heidi, Cesar and Jada were amazing! They had great recommendations, were nice and made our experience perfect! The food was nummy too! Great flavor and amazing chicken!! It's also very clean and nice inside. Will we be back again!!
