Super Dumpling Culver City

Wonderful experience. We went as a group of friends for dinner with 3 young kids. It's a spacious place with welcoming and friendly staff. Neat and tidy, fast service, and menu items came earlier than our expectations. Food was tasty, and authentic. We ordered Orange Chicken, Beef with Broccoli, Chicken Fried Rice, Noodles, wontons and both steamed and pan fry dumplings. Their Sesame Balls were very delicious also. Corn soup was good too but didn't have any chicken in it only the broth and was served in individual sizes. For bigger groups like ours they should provide a group serving in a big bowl. Overall experience was excellent with very comfortable and properly spaced furniture. Staff was very efficient in removing empty plates and bringing in refills. We welcome a Halal Chinese restaurant in Culver City and wish them success and fame.

IG/TT @waitfoodfirst (Replaced wokano restaurant in the mall) I really wonder if Super dumplings in the Culver City Westfield mall gets their name from being super juicy. Whether steamed or pan fried all of their dumplings had at least a spoonful of hot soup. This place is halal so all dumplings are made with beef instead of pork which I thought was unique and still super delicious. They also have your favorite Chinese dishes like super tender orange chicken and fried rice which I really enjoyed. They also have sushi dishes but that didn’t seem like the vibe so I didn’t try them~

This new Chinese restaurant inside the Westfield Culver City is a gem. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond. It’s clear the management truly values both the quality of the food and their customers’ experience. The Dragon Roll and Shrimp Shu Mai were standouts - beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor. Unlike many places, their dishes aren’t overly salty or greasy, and I left feeling nice and satisfied. The restaurant itself is massive, with plenty of seating, making it an ideal spot for large gatherings or special occasions. If you’re searching for a welcoming, delicious, and spacious dining experience, Super Dumpling is the spot!

Great soup dumplings on the west side! We ordered multiple dishes: xiao long bao, blistered green beans, and ma po tofu. The flavor for each one is very authentic and the XLB in particular was impressive in terms of the flavor of the soup inside and how well the shell remained intact. No pic of the XLB because we finished it all! The ambience was very nice and we had excellent service from the waiter and manager. My only negative feedback is the tofu was a bit on the salty side but the other dishes were five stars. Will be back for sure!

Drinks, dumplings, and service were all 5 stars!!! Great music and atmosphere also. What a pleasant surprise to walk into this restaurant. My teenagers annihilated the fried rice and orange chicken.

We had the both the shrimp and chicken xiao long bao, orange chicken, walnut shrimp, and black pepper beef. Everything was so good there were no leftovers. Plus the staff were so kind and and took great care of our family. We will be coming back here again!!!!

When we first arrived, we noticed the signs from the previous occupant (Wokano) were still up, which was a little confusing, but don’t let that stop you from going in! The food here is fantastic, and it’s great to finally have a spot in Culver for delicious sit-down Chinese cuisine. Everything we ordered was warm, flavorful, and incredibly comforting. The highlight for us was the super dumplings—absolutely perfect! We left feeling happy and beyond satisfied. Highly recommend!

We came in during their soft opening. All of the employees were nice and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the wonton soup, crispy wontons, noodles, Mongolian beef and soup dumplings—so much food we could not finish and did take home. Shout out to their marketing team and hope to see them when they’re jam packed and at full service.
