Super Duper Burgers was absolutely amazing! The meat was incredibly fresh — you can really taste the quality in every bite. The milkshakes were rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. Prices were totally reasonable for the quality of food and service. Honestly, nothing but positive things to say. If you’re visiting San Francisco, this spot is a must-try! You won’t be disappointed. 🍔🥤

Gluten free pasta straws? What a great idea! These are 100% better than paper straws especially for things like my strawberry shake. Got a shake, garlic fries, and a super duper cheese burger. All excellent. Thank you.

The burger was absolutely delicious! My first time in San Francisco and I heard that if you're craving a burger, This is the place to get something good. I was NOT disappointed. I only had a single burger with fries and a shake, but it was SO filling without feeling like an overwhelming amount of food. I used the kiosk at the front to order so I could take my time and see all my options. It was very easy to use. I liked the relaxed atmosphere and that there was a second floor where you can sit. I only gave the atmosphere 4 stars because there was a little bit of a funny smell when I went upstairs, but it was easy to ignore. Would definitely come here again for this awesome food!

Chicken sandwich and Super Burger was delicious. Ciabatta roll nicely toasted just a little dark on the inside. Chicken and Beef was juicy. French Fries nice and crispy. Free pickles. Friendly and nice staff.

At a conference at the Marriott Marquis. This location was conveniently across the street and easily accessible for lunch. Bar and high top seating downstairs. Individual tables upstairs. Complimentary pickles that a unique flavor. Had the seasonal special jalapeño burger. One patty was filling but might have liked the double. Good flavor on the burger and good fries.

Just another burger joint. Their homemade pickles are ok. The burgers are juicy, not necessarily greasy. Fries are fries. The ice-cream is good. The service needs to be seen. I personally feel if they spent the same time on serving and CLEANING as they do talking? That's my reason for the score.

If you came to San Francisco you must try this out. Those are the best burger you can ever have, they have lots of choices to have and also check out their Garlic fries and milk shakes. The burger are also not expensive, definitely check this place next time

I gave Super Duper a second chance recently. Boy, did they respond. See everyone deserves a second chance. Unless you ask for a hamburger and they give you a salad. Immediate jail. Super Duper has so many locations now and my theory is the more locations, the more erratic the results can be. I got a truffle burger which was super duper tasty. Like I was taken back. Probably one of the best burgers I've had in SF. The Garlic fries I remember being top notch. They are still full of garlic and parm. Never skimp me on my garlic and parm. The hazelnut milkshake wasn't nutty enough for me. The previous time I had been to Super Duper it didn't quite move me. Plus you are getting a smaller burger and it's hard for me to get my wallet behind that. I can get my mouth behind it just fine. This time super duper did the dang thing and I'm proud of them. (4.5 Stars)

i want to love super duper burgers, but the quality seems to have gone down. the burgers are just OKAY. i don't think they season the meat which lends to a pretty mid burger experience overall. and for the price point, you'd think they'd have nailed something as simple as seasoning the patty. i should stick to their chicken sandos, because i've had better luck with those. the soft serve and shakes are very good though. and service is always fast.

Super Duper Burgers is Super Duper Expensive these days - we came here after a night and the museum and were craving burgers, so we ordered two super duper burgers with "everything on it" paired with garlic fries The burger itself was juicy and flavorful, and with everything on it, it feels like a solid burger with good portions. The garlic fries are topped with cheese and are also quite flavorful itself. With everything in SF getting more expensive, Super Duper Burgers is no exception, it's tasty but it's hard to justify $30+ for two burgers and a fries

Solid burger spot. No matter which location I go to, quality is good. I appreciate the consistency! I did give four stars instead of five only because the fries could be salted a little bit more hahaha, but I'm just being picky here.

This is a great spot to grab a burger and fries in DTSF - the food is fantastic, staff are beyond friendly, and their prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the location! My conference ran late - I was starving and exhausted and so happy to find this spot on the way back to my hotel. I was skeptical bc the surrounding area is a little sketchy but this was a welcome respite - inviting vibes and welcoming staff. I grabbed a Mini Burger, Garlic Fries, & milkshake to go. My food was ready fast and I was on my way. The mini burger is plenty large enough for one person - not what I'd call "mini" but they call it that bc it only has one patty. Their meat is locally sourced and organic - it was cooked perfectly and delicious. The garlic fries come topped with cheese and were the star of the show - super flavorful and just lovely with an excellent texture. This is a great locally owned chain exclusive to the Bay Area. It's technically fast food but definitely has good quality. Would come again when visiting SF!

Fast food that's really fast. The space is ample so you don't feel rushed but it's always moving. The location is convenient for a quick bite and the burgers are juicy.

The burger was hot and tasty. The fries were just OK. High chairs and low chairs available. It was quiet, between 2-4pm. The server suggested a good light beer. I was most impressed w her. Efficient, super helpful, friendly to everyone. Multi tasker, hard worker for sure. If you are a recruiter for customer service, she is a good candidate . Watch out Super Duper, better treat her right.

I walked across the street for a quick sandwich before turning in for the night. I chose the chicken sandwich which was probably not the best thing on the menu to choose from. The bun got super soggy and was very very messy by the end. I basically needed a fork and knife to eat the rest of the sandwich. Service was quick and the space is nice. Next time I will get a burger.

Yummy, the one next to the Metreon is the best location downtown period. This hit the spot.

I was just talking with my wife the other day about wanting to support more locally-sourced foods and restaurants that do the same. Super Duper Burgers claims to be just that! The burger itself was tasty, although nothing to write home about. I went with all the topics--the traditional ones but not the sauce because I'm not really a sauce kind of guy. There were ample toppings and I could taste each addition. I did enjoy the bacon, especially. I added the garlic fries and they were definitely garlicky. Just a hair skinnier and they would have been too skinny for my liking. But they weren't. Yay! They held up nicely to the ketchup. (Was that ketchup house made? I don't know. The delicious spicy pickles were, though.) I'm holding back on the fifth star because the restaurant is dark and cold with an industrial concrete and steel feeling. Also, five stars means I *have to* go back. Although I don't have to, I would.

This location is consistent with the others. However, this location is better if you want to get away from all the crazy traffic on market. At this location you can almost always find seats quickly, where as the location on market that is less likely. I typically get a mini with cheese (I feel it's the perfect amount of meat), garlic fries and an IPA. They have decent shakes as well, but nothing out of this world. It's a solid burger spot.

Been meaning to try this place for a while. First plus is self service ordering. I really like that especially when the system is detailed. I got the double loaded and added jalapenos. Burger was excellent. Meat was done right, not too salty like other places. Was juicy but a little on greasy side, which I don't mind. Fries were perfect. My tummy was full and happy happy satisfied and it didn't break the bank. Will be back when in town and need that quick delicious burger fix.

The first time I went here with my cousin was years ago. Didnt have any recall how bad it was and no memory of it that I have to come back here tomorrow thought. I tried it tonight with my mother for dinner and given i fasted 12 hrs for this means everything should be good. I got garlic fries which is too salty for me. Im not a fan of fries but I wanted to know if it is the soggy fry or a crunchy one. They got the crunchy one but too salty for my liking. I ordered truffle burger which they claimed was back so I tried first time. was too greasy for me or very saucy. It got a strong truffle taste which it had to be but it was a slump of truffle oil. Even the bottom bun was soaked with it turned bottom bun paper thin. If you want that kind of taste or feeling, this is for you. I ordered super burger which both burgers are medium rare. Forgot to click on well done if there is any. Both patties are not dry and very juicy. It got a bit of a bitter taste to it cause I added aged cheddar. Overall, burger isnt that bad and for the price point, you get your money's worth. Since im not a fry person, $4.50 for garlic fries, not sure if it is normal or less. Patties are not that greasy but juicy. Truffle burger is oily. I ordered online and it was ready in 4minutes! Less traffic at 630pm. Im famished. I had burgers that I would come back and this is not one of it. $31.89 for everything. worth it? uh, no drinks, no tissue, no. 4 star as everything is ok and decent but not enough flavor for me to come back anytime soon. giving it 3 stars instead of 4. I dont know what made me go to restroom twice and had stomachache. i ate half of each and gave the other half to my mom. glad she didnt eat hers and stored it away. we going to toss it out.

my go to spot for a quick and simple burger when im in the area! I love the mini burger and garlic fries. Burger is very tasty. I dont add all the extras, just like it plain with the sauces on the side chipotle and i forgot the other 2 sauces? Garlic fries are seasoned great. Staff is super cool, friendly and always helpful. Prices are affordable too. You have to order items individually, no combo meal type things. Milkshake is YUM.

A mighty tasty burger! Actually, with the egg was the best. This isn't a fast food joint it's a "medium" food joint. Don't be in a rush, but well worth the time!

I was at a convention and the lunch they were serving was not very good so I took to Yelp to find an alternative. I was looking for something quick and nearby and Super Duper Burgers popped up. I got the cheeseburger and kept it simple with the toppings. I also got some fries. The burger was soooo good! It tasted really fresh and really well seasoned. I have this weird thing with ground beef and won't eat a burger if the beef isn't seasoned well and this one was perfect! I also really loved the fries. They were crispy and fluffy and well salted. I liked sitting at the window watching the people walk by and enjoyed having a buzzer instead of having to listen for my name or number being shouted when my order was ready. Overall, this was a quick, yummy meal that I would definitely come back for!

the burgers were not bad, I didn't have enough to gauge but the bun and patty weren't bad. I wasn't a fan of the powdery fries though. the blueberry milkshake was interesting I wish it had more blueberries. the classic vanilla ice cream was nice and not sickly sweet

If you're looking for good quality burgers and need a burger fix this is the place! Located on Mission street, the closet parking place is the parking structure in front of Westfield. You can either order with a person or a kiosk. Service is quick. We got our food within 10 mins. I prefer to get the mini burger because the super burger is too big. Beware, their burgers are very greasy, so you'll need a lot of napkins.

I love Super Duper Burgers. I ordered my usual of a mini burger with cheddar cheese and grilled onions and french fries. The burger tasted juicy and filling and the fries were done just right. When ordering the cashier was friendly and the restaurant is spacious and clean. There are plenty of tables and seats available, so it's a great spot to grab food with a group. It's also right outside the Metreon, so the location is super convenient. Just an an easy spot to get to when I'm craving a burger.

This was an amazing burger -- cooked perfectly and very sizable for a "mini." The name is deceiving. The beef was cooked perfectly, and the mild cheddar and special sauce balanced the savory meat perfectly. I highly recommend adding the grilled red onions, which added another interesting layer to the overall flavor profile. The fries were also delicious, especially when paired with the slightly sweet ketchup. Overall, the meal was delicious and the service was fast and friendly. Needless to say, I will be back.

They live up to their name! Super great tasting and the best fries I've ever had in my life.. my husband calls it in an out on steroids, lol. They are amazing at what they do

I was introduced to Super Duper Burgers through their Yelp Elite event promotion. Even though it was at another downtown location, I really enjoyed the burger and garlic fries I had so I've been a fan since then. It is one of the best dining options in downtown SF since the food is really yummy and affordable. I always order the mini burger for $7 now and garlic fries for $4.50. There is a 4% SF mandate (health care) fee, so including taxes is $12.99. This is cheaper than Roam Burger and other burger joints, but more expensive than In-N-Out. Definitely try their garlic fries since that's an iconic SF food and their hamburger definitely tastes better than McDonald's! I also like how they gave me a glass cup for water, which is very environmentally friendly. It is self serve and there is lemon to add to your water or soda. They also sell milkshakes and alcohol.

I had actually never heard about Super Duper Burgers but my friend who was travelling with me was raving about this place and saying it's a must-try.. like the In-N-Out of San Fran. I was a little skeptical but I didn't want to rain on his parade so we decided to check this place out. We visited for a weekday lunch and I ordered the super burger along with garlic aioli fries. To compare with In-N-Out is unfair -- the vibes feel more like a Shake Shack kinda vibe. We ordered via the kiosk and I also got a draffe beer because it's unfair to not drink while on vacation. Our food came out pretty quickly. The review of the burger -- I mean it's a burger. It's not bad and I'm not gonna lie -- it's a pretty good burger. But I have this philosophy of how good can a burger be? It's not a michelin rated burger and it uses good meat so it's a standard burger. I do like that they put egg on the burger and their sauce is pretty yummy too. The fries though were actually what I really enjoyed. They used real garlic for their garlic fries and the garlic scent and flavor was really strong. As a huge garlic fan -- it was really nice having that strong garlic flavor come in. All paired with a glass of ice cold beer makes a great lunch. Super Duper Burgers is something you can only get in SF for sure -- but I don't think it's something you need to DIE to try. If you're in the area, it's worth trying but don't go out of your way to eat it.

Vegetarian review - The place has more than 1 choice for vegetarians and not interested in going back unless it has 'true' vegetarian and not 'imitation' meat only options.

This restaurant was incredibly dirty, there were literally hundreds and hundreds of fruit flies infesting the ketchup stations and the food on our table. We had to leave it was so off putting. Clearly an indicator of their sanitation measures.

Excellent veggie burger, decent lemonade, and bland and soggy fries. The order was to go so maybe the fries were just sitting a little too long. I can't give a bad rating though because the veggie burger was really really good.

If you like a greasy burger this is the place, but maybe too much grease. I had the Super Burger as usual, with fries. Both were great as usual. The only negative was the copious amount of grease on the burger. One can made a delicious burger without excessive grease. In-N-Out has mastered quality beef on a burger without excessive grease. Other than a frigidly cold restaurant, it was dependably tasty. Good though to be able to get a beer with the burger. I love the Scrimshaw Pilsner.

2 stars for picking up. 5 stars for the food. Did online order and it was somewhat big order. 7 burger, 5 fries, 7 Togo pickles and 2 forks. 2 was suppose to be garlic fries and 3 regular. Instead I checked when I came back home, 1 garlic and 3 regular fries so I was missing a garlic fries. Only got 1 small bag of pickle and no fork. Tried calling the restaurant 2 times and no pick up. Was told that if I have something wrong with my order just email them but highly they will email back. I always come here to eat for their food which is great to sit in but when having to go, it's a different story.

I didn't realize how many super duper's there were in this area if SF. This one is right next to yerba buena gardens, which is good if you want to eat the burger nearby. There's no outdoor seating, so I recommend getting it to go and then finding a spot in yerba buena. I think the burgers here are great and have had consistent results across locations. Don't forget to add toppings, many of which are free. I got the "mini" which is the regular size and plenty for me. The super is a double patty. Reminds me of Parks and Rec when the child size soft drink was 64oz or something lol. We also got 2 orders of garlic fries, but the portion was large so one order would've been enough for two of us. Lastly, tip if you plan to eat at yerba buena- they don't put in the bag utensils or ketchup unless you ask

My wife and I were looking for a burger and found this Super Duper near our hotel. We had a good experience. We used their self-serve counter service using a terminal screen. It was easy to use even for a tech challenged guy like myself. We split their super duper burger (double burger) with cheese, jalapeños, and the usual lettuce and tomato. It was tasty burger. They also make their own home made dill pickles. The pickles were complimentary. They were pretty good and had a nice little kick to them. Since we split the burger, we had to try their hand made milkshake. We both order chocolate malts. It was a good shake. I wanted more malt flavoring. Lastly, we tried their garlic fries. Loved them. Lots of garlic, parsley, and parmesan cheese. This franchise puts out a good food; it's worth a try.

Came here to fulfill a burger craving and was somewhat satisfied. Their mini burger is the same size as a fast food burger (but not frozen) and you can get grilled onions and add cheese (which I of course did). The French fries have to be ordered separately, but we're so worth it! A good amount and very tasty. Why not 5 stars then? I'm just not a "raw burger" type of person. I wish someone had asked me how well-cooked I want my patty because I like mine charred and well-done. I don't like biting into it and having it fall apart because it's so pink and juicy :/ it's just not my preference. The online ordering system gave a lot of options for configuring your order but not for the meat. I'd rather try another place :/

You need to show vaccine cards to eat inside so we took it to go. Its been awhile since I've had a super duper burger. A better and pricier in n out. I ordered a lot of different ingredients for both burgers and they got all confused as to what goes in what. I was kinda disappointed that with all the extras I paid for in my burger, it wasn't as packed as I expected. It was a good burger though.

If there are two words to describe this place, they are not Super Duper.This place is super-duper-gross, an abomination to the world. - Fries are fried. Here, fries are soaked in oil, left flacid, dripping mucus. - Super Duper Burgers are Super Duper Greasy. It's like the beef didn't have enough fat so they poured grease on top. - Cheddar cheese on a burger? A burger deserves more respect, and a melty cheese, this is why American was invented. Poor taste. - This place is a covid sanctuary. You can feel the bacteria, heat, and disease build up as you sit and wait for your burger and fries to be greased up. I'm sure my experience pertains to the entire chain. This place is sacrilege to the most American of meals. There is no need to stoop down to this level when you live in such a culinary city.

So I was just there yesterday, I ordered and payed extra for avocado and onion. I came home, they did not have any of what I payed for, the manager was stoic, but he did give me some me a full refund which Is nice, but it was a long way from home, I felt like I should have been compensated in another Way, but like I said I did get a full refund, but unfortunately I would not be returning. When in an out burger's made a mistake, they were offered me a full refund plus a free meal. Just saying. If I lived around the block wouldn't have bin a big deal, Again, it would have been nice to have been compensated, but the owner didn't seem like it was necessary

We had a quick meal here before catching a movie at the AMC. Got the mini burger with everything and cheese, my wife had the egg sandwich and we got some garlic fries. Burger was great and wasn't that mini. If you get a side I think it's enough to keep you full til your next meal. Burger was top notch, very juicy, good bun and really liked the sauce. Egg sandwich was also tasty with the chipotle aioli. The garlic fries were ok, but too greasy for my taste. Will definitely give this place another try. The dipped cones look really tempting.

I went here recently for the first time and was a little lost, the young manager kindly helped me out and gave me recommendations on what to order. I tried the bacon Gouda burger which is a seasonal item and it was really good. The garlic fries are one of my favorites. Plus the ambience was really chill and clean, something I really appreciate since downtown places are usually dirty. Definitely will be back.

Super Duper Metreon has an incredible specialty menu. I love the cheeseburger, garlic fries and soft serve swirl! The time from ordering food at the self serve check out to delivery is really efficient. But let me emphasize one item on the menu that stands out the most, The GARLIC FRIES!!! Accompanied by a fork, much appreciated! The consistency across the few Super Dupers I've been to is amazing. The QA is right on par! Love the upstairs seating and there wasn't a line the moment we ordered at 12:19pm but there were more customers flowing in after we ordered. Thanks so much for the yummy artery clogging fries, definitely satisfied the craving!

This is my new favorite lunch spot. They have great customer service always so friendly ! & their food is the cherry on top ! The food quality is just top notch! They also have great music that makes the atmosphere very enjoyable. I highly recommend this spot !

this place is a solid place for burgers. my partner and i shared a super duper burger with grilled onions and ate pickled on the side. we also had a side of fries. it was enough for both of us, but only because we had a huge lunch. honestly a little expensive for burgers but it had two patties and the grilled onions were to die for. the texture of the french fries was also one of my favorite. we got it when it was freshly fried and was so amazing. it had the perfect amount of crunch on the outside and soft potato on the inside. i would like to say, if you don't like a slight tang or sourness to your burgers, skip this. the super duper sauce felt kind of sour to me and was weird at first but slowly grew on me. good burgers but price was a little high. one star deducted because: -price for portion was a little high -the sour taste wasn't exactly my favorite and the burger could have had more onions and veggies

My go-to burger joint. The Super Burger never fails to please. It may be greasy and drippy, but all of that adds up to sheer flavour. Get the burger with a slice of cheese (+$1) and some grilled onions (free!). Make sure to snag some of the free pickles at their condiments bar. They've got a secret menu too, but I haven't really enjoyed anything I've ever ordered off of it. Don't overcomplicate it. The shakes are great (and they spike them on request), and the garlic fries are scrumptious too. And if you're not big on meat, the veggie burgers are fantastic. You really can't go wrong. Oh, except if you order a meal off the self-service kiosk. For some reason the tablets don't seem to have the combo deal? So if you want a burger, fries, and a drink, just talk to a human instead.

I love Super Duper burgers, their garlic fries and pickles too. The burger patties always manage to be juicy even though they may appear rather thin. The buns seem always buttered prior to being grilled, so they're a bit more on the greasy side, but they are therefore soft and super delicious. If you're not too hungry, you can choose the "mini" which comes with one meat patty, as opposed to the "super" which comes with two patties. The free toppings include a slice of tomato, lettuce and raw onions; but you can ask for jalapeño slices and grilled onions too if you'd like, also complimentary. Overall it's one of my favorite burger franchises ever, but as much as I love it, I'd say the meat can be seasoned just a bit more to give it more flavor. As for pickles, you can get as much as you want. They usually put out a few jars within the restaurant full of these sliced pickles. They're the sweet kind, just FYI. Just grab a paper plate and use the provided tongs to get as much as you like. My last experience at this particular store was pretty pleasant. The staff at the cashier was friendly. The store was pretty clean and the tables were not messy, which could happen a lot especially in the city. I really liked the upper level of this store where they provided more space and tables for their dining-in customers. The restroom was passcode-locked, and was pretty clean.

For a fast casual burger place, these burgers are pretty tasty. I forget the name of the burger that we got but it has bacon, egg and cheese already on it. They're on the small side though so we were still hungry. The fries were also nice and crispy and the strawberry shake was really good. They use real strawberries. I would honestly just come back for that alone.
