Superdaily Fusion Pasta

Lily and August created Super Daily fresh made pasta choices that will satisfy and delight your taste buds! While all the pasta dishes are delicious, especially since ALL the pasta is made fresh daily, my favorites are: The Yaki-miso Mushroom Linguine as I’m a mushroom lover. Remember to get that side of stir-fried mushrooms too! The Spinach Rigatoni is full of flavor and easy to eat because you can just stick your chopstick in the hole and enjoy ;D The Mongolian Beef is another goodie especially as its beef is tender and smoky with that fresh bed of fettuccine. For the eggplant lovers, you’ll enjoy the Melanzana Fritta Linguine as the eggplant is light and tasty. The Spicy Curry Shrimp Linguine has a nice build up with a kick as it gave me the food sweats. The Chicken Alfredo was creamy and delightful. The Bolognese Linguine is peppery and savory for me, the way I like it. Whatever you choose, you’ll enjoy the fresh made daily pasta that is the main event in each dish! Lily and August are both charismatic, kind, and caring as you can taste it in every bite. Besides a great meal, they serve you with gratitude and appreciation. They’re a few tables outside to enjoy, but I found ordering ahead is nicer to enjoy it while watching my fav shows. Ask for the Randy special, but be prepared as they probably won’t know what you’re talking about… as I just made that up lol. It would probably be the Yaki-Miso Mushroom Linguine w/side of stir-fried mushrooms.

The handmade pasta has a pleasantly chewy texture, and the sauce is rich and flavorful. It’s a unique fusion of Asian flavors and traditional Italian pasta. The owners—two petite Asian women—may be small in size, but they’ve created something truly bold, delicious, and full of character.

Love the shrimp Alfredo!!! Fresh shrimp and creamy sauce made this dish taste so yummy:)) I can taste the texture of the pasta it’s 100% handmade. Glad that we have this food truck here and thanks the nice owner for bringing such great food and service:) Recommend!!

I had the shrimp Alfredo with linguine since they ran out of fettuccine and the yaki-miso mushroom, they were both great the Alfredo had a little spicy kick that complement the noodles but not overly spicy and the mushroom one was cheesy and creamy with bonito flakes on top, and looks like they used shiitake and shimeji mushrooms, really good if you like mushrooms and a Japanese twist definitely recommend this one! They both were very flavorful and the pasta itself tasted great and al dente not hard or mushy. Definitely a place to check out if you’re looking for some creamy noodles. Service was great too, Definitely recommend!

Great pasta/noodle dishes made using homemade noodles and you can tell the sauces are scratch made. Fresh takes on dishes fusing Asian and Italian flavors. Never really had food like it. Tried 3 different pastas an enjoyed them all. Plus their wings are great if you like curry & coconut flavor.

Superdaily is THE BEST - look no further - amazing homemade pasta and extremely tasty recipes - you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Everything is delicately balanced & super tasty - garlicky items are generously so, and so on. Could not recommend more!

Very tasty! Tried their yaki miso mushroom and their Mongolian beef noodles! The mushroom noodles were very aromatic and the Mongolian beef had a lot of flavor! 😋

We had the bolognese and yaki-miso mushroom fettuccine and they were both delicious! We found the handmade pasta very enjoyable, and the portions were generous. Service was fast and friendly, we will definitely be back!

I've been back a number of times since my first review and have to say I'm always so pleased . The Mongolian beef is a spicy delight , the shrimp is always cooked just right, but I confess I'm now addicted to the cheese puffs. They're similar to crab puffs but better! The dough is fried perfectly & the oowie gooey goodness of the cheese filling is , well.., addictive! The owners are so upbeat & give incredible service. I love that this food truck has an Asian twist on pasta. I'm not a big pasta person, but this food truck has me questioning if I am indeed a pasta person because I enjoyed my meal at Superdaily Fusion Pasta. I ordered their Yaki-miso Mushroom Linguine, which is one of their popular food items on the menu (for a good reason too because it was delicious!). I liked the mushroom sauce, it was very creamy and savory. The linguine texture was perfect. All the right ingredients in a bowl. The lady at the food truck was so nice and friendly. She walked over and handed me the food while I was sitting at the table. There are a few covered, outdoor tables available for seating. Parking is a bit limited since they share a parking lot with a convenience store, but I had no issues getting a spot. Will be back to try out other food items on the menu!

First of all, I love the concept of this food truck, mixing Italian cuisine with a hint of Asian influence. The owners are super nice and for their pleasantries alone I would revisit Superdaily Fusion Pasta. Onto the meal itself, I got the Mongolian Beef Fettuccine, and I really like the cuts of meat that I got. The beef was well cooked, mostly lean, and well seasoned. The bell peppers were pretty good, and the pasta itself soaked in the flavor of the surrounding meat and vegetables. I do wish there were more vegetables. My only gripe is the portion size; I arrived not very hungry and left only slightly more full. I would have liked to have more food, but I will wait for the next time I visit to try their other dishes.

Yum. Finally got a chance to try this food truck near the infamous North Loop intersection of Burning, Duval, and East 51st street. I ordered directly from their website powered by Toast and pick up was 15min later. Since I live in the neighborhood, I just took a lunch time stroll to the food truck. Pick up was a breeze I was greeted warmly with appreciation for trying them out. I quickly walked back home. I ordered the Yaki Misi Mushroom linguine and it was full of umami with the bonito flakes, Parmesan, and miso. The pasta and mushrooms were in separate containers from the creamy sauce so it kept the pasta al dente. The sauce is creamy and rich so I could only eat 1/2 of the dish so it's good for two servings for me. I'm excited to return and try their other innovative pasta dishes that has a fusion flair from various cultures.

This food truck is located right beside a convenience store and offers street parking and picnic tables. We were welcomed by the owner and ordered on the app. We sat at the picnic table while we waited, and she brought us our wasabi garlic edamame and Mongolian beef fettuccine. I am not fond of spicy food, so I was not able to eat more than one of the edamame. The Mongolian beef fettuccine was tasty, but next time, I will choose something with a white sauce since I want to try something that has an Italian flavor.

I thought the sauces and flavors were good. I wish the yaki miso was more creamy and I would have liked more sauces on the pasta. I also think the noodle texture could be better, I felt it didn't really have a bounce back. Otherwise the flavors were unique and the workers were really nice. It's a little truck outside with some tables outside, it was hot when we went so we took it back home and it was still fresh when we ate it.

This food truck is located at the same place as feral pizza. My husband and I shared the mushroom pasta (to go) and it was delicious. I love how they add asian ingredients to their pasta. Also the pasta was fresh and cooked perfectly. Will definitely be back to try their other pastas

Happened on this gem unintentionally. Won't call it a food park, but shares an area with Feral pizza. So a gem and it won't be quiet for much longer. The Yali-Miso Mushroom linguine is easily one of the best things I've eaten this year. I can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu. A bonus: the people running it seem really nice.

This place was AWESOME! The fresh daily pasta and the Bolognese sauce I had are worth trying this place out!!!!

Was looking for a new restaurant, so happy we found Superdaily! meals are excellent, had the pasta with eggplant & tomato, my husband had the spicy curry shrimp linguine. highly recommend!
