"Super Deluxe, a prominent burger spot in Foster-Powell, has opened a new location in the Pearl District. Renowned for its classic burgers, juicy chicken nuggets, and breakfast fare, the new venue continues the brand's tradition of offering high-quality fast food. The first location quickly became popular, earning praise from internet fast-food celebrity and Simpsons writer Bill Oakley, as well as a Best New Restaurants nod from Portland Monthly. The new restaurant, located in the Heartline building, is set to open on July 19 at 8 a.m." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden

They have a limited menu but everything we ordered was pretty good. Not, blow-your-mind good, but an all around decent burger. Prices are pretty reasonable for combos. Staff were very friendly. Our food was cooked fresh, and nice and hot. Great place to grab a quick bite!

I’ve been seeing this place all over social media so I thought I’d give it a try. I asked for no raw onion and no pickle on my double burger and I got no sautéed onion (which I wanted) and no raw onion but they still put pickles on it. I absolutely HATE the taste and aftertaste of pickles so that was difficult for me to deal with. The burger itself was okay, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again. The fizzy water was okay too, but not great. The fries were the best part but honestly none of it was really anything special. As a former Vegas resident no this isn’t like In N Out and idk why anyone would even say that lol. Friendly staff, good energy, LGBTQIA+ friendly which is great, but the burger was mid. The end.

Google
Love the atmosphere the bold generic Burger fan fair style. We sat outside the tables where vibrant and nice. The crinkle cut fries were crinkle cut fries fine, deep fried and tasty but the burgers were amazing! Actually melted cheese ( I find many places just set the cheese on at the very last step and so it doesn't really melt or anything) and toasted buns it was a perfect match! The beef was tasty and well cooked.

The crinkle cut French fries are delicious 😋.... you have to wait for your order.... but they come out hot! Burger was very nice and fresh bun. Two staff I dealt with were very nice peeps 👍👍👍😊 Will come back again! Cheers John New Zealand guy on vacation in Portland 😊👍

Google
Really enjoyed the atmosphere however it's quite cold inside and making eating and being cold and teeth chattering. Food order was fast and still hot. Love love love the ice they use in their self serve fountain drinks. They definitely won my heart over with just that alone.

Google
Super good food! Its definitely a step above fast food like McDonald's, or Wendy's. Very similar to Little Big Burger, In n Out, and Chick Fil A. Store was very clean and visually pleasing. Cashier was seeming be having a bad day. Messed up my order but they brought a chicken sandwich out immediately. Highly recommend it. Fries and drinks were great. They have the good circle ice!

Google
SuperDeluxe is just like any other fast food burger joint. It’s slightly overpriced compared to its value but still a good deal. The place was nice and neat but lacked any character. I’d grab a burger if I was in the mood and in the area but wouldn’t necessarily go out of my way to eat here.

Few heroes are seen these days… As a rush of patrons enters they all share the same woe. This woe causes so much strife in many forms. Disgruntled, dejected and deprived these souls line up and give their order. Request upon request, are given to satiate the woe that plagues this world more than any other: hunger. As the sole chef, a determined Augustus stood to face this insurmountable wave of demands. Aug was focused, profesional and driven. Answering each call given. I was in awe. Before I could begin to understand the workings of Aug’s mind, all the order was complete. I didn’t want to disrupt the flow of their work with a request from an undeserving traveler, myself. Yet, after seeing August champion the reigns of their craft I couldn’t help but succumb to the temptation. I placed an order of my own. The service was undeniably the most welcoming I’ve ever experienced. I was guided through the menu as if my mind was hand held through a maze. I ordered the basic number 1 burger. I had to start from the basics to truly understand the foundation of August’s art. After receiving the order I hurried back to feast on this meal made just for me. Few heroes are seen these days… But August is one. Bun was fluffy af. Grilled onions were bomb and juicy. And the extra regular onions made it so much betterr! The burger patty was madeeeee really well. We actually loved it. Shake was yummy too.

Yelp
Order: Double Deluxe Pros: the burger and fry's were really good! Hot when it came out though it take a little minute. Cons: takes a min to cook and get your food. The sauce on burger was sweet and just okay. I could have used mustard to bring a tartness to the burger.

Yelp
We had Super Deluxe delivered last week late one evening when I was exhausted from a 12 hour work day and my kid and I were yearning for a decent burger. Door Dash brought it to us for a low delivery fee (.49) and we had a credit to use up. We ordered: cheeseburgers with bacon, chicken nuggets, and a cold brew " shake" with chocolate added. Oh and the kid got crinkly fries. The chicken nuggets are still the best we have ever eaten anywhere. They are to die for. Crispy outside, great batter, well seasoned, more interesting than a typical nugget, and tender inside. We got their house sauce and barbecue sauce but they don't need sauce. 5/5 Kid said the fries were just ok.I think travel did not do them any favors. 2/5 The " shake" is more like a creamy slushy or granita. It was just ok. Not very coffee flavored. We would not order it again. 3/5 The burgers were just all right this time. They were very soggy. Too much sauce. I think they did not benefit from delivery either. They tasted nice and the bacon was crispy and good, but the whole package all together was a goopy, sodden mess. 3/5 I would not get their food delivered again. Go in person and eat it quick. Because we have never had a bad experience doing that before. Sometimes you should trust your gut and go get your burger yourself. Oh well.

Yelp
Mmmmhmmm! This is a tasty burger! I imagine this is something like the fast food burgers from the good old days that my dad likes to wax poetic about, you know, back when the Big Mac was good. Simple, no frills burgers done right, done consistently and like any good burger, it is a messy burger. For me a single patty is plenty, but if you're feeling extra hungry make it a double. Perfect balance of toppings, a tasty house sauce and plenty of gooey melted cheese makes this the burger for me. It's a step above In-n-Out for sure. The fries are nice too, crispy well seasoned crinkle cuts that are not an afterthought like some places. The only thing I've yet to try is the milkshakes because I was too damn full of burger. Alas, one day. Will you get the Chic-fil-A level of delusional and cult like friendliness? No you will not. Some may find that a con, others a pro. Me, I just want to have a smooth and polite burger transaction, I don't need people to act like this is Disneyland. Service. Adequate. Restaurant clean. Food hot. Me? Happy. To people who say it's too expensive...you get what you pay for. You want a cheap fast food burger? Go get one that made with the fetid remnants of D grade meat that's been treated with bleach and has fillers added to it and have a joyless food experience supporting an evil mega corporation. Ask me how I really feel. It's not going to cost as much as going to a gourmet burger bar but it will be more than a burger from the evil clown Ronald. That being said, they're doing a fast food burger right here, hell a burger in general right really, and I hope they keep it up.

Yelp
So my company is moving to a new office next week and Super Deluxe is in the bottom of the building. A coworker and I decided to have lunch there and get a preview of what was in store for us. Well, it looks like total deliciousness is in store for us! We loved Super Deluxe! The interior was bright and clean looking, all of the employees were super nice and helpful. As we later found out, the Pearl had some kind of outage that was making credit cards not go through. The counter person was so nice, tried a few times, then we tried my debit card and that worked. They never lost their cool and were very friendly. I'm trying to eat less meat, so I got the veggie burger combo. The pricing is reasonable at about $10.00 for most combos. The veggie patty didn't have a super distinctive flavor, but sometimes with a veggie burger, that's a good thing. It was firm and combined with the cheese, lettuce, pickles and sauce, it made for a very tasty sandwich! The fries were very good, they tasted like they had been battered lightly, and were crispy outside and fluffy inside. I felt they had a slightly buttery flavor as well. My friend's chicken sandwich looked very tasty and she said it was, and that it was very moist and juicy. We both commented that it looked like real chicken, not that processed stuff. If you're in the area, you need this, go get it!

Yelp
Having had SD once before (a few years ago at the FoPo branch), I knew what I was getting into and what was going to be getting into me. The Super Tasty flagship burger was deemed cravable after the aforementioned visit #1 was ordered and subbed a SuperTasty for the drink. On my previous SD experience, I remember diggin' the burger and the crinkoe fries but was disappoint re: the SuperTasty. It is with regret that I am now disappoint with basically everything but the fries. Now, the burger itself is decent. Decent meat, bun on the chewier side but fine. What I don't like are the pickles. Too sweet with some other flavors in there that hit my taste buddies all wrong. Thems got discarded. Crinkoe fries travelled well, retaining both crispness and temperature on the 5 minute trip home. But while they were good, the Super Deluxe Sauce I got for the fries was, well, I don't know what it was made of but it's less than the sum of its parts. The house ketchup is also fairly one note. Now, onto the Super Tasty. I'm not sure what the deal is with these but they are not a milkshake, not by contemporary standards. Maybe this is how milkshakes were in the 50's but these come across thin, mild and somewhat icy. Burgerville's are miles better. Not that Burgerville is any great shakes ha but their milkshakes are more satisfying by magnitudes. I don't think I finished my Super Tasty either time. Staff was on-point. Facility is airy and clean. 8pm on a Sunday was ideal for easy parking and quick service. Potential for return visit exists in order to try those chicken nuggies but don't hold your breath.

Yelp
No cash, Credit card only, FYI They have Barq's root beer which is a win in my book. Very noisy clanking all the time can be heard, very annoying.

Her ..

Yelp
I absolutely love super deluxe. Burger's are bomb. Fries just ok. For the price you can't beat it. Better than McDonald's and cheaper. So glad you're in the pearl district.

Adam Z.

Yelp
In my previous review I gave them three stars and said a bunch of things: the burger is meh, the fries are meh it's a little pricey for a fast foot place. Those things are all true. However, there's something else I said that is also true: that the chicken nuggets are really good. Well, they're more than really good. They're frickin' amazing! No, seriously. They're amazing. My girlfriend and I have found ourselves going back there for those chicken nuggets. They're thick. They're juicy. They taste like real chicken. They're better than what you'd get at a restaurant. I'm serious! I actually can't think of the last time I had chicken that good. I was over at LoRell's Chicken Shack a few weeks ago -- a place known for their chicken -- and it was good, but Super Deluxe was just better. Again: juicy, thick, and chicken-y. What the hell is Super Deluxe doing? A fast food place has no business making chicken this good. Oh, the breading on the outside of the nugget is also nice. It's more about that meat inside the breading though. And also, the orange cream smoothie thing is solid. And an 8-piece chicken is only seven bucks. That might be slightly expensive for a fast food place (or maybe not), but this is not fast food chicken you're getting. A better way to look at it is that it's cheap for good restaurant chicken. Ok, I'm done, I think I said chicken enough today. Moral of the story: go to Super Deluxe. Get the chicken nuggets. Don't get anything else except the orange cream smoothie if you're feeling it. A dollar spent on anything else is a dollar not spent on chicken.

Yelp
If you're in the Pearl District and you are looking for a delicious burger, I highly recommend Super Deluxe! Their burgers remind me of In n Out. So delicious! I live in the area and I would always go to Super Deluxe if I want a quick bite. Their burgers are always consistent. They're always good every time I go. I also love their chicken nuggets here. They're real chicken and not just ground up chicken. In terms of price, it's a bit pricey when compared to In n Out. I got a single burger and my boyfriend got the double burger combo (double burger, fries and a drink) and it was almost $20. The burgers are a great quality though and service is great so I think $20 is worth it.

Yelp
Been wanting to try this spot for a while. Had the strawberry Super tasty and fries. Was wondering why they call it a super tasty and not a shake. It's because it's not a shake - a blend of ice, milk, ice cream, and 'flavoring'. For an artificial shake it was still pretty good - tasted a bit like an orange julius. Fries were fresh and crispy. Fry sauce and honey mustard were nice sides. Will be back to try a burger

Scott H.

Yelp
I was in the pearl and torn between burgers and poke. I went with burgers. I don't know but I desire a little more variety in my menu. Maybe I want to get something out of the ordinary. I guess the double will have to do. I wasn't paying attention and didn't see the bacon adding option until it was too late. I like the grilled onions with the chopped onions. Because sometimes you want a big bite of onion and sometimes you don't. And who doesn't love grilled onions. Patties are thin and well done but juicy. The bun is soft but not soggy like the place with the peanuts. It reminded me a lot of the double preposition named place but more expensive and with supposedly better ingredients. Not a big fan of crinkle fries. Unless of course there is cheese on them. This isn't grade school. However they were nice a crispy unlike grade school. Overall if someone offered to bring me back I'd go. But wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Matthew P.

Yelp
Got my order wrong. The burger was meh but the fries were good. Staff were cold and distant.

Allen D.

Yelp
All I can say is that they have superb chicken nuggets. Forget everything you think you know about fast food nuggets. These are legit quality.

David B.

Yelp
I'm not sure what is going on here, but I was literally eating bread with lettuce... I understand with covid meats hard to come by, but I at least expected more than this. For $6.75, I'm not sure if I wanna come back. Their nuggets were good though

Darren O.

Yelp
If you haven't been to the location on Powell, be prepared for a big surprise! A burger reminiscent of "In and Out," but for some reason way better, with excellent crinkle cut fries, multiple fry sauces, multiple flavors of shakes and coffee. To me, the burger hit all the notes of IAO, but better. Maybe sauce, maybe ingredients but so good! The crinkle cut fries are addictive and they give you a lot per order. The chicken nuggets are restaurant quality with a flavorful breading that is not overly breaded. The chicken deluxe sandwich was probably my favorite outside of chic fila, and different so its not a copy. Great flavor that caused me to devour it quickly. Our party had 1 coffee shake and 1 banana chocolate shake. The coffee shake was ok, the banana shake was excellent. (Maybe could have used a little more chocolate. ) Our 2 visits opening weekend were both great and had us telling our friends there is no need to go south to IAO, just come into pdx and get a better version of your craving! Great job!

Yelp
Sequestered in an alley of the Pearl District, SuperDeluxe is marked only by its stylized burger logo that looks more like a spam sandwich. The interior is filled with bright, cool colors and hard lines. The sign that should be outside is suspended from the ceiling, masking exposed piping with a huge illuminated "SUPERDELUXE." The trendy design extends to its exceptionally simple menu: burger, double burger, chicken, and a vegan option. Maybe it was just the bright colors emanating from the menu, but it looked like the workers were equally fluorescent. I gave my order to a person with a blue hair and picked it up from someone with golden yellow hair. Both were friendly and offered none of the bored haste that usually accompanies fast food. I felt comfortable in the space. The food, taken to-go, was still hot after a long walk in the cold. My taste buds delighted at the fries, which were perfect: crinkle-cut with a solid outer crunch followed by plentiful soft potato inside. The flavor was exceptional even without dipping sauce, and didn't leave my fingers feeling greasy or salty. 10/10 fries. I wish I had been hungry enough for the Double Deluxe, because the Single Deluxe looked a little sad. It was lopsided (and not because of the walk), so half of it had unmelted cheese and was overpowered by the taste of the shredded iceberg lettuce. The other half had a lot more going for it. I thoroughly enjoyed the final bites. All that said, SuperDeluxe is a very straightforward burger + fries experience, so I wouldn't go out of my way to partake. There are far more unique dining experiences in Portland, but if you're nearby and need something good quickly, SuperDeluxe won't lead you wrong.

David G.

Yelp
You want to support a business that respects small Local producers, but that shouldn't require poor portion control and lack of care in putting together a sandwich. When the portion is fair for the price, they are good....not better than the usual alternatives but good in that you know the vendors are supported. However, when you get a $7 chicken sandwich with what looks like a chicken tender that fills 1/3 of the bun, the negatives outweigh the positives. Also, never order a frozen drink here. Poorly blended ice with low quality syrups. Likely a lack of training in how to use a blender.

J C.

Yelp
Ordered a #1 combo today and was disappointed. Burger was mediocre and cold, and the fries tasted burnt and bitter, like the oil was way too hot or old. Last time I went to the SE Powell location, it was really good. Won't return to the downtown location again.

Roy D.

Yelp
The cashier routinely went back and forth between taking orders at the register and helping out at the food prep line - WITHOUT washing hands. In fact, NOBODY at the food prep line was wearing gloves in the first place, even after clearing tables and retrieving used food trays. Gloves may not be standard, but at least enforce a strict hand-washing policy if not.

Brian D.

Yelp
SuperDeluxe is the brainchild of Micah Camden, and partner Matt Lynch. This dynamic team also brought us the plant-based ice cream joint, Little Bean (see my review) which is located a few blocks away. The inside of the space was huge, and freezing! So many of these warehouse type establishments suffer from the same fate. The young lady at the counter was more then helpful, and we had our burgers within 10 minutes. My meal: Dairy Queenseque crinkle fries $2.75, and a Vegan Deluxe $6.75 (the most expensive burger on the menu ) The vegan deluxe has to be the best no-nonsense cheeseburger I've ever ate. Vegan bun, vegan cheese, vegan sauce, chopped onions, and dill pickles. DELICIOUS. The fries were like the ones that Dairy Queen had when I was a child. Loved them. Come summertime, I can see myself frequently eating here, and then sauntering over to Little Bean for dessert.

Tom S.

Yelp
Terrible service from pamela! Yelled at customer picking up a door dash order. Order was ready but went ahead and ignored him anyway fire her ASAP! Looks like she doesn't even want to work there smdh.

Marilyn N.

Yelp
I stopped by a Thursday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. I ordered a single super deluxe and a side of fries. My order took about 5 minutes to come out. I loved that they have crinkle fries, it was fresh and very crispy. The burger itself was good, but not amazing or anything spectacular. I agree with a few others, I'm not sure why this place has such low ratings. It's certainly no In-N-Out, but a decent burger joint and worth a try.

Kaylana S.

Yelp
First of all, the place is very vibrant and fun but the employees were definitely hating it there and were pretty rude. Burgers are small and kind of bland but the crinkle fries are so good! Basically the only thing I thought was good about this place was the fries.

Chris B.

Yelp
spent $14 on a meal and they wanted to charge me extra for fry sauce when none come with it. NOPE!!!!

Matt E.

Yelp
Well there goes my diet! I've always liked SuperDeluxe. Especially knowing that their delicious, juicy, flavor-packed burgers were only available at a location that was a good 20 minute drive from my house. It was a rare treat that I took advantage of only when I was in the Foster-Powell area, which is pretty much never. Then they had to go and muck things up by putting in a new location right in the heart of the Pearl. There goes my waistline. But I'll be a big enough person (which they're helping me along with, every bite of the way) to admit that this is a net gain for the hood. People say it's like In & Out. I have no idea, as I've only been to that chain once or twice and was never all that impressed. I guess that means I think SuperDeluxe is better, bc OMG these burgers are delicious! I love their buns, I like the spread on the burger, and toppings are all fresh. It's a tasty burger! I don't love their fries. But I don't love crinkle fries in general, so it is what it is. Other people are a big fan. I want to come back and try the chicken, both in sandwich and in nugget form. Also, considering this place is brand new and in a very populous area, the line was short and the wait was quick. This is a well-ran machine. I see many of their burgers in my future.

Travis T.

Yelp
They have the best chicken nuggets! It's the only thing I've had on their menu. Very light breading, great seasoning with a nice little kick, and piping hot. My nuggets were ready literally one minute after I placed my order. Only complaint is they're expensive ($6.25 for 8) and the sizing is not consistent.

Charlie T.

Yelp
I am glad that they have opened up closer to inner downtown Portland as it will be easiest for me to get to this spot when craving a burger. The interior is nice and there are some outdoor benches along the side. I believe they have not perfected the process, as the single patty burger did not taste like the original location. I am pretty confident that they will get it all perfected soon. The burger is still delicious and definitely a good addition to the Pearl area. They still are one of the best fast fast foods burger in town.

Ashley K.

Yelp
Burger has good taste even thought it's pretty dry/overcooked. The shakes seriously suck. I honestly can't think this place will survive with TILT just up the street, yes tilt is more expensive, but its magnitudes better. (barely: I had 2 single burgers and a double burger with 2 shakes and one order of fries, all much smaller than tilt for over $25) Sorry, I expect way more in this town, honestly, go to burgerville: cheaper and better on every level, The pic is their sorry excuse for a coffee shake, it's a bunch of blended ice with coffee splashed on it, this pic is after I stirred it vigorously

Jenn R.

Yelp
Decided to stop by for dinner. And y'all know I had to order a little bit of everything. Got the single deluxe with bacon (it was good, but Paymaster is definitely better), fries (they're crinkled, but nothing special), and 8 piece chicken nuggets. Let's chat about the nuggets. At first, I was like "$5.50 for 8 nuggets?" Upon picking up my order, my forearm was HOT from one side of the bag and the bag's aroma was purely chicken. Lemme tell you that these aren't nuggets: they're hunkin' pieces of chicken breast. HUGE!!! And almost as tasty as Chick-Fil-A without any of the homophobia. I will mos def be returning for more nuggets... for sure. Oh!!! And they're open late. ::squeals::

Mike M.

Yelp
Passing by...it is dinner time...let's get fast food! Ok, a single burger with cheese and fries skip the rest we have water. Although I do like there refreshing drinks rather than a soda pop. The fries were hot crispy and well salted they did forget to include the ketchup that was requested. Service was a step about your usually unhappy fast food drive thru. The wait in the drive thru was a bit longer than I expected. Nice to see the stickers on their drive thru post it does give some character. The burger wrapped in a in and out style wrap. The burger holds together well ...all the fixing were nice ...the pickles stood out. A dull tomato...tomatoes in a fast food burger are never in season. Some onions... but no ketchup. And the server put their head through the window almost in our vehicle....It felt like fast times at ridgemont high or Napoleon Dynamite. Give it a try when in the area more than a destination or you could be disappointed.

Pat C.

Yelp
Weird this place gets such bad reviews. I mean it's not the best burger...probably not even a great burger. But I think it's a pretty solid and fresh fast food joint. Kind of reminds me of Super Duper Burger chain in SF. The place itself is pretty impressive. Great design, clean, and minimal. Love the aesthetic. Also really love the minimal menu...a lot like his other burger chain Little Big Burger. If you need tons of choices, this isn't the place for you. I got the cheese burger, fries, and orange shake. They shake probably steals the show for me. I'd probably come here again to satisfy any fast food cravings in the Pearl.

Ryan H.

Yelp
Food is good but the customer service by one particular employee has been horrible on multiple occasions.

Ted M.

Yelp
TLDR- Go somewhere else, not worth The food: I think I've experienced more joy going to a Burger King than going here - you save money, get filled up more, and quite frankly are served better food. I couldn't even tell if my girlfriends burger had a meat patty on it. They're tiny. Might as well get a lunchable at that point. The fries were decent. But a double burger, single burger, two fries and drink for 20 bucks... not worth. If this was like 15 bucks or less, then yeah you get what you pay for The atmosphere: you can sit down and dine in now, but social distanced tables. Honestly the inside is cool, just a lil burger shop feel. No complaints here The service: cashier did not seem to be having a good day. I had ordered two drinks and he didn't give us cups as he said they are filling up drinks (which is fine) then the next people who order he gives them cups? Aight whatever. My food gets called and they forgot to put one order of fries in the bag (eh, honest mistake- worker helped promptly and nicely). Overall: Not coming back. This is the place you go when every other place has too long of a wait and you want food quickly

Marc F.

Yelp
I'm going Burger, and this time I fear there's no one to save me This Impossible really got a way of driving me crazy I need Super to meal, Super to-go Super to halve, Super to grow Pearl collocate, but it's almost the same Lewis Capaldi helps to curb hunger pangs Now the Luxers feed, to a new dawn And you're now here, to get me through Yukon You kept prices down, so I could save a buck I'm getting kinda used to being SuperDeluxe https://www.yelp.com/biz/super-deluxe-portland-3?hrid=LjE8ItM57m9qChC-BPY1xg

Howard G.

Yelp
Nothing special. SuperDeluxe is basically a poor man's version of In and Out Burgers but not as good. The burgers we ordered were far from piping hot and fresh, which was surprising since it was 2pm and the place was fairly quiet. The crinkle fries were good, as was the strawberry shake but nothing about this place was amazing nor warrants my return. It's just ok. Oh, and they don't take cash, which I think is classist and unethical. Little Big Burger is far superior. Go there instead.

Brenda M.

Yelp
Okay Luke warm burger , oddly a watery strawberry shake. Will not be back

Bridgitte N.

Yelp
I'm so excited that Superdeluxe has opened a second location in walking distance to me - now I won't have to find errands to run in S.E. to go to the Powell location. The burgers here are amazing. Nothing fancy, just a great classic diner style burger that reminds me of In N Out. Sometimes you just crave a classic cheeseburger that doesn't cost $10+. The fries are crinkle cut and remind me of Del Taco (yum!) I also like their chicken nuggets. Made of real chicken, you can taste the quality. I can't wait to return and try the other menu items. But, being a creature of habit, I'll probably still get the burger and fries!

David M.

Yelp
I ran errands in the area so I could stop at this business for the first time. Don't worry, the competition is no match for the poor quality of product and service you're pushing unless I visited some truly awful unnamed national franchises. I thought I was ordering four single bacon burgers (two with cheese), two fries, and two of their shake product - it's not a milkshake; I don't know what it is. $42.10 with a tip. OW! I get home and I have three burgers, two barely warm fries, and the two slime shakes. I go back to the store. They're closing in 11 minutes. Since I don't get a receipt, and they barely remember me from 15 minutes ago, they look me up by my name. Oh, they put the order in wrong. Are you saying that if you'd put the order in correctly, I'd have paid over $50 for a bag of burgers and fries? Absolutely not! I'm beyond pissed and head home. For all my money I got three slapped together burgers that looked previously dropped and stepped on, soggy lukewarm fries, and two mystery ingredient shake products. One drink is vaguely coffee flavored, and the other tastes like orange baby aspirin made from orange juice on the verge of being thrown out. The hamburger patties are perfectly machine extruded and very much pink on the inside. There's a lot of upper end burger competition in this city. For a second try burger concept with this owner you aren't nailing it. Don't worry too much, most of the others aren't much better. Some of them are. You had your chance for a first impression and you're 0-2 between this sad burger joint and the previous concept before you sold it.

Yelp
I don't get all the hype here. It's fast food, it smells greasy it tastes good. Not a very diverse menu, but a veggie option. Looks like a play room For kids with primary color design. Service is nice. Basically it's burgers fries and nuggets. Maybe I'm missing something because it's usually crowded and people seem to love it.

Yelp
Never heard of this place before but stopped in with my kids. The burger was very good along with the fries. No complaints in regards to the burgers and fries. Burger was cooked perfectly, not too expensive, fast service, friendly staff. My only complaint is the milkshakes, they are terrible. I didn't think you could make a bad milkshake but they proved me wrong! Avoid ordering a shake and you'll be good!

Yelp
I love this place. Great burgers, crinkle fries, amazing chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches. I think it's the best fast food burger spot in Portland.

Yelp
Quite frankly I don't see what all the hype is about! Looks like a very small beef patty.Upsetting too they don't take cash. Also no indoor seating even though the ban is lifted. Move over Super Deluxe , In and Out and Shake Shack will soon be here!!!

Yelp
It's trendy fast food...way better then the big chains a little above Burgerville. Recommend you try at least once

Yelp
Great location! Delicious Orange Cream Super Tasty drink! BUT...the cashier wasn't too friendly. This was my first time in here and she didn't communicate very well. I paid for my drink and she walked away and came back. I wasn't sure if I was to get an order number or receipt etc and she just stood there. The music was really loud and I couldn't hear her when she finally told me where to get my drink but I asked a few times for her speak up but she would continue to mumble. If you're going to have louder music inside, would be nice to have the cashiers speak up and be friendly when asked. The place was very clean too!

Yelp
I'm so glad this spot opened on the pearl- the first location is way to far for the amount of times I go there, so having this one about 3 blocks away is awesome! As always- love the food. Yummy fries, great burgers, awesome chicken nuggets! Love the shakes and CHEEESE!! A must try for sure. Affordable too- it's a step above fast food with quality but price is still good.

Yelp
SuperDelux was delicious, the chicken burger was juicy and the sauces were so flavorful! The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I was starving and the burger almost satisfied me, until I found a hair in it. I totally lost my appetite which was such a bummer because the food was SO good! My only suggestion would be to please wear hair nets, so this doesn't happen. Otherwise I really recommend SuperDelux it's delicious!
