Let me be very clear. You go to Superhot Hot Pot & Korean BBQ (SHPKB) for its "cheapness", and that is what you get for the food. You do not go to SHPKB to have a great meal or be impressed by the food. This is not a date spot. This is not for business meals. This is where you go when you are hungry with friends. Now with that cleared up: The atmosphere plays along with the Supreme logo and branding. Love the effort the owner has put in there and has had fun with it. It can be a bit too much but for a joint that wants to be playful, this is totally in tune. The service is fast. Perhaps too fast. Essentially, everything is pre-prepared and the servers are just bringing it out. They must have figured out a factory style kitchen (sort of like conveyor belt sushi). The amount of appetizers and non-meat dishes are quite mind-blowing. There's a lot of variety. Some may taste good but none really hit it out of the park. Again, you go there for the cheap price and finger-food for the alcohol you're consuming. The meat is the worst. You can tell that the parts are cheap slices, tough, dry, etc. But who cares. It's cheap right? And again, you are having fun drinking beer and soju with your friends. The reason why I give it 2 stars is I believe the quality of the food has gone below what I think is acceptable. It's just a slap in your face saying "yes, I'm cheap, so what?" Yes, I understand once again that this is that type of a place - all-you-can-eat hotpot and BBQ for an insane price of $38 per head for dinner! I don't think you get that type of value anywhere else in the Bay Area. But I wouldn't return quite frankly. Also, I would think you want to keep the menu focused so that the kitchen can do a few things right. Not at SHPKB. You have Korean, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, and more all coming together in a random way. And none of them are great. You leave the restaurant not feeling good, but just bloated badly. You feel like a badly fed pig, rather than being satisfied.

This is a nice all you can eat Korean BBQ plus hot pot place. The staff was very patient and explained how to order since it was our first time. Each person gets their own broth. I got the classic pork bone broth which I quite liked. You then get to order 5 meats and 5 sides for the whole table. Once you've finished, you can order again. I liked the wagyu and pork bulgogi a lot! The spring roll was quite crispy and tasty. They have around 100 things to choose from which is really nice. You also get a free dessert. It is a little pricey but probably justified since it's all you can eat. The staff was very attentive and the service was super fast.

It's a nice place. The service is very efficient and fast. There is a good variety of meat and vegetables, and the desserts are delicious. Osvaldo helped us and was always ensuring that we had everything. Great experience 👌 Thank you

Combination of hot pot and Korean BBQ at this all-you-eat restaurant in downtown Mountain View. There are also some dim sum items, but I would not recommend them. Meats were of decent quality, but some or the marinated beef was too sweet. Plenty of sauces and other herbs and spices to make your own dipping sauce. Service is super fast, but each portion is relatively small. Plenty of street parking and also several nearby parking lots.

Google
Excellent service. They have both hot pot and grill setup at the table. They have foxed rate of $36 per person. At a time we can order 5 meats and 5 sides. We ordered tom yum soup which was way too sour, would recommend to try some other soup. The service is blazingly fast. We took wine marinated lamp and grilled it, which tasted amazing. Spicy fish fillet and imitation crabs were tasty too. At the end they offered oreo ice cream which was tasty too.

This is an all-you-can-eat restaurant where you have a hot-pot and Korean BBQ on the same table. It is possible to add your party to the waitlist using the Yelp app or at the restaurant. You will get a fair accurate estimate of your wait time. Each person can order a soup base. The menu is extensive with excellent selections of meat, seafood, vegetables, sides and dim-sum. There is a 90 minute time limit. Service is attentive and quick.

***Jan 2024 updated menu in pictures!*** Started our first hot pot of the year here. Overall it’s my favorite in the South Bay Area. You can’t beat the selection of meats and vegetables, along with a “dim sum” section which is enjoyable. There are new additions to the menu, with hand pulled noodles being my favorite. Definitely order these one at a time as they are delicious and filling. The steak is very good when you cook it medium-rare. If you are new to Hot Pot, you can adjust the level of your individual pot from 1-lowest to 5-highest. I stick to 2-3 as the first time I ever did it with 5 I couldn’t taste anything for the next week due to burnt tongue. The side bar has green onions, cilantro, soy sauce, eggs and several other additions to add to your experience. Definitely get some of these to add to the pot! Will 100% recommend this restaurant to friends and will come here several more times this year!

If gluttony was a restaurant this would be it. Came here with some friends the other day and I can't stop thinking about it. It's all you can eat Chinese hot pot, Korean BBQ, and Dim sum for about $38 per person. The meat quality was good and while the dim sum wasn't amazing quality, it was satisfactory. I loved the bulgogi and wagyu. The wagyu was tender. I loved how the waiters patiently explained everything and were quick with the service. The food was very good considering the price and the sauce bar was perfect. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Osvaldo is a beast. He was really funny and attentive to our party even though it was quite busy for a weeknight. Highly recommend! I preferred more of the grilling and it was really nice that they had so many food options to choose from, like beef tongue and marinated short ribs (so delicious). I think the non-meats are great for the hot pot side though and they have a lot of options there too. The ambiance is really casual and a great social spot. Not the place to go for small quiet settings as many parties tend to be large and loud.

Yelp
Decent restaurant. Service is very good. I was disappointed that the Korean barbecue was not very good- I guess the quality suffers for the huge variety of food you can order. If you're a big eater and you don't really care too much about meat quality I guess it's ok. There is a huge line (2+ hours) which gets a little better if you reserve your place on the waitlist.

Yelp
Interesting spot! I went on a Sunday right when they opened for my birthday. I thought this spot was clean and modern. Their service was also great. I was a little disappointed by their sauce bar as it was underwhelming, but still had the necessities. Their meat choices were decent and their marinate was good. I felt a little underwhelmed in terms of their BBQ but loved the hot pot choices. They noodles were delicious and I loved the other options beyond the meats. Overall, I thought this place was just OK as I have high expectations for hotpot and BBQ. If in the area, I would be back but wouldn't go out my way as there are plenty of other spots nearby. However, I feel say service was good in my opinion.

Yelp
A very busy spot near Castro street. Plenty of parking nearby. Join the waitlist or arrive when it opens to avoid a line. This place is AYCE with both hot pot and Korean bbq. I'd personally recommend doing hotpot as much as you can for various reasons: they don't provide lard (only butter) so meat gets burnt and stuck to the grill pretty easily. It takes effort and constant attention to grill decently well, as opposed to drop and forget with hotpot. Since this place has a 90 minute time limit, hotpot is the obviously more efficient way. Some other things to keep in mind: little kids are charged $10. This was quite surprising to us as all other AYCE we've been to don't charge for kids under 3. Every round you can only order 5 meat items and 5 others. Seafood is not considered meat. You need to finish most of your food to order the next round. When it comes to food, there are some dos and don'ts. Galbi is not recommended, hard to grill, hard to chew, avoid it. Shrimp paste tastes bad, avoid it. Pork tastes weird, avoid it. New Zealand lamb is good, go for it. American wagyu, beef belly, beef tongue (grill), are all worth getting. Duck blood (if you eat it) is also ok. Because there's a time limit and food limit within rounds, food comes very quickly. Kudos to the waiters and waitresses for tending to tables efficiently for new orders and cleaning up plates. This place reminds me of seapot. The difference being at seapot you only need to order meat, and every round you get bigger portions. There's no charge for little kids at seapot either. By comparison I will give this place a three star for its value and somewhat stressful experience (coz you need to cook/eat quickly and order frequently).

Yelp
We went yesterday, and it was absolutely amazing. I've tried a few others in the area, but in my opinion, this one is unmatched. My ultimate obsession is Thai Tom Yum, and I've never had a better one outside of Thailand--except here! I even go there just to have the soup! Normally, they don't seat you until your whole group arrives because the 90-minute timer starts as soon as you sit down. But our server last night was so kind and seated us right away so my little girl wouldn't get tired or cold waiting outside. A big thank you to them for their thoughtfulness!

Yelp
What a great experience at Superhot. What I loved best about kbbq and a hot pot combo is there are endless combinations and that's exactly what superhot gave us. There's an all you can eat option which is roughly $45 per person. Endless meats from red wine lamb to spicy pork to octopus, side of soup for your hot pot and anything you wanna put in it. Everything was affordable and kbbq is always just a fun time. There is a side bar that's help yourself so you don't have to ask for multiple sauces and such. All in all the service was wonderful, parking is a breeze and the establishment knows what it's doing. Def adding it to my list to return.

Yelp
Came on a weeknight with a friend for dinner and got seated immediately! This is an all you can eat BBQ and hotpot place where they limit how much you can order each time (5 orders of protein and 5 orders of vegetables / seafood / cooked appetizers). The orders are not a lot so they don't contribute to overeating. They are very fast though with serving food and getting our orders. They also have a sauce bar as well and will end with ice cream!

Yelp
the other reviews deterred me from trying this place for the longest, but my boyfriend a big hot pot lover really wanted to try and as a supporter of a fellow foodie i supported him and tried it out... this place is a 5/5 the variety of the menu, the service is great certain meat qualities are sooo good for the price (my favourite was the marinated finger ribs it was so flavour and yummyyyyy) mmm the variety for this price is insane! the restaurant is themed like the supreme brand and gets pretty packed so in my opinion there are no complaints for the price and variety this place is a solid foodie ayce place!

Yelp
This is my 2nd time here - both times with a group of friends. Both times, we were seated right before a rush of people came, so I guess we got lucky! This is an awesome place to have lunch/dinner if you like both bbq and hotpot, but can't make up your mind. There's plenty of ingredients - both meat and veggies - as well as side dishes, like soup dumplings and chinese donut sticks. Everyone will find something they like. All of us opted to have the tom yum soup base - it's delicious! I do find that the amount of soup broth given is very conservative and I asked for more from the beginning. After a confusing conversation with our server, more broth was brought out to us right after we got our pots. I highly recommend asking for more broth right away if you intend to eat a lot of the hotpot portion of the meal. The meat and veggies were all in good quality. I enjoyed trying all the other side dishes and would go back to try the ones I haven't yet. At the end of the meal, we are asked if we want ice cream - the answer is always yes. There's only one flavor a day, so you don't get to choose, but it's a nice sweet to finish off the meal.

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday afternoon right when it opened, it was already packed with people waiting outside. Luckily we were seated almost right away even though there was so many people. We got the AYCE combo which came with KBBQ and hotpot. The selections of meat, seafood, and vegetables were quite different than any other AYCE that I have been to. The quality of their meats were super duper fresh especially their beef selections. The only feedback i could say is that the serving size each round was very small, like we counted 4-5 pieces of meat each tray that they came out in. I understand how crucial their policies are on wasting food but a couple pieces of meet is just crazy to me. Their hotpot flavor felt a bit bland, I ordered the seafood one and it just tasted like water sadly. I had to add other veggies and mushrooms to enhance the broth. Overall, not a bad place to try out! I would definitely recommend everyone to come to try this place out because of their hotpot and kbbq combo. Service was great at least, she was very attentive to our table and made sure everyone was doing okay. We even got strawberry ice cream at the end of our meal.

Yelp
Superhot is one of my favorite hotpot & kbbq combo restaurants. the meat selection was impressive; there was a good amount of options from meat, poultry & seafood. The grill was easy to use, and our server was attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. I like that they changed the grill consistently even though it was really busy. There's a variety of fresh vegetables to order for hotpot. Tom yum is my go to for broths lately and theirs did not disappoint, it enhanced the vegetables and meats that I put in.

Yelp
Superhot Hotpot is the real deal when it comes to AYCE hotpot! If you're a hotpot lover, this place checks all the boxes--great variety, super fresh ingredients, and a fun, customizable experience. I recently came here with a group, and we had a blast picking out all sorts of meats, veggies, and broths to mix and match. There are **so many options**--from the standard beef and pork to more exotic things like lamb, fish balls, and even tofu skin. You won't be left wanting for choices! The price point is a bit on the higher side for an AYCE, but honestly, it feels justified. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, and the broths (I went for the spicy Szechuan and the herbal one) were delicious and rich in flavor. It's definitely a treat-yourself kinda place, but if you're in the mood to indulge, it's worth it. Service was friendly and efficient, and the staff kept checking in on us to make sure we were enjoying everything. Plus, the ambiance is modern and clean, so you don't feel like you're in a dingy all-you-can-eat spot. Would I come back? Absolutely! Even with the slightly elevated price tag, it's a solid pick for a fun and satisfying meal with friends or family. Highly recommend if you're looking to feast on a great selection of hotpot options and don't mind splurging a little.

Yelp
I visited Superhot Hotpot & Korean BBQ on a Saturday evening with two friends and was pleasantly surprised to find no wait when we arrived around 5:15 PM. We opted for the AYCE Hotpot and Korean BBQ combo for $36.95, which turned out to be a great value. For our hotpot base, we chose the spicy miso, and from there, we sampled a wide range of options: pork belly, Angus beef brisket, Wagyu beef, prawns (head-on), biang biang noodles, imitation crab, watercress, Napa cabbage, baby bok choy, fried tofu, and sesame balls. The standout item of the night was their Superhot premium steak--tender, flavorful, and with just the right amount of marbling. Whatever seasoning they used made it exceptional. The sauce bar was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options. I customized mine with ponzu, soy, cilantro, and green onions--perfect for pairing with all the meats. The service was excellent throughout our meal. The staff was attentive, frequently changing out our grill so it never got overly charred and making sure our water pitcher was always full. I really appreciated the consistency of their attention to detail. The only minor issue was the seating arrangement. The tables are fairly wide, which made conversation slightly difficult, and my seat kept shifting around, which got a bit annoying. However, these are small inconveniences for what was overall a great dining experience. We ended the night with caramel-glazed ice cream cones, a sweet treat to finish off a delicious meal. Superhot is definitely a spot I'd recommend for anyone looking for a solid hotpot and BBQ experience in Mountain View.

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday evening, was seated right away. Spacious inside and sauce bar was available. Love how it's an AYCE! Our server Osvaldo made our experience exceptional and attentive ensuring every detail was perfect. He were friendly, efficient, and accommodating, making the meal delightful. Truly outstanding customer service that enhances the dining experience!

Yelp
The AYCE menu was extensive with the Korean bbq and hot options! They even had items you don't normally see at a hot pot place such as Youtiao (Chinese doughnut), which was surprisingly good! San Quality was decent and food was great! They have a dipping sauce station and offer ice cream in a cone as complimentary dessert! The service was the fastest I have ever had at an AYCE hot place! They brought the plates of meats and veggies literally a few minutes of ordering for each round!

Yelp
Recently went to Superhot with some friends. Superhot is an all you can eat hot port restaurant that has so much variety in food. The menu is extremely large and they offered such a big variety of food that you can get almost anything you want. The Korean BBQ grill on the side was also fun since it combines two of my favorite foods into one restaurant. The service was extremely fast and the food came out almost as soon as you order. They have a well stocked sauce bar and their drinks were reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I thought the hot pot broth was lacking a lot of flavor and felt too bland. The meats quality was definitely a hit or miss. I think some of the meat look and tasted pretty good while other types of meat seem like it's been marinating or sitting out a bit too long. Street parking only. Can get busy on weekend!

Yelp
My youngest son chose to go here for his birthday feast, and boy, was it. We had a group of 9, and since more than 5 diners, were allowed to make reservations, bypassing the enormous waitlist (a very good sign). We got a large table with 2 bbqs and enough hot pots for 12. The menu had a gigantic selection of meats, veggies, noodles, and dim sum, enough to satisfy the most discerning diner. The orders came quickly, and the 90 minute time limit was no problem, we left fully satiated and quite happy with the exhuberant experience.
google avatar

Kevin P.

Yelp
Came in around 5:30 and was sat immediately! The servers are quick with the orders and the delivery of each dish. For about $37 per person, this all you can eat is a deal since prices for dinner are increasing. The place offers both hot pot and kbbq for the price and it's honestly better to have both than having to choose. All the meats and veggies were tasty and they have a big selection from American wagyu to pork belly. The atmosphere feels very casual but it does get busy! When we left, the restaurant was packed and people were waiting. At the end of the meal, they offer strawberry ice cream, yummy! Really enjoyed this place and will be coming back.

Yelp
Food: Meat 4/5 Note: The dinnerware has decreased in size. The spoons are flatter and the chopsticks are more slippery. Quality is still good but the meats included per dish have also decreased. If you're doing all you can eat, just be sure to have your meat orders ready to go for each round! The broths are still tasty and haven't seemed to change As with all ayce, there are key players to order: Brisket, Beef tongue and Beef/Pork belly These staples are still incredible tasty The fish ball with roe is delicious as always but people who don't like a sweet brine flavor may not like it The shrimp paste is also a delight to have in the hot pot. When it's cooked, it has a ridiculously soft texture. XLB 4/5 Skin is thick and comes in a set of five It's pretty good but will fill you up Service: Service is lightning fast and the food comes out almost as soon as you order it Ambiance: It is busy! Servers are constantly delivering food to tables and the environment has a pretty high noise level from everyone grilling their food. It's a very casual environment. Be sure to wear clothes that you don't mind getting the bbq smell on.

Yelp
AYCE Kbbq, hot pot and dim sum?! Quality, taste, value - even the dim sum was good! 5/5! They also have new items, cheese corn and ice cream after!! It tasted better than when I first visited years ago!!! You share the grill and everyone gets their own hot pot. Vegetarian friendly! Unlimited sauce bar included. Service: 5/5! Place gets packed, get on the Yelp waitlist. $36.99pp. You can order 10 items at a time but trust me, they come out fast! 90 min limit - we hit our limit.
google avatar

Yelp
I have eaten this place total 4 times. The last 4 times it was good. But this time it was disappointed. The fish ball was bad and it tasted funny. The rest of the food was good. I know it's only one dish, but that is all it takes to get stomach problems. The only suggestion is to make sure all the food is good and doesn't go bad... we can smell the food when it brought to our table. This is still a good things. Will try again and if it still have same problem then I am crossing off my list. Go foodie

Yelp
AYCE with a wide variety of broths and items. I got the SuperHot Spicy pot and it was yummy! I would come again. My main complaint is about the service. I made a reservation in advance for 8 ppl. Only 7ppl could make it and I let the host know when I arrived. Despite having 7ppl, the host sat us at a table for 6 and told us two ppl needed to SHARE A POT. For $36+ per person, I thought it was RIDICULOUS to make someone share a pot. What upsets me is that he didn't asked if it would be okay to be short one hotpot burner. He simply sat us down and rushed through the intro without addressing it until I said something. What kind of AYCE hotpot with individual pots makes you share???? There were other tables that could have accommodated us but he said the wait for an 8 top would be another 30 mins. EVEN THO I MADE A RESERVATION TOO. Thankfully my friends were okay with sharing but I was mad lol OKAY RANT OVER. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk.

Yelp
I have been searching for a good KBBQ x Hotpot place and ooh wee this is it 1000% worth my 1hr+ drive. The service was very quick! All the meats arrived as soon as we ordered them. The ingredients selection was massive, and the sauce bar was stocked, allowing me to make a perfect dipping sauce. I've been to a lot of hotpot places, and usually the broths are bland until half has evaporated. But I had the Korean beef bone soup base and it packed an umami punch! To finish our lunch, we had chocolate ice cream in cones, and it was so nice having something cold after the hot soup. 10/10 would drive over an hour to get here again. Did I mention we were a party of 6 and didn't have to wait to be seated at all? Yeah definitely a plus

Yelp
Decided to do an AYCE spontaneously for dinner tonight and it was fun! I had passed by this place multiple times when I lives but thought it was a little hype (due to the branding) - but it's pretty good! The lady who served us was so nice and accommodating (which seems so rare these days). I really appreciated it! I ordered the superhot spicy broth thinking I could handle it but unfortunately couldn't. She thankfully replaced the soup for free. You get 90 mins to all-you-can-eat kbbq and hotpot! They have a build your own sauce bar where you can dip the meats you've cooked on the grill + soup. You can order 10 things every time and they had everything from beef to chicken to seafood, veggies, pre-cooked foods, and cooked duck blood. The food arrives almost instantly and they do a good job of making sure you're constantly eating. This was a fun experience but I'm sure it would have been more fun if we had more people come. I wasn't prepared to eat AYCE tonight! Recommend for a fun night out with friends.

Yelp
We came here on a Monday evening for dinner on a whim while passing by, and after some deliberation, we decided to go in. I'm glad we did! Great service and good food. As anything is these days, it was slightly expensive so we tried to stay here the maximum 90 minutes to make the most of our money. The waitress was very kind and even changed out the broth for free since it was a bit too spicy for my wife. The orders of meat and sides came out very fast, and I never felt like I was waiting for anything. Everything was pretty good until the last order of "wagyu" in which, I thiiiink they gave us a lower quality piece (but I think every ayce bbq does that). Maybe it was just me since we were 75 minutes in and dying of too much meat. FYI The Korean beef broth thing definitely was not what it claims to be, but it was still fine. Nonetheless, with tax and tip it came out to almost $50/person but I think it was worth it for a once in a while thing.

Yelp
Good choices of meats, good fresh hotpot veggies and ingredients. The wait here wasn't too long, but it gets pretty packed here after 5pm. You can't just get the Korean BBQ or the soup by itself. You have to get both even if you don't want the other. So I suggest you come hungry. It also gets really warm in here, especially during the summertime. It's nice to come here on a cold winter night.

Yelp
Joined the waitlist on Yelp-made arriving so much easier and our wait less than just arriving. Love that this place offers hotpot and Korean bbq at the same table. Our server was Pete. He is great-very attentive, super friendly and made sure we had the best experience. There is a large variety of meats and sides which makes creating the perfect meal super easy. My favorite meats were the thick cut pork belly and beef bulgogi. The make your own sauce bar just adds to all the goodness. Don't sleep on the house-made ponzu. Yum! Nice selection of beverages and even the ice water with lemon is good. Tonight is an ice cream treat-perfect way to end the meal! Will definitely be back next time we're in the area!

Yelp
I'd seen this spot and noticed it was always busy so decided to give it a try. Wow! So good. Service was fast, friendly and helpful. Good was super tasty. I liked the Tom yum base with crystal green vermicelli noodles, wagyu, ribeye, short rib, bulgogi, Napa cabbage, mushrooms. Everything was really good. Even the ice cream they gave us at the end was very nice. Will definitely be back. Very tasty

This is now my favorite place for korean BBQ and hotpot. Coming here is a whole experience and there's a lot of seating that accommodates parties from 2 to large groups of 10+. Once seated, the servers walk you through how to use the screen to order. For hotpot, there's a decent variety of broths to choose from. The curry broth could've used more flavor; i would stick with the classic pork bone broth next time. The amount of ingredients you can choose from is insane making the AYCE dinner price of around $38/person a great deal. I thought everything that came out was very fresh and had good portions. The ice cream at the end was such a cherry on top for the whole experience.

Yelp
Took my 1y/o daughter and they were super nice and accommodating, immediately bringing over a high chair and always being extra careful when changing grills. Other than that the service was wicked fast and simple.

Yelp
AYCE hotpot and KBBQ! This restaurant is located in Downtown Mountain View. You can join the waitlist on Yelp during rush hours in advance. They have an extensive menu, and you get to pick 10 dishes each round. Their service was fast and very friendly. For KBBQ, I enjoyed the wagyu brisket and marinated short rib the most. For hotpot, I really liked their Tom Yum soup base. The fried chicken was very well-seasoned. Don't forget to try the freshly made Biang Biang noodles. To finish off, they offered chocolate ice cream for dessert. Overall, it's great value at $36.95 per person!

Yelp
My go to ayce hotpot&kbbq spot in the Bay!! You can check in from yelp on your phone so we try to do that to wait a bit less but this place is always packed for dinner. Shoutout to the servers because they are amazing. Even when we were sat in the back corner, they kept coming to check on us and they are super patient when you are ordering because you can order 10 items at once (5 meat, 5 side). They are the only hotpot kbbq AND dim sum spot and their dim sum is actually pretty good. Their meat quality is also not bad at all and they have a wide selection of broth. They also give ice cream at the end. I love superhot!

Yelp
You get what you paid for, so I shouldn't have been too surprised by the lackluster quality at Superhot. After all, $38 per person for AYCE in the Bay area is probably on the less expensive end of the range. Still, with all the reviews, I held out thinking this spot might have been different. There were only 3 notable aspects of our time here. 1) The staff was incredibly patient and accommodating. We had a huge party and they were gracious to help us with the cake even though were were running up against the 90 minute time limit 2) The hand-pulled noodles are actually good. We loved how toothsome they were. I couldn't get enough. Veggies were clean and there was a good selection of meat. They also had soup dumplings which were surprisingly juicy, fried bean curd skin which was a table favorite, and a few ice cream flavors for dessert!! The only downside is that everything came out in such tiny portions, so we had to continually flag down the waitstaff. 3) The hot pot and Kbbq combo is a double-edged sword. The variety is nice, but it means you'll have less time to focus on either. You'll likely spend all your time cooking and trying to eat to beat the time limit than socializing. If you're dining in a small group (4 or less), this could work. If you have any larger of a group, the dining experience is somewhat marred by the pressure to hork as fast as possible to "get the most bang for your buck".

Yelp
Superhot was definitely super hot. Funny enough the "hot pot" was induction heated so it never actually got hot. No risk of burns! This place has a pretty cool setup at each table, you get your own induction plate with power controls right above your lap so you can heat your hot pot as you desire. Induction makes it so you can take your broth straight to boiling in mere seconds. But speaking of fast, we got our order taken and delivered to the table in maybe thirty seconds. Fastest service I've ever experienced. The all you can eat is a great deal and way cheaper than other places I've been. They also have a great sauce bar to spice everything up. All around great experience. For all the VR nerds out there, this place will have you saying "super....hot....super....hot" by the end of your meal.

Yelp
I've been returning to Superhot for years for their amazing service and very reasonably priced AYCE. However, my last visit with my family on New Year's Day ended on a very sour note. Here's a brief timeline of what happened: 5:05 - We are seated. 5:10 - First orders are put in. Timer for 90 mins begins. 6:15 - (65 mins) Paid our bill early out of courtesy because it was handed. My family and I were still eating and finishing our last few slices of meat. 6:17 - (67 mins) We get warned by Osvaldo that we paid and we need to leave. Howrver, we are still eating what was remaining on our table. 6:25 - (75 mins) We get an embarassing lecture from Osvaldo to which he yelled, "Next time you guys don't pay early if you aren't going to leave." 6:30 - (80 mins) We leave and are forced to pay gratuity after that embarrassing encounter. After this encounter, it's clear to me that this restaurant values profit more than treating you as a valued customer. I will not be returning just to be humiliated again. Unacceptable, unprofessional service.

Yelp
Been wanting to try this one forEVER. We joined the Yelp waitlist, but the quoted time and the actual wait time were quite different. Even though the Yelp wait time said 10-20 minutes, it was almost an hour. Seems like the Yelp waitlist and the in-house waitlist are not linked. Once we were sat, the service was amazing. So attentive, never had to ask for anything including grill changes, and our drinks were consistently full. The options are vast and we didn't miss anything. The sauce bar is fine, but I've seen better at other places. I'd say the only drawback is the kids pricing. Any child over 45" tall is considered full price. 45" is a small child, like average for a 4-6 year old. So $80 for dinner for 2 is a bit steep when 1 of the 2 is a child, but we will be back eventually.

Yelp
Stopped by on a Monday night pretty late for dinner around 8:30 pm. They immediately let us know that there was only about an hour left even though their usual dining time limit is 90 minutes. We were ok with that. The place is pretty lively with loud music and busy servers working fast. This place is pretty unique in offering both AYCE hotpot and Kbbq at the price of one. I initially thought this was a huge plus and I got the best of both worlds, but quickly found out it's quite hard to juggle both types of cooking at the same time. Most of their food is good, and I especially loved the hand pulled noodles! One thing to note though is that they don't label the different meats on whether it's meant for hotpot or the grill, so there is a bit of ambiguity there.

Yelp
I'm not going to stop coming here. I've come to Superhot three times and every time I come here is an unforgettable experience. Located in Mountain View downtown, this all-you-can-eat hotpot and KBBQ spot has everything you need. There's usually a line before the restaurant opens and a Yelp waitlist during business hours but the wait is so worth it. When it's my group's turn, a server takes us to our tables. The restaurant's atmosphere is perfect for all ages, it's a combination of both young adults having a drink and families that come here with their children! For $36 per person, it's well worth your money (come with an empty stomach). A wide selection of meat, seafood, vegetables, and sides pair perfectly with your hotpot and KBBQ grill along with a decent sauce bar at the restaurant's entrance. It's hard to describe everything I've gotten in my past three visits, all I can say is that everything was a certified hit!

Yelp
Satisfied by food and services every time we came. I'd think of going to this place every time I came to Mtn View.

Yelp
I came here once when they first opened and just recently paid another visit and happy to share that this is a good option if you're in the area. It does get busy the later you go so maybe catch them at opening for your best shot at a table otherwise you can add yourself tot he waitlist and explore Downtown Mountain View while you wait. The restaurant is a good size, lots of tables all around and the sauce bar is well stocked. Service was friendly and gave us the limit of 10 items each time. 10 items seem like a lot, but the portions are pretty small so I get why they let you order 10 at a time - my group opted for 5 plates of meat each time to keep it coming. Parking can be tough depending on when you come through. There are parking lots throughout the downtown area as well as street parking.

Yelp
The service here was very attentive and fun, perfect for my brother's birthday celebration! I actually normally don't prefer both hot pot and KBBQ but this place is not bad for the price of $36.95 per person before taxes and tip. This place reminds me of iPot in SF because of the condensed milk buns and fresh hand pulled noodles also known as biangbiang noodles. The menu has a wide variety and I believe you can order 10 items at a time, 5 meat max and 5 others. My favorite meats were the Galbi and American wagyu beef. Brisket was also delicious! For hot pot broth I ordered classic pork bone herb which was nice and subtle in flavor since I like to drown my meats in my own creation sauce! They did mention that the superhot spicy is REALLY spicy so no one dared to try. We brought our one year old toddler here and they had a high chair for us. It wasn't TOO loud for him but definitely a lot going on. I'm just glad it wasn't dark like other Korean bbq spots and there wasn't crazy edm music blasting into our eardrums. They also let us bring a cake and all that jazz. They even offered to sing too but birthday boy opted out of that! Ice cream comes at the end of the meal so don't stuff yourself too much. Parking is easy. There are tons of parking lots nearby free for two hours and after 6PM. Street parking is available too if you can snag any!

Yelp
Kbbq and hotpot AYCE at a flat rate. Expansive selection of meats and toppings, and the broth was very tasty. Went close to opening on a weekday, and it gets PACKED by 6pm. The line was going around the block corner. Go as early as you can to avoid the lines! Service is good, the waiters come around with a tablet to take orders and they were pretty attentive on checking on me. The inside of the restaurant is clean, and seats are comfortable. Nothing notable about the design choices. Tbh, probably the tastiest hotpot/KBBQ place I've ever had. It's already difficult to get hotpot OR kbbq right, so doing both well is an A+ in my book.

Yelp
This was a nice change from what I normally have for a Friday night dinner. I don't think I have ever had a hybrid KBBQ and hotpot before. I mainly just focused on the hotpot portion since that was easier to deal with. By this, I mean there is one grill for the whole table. But each person has their own individual pot to cook from. So it was just easier to cook the food in my own pot. I got the pork bone broth btw which I thought wasn't bad. You can order many different types of standard meat (beef, pork, chicken, lamb, etc). You can also get tofu if that's not your thing. You can also get shrimp or shrimp paste if you're feeling like seafood. Btw, make sure to get the thinner meat for the soup and thicker ones for the grill. We made that silly mistake to put thick meat into the soup and found it hard to eat. Note it wasn't me that was this silly but other members of the table. Hahaha. Anyway, there's also a variety of veggies you can order too. I remember having my fav Napa cabbage and tong ho. Also if you like "fun guys" you can get mushrooms too. I don't remember exactly everything that was available. Btw you also have to order everything the "old fashioned way" you don't get your fav iPad to tap to order. :) So you kinda have to flag your restaurant friends down and request all your fav. You might have to do it in sections since there's a limit of 10 items each order session. Oh yeah, I also really enjoyed the fancy looking noodle, forgot what it was called now. Haha. Note that you can only order 2 sets of these @ any current ordering session. Oh and also there is a sauce station where you can semi-design your own sauce. I remember maximizing on the garlic, my fav. There's no such thing as too much garlic. Well, I guess, unless you're a vampire. So please don't come here if you happen to be one, for your own sake and for the other humans as well. :) The all you can eat was close to $40 a person for adults and about $20 for kids. Also note there is a time limit to eat also. I think it was 90min, so set your stop watch and sprint the food into your mouth. :) Because it is pretty expensive and hard to really eat $40 worth of food, I think I probably would not come back unless my family forced me to or something. But I do think it is worth trying @ least once so you can see for yourself, how does it look.

Yelp
When you are out and about in Mountain View there are some places you don't expect to see but this one caught our eye, it looks like the Supreme Brand but it was a hotpot spot lol very trendy. Here is everything we sampled and how it all faired. I was impressed at their section for dipping sauces several to choose from not just your standard ponzu sauce and peanut butter sauce, so many to choose from also the standard, diced garlic, green onions etc Meat wise we sampled more of the beef section then anything else they also have the option in the middle to grill your meat, so each seat gets their own pot to cook there meat you can also choose which flavor broth you will cook in, of course there is miso then spicy miso, tonkatsu and the Korean Kimchi soup, kids had the regular miso, wife had the spicy miso, I had the other Korean Kimchi everything was very well prepped Brisket, short ribs, prime rib eye, American Wagyu, Beef Bulgogi, Beef Belly, Beef Tripe, we sampled all of these items, to grill we chose the short ribs and wagyu, we also through these into our soup pots, best to throw unseasoned meats into your soup bowls keep the seasoned meats on the grill order a small bowl of white rice for each person eating or they will be having meat sweats immediately leaving the restaurant lol, sure order veggies or mushrooms also lol Vibe for the spot was loud and cheerful, the staff is helpful, if I recall you get 10 choices per request then you can choose another 10 when majority of what your eating is gone, there is an option for alcohol as well, I opted out this time around but will have to come back and sample more of the broths they are offering Meats came out fairly quick, fairly easy to cook, key is your a sauce person is to get several options of sauces before your soup gets hot so you don't have to wait in line with everyone else to get your condiments lol food **** price $$$ service **** friendly, helpful ambiance **** trendy, loud, floor is slightly slippery lol

Yelp
This restaurant is still the best hotpot + Korean bbq that I have ever been to-- all because of their top notch service, food, and cleanliness. My partner and I have been going here quite frequently for the past 4 months after trying so many kbbq spots together. We decided to not waste more money trying more mid-level kbbq spot and have this be our go-to spot. Whether it is a weekend or a weekday, Superhot stays consistent with their food and attentive service. Our favorite meats to order are the bulgolgi, brisket, and steak. Since we know what we want, we order our soup and meats right when we get sat and everything comes out no later than 5 minutes. Also, the ice cream at the end of the meal is always a hit. Thank you Superhot!

Yelp
After two visits, I can safely say this is my new favorite AYCE hot pot place in the bay! Super spacious and good ventilation. It's about $37 for AYCE hotpot and kbbq, unlike other places that charge extra for both options. The hotpot is individual pots, so everyone can get the soup base they like. From the two soups I have had, I like the Tom yum base more than the spicy miso (a bit bland). They literally have 101 different food items, including appetizers (XLB, pancakes, etc) and desserts! Quality of food is pretty average and as expected from an AYCE place. Favorite grill meat is thick pork belly and bulgogi. Favorite hotpot meat is the wagyu! The variety is great, but the most incredible part about this place is the service. They are constantly changing your grills and clearing dirty plates. You order 5 meats and 5 other items at one time, but the food comes out incredibly fast. I actually timed it today, and from the time I ordered to when it got to my table was 22 seconds!! They also adjust the portion size to how many people you have which I really appreciate so you're not stuck with a bunch of one item. They also have a large sauce bar, and free ice cream at the end of the meal. Parking is pretty easy as well. Will continue to come here even if it's a little far from my house! :)

Yelp
Service here was an amazing and so was the food. We loved that there was a sauce bar. It's AYCE within 90 minutes. It was definitely enough time for 2 people. The hot pot and Korean bbq combo is my favorite. Having the options is always a plus. Definitely would eat here again
