"The restaurant is light, bright, and positively packed on weekends. This isn't the place to bring your fussy aunt, but if you're up for a feisty, fun brunch, there's no better place in Charlotte. If you're going the hair-of-the-dog route, order a Bloody Mary, Michelada, or sangria, or shift gears with one of the house aguas frescas or the eye-opening black and white—an iced coffee-horchata mix." - Nancy DePalma

"Superica is a Tex-Mex restaurant originally from Atlanta, expanding to Charlotte's South End at 101 West Worthington Ave. The 7,000-square-foot space, designed by Atlanta firm Smith Hanes Studio, is dubbed a 'taco, fajita and enchilada haven' and features a communal courtyard and spacious patio for al fresco margaritas and Tex-Mex plates. This is the first location outside of Atlanta, and Ford Fry plans to expand further across the South." - Erin Perkins

First Time Going to Superica and it was great! Lots of choices on the menu for everyone to eat from as well as being very filling for the proportion sizes given. The overall theme of the place was nice, definitely check this place out if you have the time and want a Tex-Mex style! Only thing that was lacking was service near the beginning but they were busy at the time besides that sever was very respectful and friendly the whole time! Also wanted to mention great bathrooms all individual bathrooms as well as clean!

Superica has a great vibe and aesthetic—it’s definitely a cute spot. But unfortunately, the food and service didn’t quite match the atmosphere or the price tag. We started with the flautas, which were delicious, and the Tacos Al Carbon were another standout. However, the Chicken Verde Enchiladas were underwhelming. I requested added veggies and only received potatoes—yet was still upcharged $3, which felt a bit excessive. Service was a bit inattentive, and the overall experience felt average at best. We ended up spending nearly $90 for a meal that didn’t quite deliver. In a city like Charlotte, where there are so many fantastic Mexican and Tex-Mex spots to choose from, the food really has to stand out—and unfortunately, Superica just didn’t hit the mark for us this time.

The good points about this place was our amazing waiting personal. Very attentive and full of vibrant personality. The atmosphere was also great. Some in our party had breakfast, others got something off the lunch menu. Unfortunately the food was the only thing that fell short at this place. The seasonings of the food just wasn’t there. I had to drench my meal in a complimentary sauce that was on the table just to add some flavor. Very unfortunate because the waiting staff was amazing, but this was my first and will be my last time going to this place. I want good food too.

Google
Superica is a great resturant and a good take on tex-mex. Gives a new twist to what seems to be a pretty well known cuisine which is Tex-Mex. Here there is some neat traditional touches that give you a better feel for what Mexican food can be when paired with American elements. Can be a pricey, but offers some great meals and dishes. Serve two different salsas and also have a great margarita menu which is a great thing to pair with the meals. Service was decent, but can get busy on certain dates, but overall was really happy with the experience and have been here multiple times and have always had a good experience.

Great vibes Moderate vegetarian options and moderate cocktails Queso and nachos were great Their tacos are really good Definitely must try

Had Al Pastor tacos and beef fajitas. Both were very good. Great Margaritas. The beans almost tasted like a chili mix, unexspected but very good. Great outdoor eating area with heaters.

Every time I go to Jenni’s around the block, I say to myself “I have to go in here”. Again, today was another one of those days where I had plans to go elsewhere but they were closed and we wanted to sit down and eat due to the rain. I’m very happy we finally did it. The vibes were nice. Looks like a lot of people were there after work. Very clean, big inside, and really nice staff. Can’t go wrong with free chips and dip. There was no red salsa dip, just 2 different green dips that were great. It wasn’t spicy, which is how I like my dips. I began with a hibiscus margarita and it didn’t disappoint. They were generous with the alcohol, and thank God cus these small things were $13 each. Totally worth it bcus I felt loopy soon after. My meal was blackened salmon, with a side of bacon wrapped shrimps, beans, and about 6 tortillas. I gave my shrimp to my boo who said they were mad good, so let’s just trust him cus he’s a foodie. The beans were good, nothing special. The salmon was blackened really well, but no seasoning on it. I actually didn’t mind it since I sorta don’t mind bland food but I can see some people will have an issue with this. Overall I rate the food a 7/10. Our server was on point the entire time, checking up on us often. She was cute, wish I remembered her name. I’d come here again, for sure 👍🏾

Was visiting charlotte from out of town and stopped here on a whim. Fairly busy for a Tuesday night with a good atmosphere. Bartender poured me a great mezcal margarita. The pork belly al pastor tacos were great, as were the complementary chips.

Yelp
I was visiting my brother in Charlotte for the weekend, and was going to check out some spots I haven't visited yet. I'm really glad my mom was wanting a margarita, because he recommended your place! I've passed by it before and never went in. Really glad we came here. With everything that's going on in the world, this business is raising money for disaster relief in Asheville for service people. The margaritas were $15 and $10 were going to be donated to the cause. The margaritas were spot on and delicious! The vibe and atmosphere was a very calming presence. It's definitely family oriented if you want to bring your family here. My brother, mom, and I sat at the bar and we had great service. By the time we left, there was a line out the door. I see why there was a line! I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in town.

Yelp
Took my mother here and she loved it The chips are thin and salty The service is amazing Creativity with cocktails incorporating watermelon The lunch special came with plenty of food The sauces are so good with the chips, especially the cheese dip Over all a great experience

Yelp
Upon entering, I loved the industrial chic decor and vibes of the restaurant space. It wasn't too crowded, so were able to just walk in on a Thursday night for a birthday meal for my fiancé. I was excited to try this place out because I have been to the sister restaurant in Nashville, and I absolutely loved that meal. Onto the food! We ordered the Queso Fundido to start. This was fairly good, but it was super oily honestly so it was hard to get through. I love queso, so having just cheese will never not be yummy. For our entrees, we ordered the Picadillo Enchiladas, the Chicken Suiza Enchiladas, and the Catfish Tacos. I added a fried egg to the Chicken Suiza Enchiladas, which was a fun addition that I loved. Both of the enchiladas were okay. They were both lathered in so much cheese, and it honestly didn't really taste very fresh. The Catfish Tacos were slightly better, but they also kind of tasted like they were reheated in a rush. I had told the waitress and even another staff member several times that it was my fiancé's birthday and that I would like to put an order in for a dessert. They never came, which I understand is a small oversight on a somewhat busy night, and I do not fault anyone, but I can't lie and say it wasn't disappointing. And honestly, this meal did upset our stomachs a little, so I feel like my overall opinion will be difficult to give considering the meal did not sit well with me. Overall, the food was okay, it was nothing special, and I'm not sure if I would return. I would go back to the one in Nashville though, I had a wildly different experience there!

Yelp
I've eaten here twice now. Being from Texas I don't think the Tex-Mex food here is great. The chicken in the fajitas was dry. The enchiladas (I tried both the verde and the suizas) were decent. The suizas is their most popular but I liked the verde more. The dishes are very overpriced. I did like their fresh salsas and they gave us plenty of refills. Bandit queen and frozen marg were okay. Overall this is a prime location and a fun vibe but the food is just okay for how long it takes to get a table. It also takes a long time to get a drink at the bar. Then again, wouldn't expect Charlotte to have great Tex-Mex!

Crystal S.

Yelp
I can't believe it took me so long to dine here. What a fun place! I had the chicken suizas at my waiter's recommendation and it did not disappoint. We also had the table guacamole which was perfectly made. There was an awesome seasonal cocktail that he also recommended that was perfect. And our waiter was super friendly and attentive. The decor and atmosphere was absolutely perfect. Will be coming back for sure!

Lindsay B.

Yelp
We visited Superica as a group of 6 for a friend's birthday this past weekend and we had a good time! I really enjoyed the classic margarita and you have a choice of salt, sugar or tajin rim. The chips and salsa delivered to the table were delicious. The chips were thin, crispy and perfectly salted. My sister and I used to come to Superica all the time many years ago and my go-to was always the chicken suizas enchiladas. So that's what I ordered. I remember this dish knocking my socks off back then but this time I was a little underwhelmed. They just weren't as good as they used to be. Less flavor overall and not as saucy as I remember them being. They do not accept reservations but you are able to join the waitlist ahead of time which was perfect. By the time we all arrived, our table was ready so we were seated immediately. The server was super friendly and knowledgeable. I love the outside patio in the warmer months.

Lana E.

Yelp
Excellent food, service and ambience! Came here on a whim. Had a really sweet waiter who recommended a few things that were excellent! We tried their special limited time fresh strawberry margaritas, as well as the ginger margarita and the jalapeno margarita. The chalupas were fantastic and the chicken enchiladas were great. Their chips and two homemade salsas are to die for! I had refills of seconds and thirds. Really cute neighborhood and great staff. Very good experience

Adria C.

Yelp
This visit wasn't as good as my first. After being seated for 30 minutes, no server visited my table (besides someone filling the glasses with water), I notified the hostess. I nearly walked out but since I already paid for parking I stayed. Apparently, there was some miscommunication between staff. My server gave me queso on the house to smooth things over. I still should have received a percentage off my total bill. I ordered: - Picadillo taco dinner I wasn't a fan of the queso or the tacos - they just didn't do it for me. Also, the chips were overly salted. My friend needed to dust the salt off each chip lol

Elizabeth W.

Yelp
My 83 year old mother was not looking forward to our afternoon out because she has a lot trouble with eating. Our server Kaylee recommended the Aqua del Día. It made my mom's day. She had two of them and stayed full for a few hours. Kaylee was a doll. Bathrooms are very clean. Decor is eccentric and fun.

Marie C.

Yelp
Just stumbled on this gem while on an errand in Charlotte. Loved the decor, friendly staff, and everything we tried off their menu was delicious - especially their enchiladas and their (I think) house made salsas! Will absolutely return.

Amanda H.

Yelp
My experience may have been different if I hadn't sat at the bar. I went there two times and both times the bartending staff treated me and my party like they wanted us to leave, and that if they ignored us long enough we would. The first time I was there I thought maybe the staff was just having an off night--even though they were providing above average service to regulars and their friends around me. The second time I went with friends, it was the same treatment. It was if they were going out of their way to exclude us. We asked twice if someone would be free to take our food order, they said yes and then promptly waited on people around us and never came back. We waited about 10 mins and decided we accept their thinly veiled invitation to leave. The group I was there with said it felt personal and I completely agree. I'm sure there are loads of people who work there who are lovely and excellent at their job. And the food I have eaten was quite tasty. But I won't go back, which really bums me out.

Dayana V.

Yelp
OMG the taco de pescado (pictured) was so DELICIOUS!! The catfish was perfectly breaded and fried, and the pickled onions had a nice tangy flavor.

William G.

Yelp
Around block from Paddywax candle bar in Charlotte NC. We dined here while waiting for candles to cool. Higher quality Tex Mex restaurant, the nachos came w two homemade salsas. One was pesto mild, and medium hot salsa; add the hot sauce on table to med it will leave spicy aftertaste. Our meals came out fast (around noon) and were delicious. Cheers, good job.

Amber M.

Yelp
The service was awful. From the time we sat down to us leaving, it took 1.5 hours. We ordered the nachos kids meal for my daughter ($9) and received 4, yes 4, chips with cheese on them. A basket of free chips for the table, but $9 for 4 chips with cheese. Seriously? The carne asada was delicious, quesadillas were good. The soup came cold and did not taste good. We would not recommend nor ever return. It was an incredible waste of money.

Hannah C.

Yelp
I had my first visit to Supercia this past weekend with some friends visiting in town. The overall experience was good but nothing too flashy. We had a table right by the front door which unfortunately caused a lot of foot traffic and loud noise around us, making it challenging for group conversation. There was also a screen playing old-time music videos which I found a bit odd considering the place was dark with moody lighting so it seemed to throw off the vibe a bit. I played it safe by getting the chicken quesadillas which came with rice and beans. They were decent and pretty filling, but the best part of my meal was definitely the house margarita! You could choose flavors as well as salt or sugar on the rim (I'm more of a sweeter person myself lol), and they had an extensive cocktail menu as well. Parking is a challenge here (but when isn't it in South End) so be prepared to pay for a parking garage unless you live close enough to walk or catch the light rail.

Dani A.

Yelp
Good place and ambiance to be with friends, food was nice I ordered the chicken quesadilla and the portion was big enough to bring some home. Service was friendly.

Vivian C.

Yelp
First time in Charlotte and going here made the trip a FANTASTIC start. Staff was super friendly, and I love how knowledgeable and attentive our waitress was. The food itself was freakishly delicious as was the presentation. Sometimes I feel like I have wasted all my phone batteries taking the perfect picture of the food but they plate it all so scrumptiously that one pic is all it took to show that it tastes as good as it looks (at least to me it does!) We started with the hot tamales. The chili gravy was so tasty! I gobbled it up wanting more. Thankfully I ordered El Lopez which had SO much in one plate! I never had a fluffy taco before but the fact that it was smothered in queso made the experience a trillion times better. They've got great queso here, folks! There was just so much going on in my plate but I ate it all. The food coma helped me sleep so well. Anyways now I know I HAVE to come back here every time I visit. Who knows maybe I'm obsessed enough to come everyday before I leave hah!

Cara P.

Yelp
So so good! Don't let the 92.5 rating fool you! Some of the best Mexican I had and will be back! I got the enchiladas and queso...definitely a must!!!

Melina B.

Yelp
I have come here a couple of times and every time has been a great experience! The food is always so flavorful and delicious! This time around I decided to go with the chicken nachos and they were so good! They are not like your typical nachos and I love that! This place can get busy quickly and they do accommodate large parties. The employees are always kind and attentive! If you are looking for flavor come here and try everything!! I also love the brunch options they have.

Ian M.

Yelp
Food was excellent, the staff was great, and the location is perfect (for me at least). A little spendy for Tex-Mex but it is on the upscale side. Food was what you would expect. The salsa was definitely something special and the guac was excellent. Wish I had more to say but it's a Mexican restaurant. Take a previous experience with a good Mexican joint and apply it here. I will be coming here often mostly because of convenience to my office.

Charlie B.

Yelp
Amazing customer service in response to a loved menu, the puffy taco , going bye bye AND YES, you can still order them!!! Thank you so much, Chef Bobby!!! I wrote: "I am writing to ask that your chef NOT remove the puffy tacos from the menu, please. As a native born in San Antonio, Tx, living in the San Francisco bay area for 20 years, and not being able to eat a puffy taco til I moved to Charlotte last month. I relocated to beautiful Charlotte and to hear from your server, Ali, today at brunch that these delicious puffy tacos were no longer available made me incredibly sad. Will I be able to order them off-menu, please? Sincerely, Diehard Puffy Taco Fan" RESPONSE: Dear die hard puffy tacos fan, My name is Bobby, and I am the Executive Chef here at Superica. We will be more than happy to accommodate you by request. If you have any issues, have your server ask for Craige Kluttz(executive sous chef) or myself Bobby Burns. We will take care of you. Executive Chef Bobby Burns Superica South End

Brie Y.

Yelp
Pick 2 lunch for everyone! Service was great, food was awesome, tamale could've have been more solid but still tasted good. Chile con queso with chorizo hot the spot for an appetizer! So much food I couldn't eat dinner! I will be back for drinks and dinner!!

Liz S.

Yelp
Great spot to get food after playing some duck pins with the kids. We easily got in at their opening of 5pm. Service was amazing and she steered us well. I would definitely go with an out of the box choice you can't get at a 'normal' Mexican place.

Joe H.

Yelp
Hits every time the food and the service is always fantastic steak and chicken fajitas are the way to go!!

Laura B.

Yelp
Would love to give this place a 5 star review because I love coming here and the food's awesome, but I need to write this as a warning for guests to check your credit card statement when paying with a card here. We had an awesome brunch here this weekend and I thought the server was really great so left over 20% as a tip and thanked him for the meal. Well apparently he thought he deserved a 50% tip and my credit card was charged way more than what I left. The manager did refund me back the additional amount when I called to complain, but the whole situation left a really bad taste in my mouth. It's a shame when servers blatantly steal from guests. I wonder how many other tables he did this to and thought they wouldn't notice.

Sara C.

Yelp
Very popular place located centrally in South End! The chips / salsa / guac were all very very good. We very much enjoyed our meal and the service. However, it is on the pricier end for Mexican food. Especially considering the fact I had a vegetarian meal and it was still nearly as expensive as the menu items with meat all while being nearly entirely rice and beans. Other than the price though it was a great experience!

Meghan F.

Yelp
We always enjoy Superica! The green salsa is my favorite! My husband really enjoys the pork belly! Great food, beautiful atmosphere. Friendly staff.

Danielle H.

Yelp
Best refried beans I've had in my life! Auh. The texture and taste was everything. I went late on a Wednesday night, so I'm not sure how it is when they're busy. Can't remember the name of what I ordered but it's a popular one with an egg on top (optional)

Ed A.

Yelp
Terrible experience- ruined lunch meeting. Waited outside for 25 minutes with no service. Mentioned it to the hostess twice. After about 15 minutes one server gave us water but mentioned she wasn't our server. We watched three other tables get sat outside with orders taken shortly thereafter. After 25 minutes we went to the bar - manager walked by us and didn't even apologize.

Mary S.

Yelp
It was ok, but we won't be back. It took a really long time to get our drinks. Like, close to an hour for round #2. It was weird because they weren't that busy for Cinco de Mayo. They don't like substitutions. One member of our party can't eat tomatoes or onions and after the rest of us made a complaint because she was just going to stick to her queso and chips app, the manager came out and put together a plate for her. I'm a mean friend so I kept laughing at her meal. It was an enormous plate of white rice. She poured the rest of her queso over it and that was her lunch. Not cheap either for a big plate of white rice. Quite pathetic. Our party of 5's food came out at all different times. Salad came out very saturated in dressing so that was a send back. Seems reasonable I suppose that tomatoes or onions are in absolutely everything at a Tex mex restaurant. Just be forewarned. My tacos were yummy. I asked for double beans no rice. I did not get the rice but beans weren't doubled. Little things like that.

Erika F.

Yelp
One steak quesadilla was $30 (including tip). I repeat, I paid $30 for a steak quesadilla meal during lunch (tip was only like $4.80). It had a sliver of salty rice and beans... This spot has inflated prices and basic food. Save your money and go to a traditional Mexican restaurant where meals are reasonably priced and Latin music actually plays in the ambiance. The customer service was not consistent and they wanted us to order food using their QR code and the code wasn't working properly. When ppl would submit an order, the site would display an error, and when they went to resubmit their order, it duplicated their order. Management rectified the situation - but it's annoying they don't take orders the traditional way. I honestly was not feeling this gentrified (and over hyped) version of a Mexican restaurant. Won't return.

Gigi N.

Yelp
8/10 on food - the menu is incredibly confusing 10/10 service (seriously our waitress was amazing, we were a big group and she rocked it) 9/10 ambiance 100% will be back! also i'm gluten free and they had a good range of options for me!

Cynthia R.

Yelp
Tried their wkend brunch. Very chill atmosphere, beautiful decor. Brunch menu is limited but what they have works for them. I order double stack of pancakes not knowing they would come bigger than my head haha. Needless to say I could only finish half of one, so boxed up the rest to take home. Whatever kind of syrup concoction they use is amazing. It's buttery, but not heavy and it comes out hot. Absolutely amazing. If you're lucky enough to find it, street parking is free on the wkends.

Susan R.

Yelp
Slow service and honestly the food doesn't taste great. Not really worth the wait. We drove from Lake Norman to try this place with friends and we all were disappointed.

Ram G.

Yelp
My brother and I visited there a few weeks ago, and Superica are the best! I had to return within a week before I could take a plane back home! Steak Fajitas is the best in town, no joke. The entire staff offers excellent service and delectable cocktails, and the setting is quote welcoming and comfortable.

Pete P.

Yelp
Good food. Good service. Very kid-friendly, as there were a ton of kids there on a weeknight.

LeAnn M.

Yelp
I was really excited to try Superica and was ultimately very disappointed. The food was not good and paying $20 for a burnt quesadilla is ridiculous. Our service was terrible and it took forever for the food to come out. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and then waited another 45 minutes to get the check after we were finished. We asked our waitress for a to-go box multiple times and ended up having to ask another waitress to help us. The ambiance was also not great. They were loudly playing a Queen concert on the projector making it very hard to hear anything else. Overall a disappointing experience.

Juliana D.

Yelp
Decent Mexican food in South End. The hostess said the wait was an hour but it ended up only being half an hour so that was great! The place is nice and spacious but a little too dark and the music was REALLY loud rock music playing. Our server was very nice and friendly. He brought us chips and salsas right away. The chips were nice and airy and the salsas were really good and flavorful! Food was pretty expensive. I got 2 Al pastor tacos for $20 and they were good but not amazing. The side of beans was ok as well. I prefer black beans or refried beans. Overall, the experience was nice but there are lots of much better Mexican restaurants around.

Matthew C.

Yelp
Superica is the best Tex mex / Mexican spot in the Queen City. I could drink the queso with chorizo it's THAT good. The chips are perfect. Perfectly salted, perfect size, and a great marriage with chorizo. The service exceeded my expectations. Our waitress was so nice and kept up with our salsa and chip request. She gave our table some swag that I use frequently. The ambiance was lively on this Saturday night. They had music playing on the projector and it got the people going. Keep up the good work Superica. I could inhale their tacos every day.

Amanda W.

Yelp
I love Tex Mex but I am not super picky when it comes to it. Walking up to the restaurant I told myself I was going to get a chimichanga or a couple of tacos and call it day. When I walked in, the hostess was very friendly and explained that the bar was first come first served. Since there was a wait, we decided to eat at the bar. Once seated, we were given two types of salsas along with chips. The salsas were delicious! I mean literally some of the best salsas I've ever had with tortilla chips. My husband and I always jokingly say that if the salsa is good, you know the food is going to be banging! Well, not in this case... I thought I was going to get a chimichanga but they don't sell them so I ended up ordering the Puff taco. meal. I mean it had everything I liked! Chicken, rice, beans, lettuce, cheese. You can't go wrong with the basics right? Wrong. I got the Puff Taco meal. The bartender explained that this is an open taco that sits on top of a puff pasty. That's exactly what it was. As you can see from the pics, it came out Instagram ready! I was excited to dig in. So why 2 stars? Well this meal had zero flavor. The beans were flavorless. It literally tasted like it went from can to plate. The chicken had what I think was the taco "flavoring" but it was not seasoned at all.....and the puff pastry thingy??? It was just an unseasoned crispy puff. Things that can probably make this better...salt. Maybe melted queso....a little seasoning?? This was my first time trying Superica and I was excited but I did not enjoy this meal.

M. R.

Yelp
This place was good, the pancakes were huge but good. Customer service was good. We were not fans of the tamales, the masa was wayy too cooked they were too mushy. The chilaquiles we're okay, the steak was perfect.

Stefanie H.

Yelp
Barbacoa tacos were so flavorful! Salsa was really good too! Definitely will go back.

Leigh R.

Yelp
It had been years since we've been and I was really disappointed. It used to be really good. I felt it was a bit overpriced for what we got. Chicken fajitas for $30. Not a lot of flavor either. There was nothing special about them. We also got pork belly tacos Al carbon and those were really greasy and the pork belly was not crispy as advertised. Margaritas were good but small.

Ashley F.

Yelp
I had too much fun at Superica! Started at the bar with two super fun bartenders whose names escape me now, of course. Then moved outside once my friend arrived and our server Anna was wonderful! The outside area is spaced out, as well as scenic, so I felt very comfortable out there. I ordered the ceviche and it was stellar! So fresh tasting and flavor packed, yet cool and light, on a very hot and humid evening. That was the only food I ordered but I did have a few margaritas and a couple of other cocktails that were nice as well. I'd love to go back for a full meal to really experience it. Definitely plan on doing that as soon as possible! Very cute date spot!

Joey E.

Yelp
The drinks were excellent and the food was good! The chili relleno tried to be too fancy and ended up being something it never was intended to be. Definitely a place I would recommend though.

Chris T.

Yelp
Great appetizers & the drinks are 2nd to none! Great Mexican food-great location. Parking could be a problem in the evening but well worth it

Claire P.

Yelp
My favorite restaurant in Charlotte. Food is always a hit. Service is awesome, even when they're busy! I was able to grab lunch in under an hour while the place was slammed before I had to work later that day. Best ever!

Zeni B.

Yelp
I got seated right away. The staff were amazing. We had John as our waiter he was efficient and friendly. He brought our chips and salsa right away, and refilled them constantly when they got low along with our drinks. I ordered the quesadilla and my friend ordered the taco dinner (at 11am). Both meals were immaculate. The tortillas tasted home made. We are definitely coming back!

Hannah M.

Yelp
Came in on Monday for lunch. Only seating the small front area. About 10 or 15 tables. You order your food and drinks online and pay on there as well. It's a little odd - feels too casual for a restaurant where you're seated and there are still waiters. You get chips and salsa - both of their salsas are very flavorful. The verde salsa is for sure my favorite. Margarita came out quick. Our appetizer came out with our meal which is a little backwards. We got the queso fundido - it's a VERY thick cheese that comes with tortillas. We were not expecting this and didn't really like it. We were looking for a cheese dip. Not really sure why we got rock hard cheese. Got the chicken verde enchilada. Very good flavor. All in all not bad. Pretty pricey too. $20 for enchiladas. $12 appetizers. $10 margarita Total was $50 just for me at lunch time. That's a bit much even for southend Charlotte
