Superior Motors

Started my process of buying a car sight unseen except for pictures from Superior Motors about a week ago. Linda was very helpful supplying anything I needed be it photo's, video, personal opinion, even the "smell" test. We were able to negotiate over the phone and they even arranged for transport across state lines (ended up not needing this but good to know they do that!). John the owner was very nice as well the times I talked to him. Picked up the vehicle, a 2013 Scion Xb, on Feb 17th 2024. Pleasantly there were no surprises and the vehicle was as advertised. This was especially important as I had sold my previous car to Carvana and Linda and John both came to deliver my Scion to that location about 25 minutes away from the Dealership on a day they aren't normally open (Saturday, they will work with you on appointments). Got the vehicle home, gave it a wash, and still a very satisfied customer. Would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Inferior Motors!!!!! Terrible business practices! Found a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander I wanted to pick up for my wife. This place is a 4 almost 5 hour drive from Ohio where I live. Upon calling to inquire about the car I was introduced to Linda. Linda was nice and explained the vehicle thoroughly. She then said that there was a woman trying to get a loan for the vehicle. I told her I would take it and be leaving shortly. I left the bank with cash after hooking up my truck and car trailer to go get it. I was on the road for 15 mins when Linda calls to tell me that the woman got the loan and to forget about coming to get it. I proceed to ask if she has given a down payment, to which Linda tells me that she has not. Then I ask if they are picking it up today, which they also were not. Linda then says that because this woman's mother had previously purchased a car that they were going to hold it. Obviously I was upset at this moment so I expressed how upset I was. At that point Linda just flat out hung up on me. Which was real professional for someone who expressed her want to keep personal relationships up. I decide to call back and happen to reach the owner of inferior motors. He explains that Linda runs the place and he just owns it. So he basically backed her up and lost a sale. So in my opinion and in your best interest stay away from inferior...i mean superior motors!

This place doesn't have many vehicles, and Linda is hard to deal with! It's a small town dealer, your lucky if they're even open.

Love my new (to me) Fiat. Great salesman. Reasonable prices. Quick and painless purchasing process.

Best place to buy a used car around. Stop in there are new cars every week 👍
