Best Chinese I’ve had in a long time , so good had it two weeks in a row . Huge portions and very tasty traditional Chinese ! Family business who made us feel very welcome will definitely be back! Mickey & Miss Wang !

AVOID Ordered over £50 of food. Food was extremely over cooked (BURNT), most of it went in the bin. I was so embarrassed having guests over and the food we received was disgusting. Every item was burnt, tasteless & just simply disgusting. The 2 portions of noodles were like supernoodles yellow with no char at all on them and all stuck together. How they dished up that kind of food and thought it was acceptable to give to a paying customer I dont know.

WORST CHINESE MEAL EVER. I visited on Friday 30th May and ordered. Chicken black bean with half rice and chips.. It came all in one long carton rice chips with the chicken black bean on top.. The black bean should be in own container... The dish was completely tasteless with no black bean sauce. Some watery liquid in bottom. The chicken was under cooked and tough.. Black bean is my fav and I know what I'm talking about. Horrible and £9...wont be back

Ordered spare ribs in peking sauce, i don't know what i got but it was mini bones covered in fat, no meat whatsoever.. ontop of that it was covered in sweet n sour with pineapple and Peas. Couldn't even manage the peking sauce right. It was inedible.

Food is lovely. Proper chicken, not the jelly stuff. Proper chips as well. Couldnt fault the food, always hot and tasty. Usually busy, especially at the weekend but never seem to have to wait long on the order. Cash only is the only downside.

The best Chinese in Belfast and surrounding areas. Have been getting from this place for the last 10 years. Ownership changed not long after that, and standards have remained extremely high. Lovely staff - very friendly. Haven’t had a bad meal out of the place. Incredibly consistent. Totally recommend the crispy satay chicken , honey chilli chicken, chicken curry, smoked chicken 👊

Chicken fried rice chicken was white Sittingbourne top of fried rice asked for no soy sauce but didn't ask for no peas or onions Chicken was not fried up with the rice at all never had a worse meal even the wouldn't have liked it

Food not bad but the service is so poor. Rang to tell them they sent the wrong order and got verbally abused by the call handler (or whoever takes the orders) Not impressed at at. Left a vulnerable young person in tears as the attitude was dreadful that came from that person on the phone. #Superior palace, you need to up your game, or you’re going to lose customers because of the pure ignorance of your staff.

Got out of here a few times and they have been good but recently the food hasn't been good, we got half rice, half chips with gravy , the chips were really pale and the meal just didnt taste that great the gravy lacked flavour too. The quality of food has definitely went down past few months. There was also a row between the staff and swearing which wasn't nice as I was waiting on my food couldn't wait to get out. Small waiting area with seats in shop. Delivery service and collection available.

The names of Chinese takeaways have always been a constant source of mirth to me, you get some place called "Jade Fortress" or whatever, bang in the middle of a run down inner city street, so any establishment calling itself a palace in the shadow of Connswater may be a tad optimistic, but I can happily report that the Superior Palace lives up to the first part of the name as it is superior to every other takaway in the area by a long way. As with every other takeaway on the planet, you can order for collection or have it delivered, but for entertainment value you should go and order in store. Firstly, the place is as clean as an operating theatre, it's gleaming, and the 5 rating for food hygiene impressed the missus no end, you place your order and the fun starts, firstly the kitchen is fully open, so you can watch your food being prepared by the yound chap who runs the place, it's a real treat to watch, and as the orders are coming in non stop, it's like something off the telly, clashing woks, huge gouts of flame, a gorgeous aroma and by the time your order is ready, you're literally chewing your nails with anticipation. The food itself is, how can I describe this, absolutely gorgeous, truly outstanding in every respect, freshly cooked with no hint of being in a fridge for days unlike some outlets locally, the portions are massive, usually I get breakfast out of it as well! I hope to God this doesn't get filtered for sounding too fawning, but there's no other way to describe this place, it's a cracker!

Got out of here last night got chicken curry with fried rice and salt n chili chicken Defo give this place ago im very funny about salt n chili chicken but this was great Cant wait to oder out of it again and try sumthin diff

Had a beef curry with chips from here as my usual Chinese was closed for holidays. The place is very clean, there is plenty of seating if you are waiting to collect your order and it's an open kitchen type where you can see the chefs at work. They have a fish tank integrated into the counter which is unusual. I found the chips to be juicy and delicious. Quite like chip shop chips, not the normal frozen chips I normally get in a Chinese. The curry beef was tender and not at all fatty but the sauce was so mild I wouldnt have guessed it was a curry I was eating. There are 3 versions so if you like your food spicy the regular curry will probably disappoint. Service was quick, less than ten minutes from ordering to walking out with the food. I would return here and would recommend.
