Had to stop here while in Tampa for a day. We ordered the bacon, egg & cheese and the sausage, egg and cheese and a cookie! So yummy! Best breakfast sandwich, served hot! and i can’t even imagine how good the lunch ones must be! Will definitely recommend and hopefully be back soon!

SuperNatural Food & Wine is a downtown Tampa hidden gem. Cozy vibes, friendly staff, and unreal food. The Italian Stallion sandwich was loaded with flavor, and their famous sourdough donuts are worth the hype — they sell out fast, but you can call ahead to preorder. I picked mine up late and they still held it for me. Amazing food, amazing people.

The donuts here are amazing, so are the sandwiches. Need to come back again and really get a good say on the coffee but the selection looks great. The vibes here are amazing. Definitely recommend walking over if you work nearby.

Not only do we devour their Italian stallion sandwiches at least once a week for lunch, Supernatural catered our wedding so we could create this incredible sourdough donut tower of our dreams!! Wes, Madeline, and the entire team here are absolutely incredible. Do yourself a favor and order breakfast and lunch from them asap! And seriously consider hiring them for your next catered event. 100000/10 would recommend Supernatural Food and Wine!!!

If you want to get a donut, get there early! Or order online which is an awesome option for those who can’t make it in at the crack of dawn. I grabbed a refreshing juice and quick snack but everything on the menu sounded great. Staff were super knowledgeable about the menu and answered questions in a thoughtful way. Such a quirky and unique atmosphere. Definitely will be back.

I have been pondering whether or not to make a post because this place is so good, I didn't want to flood it with any more patrons than they already have. A completely selfish move on my part, so I believe it is time for my honest review. I have eaten here more than once and love it! My kids even love the breakfast sandwiches here... it's pretty hard not to. I will say unless you are here when they open, you probably will never try the delicious donuts. They are definitely delicious cinnamon and sugar donuts that remind me of the ones that my mother used to make us when we were kids. There isn't really seating inside and very limited outside, so I consider this place to be more of a grab and go. I have been lucky enough to grab a seat on the sidewalk. If they have a line it usually goes pretty quickly. Service is top notch! The way they explain anything about the menu or items makes you feel special. They aren't just trying to rush you out the door and certainly don't get rattled by questions. As much as it pains me to say this (because I'm being selfish) you definitely need to do yourself a solid and check em out! Rating this one a solid 4.7 stars

Totally cute for downtown. Im a Krispy Kreme glazed donut person, BUT their donuts are so yummy. The dount is a must try if they aren't sold out. My favorite thing is the prices. For a downtown location, it is definitely reasonable, yummy and quick. My new go to breakfast.

Finally made it to Supernatural Food & Wine this past Saturday and wow—what a gem. We went around lunchtime, and the guy at the register mentioned they’ve been selling out of donuts within 20 minutes of opening. Major bummer, but he recommended coming early or ordering online the night before. Noted! The sandwiches were incredible. I had the Italian (spicy style) and it was so unique and full of flavor. My husband had the Turkey Bacon Ranch and said it was the best he’s ever had—and trust me, the man has had a lot of sandwiches in his lifetime. High praise! Everything was fantastic, and the service was warm and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back and finally snag those famous donuts!

This was my second time trying this spot for a quick breakfast sandwich and I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. After hearing all of the hype, I just expected it to be a level better. The atmosphere is great and I love the fun colors and overall vibe, but most likely won't be returning for a few reasons. Food: We ordered multiple bacon egg and cheeses with the house sauce. Pretty mid aside from the focaccia bun which was great although a bit big. The cheese was like baked into the bread and it was hard. No gooey cheese here. There was also a lot of the house sauce. The bacon was thick cut which I enjoyed. What really brought it all down was that there was a small black hair in my sandwich that I noticed halfway through. Not pleasant. Drink: We ordered 1 iced chai and 2 matchas. The matcha tasted very powdery and grainy. We asked the employee to add addl vanilla syrup for some added sweetness which he kindly did. Appreciate that. But overall would skip on getting a beverage here. PSA if you're parking on the street you have to pay for parking or atleast keep an eye on ur car. I saw loads of cars getting ticketed on Polk.

Nice hole in the wall in downtown Tampa. Referred by a colleague whose lunch I smelt and was like I want that sandwich. Walked in quickly served and got my food within 5 min. It's hole in the wall alright - solid sandwich and will definitely be coming back! Would've like a bit more variety in the lunch sandwiches but overall delish!

THE best sandwich in Tampa! I had heard about this place....and seen it on the food network...but I had never been. I needed to fix that so, last week me and supernatural had a meet up. The Italian stallion was...in a word...incredible. I was skeptical of the spicy sauce but, have no fear, also delish! This sandwich is a work of art...all the Italian meats, lettuce, tomato....on a crusty ciabatta...lest I repeat myself...incredible. I'll be back for more...but first, the breakfast menu! (And oh yeah...a Michelin star!)

Such a hidden gem in downtown Tampa, but what a fabulous place for breakfast or lunch. I have frequently ordered delivery from this place for breakfast and have loved their breakfast sandwiches and renowned sourdough donuts - this experience was no exception! I went inside and the people at the counter were so friendly and patient with me. The restaurant itself is very small with limited seating inside and outdoors. I will continue coming here often!

This is hands down one of my favorite spots in Tampa and I always tell everyone about it! When I have someone in town visiting, I am sure to bring them to this spot. From the food quality, to the quick service and unique ambiance, this place gets a 5/5 no doubt. I have been numerous times and the quality stays constant. They have a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, wraps! Special mention to their chicken salad sandwich, which is my favorite ever. Their bread is delicious and fresh, and their sourdough donuts are EPIC! My favorite donut in Tampa. The workers are always kind and offer recommendations if you need them. There is seating inside and out, located in gorgeous downtown, with ample street parking. Can't recommend enough!

I will say my food came out quickly and service was amazing. I was taken aback by the line and crowd outside but the wait was short. I like the ambiance of the inside area. The food I will say was incredibly fresh. Every topping tasted like it was organic and fresh but I hated the bread (genuinely hard as a rock). I'm not a crunchy bread kind of person, but it is definitely worth trying if you are. I will try it again but I definitely will order something else next time.

Such a cute spot! My friends had been raving about this spot so I finally decided to walk over on a weekday morning to grab some breakfast to go. It's very lowkey so I almost walked past it but inside, it's cute and homey. I loved the menu design and it was easy to place an order at the counter. I ended up getting the Greek Feta and Olive but on a wrap, and then also snagged a couple of their cinnamon sugar sourdough-nuts. Everything was SO delicious!! I loved the red peppers and olive tapenade in my wrap and the doughnut had such a fun, light texture! Overall, lived up the hype and can't wait to go back.

Finally got to try this spot the past weekend and WOW I cannot stop raving about it. I had heard great things about their donuts but I did not expect to love them as much as I did. Easily the best donuts I've ever had! They are perfectly balanced and I know I'm going to crave them every weekend now. Their sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was also great! Service was fast and the staff was kind. Can't wait to go back!

Best. Donuts. Ever. I'm not kidding these donuts are amazing. They aren't super fancy but they got a salty/sweet blend of sugar, cinnamon, and some other stuff that just sets them apart. Their breakfast sandwiches are also incredible. It's no wonder Alton Brown loves this place. And if you're a runner they have a run club on Monday mornings at 6:30. You can get a free coffee & donut just for doing the run. Worth it!

After seeing this place all over Instagram I had to go see what this donut was all about. Now this is a very small spot but also very busy so we waited outside till the line freed up to order inside. I got a Greek feta wrap and 3 cinnamon sugar sour donuts and to finish off my order with a cold brew. Honestly, for how busy it was, we didn't wait long for our food . The Greek feta wrap I would get again even though it was a little pricey and cost an extra dollar for the wrap the flavor was spot on! The Cold brew was delicious perfect strong brew and lightly sweet just the way I like it but unfortunately the donut was a miss:( First bite was very dry also the taste was not as good as I thought it was gonna be but I still got a good breakfast out of it.

Happy I got to try this place before heading home. I got a turkey ranch sandwich and cucumber herbed salad. This place is very quick and small. They are quick with their service as well. I'll be back if I'm ever in town to try some more

This donut has to be the most insanely simple yet delicious I've had. So airy and the salty sweet contrast with the cinnamon mmm mmm mmm!! This is a donut everyone needs to try and the service was fantastic. Absolutely incredible

Finally returned to Supernatural on a day where they had donuts still available!! I tried the ~famous~ cinnamon sugar donut, and it really is special that they give you the little donut hole too. Not to be dramatic, but this may have been the best donut I've ever had. It's so simple, yet soooo remarkable. I also ordered the bacon egg and cheese sandwich today. It comes with a special sauce which tastes like a mayo/ketchup. The sandwich was great. Thick cut bacon, amazing bread, seemingly freshly cooked egg. Not one complaint. It's a small place so a line really makes food take awhile. And when it's hot as heck, there's not a lot of seating but these are minor details :) big fan

This place hits! right next to the hub with some of the best breakfast sandwiches and cinnamon sugar sourdough donuts made fresh! (sold out by noon) coffee was great. friendly staff. and if it matters at all the esthetics were on point. this place gives all the feel goods and its the perfect neighborhood "deli" counter, nostalgic and modern.

Super Natural is one of those cute, quaint places you just keep coming back to. My go-to? The egg sandwich with avocado--unless it's the avocado sandwich with egg. Honestly, I forget which one I order sometimes, but the staff always has my back. Even when I call in, they'll kindly remind me, "You usually get it this way," and I feel seen and validated. The food selection is solid, the service is always great, and if you're in the mood to grab a bottle of wine to-go, they've got you covered. It's the perfect mix of charm, quality, and a place that knows its regulars. Highly recommend!local approved!

Five stars for quick service (window pick up) or order inside. Five stars for consistent quality, menu items and unique combinations and excellent service. Fast, fast, fast eat in at counter or take home. Chill, hip vibe. They sell local wines too! Haven't tried yet but unique selection. Music, smiles and quick service. Our jam is the Combo: half sandwich and soup or salad just $11! Add chips and drink for $3.50. Go to menu item is the half turkey (turkey salad) and ranch sandwich with hot tomato soup.

I've been seeing Super Natural on social media for having the best donuts of Tampa, so I had to try it out. Unfortunately, by the time we showed up all the donuts were sold out (note to self: come before 10am for donuts). Nonetheless, we ordered sandwiches and coffee. The maple latte was delicious and the Turkey Ranch sandwich was alright, I wasn't blown away or anything. My girlfriend ordered the Spicy Italian which I liked better than the Turkey Ranch. The service was friendly and helpful by advising us of their best selling items. The ambiance is cute, I see this more of a take out spot because it's relatively small inside and they have a convenient take out window outside. Overall it was a nice experience and I recommend.

Supernatural is hands down one of my favorite ways to start the day. I stop in before work pretty often, and it's always such a treat. Their bacon, egg, and cheese is absolutely massive and so, so good--like the perfect balance of crispy bacon, melty cheese, and a super soft bagel. The homemade doughnuts are also incredible, but fair warning: they go fast. If you want one, definitely try to get there early. The vibe is always super chill, the staff is friendly, and the food never misses. Highly recommend if you're looking to upgrade your mornings.

This place has the best chicken salad sandwich I've ever had!! What a cool spot, with a tiny little indoor space and a few outdoor tables. They have sourdough donuts which are probably the best donuts I've tried as well, and solid drinks. This time we got the chicken salad sandwich lunch combo with chips and a maple latte. This week, I decided to check out a new spot for lunch, Super Natural Foods in downtown Tampa. This is a little take out window that became pretty popular after Alton Brown stopped by and said they had phenomenal breakfast sandwiches. My buddy recommended the spot earlier in the week and told me they had exceptional bread on their sandwiches. I decided to try the Italian sandwich and placed the order online. I went with the spicy Italian, double meat, on crusty sesame bread. I also ordered a chai latte. Wait time was about 20 minutes and I headed over to pick up my order. It's right downtown, so the only option is street parking. Thankfully it was painless and I parked right out front. I went up to the take out window, gave them my name, and had my food fairly quickly. They had 4 small tables on the sidewalk and a little cove with seats to sit and eat inside. It was a nice day, so I enjoyed my sandwich outside. I unwrapped it and I was pleasantly surprised. It was an absolutely perfectly made sandwich. It had 4 meats, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, basil/parsley, pepper salad & mayo spread on a crispy ciabatta roll. It looked like they used a spicy chili infused oil that was absolutely amazing. The flavor of this sandwich was perfect. The bread had a hefty crust to it and the toasted sesame was perfect. The meats were plentiful and the veggies had the perfect ratio. I enjoyed every bite. The chai latte was really good too. Overall, I really enjoyed my first visit to Supernatural Foods. The sandwich really surprised me on how good it was. I am already planning a return visit to explore the breakfast sandwich options. Highly recommended.

I visited Supernatural Food and Wine early this week for lunch and tried the Italian Stallion sandwich. Crispy ciabatta bread was filled with meaty ham and salami, soft and thick provolone cheese, crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and a tangy lightly spicy layer of a pickled peppers spread. Overall, this is a good sandwich spot in downtown Tampa.

This place is so cute! I loved the outside and inside area. The inside is smaller but still really nice. The food was really good, as well as the coffee. I went with some friends and we unfortunately weren't able to try their popular donuts, they ran out pretty early but I'd still recommend this place! The service was really great, they had multiple people working the front so even though it was busy, it ran smoothly!

This place is small but cleanly and their breakfast delicious! I wish the location was larger since it's hard to order inside, but the staff is friendly and moving as quick as possible. I will definitely be coming back for the infamous sourdonuts!

Oh my lorddddddd. Just wow. I'm almost speechless at how amazingly good this place is. First the staff is SO nice. Second the dirty chai latte is to DIE for. I've gotten it like 3 times this week. This morning I ordered the bacon egg and cheddar sandwich.....#obsessed. The bread is a perfect crisp too soft ratio, the bacon is done to perfection. I'm more of a crispy bacon girly and the house sauce. I don't know what it is but it's so good. I will definitely be coming back.

Well...Superl Natutal was...In fact...SUPER NATUTAL. Let me start by saying that this was 100%...no doubt about it...the best donut I have ever had. A simple sourdough donut that's airy w cinnamon and sugar w a hint of salt. I would literally fight someone for these donuts. Go early so you don't miss out. We also had a Sausage, Egg and Chesse sandwich, and a Greek Feta & Olive Breakfast sandwich. Both were amazing. You place your order inside and pick it up outside. These are a few outside tables available on the street. I love that they had celebrity receipts on the wall, so we could read what they ordered on their visit. Something fun to do whole you wait If you know me and are reading this revirw...bring me a donut.

Literally a hole in the wall kind of place. Look for the yellow awning. You order inside and wait for your order outside which can be problematic when it rains. Had the Italian Stallion. Great bread. Very solid sandwich. Donuts were sold out but I did get there at lunch time.

Didn't make it in time for the donuts but we'll be back! Very friendly staff. The bacon, egg and cheese was great with the crunchiest brioche. I also had an iced maple oat latte of which I drank too quickly to get a photo! It was perfectly sweet and balanced. Loved seeing the celebrity receipts who've dined here. They have some minimal indoor bar-style seating and a collection of cafe tables outside. While they tried to help accommodate my husband's allergies, it was too large a risk given they really like to use butter here, so he skipped out.

Everything here is so fresh! Sad I didn't make it in time to try to freshly baked donuts because they were already sold out. Lots of great items to choose from but I went to lunch route. This shop is conveniently located in downtown Tampa but does have limited seating (only outdoors). When we got there they had already sold out of donuts (which they are known for) so we ordered sandwiches and soup. The sandwiches were tasty but I didn't find them to be that special neither was the tomato soup. The maple latte was very good. Next time I will try to get there early and give their breakfast a try!

The correct answer is ALWAYS Super Natural Food and Wine. Having a food day? Super Natural. Bad day? Super Natural. Breakfast? Super Natural. Lunch? Super Natural. Coffee? Super Natural (especially the Maple Iced Latte). The only problem is that they are closed on Sundays, and just like Chik-Fil-A I always seem to crave Super Natural on the one day I cannot have it. As a self-proclaimed breakfast sandwich aficionado I can confirm that this place as the best of the best. Don't believe me? Just ask Alton Brown of the Food Network. My breakfast favorites are the sausage, egg and cheddar sandwich, and the peanut butter, maple, and banana sandwich WITH bacon. Both are savory, filling, and just hit the spot. For lunch I like the turkey & ranch with a side of german potato salad. They also sell freshly made donuts, cookies, and brownies that sell out very quickly. There are not many seating options so I definitely recommend taking it to-go. They have an order online option with no service fees which is very convenient.

This has been on my list for soooo long and I'm so glad we finally got to try it! The place is very small and cute, gives very much NY city vibes. The highlight of this spot was definitely the donuts. They have fresh sour donuts Tuesday-Saturday. On Saturdays, their donuts are chocolate instead of cinnamon sugar. And... they were DELISHHHHHH. This was my first experience with a sourdough donut and they were perfect! Slightly sweet, with a really fluffy decadent dough. I'm not kidding, I couldn't shut up about the donut. The maple iced latte (not a true latte, bc it's cold brew) was really smooth and delicious. The breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg, and cheese) was great too and wasn't greasy, so it didn't leave me feeling gross like a lot of breakfast sandwiches do. The workers were fantastic! I love how personable they were. The menu has tons of vegan and healthy food options which is also appreciated. My boyfriend got the German potato salad which I didn't realize was vegan at all, it was so creamy and perfect. I found a new fave spot in downtown Tampa!

I have been wanting to try Super Natural Food and Wine for months now. My husband and I finally had the chance to stop by this morning, and now we know we need to make it a staple in our weekly routine. The place is super cute and unassuming. Service is fast and efficient. We tried the classic bacon, egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich, which was a 10/10. Super amazing, but the real STAR of the show were the infamous sourdonuts!!!! THEY WERE AMAZING! They were top 3 donuts I have ever had in my life (and I literally love donuts). It's no wonder they sell out every morning. Next time, we decided to get a dozen for the house. They are just too good to pass up. Love this place and can't wait to come back and try more!

Another hidden gem. Stopped in after reading about the donuts. While there I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich. Took it to go and when I got to my office what a beautiful sight to see when I opened the sandwich . It looked like a picture used for a magazine. Beautiful bread, fluffy egg and amazing thick slab bacon. Delicious! Then we got to the mouthwatering donut. The texture and flavor were so different. It wasn't a cake donut or a yeast donut, it was different and Delicious! In fact next day went back and bought half a dozen for my co-workers and they were a hit. Oh and when I went back for the 6 donuts I also picked up a sea salt chocolate chip cookie that was also amazing. One of the best chocolate cookies I've had in Tampa. Service was great, you can tell by the way they speak that the way the food is prepared is important to them. As for ambiance it's a funky tiny hole in the wall. I think seating for about 8 on stools along the perimeter. Will be a regular stop from now on.

I did not think that I like sandwiches until I ate heal. I had a comer in which is a vegan sandwich and I got it Dave's way which came with basil, pepper and onions. It was absolutely humongous and came with a pickle spear. l and I think I can now officially call myself a sandwich girly.

I totally dig this place! I'm glad I found it while traveling through Tampa. Definitely going to bookmark it for my next trip. A simple unassuming spot, it has something for everyone. The food is fresh, slightly innovative, and most importantly good! I had the chicken salad deluxe Sandwich - definitely recommend. I also ordered the marinated cucumber side salad, that was a little meh for me. I could have skipped that to be honest. Looking forward to returning and trying a different sandwich next time!

This place is the epitome of a hidden gem. They have the best breakfast (and lunch) sandwiches that I have ever had and they are consistently top notch every time I go. The homemade donuts are excellent but go early because they do sell out. You order inside at the counter and there are a few tables outside, the vibe is great and it's worth the visit. This place is a must visit!

Loved the taste of everything and how it all came together with the folded egg. Also tried one of their house sour cream donuts (cinnamon sugar) and it was delicious. Service: Service was super quick and friendly! Ambiance: The restaurant is situated in downtown Tampa with small tables lined outside the pickup window outside the restaurant. Perfect place to pick up a to go order or sit outside and enjoy breakfast. Also love the "shrine" to Alton Brown in the corner of the restaurant. Such a great breakfast spot in the area, and we will definitely be regulars now!

Been here a couple times now, and everything I've had has been good. Definitely worth checking out, with good breakfast sandwiches and cinnamon donuts, as well has cheap cold brew and tasty lattes. If you want donuts, probably arrive before 9.

Came mid morning on a Saturday. The place was busy with many people eating outside despite the 90+ temperatures. Look for the yellow awning. You order inside which is a cramped space, and pick up your food at the window outside. There isn't a lot of good space to wait if you don't have a table as the rest of the sidewalk is crowded with trash cans. But the awkward waiting space is worth the breakfast sandwich. The bacon, egg, and cheddar is delicious! I only wish I'd gotten two. It has an incredible sauce that reminded me of Big Mac sauce but a little spicy. Saving 1 star for the donuts which were sold out on this trip.

Good place, reasonable prices and tasty sandwiches. Wish there were more places like this where the owners care about the experience/quality rather than making a profit. Well done!

Always a pleasure at Super Natural! The staff is always happy to answer questions and accommodate. The food is SO consistent, and delicious. The ambiance is great given what they have to work with, perfect for mornings when the Florida sun isn't hitting us too hard.

Def a new breakfast spot for me! Takes online orders a head of time and there is always parking out front to run in to pick your order up, or street parking on surrounding streets. The outside mural is beautiful & matches the quaint ambiance of the inside. The decor is whimsical for such a small space, but it makes me want to post up inside for an hour & enjoy the coziness. The staff inside is very friendly & will chat it up with you. They recommended the bacon, egg & cheddar when i told them it was my first time & needed some breakfast. The focaccia was perfectly warm & allowed the fluffy eggs, crispy bacon & that delectable sauce to SHINE! I had to bring my sister back with me a couple of days later for her to try it and she is now addicted! The second time i went i got the maple peanut butter sandwich with banana. It was a nostalgia sandwich in a thick & crusty bread. Perfect! And so big! I also am very surprised by the selection of wines and drinks outside of soft drinks. I chose this Cane Cola infused with coffee that i was sure i wasn't going to like, but i was in a mood to try something new. Boy was I wrong. I got it the first time & enjoyed it just as much the second time. I will definitely be back to try their famous donuts, they were sold out when i went. Wonderful place!! Will be back as often as I can!
