Overall: Food: Hamburgers This ought to be a winner. Long overdue to the scene is a place like this with the most simple of simple menus. A burger, cheese burger, fries and a Coke/Coke Zero, Arnold Palmer - IYKYK and Sundaes. As I don’t eat meat I had the fries but am told the cheeseburger was really very good and well worth the £10. What I liked: • Menu simplicity • Low price point for central London • Clean • Good fries What I didn’t like: • Would have been nice to have maybe one option for the non meat eater. eg toasted cheese? • Fries were way too salty but this was down to sloppiness • The £2 bottle of water was thimble size. Grab a quick bite at supernova if you want to enjoy simple yet perfect burger. Although the place is tight and even in the off hours still busy but the service is quick and the turnaround is good for having a seat.

The customer service I received from Tajri was amazing, and friendly furthermore she was so understanding and explained the menu as I have dietary restrictions. She was so patient with me, lovely experience and food is 10/10. Would recommend!

I recently dined at Supernova Burger and had a mixed experience. While the burger itself was decent, I was disappointed by their choice of Martin bread—a commonly used frozen option that doesn’t differentiate their offering. With this standard bread, almost any restaurant could produce a similar burger. However, the standout item was their fries, which were exceptional and reminded me of McDonald’s signature style. Overall, a solid spot if you’re craving quality fries, but the burger execution falls short of expectations.

I really love this place — I even come twice a day sometimes. Staff are really amazing and friendly. However, the main issue for me is the management at the Mayfair branch. The managers never smile, and they openly order the staff around in front of customers as if they’re beneath them. They don’t say hello, goodbye, or even apologize when they make mistakes with orders. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and happened to me and infront of me on several occasions and on different dates. I hope their behavior improves, or that changes are made.

We went this Monday for the first time and the food and experience was amazing, especially due to the outstanding customer service from Marwa. She guided and informed us on what to get. Her recommendations and hospitality did not disappoint. I love the house burger and will definitely be returning!

It looked very retro and minimal with very basic menu, nice brioche bun but meat was dry and thin, all a bit sad and fries were very standard. All a bit disappointing for a high price in smart area.
