"This one is called Supertoro, and it focuses on things like hand rolls, cut rolls, and lots of crispy rice, all packaged in a fast casual environment. The restaurant comes by way of the K2 Restaurants group, who have been growing their name across town with places like Azule Taqueria nearby. Expect an opening sometime early this summer." - Farley Elliott

This place is located inside a food court in the 3rd Street Promenade. I had stopped at the food court to get some lunch and there's many other restaurants available. The item that got my attention here was you can build your own bento box. The place was clean and there are several counters with stools where you can enjoy your food. The bento box comes with rice, sushi rolls, veggies or soup, and salad. There are different food items under each category that you can choose. I ordered the pork belly rice, california rolls, miso soup, and mixed green salad. The food did take a while to be ready, but you can see the cook preparing it. He did take time to prepare it to make it just right. The taste and quantity were worth it. The miso soup was hot and the mixed green salad had light dressing on it. The pork belly rice wasn't salty and the California rolls tasted fresh not mushy. I was impressed by the concept of this restaurant and I wish there were more locations available.

I ordered right now and never again. It was a messy inside the box and came missing an item, I’m very frustrated.
