We’ve ordered before the burgers are decent, but definitely not mind blowing. Yesterday I was late home for work so my boyfriend ordered food from here for delivery and asked what I wanted. I ordered the chicken sandwich and boy was that a mistake. Instead of a chicken patty, it was a bunch of burned pieces of chicken? It tasted like a sandwich of burned fried breading. I ate one bite and then threw it away. Don’t waste your money. Photo of said sandwich attached.

Glad I stumbled on this hidden Gem! Could possibly be the best burger on staten island! Fresh and Juicy! The freshest fry you will ever have! I could actually taste the potatoes. Will be back soon!

Expected fresh decent burgers from a burger place instead I received burgers with burgers thiner than the slices of tomatoes used. Beyond disappointed this was not a burger. French fries can also tell are frozen and deep fried fast burnt on outside not cooked inside. Chicken tenders also not the best.

Meh. This place needs to change their frying oil, black chicken fingers and soggy. They premixed salad dressing in a salad before delivering, it’s going to be soggy by the time it’s delivered. The chips and nachos had the cheese already on it, again soggy by the time its delivered.

Came here because I was craving a burger. Was pleasantly surprised! The burgers were very juicy and blasting with flavor. The nachos and cheese were also very good. Too bad I was too full to finish them lol. If I’m ever in Staten Island again I will be visiting here once more.

First trip here. We ordered to go. We were greeted by an very friendly counter person, which was nice 🙂 We ordered two burghers, one was a double loaded the other plain, fries and a shake. Burghers were smashed with onions in the meat. Everything tasted extremely fresh. Inside is small but they do have 4 tables for sitting. There were people sitting and eating. There were board games provided if you wanted to eat and play games. There was also a free arcade machine with tons of games on it. Total was $40, which seems to be a little pricey but definitely in line with today's economy. The food was very good so worth the $, we will def go back. If you have time, read the about me on their website. Very well written and makes you want to try their food!

The wings looked nothing like what was posted online, they weren’t even tossed in the sauce. The “cheese fries” had one squirt of nacho cheese, so sad for the price and such a waste of money. The wings were gray and had no flavor. The chicken sandwiches were good, so at least that’s something.

Small place but great burger and affordable for three people. Was impressed with the food and atmosphere. Wouldn't think you would get a good burger in a store front but it is deceiving. Staff were inviting and attentive.

I've ordered from Supreme Burger Company a few times now, and I find myself going back because they get the core product right: the burger itself is genuinely good. If you prioritize fresh ingredients and solid taste, this place is worth checking out, and overall, I do recommend giving them a try. The quality of the burger patty is noticeable. You can tell they use fresh beef, and it's consistently cooked well, resulting in a tasty and satisfying flavor. There's a definite freshness to the whole thing that I appreciate, which isn't always the case with burger joints. It tastes like they care about the main component of their offering. However, my main point of feedback, and the reason I hesitate slightly in giving a full-throated recommendation, comes down to the portion size relative to the price. While the flavor is there, the burgers themselves feel consistently on the smaller side for what they cost. I've found myself wishing for a more substantial burger patty or just a slightly larger overall build each time I order. It's that feeling of "This is delicious, but I wish there was just a bit more of it" for the money spent. As for the sides, the fries I had were okay. They did the job as a companion to the burger, but they weren't particularly memorable or standout. Competent, but not necessarily a reason in themselves to order. So, it's a bit of a trade-off. Supreme Burger Company delivers on a fresh, genuinely tasty burger experience, which is why I've been a repeat customer. I do like the food. But I sincerely hope they might consider adjusting the burger portion size to better align with the price point in the future. If the burgers were just a bit bigger, this place could easily jump from "good" to "great" in my book. For now, go for the quality taste, but manage your expectations regarding the size.

Went there around 8:30pm. There was no one at the counter and the man from the back wasnt able to take my order due to a language barrier. I waited for about 10mins and left with nothing.

Open late. Retro ambiance. I had the cowboy platter- $20, wish they listed the price on the menu, everything else has a price except for that. Onion rings topped with bbq sauce, chopped chicken tenders and supreme sauce. Very tasty but over priced. My friend ordered a cheese burger and fries - too much salt. Good spot for late night munchies.

I saw a lot of good reviews about this place so I decided to check it out! I had the Miami burger and sadly they were out of waffle fries so I had to get regular fries. My burger was pretty good and I found all their menu burger options creative sounding and appetizing. The fries were middle of the pack I would say. The restaurant had a cute little arcade machine in the front and the atmosphere was definitely that of a more old school burger shop. I thought everything inside was very nice and organized and the employees were very polite to me and I found my experience with them very delightful. Overall I have to come back here to try their milkshakes that look so good and I would say this is a great place to try if you aren't sure what to eat and want a quick bite!

We ordered a single smash burger with no cheese and a single Impossible with two orders of fries. We got two burgers wrapped the same with no marking. One burger had cheese - presumably the Impossible - but no sauce, no onions. I don't know if it's meat or not so I can't eat it. The other burger also had no sauce or onions. The fries were pale, unseasoned and tasteless. Not ordering from here again.

Love this joint but sorry with all the tariffs being sought out have look elsewhere now the TICKER SHOCK of-the-day pricing is to much to be absorbed by the customers who support your business All area's are spot on ambiance service tasty food but the pricing has to be properly aligned afterall this is not Peter Lugers

I had the Supreme Burger ($15) and onion rings (enough for two $7) and canned drink ($2.25). So, it is not cheap. However, the smash burger is very nice. The only critique I could give is that the supreme burger is very high in saltiness (but it is a burger with pickles and bacon, so, there's that). I ate and enjoyed every bite and I like the sauce. I will come back to get a burger fix in the future. I may try the Miami next.

Burger was pretty good. We won a free slushie by being first time customers so that was cool. Mozzarella sticks were yummy too.

I do food reviews for Instagram and Tik Tok and I had told the owner that the day I met him at the St. Patty's Day Parade, and he immediately comped my meal the next time I visited. Everything my friends and I ordered each time ended up being delicious! The Miami burger was stacked and messy but definitely worth getting again. When a place does the simple things right, you know they're going to knock it out the park with the more extravagant items. I think it was an amazing experience all in all and Chef Rafael Ortiz is very friendly and great at what he does!

First time to this burgers shop. I thought in SI there no good burgers that I used to go in the manhattan area or the Williamsburg area. But I was wrong. I came to supreme burger ordered the supreme and Miami , with the waffles fries. It surprised me . The buns and beef are so great quality, with their special sauces. Love it. I definitely will come backs.

My girl introduced me to this place, since she grew up here in the Staten Island area. Supreme Burger is one of the best burger joints I have ever been too. Ordered some Supreme Burgers and asked what we wanted on them. I wanted bacon, Onion rings, and cheese lol. Place has a classic burger diner look inside. Everything relatively inexpensive here. People are nice and workers are cool We expect to be here soon again for the Holidays.

This place is an experience and more than just the best new burger place on the island. The food rocks they have amazing music and fun free video games as you watch the game with friends and family!!! The workers are so much fun and the vibe is hot! They even have a slushy machine and if you mention your Annie from Morettis loves it here- xoxo The wings are sooo dam good!!!!

I tried the new supreme burger on Forest Ave., Staten Island. Ordered the single Smashburger , an order of their onion rings with cheese dipping sauce. Going back to try other items on their menu.

Ordered a single burger and an impossible burger. Both are good. Also had waffle fries, which are crispy outside and tender inside. Ordered online and was ready fast (10-15mins) at 2:30pm on a Sunday. Very nice place.

Great smash burgers and good fries too! Kind staff as well. Good option for takeout. Will be back!

One of the best burgers on Staten Island ! You can tell they use fresh ingredients, staff was very friendly. Buffalo wings were also spot on ! Wish I took pictures of the food to post lol , will be back !

Nothing great here. Seems like they get regular 80% lean ground beef from ShopRite or someplace like that, put it on a grill and cook it until it's dead. No real flavor differential to make it stand out from any other diner or place that makes burgers on a flat Grill. No barbecue here. At least it doesn't taste like it. Once is enough for me. The question in my mind is why they located next to a place like Duffys or Jodi's on Forest Avenue, who specialize in making burgers of distinction. I don't think this place will last very long. Fortunately they do stay open until 9 PM, but don't go there at 8:45, because they will say that they are closing up. If you're dying for a burger, and you're late from getting home from work, give it a shot. You may enjoy it. if you're hungry that is. Strictly average.

It was our first time trying Supreme Burger and we absolutely loved it! The staff was super friendly and the food came out very quickly. The burgers were delicious, fries were incredible, but the onion rings were my favorite I'll definitely be coming back here again soon!

First time trying...family approved!!! Got the supreme burgers (delicious and not drenched with oil but a bit soggy at the bottom since it was a ride home) waffle fries and onion rings (loved and still crunchy), and honey BBQ wing was okay (not enough sauce and not fried enough). The milkshakes are a must have!!! My son enjoyed so much and loved that it's not overwhelming with sugar. Loved that u did not get a heartburn after this meal. Will be returning and maybe order and eat there next time around.

I was surprised that a place like this opened up near a famous burger spot. Funny enough, it makes sense giving you a good fast food burger vs the sit-down type. The owners and manager were very friendly and seemed to learn from the flaws of the previous (dumpling) spot. The burger is very good, and I had no criticisms of it. I tried the gelato milkshake and have to say, it's also very good! They also outdoor have an outdoor area in the back. I'd definitely come here, again

They sent me a slider as a double cheese burger. REALLY???? Potatoes tots were all burnt. Very disappointed

I ordered takeout. A double cheeseburger and onion rings. It was sooooooo delicious. The burger was cooked to perfection I could tell it was freshly made. The onion rings were also fresh and delicious. The only thing missing was a milkshake. I wish ordered one. I definitely will next time.

Visited yesterday for the first time. It's a small place, not the best to eat in. We ordered to take out, eating in my car seemed more comfortable the eating in the restaurant. The counter guy was not friendly or welcoming. Considering that they are a new place and I was never there before, I thought they would be interested being more welcoming. I felt that he was almost rude in taking my order, I tried to ask a few questions and I was ignored. I ordered a single burger and onion rings. The onion rings were great, burger was good, but it's certainly does not look anything like the picture the show on the menu. I did ask for extra supreme sauce, I was charged $2 extra for 2 tiny cups that held about a tablespoon of sauce. I will say the supreme sauce was really good. Not sure if I was go back due to the very unfriendly counter guy. Lots of burger places in Staten Island with better service.

Great first time Experience, fantastic customer service, nice small fun creative menu, my son had crispy chicken sand he is picky, loved it, fries are great hand cut perfectly salted, wife had supreme burger i had bbq cowboy burger, both were fire, granted 20 minutes drive still warm and tasty made with love, waffle fries were seasoned, top all of fire rocher shake , will definitely be back, they deliver too had small dining area. Definitely not cheap but worth it.. Support your Local Chef.
